Beyond my several followups today again I received a call saying Metaprolol AM is not available. It was placed on 19th of Dec. Each day I am getting call from one or the other person saying one - one tablet is not available. Moreover, your customer executives are shouting at me on the call without giving a proper solution.

They forgot they (Rachita and Revati) were playing with life of a person.

    Medplus has delivered medicines with wrong patient name (Name of purchaser in mentioned) and no pharmacists signature. Now med-plus officer doesn't seem to accept their fault of writing wrong patient name on the invoice inspite providing the prescription mentioning name of the patient and delivery adress in patients name. All over in india pharmacy bill is issued in the name of patient rather than purchaser (Med-plus being contradiction to it). Also tampering with prices by putting sticker. Blame is put on me that i approved the order, when i approved the order and not gave them permission to change the patient name and liberty to not sign on bill.

      The mail i wrote to [protected]@medplusindia.com pasted below shall speak every thing: dear sir,
      I am dr v narsaiah, a customer of medplus from years. On[protected]:01:55, with tax invoice no:[protected], i purchased 30 (Thirty only) nerosave tablets from your new branch at phase ii, dharmareddy colony (Storeid:intghyd00515). After the use of only 2 tablet, my serum creatinine came to normal value and my doctor suggested me to stop the further use of tablets. As the leftover tablets are a national wastage, i approached your above mentioned branch and asked your employees to replace them with diabetic medicines which i regularly purchase at your branch. They did it only for 15 tablets and refused to do the same for the remaining 13 tablets. So kindly advise your employees at the branch to replace the 13 tablets with diabetic medicines which i regularly purchase at your branch.
      If i cannot be helped at your end, kindly permit me to approach necessary authorities for justice.

      A person from MedPlus India telephoned me from their landline number914067006700 and asked me to exchange the 13 nefrosave tablets with any meidcines of my choice at their branch at their MedPlus Phase II, Dharmareddy colony (storeID:INTGHYD00515) by meeting their employee Mr Anil at the branch. I approached Mr Anil and he exchanged the 13 nefrosave tablets with Zincovit tablets which I needed. I thank the consumer complaints forum for the help they rendered me. I Thank you once again.

      I am worried about throwing the medicines into the dustbin, which the MedPlus India employee asked me to do, because it causes environmental pollution also.

      Hello sir, my name is satish gaod I am a customer of medplus I am very disappointed because of your employee's bad behavior with my mother your employee name is mir aslam ali khan he is employee in masabtank laboratory he spoke with my mother very roughly she is very angry on aslam she complaint about him but nobody take an action against him.

        What kind of service you are providing when you do not deliver medicines on sunday why you guys take the orders.. its clear cheating with patients. I ordered BP tablets for my mother and rude customer care executive tells if you do not want i can cancel the order on my behalf.. is that way you treat customers. I want BP tablets for my mother it is urgent and even i said i can go and collect from nearest medical shop but he says cannot be possible and before i ask he explains me your policy instead of focus on how to deliver the medicine.. This is my order number 1987929 and i want this by today

          Medplus pharmacy, camp road junction branch staff ms. jacqueline is not customer friendly. she happens to be egoistic, short tempered and arrogant. her dealing and treating customers is neither appreciated nor welcome. she doesn't care even for the age of customers. her attitude is to boss over customers. i'm a retired railway employee and ms. jaquline has today fought with me at the store. she certainly requires a customer friendly course.

            I am buying medicines from your outlet for past 3 to 6 months approximately .
            Orders we have booked on 02.11.16 in person in your Jawahar Nagar branch First time in charge man gentle man forced me
            to buy medicines from the outlet itself for 10% Or online booking will take 3 days delivery he said we have asked the
            the gentleman to book online worth of Rs. 3000

            So far not yet received and there is no information or sms. I hope your service will extend for a period of time to the
            customer. We tried today customer care your no[protected] at 8.30pm only voice mail is coming with operating timing

              On 23rd Oct, 2016 at 10:20PM, I went to MedPlus Store near to my house, and I asked for Salin Nasal Drops as my kid was suffering from cold and he was in need of drops very badly.
              When I asked for the medicine, the staff person said, "shop is closed, I can NOT give you medicines", when I said "it is just 10:20PM", he replied, "I have to prepare cash notes and I am too tired so come tomorrow or take your medicines from SOMEWHERE ELSE", he further added, "even if my SUPERIOR tell me to give medicines I will NOT give, go and get it from SOMEWHERE ELSE". please note here that the time was 10:20PM and shop was fully opened, another customer was already taking his medicines when I reached to the store.
              I am not sure where MedPlus company will take any action to that staff person but one thing is sure that if this is the behavior of MedPlus store staff and this is the customer service they provide, I strongly do not recommend MedPlus store to anyone in this world.

                Today I went to purchase medicine . The staff forced me to buy more than doctor prescription stating he cannot sell balance medicine . When I refused to take the balance tab . He told he cannot sell if he cut the tablet strip . Request the management to take action for selling medicine beyond doctor prescription .

                  The MRP of all the medicines are increased and sold online and also at the shops. the same medicine brought outside medplus have a different MRP. in the name of discount Medplus is cheating customers. its an offence.

                  Acutret 10 mg of tab wit medplus has mrp or 132rs
                  but the same with maruthi medicals has mrp of 122rs.

                  whats the whole point of buying medicines with medplus..!!

                      I am medplus customer having cust id 687576. I have about 715 points accumulated to my credit. I wanted to redeem my points against supply of rice cooker and redeemed in their web ín april'2016 as per the stocking but next day a call from their no.[protected], informed to me that the said items are not in stock and another 10 days will be available. This was the similar reply when i contacted in june to october' 2016. I am their customer since last 5 years and purchasing medicines from their store at nellore. I fail to understand that my repeated requests for the items have not been supplied to me as per the scheme launched by them.

                      Further yesterday i. E.[protected] again booked rice cooker, the same call back by today it self. Again today i booked kitchen goods like fan's due to i thought that they have not rice cooker and may be available other items. Unfortunately another one hour call to me told same story and their representative also prior response given to me. She told check with our stores of other items and informed to me if do u have our store number talk with them.

                      This is a fraud on the customers who are accumulating points on their purchases from them with a hope to redeem the same at a later date.
                      Can i have a quick response from you in the case.

                        Its a Shame to see the kind of service that Med Plus is providing as I have been customer who is buying medicine from the Med Plus since 2 years.

                        The Med Plus located in Kumara park, Bangalore location is providing pathetic service. One of the person by name answered the call and said that he shall be getting the medicines by today afternoon, but when called at 3:30 PM today, he says he shall get in the evening and disconnected the call.

                        called customer care number on +[protected], agent by name Ms. Afsanna answered the call. When narrated the entire matter, she says we dont give commitment.

                        She disconnects the call and when called back again on +[protected], another agent answers and asked her to hand the call over to Ms.Afsanna.

                        Spoke to her again and asked why the call got disconnected, she says by mistake as she was try to place the call on hold. When asked to her regarding the conference of the call with the Med Plus staff, she says we dont have the option to conference the call.

                        I hope my concern is clear and hope this shall be taken care soon and looking forward for a response.

                          Medalist shop which is located at vinobanagar shimoga. We went their to purchase Sizon tablet and asked to give only 4 tablet. The staff member told we can't cut the sheet you have to take whole sheet if want. Then The staff misguided without giving the bill. And when we are asking for exchange the product with other tablets next day. They are refusing and asking for the bill next day ..
                          they are putting the amount to their pockets without paying bill we came to know later.. pls requesting to take action on them

                            I purchased medicines from Medplus medical shop opposite to Ayyappa temple Annanagar Chennai 600040 for Rs.2474.50 on 7.9.2016 through my KVB Debit card. I find that the amount is twice collected from my account due to rough operation of my Debit card by your staff.                                 On 9th this month I have ordered the following medicine for online booking
                                1 lantus 100 cartridge 2
                                Glimisave m 2 60
                                Atorva 10 mg. 30
                                Diatral cap. 30
                                On receipt of SMS for delivery today I called on your bazar road, Madipakkam branch. But to my dismay he billed one cartridge alongwith other medicines. When I enquired that I made 2 cartridge .
                                Mr Prakash made another bill for lantus with 10% discount by telling he missed to book 2 cartridge.
                                Since its the mistake of Mr Prakash I demanded 15 percentage for all the medicine.But he bluntly refused by saying it's a common error. For your error customer should not be penalized.
                                Further he misbehaved and arrogantly told to get out if I am not willing to purchase.
                                I simply quite the place.
                                I[censored] don't take action against the erring personal you will loose all the customers including myself. Good bye.

                                  Today i went to buy medicine to medplus store located in ramamurthy nagar main road. (Tin no:[protected], storeid:inkablr02098). Invoice number :[protected].

                                  As part of the items, i have taken fol g2 plus tab of 2 packs and both with same batch number acr1056 which mrp is 164.60 but while billing they entered different batch numbers as acs1033, acr1056 and charged 162.90 and 148.14 after 10% discount. My wife was trying to explain and get them notify but staff is getting irritated and behaved with us rudely.

                                  As i'm a regular customer to this store and since today it's happened to review the bill, we were identified the fraud.

                                  Is this a medical store and rowdy fraudster batch started running medplus outlets.

                                  Today my son approached to your stores located at NTR Circle Vijayawada to get medicines. some are available at your stores and some are not available. Requested to get those unavailable medicines in your stores. But they replied that, what ever the medicines available can be issued. some may be possible to get from out side, some are not possible

                                    My order id 1143948 for amount rs.1, 607.17 dated 27.6.2016 was not delivered correctly to the store. i had made online payment. i had to cancel the order due to incorrect delivery. medplus ccexecutive promised that the amount will be credited in 7 days. i have still not received the payment. please look into it and resolve this issue as it is already overdue.

                                      I have ordered medicines online on 07.07.2016 at 5.50 pm.
                                      My order no. 1209109. i needed the medicines to use from today morning.
                                      But so far the pickup medicine message not received from the medical
                                      Store. today morning at 9am i called [protected] and informed the non receipt of message. i got a reply that after verifying they will inform me. as i did not get any information regarding the delivery of the medicine i once
                                      Again called and enquired at 11pm. this time also the same reply that it will be answered after verifying from the store. now it is 11.30. but no response. if they are unable to supply in time they should have informed and returned the money yesterday itself so that i should have purchased the medicines from any other medical stores near to my house. i need their immediate reply for the delay.

                                        Adviced me tablet wincit-m for alegic problem.
                                        Since 15.06.16 iam requesting your urwa shop for this tablet & they are replying me roodly these tablets are not supplying by your med plus co.
                                        I am surprised because this drug is availble in small medical shop in mangalore. You are selling soap & other cosmetics in your shop but not required drug.
