Is it really take 30 days to refund the amount? Please don't delay as such. If so, how can the customers satisfy your service.

    Medplus Ghorastable is Prioritizing selective people and because of this I was unable to purchase medicines for my mother. Even in normal days they do so that was negligible but now in this pandemic we have to approach our nearest shop as we all know this is said by our government for our and others safety. Medplus is into full business and not caring about lives.

          St your Uday Nagar, Nagpur store, insulin cartridges are not kept in refrigerator for all the time, when they order from nearby store, they keep it outside refrigerator for long time with other non-fidge drugs.So, such insulins are not giving needed efficiency and patient causing hyperglycemia.
          Also, i don't think that the refrigerator at this store has temperature between 2-8℃, as packages taken out from it don't feel so cold.

            From below attached pic of receipt (OTNMM[protected]) you can clearly see the item number 4 is left unmarked, as am not received dura plus tablet,
            this issue is told to kelambakkam store, but they keep on telling me it is delivered. It is big blunder made by you guys.
            so i need clarity, whether you people are going to deliver the missed tablet? if not take back your items and cancel the order and make a refund of my payment.

            I LOST MY BELIEVE with your MED plus any more.

              I have ordered for januvia 50mg as per above order, the invoice is also shown as januvia 50mg but they delivered januvia 100mg instead of 50mg.

              your own doctor also called and sent prescription on my whatsapp number with 50 mg.

              this is very bad and deficiency of service from your end. your people are playing with the lives' of patients. actually the order was delivered yesterday evening but I didn't observe the same but now i have opened the cover and, surprisingly I found it is 100mg.

              Please take immediate action and exchange the tablets (6 packets) with 50 mg, otherwise we will take legal action against you for deficiency of service.

                Sir, I asked for volini gel. Saleman told instead of volini gel please buy omnigel. I asked him whether volini gel is available or not. He told me that volini gel is not available. I asked him to show the stock position. He refused me that volini gel is not available and I cannot show the stock position. I am regular customer and near buy 4, 000/- per month. I confirmed that volini gel is available in that shop. He is canvassing to sale omni gel. Not only this time. Every time he is tell same words. After that he will give.. This is my complaints to take necessary action. This month I bought from Apollo medicals for Rs 4354/- for this issue.

                  My order is not delivered

                  I ordered N95 masks and muesli on 24/04/2021. After a couple of hours I got call from delivery executive and confirmed my address over phone. After some the same person called me and asked for the OTP and assured me for the delivery. As soon as I told him the OTP he disconnected the call. He didn't called me back. I got message as my order already got delivered...

                                  On 4th April'21 I had purchased medicines worth INR 338/- from Medplus Adarshapally Sadhana Villa, P.O. N.C. Pukur, Mouja - Jaffarpur, Dag No: 280, Khatian No: 548, Ward No: 08, Kolkata. I had given them (Medplus executives one male, one female) my ICICI bank debit card for the transaction They swiped my debit card and INR 338/- was deducted from my bank a/c and I received the transaction message in my mobile from my bank that I showed to them, the medplus executives tried to print the bill but it didn't get printed, they asked for my debit card again and I gave it to them thinking that somehow they will use it to print the bill. But without my permission they swiped it again and another amount of INR 338/- was debited from my bank a/c. When I asked them why they swiped it for transaction 2nd time without my permission, they said that the the first transaction wasn't successful and money wasn't paid to MedPlus and that it will be credited back to my bank a/c as it hasn't reached the merchant a/c. On 14th April'21 I went to the same MedPlus store and met that same executive and he said he can't solve it and won't be able to do anything to solve it. So I have paid INR 676/- for medicines worth INR 338/- and nobody is able to do anything. Its been 10 days but the amount deducted due to failed transaction hasn't been credited to my bank a/c and person responsible for the transaction refused to anything. Requesting you to kindly help to return the extra amount deducted from a/c.

                                  Its been a month since my money was deducted twice by medplus from my bank a/c while purchasing medicines from Medplus Adarshapally, Barrackpore outlet as mentioned above but Medplus hasn't returned my money. Every time I send them email they tell me to keep waiting. Should I approach consumer court for INR 338/-.

                                    Hi Team,

                                    Today I visit MedPlus store at Govindashettypalya Village, Doddanagamangala Panchayat, Shantipura Road, Bangalore - 560098, and face the issue with mode of payment, they are saying as per MedPlus rules Credit Cards will not accept for payment after 10:00 PM IST, here how you can decide people have money to pay using UPI or Paytm or Cash? It is very disappoint service from MedPlus and never expect such service from Medical or Health care department.
                                    RESPECT PEOPLE BUT NOT FOR MONEY.
                                    Do not expect people have money or cash in this pandemic situation or any situation at anytime in future.
