when do you guys intend to resolve this ? The excerpt from the previous post is as follows :-

This is regarding the careless and rude behavior of the representative at the counter of the aforementioned medplus store. Please reach out to me for the retail invoice (Please corroborate the details i am mentioning below.)
My mother purchased some medicines, there were 3 issues from the shop attendant:-
1.in the invoice ending 25043 - the item with serial number 4 (Oxalgin nano 50gm gel) is erraneously billed.
2.in the invoice ending 24930 - the items serial numbers 3, 5 and 7 (Glycome t sr 500mg tab, primolut n tab and glycome t sr 500mg tab) were erraneously billed.
3. They have not mentioned the doctor's name in bill ending 25043 and neither customer's nor doctor's name in the bill ending 24930.
When asked regarding the same, the person at the counter was in denial and refused to give a new bill with the corrections and the return the amount in excess (Amounting to a total of rupees 278.79).
My mother is a salaried employee with an obligation to present her bills to claim the medical benefits in time. I request you to expedite the process of helping me in this regard. Since we are regular customers of medplus, if the amount is redeemable, even that is fine. I would also like to see you give a stern warning to the shop attendant/keeper since this is a black dot on the image of your medical company.
