    I am a customer of medplus for the past 10yrs. Today, i had a very worst experience with the shopkeeper basavaraj, i asked him to check for a medicine and responded rudely and completely denied to check in the system. Even after repeated asking also, there was no change in his behaviour. I would expect medplus to fire such people and take this feedback seriously to train their employees in customer handling. And payment also paid through my net banking on 8th september 2019. Also payment acknowledgement received on that day. But i know my order is canceled through in your sms alreat. Why? Please pursue this matter with positive manner.

        I placed an order for a pair of spectacles on 08/09/2019 against receipt voucher number [protected] at your outlet situated at sriramnagar, kondapur hyderabad 500084. The delivery date was 11/09/2019. When i went there yesterday at 1830 hours, i was told that the item is not ready due to muharram holiday and will be delivered to me on 12/09/2019 by 1230 noon. Today again when i went there at 1805 hours, the store incharge said as there was no delivery boy available, they will deliver to me at 1230 noon tomorrow iee on 13/09/2019. But neither they are intimating me telephonically to me or by any other means.
        Kindly look into this matter.

          Hi team i'm a customer of medplus. It is locating at maruthi nagar, madiwala, bangalore next to super gas when ever i will go to medplus after taking medicine without providing bill they will ask money if we demand then only they will provide the bill. Without bill there will be a different cost like 800 if they will give bill there will be some deduction like 750. Honestly i'm saying i will go to medplus because there will be diduction on medicine but they are doing fraud. I have taken a medicine getlight after that i asked provide me the bill that person who's entering the details of customer in system he is telling that there is no bill for this medicine. I asked why i use to take the bill for this medicine. For that he is telling that oh then that medicine details doesn't come to our system and then they are laughing 😂 😂 it is like insulting the customer. So please please don't go for medplus. Even iam going to post in facebook and youtube and instagram. Instead of that go to any other medical store at least there will be a respect for customers.

            They dint even respond to my words i hv kept on repeating my product amd they dint even repondes fr it but they keep on billing for the other people who came next to me

              I refer to your bill no. [protected] dated[protected] where lenalid 10 mg is priced at 4516 (Correct) and lenalid 5 mg is priced at 4386 instead of 2196 in the month of june.in april from apollo as well as in august, again from apollo, i have purchased lenalid 5 mg at 2196 and i have bills for proof.in the same bill you cant be pricing 10 mg at 4516 and 5 mg 4386 when the price before june and after june of 5 mg remaining at 2196. I suspect it is wrongly labelled or what ever. I lost all the discounts i earned in several months in this one item excess billed. Please advice your indira nagar chennai outlet to refund the excess amount.

              Please process and pay the excess amount collected for the Lenalid 5 mg to the tune of RS. 2190
              If you wish to see the Bills of Apollo in April 2019 and August 2019 I am ready to upload but I feel it is not necessary as in your above mentioned Invoice you have Priced 10 mg at Rs. 4516 and 5 mg at 4386. So obviously the MRP for 5 mg not changed despite the Govt regulation that Cancer drugs price should be reduced by 50%.

                      Med plus gollaguda branch opp nallapochamma temple kamaan not given receipt for me dines purchased.

                        There is girl named 'bilkish' in your patipukur med plus shop in kolkata. She is full of rough behavior and arrogance. Her attitude is like she is the owner of the shop. Couple of months ago i ordered some medicine online through her but that was not placed properly and i didn't get them at time. She refuse to take the responsibility and disagree that she didn't took the order. She constantly argu with me in such a nasty way and told me she didn't care any more about her behavior 'her behavior is "fine" '!!! Being a regular customer in med plus do we deserve such nasty behavior from a stuff? We didn't get any free service we pay for everything so why should we get this type of respons from a stuff? I request to the authority to please take some action against her. Thank you

                          Dear team,
                          I approached chennai velachery medplus shop to buy augmentine 625 and derphyline # 300mg for my father, he is 70 years old now suffering from severe cough and breathing problem, doctor prescribed to take only 5 days, based on doctor advise i requested medplus to provide 5 tablets but they refused to give derphyline # 300mg 5 tablets instead they are imposing me to buy 30 tablets full strip, i asked the pharmacist why you are not giving 5 tablets, why should i want to buy 30 tablet, 25 extra tablets they are selling to me, when i asked again and again they told they wont cut the strip because this medicine people wont buy frequently, really i am very much frustrated, i dont know how to take up this matter legally, we need permanent solution or this the normal practice in the pharmaceutical field.

                              My brother-in-law, praveen who is an m. D., works for kims, vijayawada, purchased your ritecheck gluco meter as per your company's advt and influence of local medplus shop staff. He brought it to my father for regular use. We stay in proddatur.
                              I have the bill even with me now.

                              Tax invoice number is[protected]

                              Now i understand that the strips for this machine are unavailable.

                              What is the use of your company product - if you cannot supply strips for the same.

                              Who is responsible for this, can you replace for some other brand machinery free of cost.

                              Can your company reimburse the cost involved?

                              If you are unable to supply strips for ritecheck - why did you sell the machine?

                              My father is facing problems to check his sugar levels now. He resides in a village (Pallavolu).

                              I called them from my registere mobile number and provided them my customer ID . They called me after 2 days and gave me a coupon code which I submitted in MedPlus store and got my GlucoMeter replaced by paying Rs.200.

                                    I brought RA thermo toothpaste whose price is 86.90 and paid by debit card your vendor debited 87 rupees. earlier he told me 86 rupees while I ask for bill he angerly taken 87 rupees .I told if I am paying by debit card you take marked price 86.90 rupees.he made 10paise round off.the way he talked is not acceptable.

                                      I was purchased medicines from your shop on 31st may 2019 through my credit card. Unfortunately it was debited same amount for 2 times.                                         I am Saravanan. R, my mobile number is [protected] registered with Medplus. I live at Ayyapakkam and being a very long long customer of Medplus. But, as an incident happened to me with one of your employee named “Theresa” at Medplus Ayyapakkam branch, I think, I may have to STOP BUYING MEDICINES FROM MEDPLUS after, I was neglected and had a worst, horrible customer service with your employee Theresa at Medplus Ayyapakkam branch.
                                        Along with this email, I have attached the web order bill copy, which I took photo. First of all, I don’t have any hope on the shop In-charge at all.
                                        I usually wont go to purchase or get medicines during day time, because I have seen few times how your employee treats the customers.
                                        But as I want to buy this BRINZOTIM EYE DROPS urgently, I went to Medplus Ayyapakkam branch on 27-may-2019 at afternoon 12.40 pm. Your employee “Theresa” was at billing counter. When I asked about the BRINZOTIM EYE DROPS, she said they didn’t have the stock. But by placing a web order, I can get the medicine on the same day evening after 8.30 pm. So, I asked her to place the web order and paid, after getting the money. She said, sometimes if the web order doesn’t come on the same day, the next day it may come. I MEAN WHY GIVING LIKE THIS FALSE PROMISES AND MAKING YOUR CUSTOMERS TO PURCHASE MEDICINES. As, I needed urgently that has to be medicated for my father. I just let this ago, because I know about your employee Theresa. So, after she says like this, friend who accompanied me with the shop. Asked her politely, whether they can give it as home delivery.
                                        AND HERE STARTED THE REAL PROBLEM, YOUR EMPLOYEE SAID PURCHASE ABOVE 1000Rs. IS ELIGIBLE FOR HOME DELIVERY. I TOO SAID, THE SAME TO MY FRIEND. And, also said that, the employees from MEDPLUS AYYAPAKKAM branch has never made a house delivery for past one year.
                                        This is because, in the evening times only two employees were there in the shop. So, I said they won’t be able to make a home delivery. ON A STRONG VOICE, YOUR EMPLOYEE THERESA STARTED SAYING THAT, I AM SAYING IT WRONG.
                                        THEN, I ASKED HER TO CHECK MY HISTORY OF RECORDS, BY MY PHONE NUMBER [protected]. Because, it will show, how many years, I am buying medicines from Medplus with a minimum order value from Rs.2500 to Rs.3000 and more per MONTH.
                                        Then, SHE STARTED TO RAISE HER VOICE ON ME AND SAYING THAT MEDPLUS IS DOING HOME DELIVERY AND THEY HAVEN’T MISS ANY. But, As I am aware that I am speaking to a female, So, I politely said That, you guys were doing home delivery, as I remembered it was two years ago. And, not made a single home delivery in present times. Because, whenever I ask for home delivery for past two years, the employees say, only two of them are available at the shop, so home delivery is not possible, due to shortage of employees.
                                        But, ON A VERY VERY STRONG TONE SHE SAID THE EXACT WORDS ARE IN TAMIL “ANAVASIYAMA PESA VENDAAM”. THIS MEANS “DON’T TALK UNNECCESARILY”
                                        Do you know guys what’s the meaning of the word, she said in Tamil? After seeing such an arrogant attitude from your employee. I got angry and asked her to cancel the web order and return my money. She asked me to write my mobile number and sign for the cancellation. I wrote on the top of the bill as “INAPPROPRIATE CUSTOMER HANDLING, CANCELLING THE WEB ORDER”
                                        When, I asked her full name to make a compliant at Medplus customer care. She replied as “THERESA, Yaar kitta vena sollikonga, yenna vennumna pannikonga. YENNA ONNUM PANNA MUDIYAATHU”. This means, “YOU TELL ANYONE, AND DO ANYTHING, NOTHING CAN BE DONE TO ME”.
                                        After saying this, she said SHE IS THE SENIOR MOST EMPLOYEE, IN THE SHOP.
                                        Her way of speech and wordings towards me was like, WAS IN A WORST WAY. I REALLY REALLY GOT HURT BY HER DOINGS.
                                        Not, only me she always treats the customers like; customer are begging for discounts and giving medicines free.
                                        If we think in her way, If I stop purchasing medicines from Medplus, AFTERALL YOU ARE GOING TO LOSE AN CUSTOMER WHO BUYS, MEDICINES FOR 3000Rs PER MONTH. BY CALCULATING, YOU WILL HAVE A LOSS OF 36, 000Rs PER YEAR.
                                        This will not concern like, just losing a single Customer. BUT, THINK LIKE THIS, BY HAVING SUCH AN EMPLOYEE LIKE THERESA AT MEDPLUS, IF 10 OF YOUR REGULAR EMPLOYEES LEAVE AND NEGLECT YOUR BUSINESS. Who is purchasing 3000 Rs, per month of 10 regular customers? For one year, 3, 60, 000 Rs you lose, can you guys do the math now.
                                        My god, I have never seen such a HARD ATTITUDE from an employee in my lifetime. My first Question is, do you guys really provide training to your employees, how to speak to your customers.
                                        So, I have decided to stop purchasing the medicines from you guys, by having this kind o[censored]nprofessional employees. I decided to stop having business with you guys, TO SAVE MY RESPECT AND DIGNITY.
                                        FYI, no employees in your medplus shop wears an ID card, If so, I could have seen her full name and employee ID number.
                                        I was very not able to draft an email about this issue to customer care. During these days, I came to find out that your employee THERESA, SHE IS NOT EVEN A PHARMACIST QUALIFIED PERSON, I AM WONDERING, HOW SHE IS ABLE SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER LIKE THIS!!!
                                        ALSO, SHE HAS NOT EVEN COMPLETED HER 12 STANDARD EDUCATION. BUT SHE IS SAYING THAT SHE IS THE MOST SENIOR EMPLOYEE, IN THE SHOP. WHAT KIND OF COMPULSIVE ATTATIDE SHE HAS?
                                        I BELIVE AS PER THE GOVERNMENT RULES, YOU GUYS SHOULD EMPLOY an B. Pharm holder in each medplus branch right.
                                        Also, I found out by consulting with former employees at this branch, your employee THERESA at medplus branch is involved in some serious malpractice activities.
                                        I want to meet your regional head of MEDPLUS and speak to him. I had bought the same BRINZOTIM EYE DROPS and NOVOMIX INSULIN from MEDPLUS ATHIPET BRANCH. AT MEDPLUS ATHIPET BRANCH (far away from my home) THE EMPLOYEES TREATED ME IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER AND POLITELY.
                                        And, I promise you guys, this is the last ever purchase will be made at MEDPLUS in my life.
                                        Also, when compared to Medplus, Apollo treats their customer in a humble and polite way.
                                        I strongly suggest you guys should get training from APOLLO MEDICALS, how to treat and handle customers.
                                        PLEASE SEND ME YOUR REGIONAL HEAD MANAGER OR HIGHER AUTHORITY OFFICAL ADDRESS TO SPEAK WITH THEM, FACE TO FACE, IN-PERSON, and explain more what happened on that day to me.
                                        I AM ALSO GOING TO POST THIS SAME TEXT IN SOCIAL MEDIAS LIKE FACEBOOK AND TWITTER. AND, IMPORTANTLY REGISTER THESE SAME WORDINGS IN THE CONSUMER COMPLIANT BOARD OF INDIA.
