I'm buying medicines and multivitamins and suppliments in many medplus stores. But recently in poonamalee store address (Ground floor, no. 3b, nambi street, poonamallee, chennai, tamil nadu 600056) the salesman name is perumal he is irritated. Everytime i go for buy stuffs he is pushing me to buy some local brand mass gainer. Now recently he never give medicine. I asked why, he said if i buy massgainer only he will give the prodect. Every time when i buy a product from the store, the salesperson gives cash change back as vicks or halls. He is not giving proper change in money. He says not to buy in this store if we are not able to bring the exact cash. I have been buying medicines in medplus for a very long for my entire family. Hereafter i will stop buying from medplus.

I had purchased medicines from medplus Pune bharatiya vidyapeeth branch. The doctor has now prescribed me a different medicine and I have been trying to return the previous unused meds in new condition. The store manager at first kept asking to come back tomorrow. This has been going on for 4 months now. He's extremely rude. And now saying he won't refund at all. I didn't even want the money. I just wanted to purchase other meds instead....

I have ordered medicine on medplus app with Case No: TCK[protected] on 5th September 2018 for Rs 848.00/- by using my Central bank of India Credit Card.

During order time, app displayed that the medicine would be delivered in 24-48 hours.

On 6th September 2018, though the order not delivered they have updated the app as delivered.

I waited for 10 business days but medicine was not delivered.br...

The guys r totally incompetent n even unaware of the composition. They always provide alternative medicine but not the one which public asks for as per doc prescription. For that reason got hospitalised also as the patient was sulphur, magnesium exepted. Bt they had given the other medicine although customer warned. I went to one of your store in madhapur hyderabad and purchased some tablets from prescription i got expired tablets all 3 strips which contains 30 tablets.

Is this how customers cheated, all purchase these things on trust but if this is something which is being ruled i will be filing in to a consumer court.
