I am your regular customer. You can check the medicine I used to take by my mobile number. But today misbehave and unnecessary arguments has done by your staff. Also they didn't bother to provide the medicine even. Today I am really shocked.

        Recently i bought a protein powder from medplus store in villupuram on June 11th. Eventually i asked a normal ensure protein powder. while packaging and billed with ensure diabetic care Pack.

        While asking for replacement, they said computer internet problem, we cant get replacement now. so come back after some time.so i place the product on store, i will pick up while on pass on some other time through this way.

        almost nearly 24 hours crossed, i went to store .what about the product. At that time only searching the replacement product which i was given and it can't be replaced.itz your mistake like that told.you have been to careful while billing and packaging. some how another sales desk person involved check that product on store it is out of stock nearby no other store has 2kg stock now.so you have to purchase some other thing other than that. Nearly money is Rs.2800. For that what should i buy in medical shop for properly getting on 15 days basis on protein powder from that store.sudden change of new employees causing irresponsibleness. befor e that one sales person name is samad . He is properly managing the co workers and deliver the product as said time manner.foe that sake loved medplus and continously choosing medplus store in vpm.

        anyhow somehow we cant take replace now, you have to take a product if the product arrives, you can replace like that. it can be taken upto a week or 15days there is no stock nearby..you cant replace the single kg only by conevertinh to 400gm *2.remaining will collect if product arrives on store. we cant bill for particular thing.we will return wholey and buy at the full amount only is a choice like that. argument starts almost 24hrs you cant inform about the stock status, if you convey on yesterday itself i will buy some other place itself like that. There is lady sales person on desk...cant hear the word, simply doesnt bother about the product we sold, it upto to you in a attitude manner like that .. some how another small age girl intefered and calm me down. replace the product with 400gm * 4. like that billed nearly loss factor for me for buying like that. Any how choosed, but store has 2*400g now, taken that now.balance will take after while passing this store. i went at almost 8PM, i produce the bill and asked the product. Sift person changed and come back on tommorow like that wise replied. i shown up the bill and asked, he doesnt bother up, juz come bck tommorow.we are not responsible, that shift person you can ask like that . i asked to give a call and confirm it. He replied we cant give the call to the person.come back tommorow.. At that medplus totally lost his respect from my side. again i cameback that is today, sir product didn, t came yet .we will deliver like that delaying. almost 72hrs respnsivenss is worst and arrogance reply by both the shift persons.

          13/6/2021- the pharmacist is so careless that he always gives wrong medicine which is not in the prescription. They have their own choice. When it's identified and asked, he is arguing with the customer. When asked for replacement or refund he is using unparliamentary words with the customer.

          Instead o[censored]TI infection tablet, he gave tablets for stroke.
          Instead of clopilet he gave something else.

          Such incidents are occuring very frequently.

            I am regular cusomer of medplus for the last so many years. On[protected], I bought medicines for Rs 1723 / attached tax invoice for your ready reference and payment was made through BOI debit card but same amount was debited two times as message received in my registered phone number as below. Immediately I informed the matter to the sales counter employee and he assured me that no need to worry because same amount will be returned back into my account within two days. It is regretted that so far nothing has returned back. please look into the issue and expedite return payment .

              I have returned one strip of Rosofit cv10 capsules strip which was purchased at Rs. 244.[protected] % discount) . However on return i got credit amount of only 168.5 Rs. This is total cheating. An additional amount of 76.32 has been recovered. It seems there is an issue with software used for calculation.

                On 10th of May I had ordered an Oximeter for my parents who were effected by COVID and were in isolation. He immediately needed an oximeter to monitor their oxygen level. Upon searching I found that MedPlus is delivering Oximeter at home which costed 2499. Since it was a trusted brand, I immediately ordered and paid online. I received the product on 11th itself, but upon receiving I found that the instrument was a defective one and (2 Positive notes of the battery section are pointed in one direction and 2 negative section on the other). The display is old and seemed already used. I lodged a refund request and after calling and mailing numerous time with pictures of the device. After a week or so has passed, they emailed saying that the product cannot is returned as it is a non refundable product. However nowhere in the product description such thing was mentioned. We again contacted the customer care team and said that the device is faulty and please check the images before you close our complaint. After this another person called us and said that he will make sure we get the refund in 2-3 days. Today is the 9th of June and still they have not come back with anything. I have called the customer care team 4-5 times in the last 3 weeks, I have also called the person who promised to get us our refund back 2-3 times but that per son is not picking my calls at the moment.

                        I am P Yoganandam, Retired Senior Senior Manager of Canara Bank and a senior citizen. I have been regular customer of Med Plus and I have been purchasing various tablets every month from Med Plus to the tune of around Rs 2, 500/- per month for my personal purpose for my ailments namely Diabetes, and minor heart problem.

                        I purchased from Med Plus medical shop near Sahara Estate, Mansoorabad, Sailajapuram branch of medplus one bottle of ACCU CHECK sugar testing strips on 27/05/2021. I checked my sugar levels for three to four days and the strips are OK. Yesterday and for the last two days when I started to check my sugar level, I found to my surprise that all the strips are of no use as the sugar testing machine is giving that the strips are error. Error strips are only there in the bottle supplied to me. I had to purchase for Rs 975/-.

                        What is the reason for supply of this type of strips? Whether I have to come to a decision that the pharmacy starting cheating the people and public by supply o[censored]seless items.

                        I request to you to take up with top officials and solve my grievance by supplying good strips for checking my sugar levels.

                          I was at the Medplus drug store on the Alapakkam main road, Maduravoyal, Chennai, near Meenakshi General Hospital.
                          I am a doctor who was visiting, and there were customers who were buying medicines who were not wearing mask. I advised them to wear mask and asked the employees to enforce the same. For which the customers who were illegally allowed inside the shop without a mask, started fighting with me. This is when the employees started to make fun of me, mock me and proceed to tell me that they don't care if they or customers get COVID19 and that it was none of my business to worry about controlling the spread. Which, being a doctor I STRONGLY CONDEMN.
                          I FEEL DISRESPECTED, AGITATED, MOCKED. ALL FOR TRYING TO HELP STOP THE SPREAD OF COVID19.

                                We have purchased 30 Pin Om 40 Tablets. Each 15 tablet strip one is Rs. 263 and another strip is Rs. 289. Total amount is Rs.497 after deducting 10 percent discount, but they have billed the total amount of Rs. 520, which is 23 rs. excess. I[censored] purchased old rate then u should put the billing for the old amount only. I am sorry to say a reputed corporate company doing this kind of business. I have attached the photo copies.

                                  My name is SAIKAT SEN. I am a regular buyer of medplus. I buy medicines nearly 4 to 5 k every months. Today I had a very bad experience. I went to buy medicines from birati abashan outlet and it was for 1k almost but they have no POS machine and I had not much cash with me, so forcefully i buy medicine for 200rs. Suddenly after 10 minutes someone called and asked me to come again as their POS machine starts working fine.

                                  Now my question is that! What kind of harassment is this with a valuable coustomer like us? What kind of fault was in that POS machine which has been resolved within 10 minutes.

                                  I am truly not satisfied with this kind of behavior. Please look into this matter as soon as possible.

                                    Placed online order for 1300 Rs. including an hand sanitizer.
                                    The order was split as two. The others were delivered but handsanitizer which was in a separate bill was not delivered.
                                    The guy doing delivery took both the otps from my parents since the order was for them.

                                    I escalated the issue to medplus but they keep saying order status is delivered.I again told them the guy making delivering took two otps but gave only one parcel and since we made a single payment, we were not aware the order was split into two deifferent invoice.

                                    No response from them after that.

                                        Complaint number #61590.

                                        I made a transaction in medplus store
                                        "MEDPLUS TAMBARAM MUDICHUR, Door No 10A/6, Mudichur Road, Tambaram, Chennai." on 08-May-2020.

                                        In the store the store keeper swiped the card twice stating the transaction failed for the first time, but amount got debited in my account, he mentioned they did not received the money hence he swiped the card for the 2nd time.

                                        After waiting till 10-May-2020 the amount has not reversed to my account, hence I called ICICI bank customer care and asked about the transaction they said, the transaction was sucessful and the amount got credited to vendor account (which is medplus here). I raised a complaint on 10-May-2020 and following up with medplus (provided screen shot of the transaction details). Till today (23-May-2020) I have called them 7 times, every time I call them they will say the account department yet to reply back and it will take 24 hrs, from May 10th, fourteen 24 hours has gone and no reply from them. When I ask them please connect to your senior or escalation person they say that they don't have any such facility and they don't own any team lead or manager number, are the employees are working as orphan without any manger or management ? Very pathetic service and response, They are not willing to refund the money they have looted from me.

                                        Need necessary action to be taken on Medplus.
