    Complaint number #61590.

    I made a transaction in medplus store
    "MEDPLUS TAMBARAM MUDICHUR, Door No 10A/6, Mudichur Road, Tambaram, Chennai." on 08-May-2020.

    In the store the store keeper swiped the card twice stating the transaction failed for the first time, but amount got debited in my account, he mentioned they did not received the money hence he swiped the card for the 2nd time.

    After waiting till 10-May-2020 the amount has not reversed to my account, hence I called ICICI bank customer care and asked about the transaction they said, the transaction was sucessful and the amount got credited to vendor account (which is medplus here). I raised a complaint on 10-May-2020 and following up with medplus (provided screen shot of the transaction details). Till today (23-May-2020) I have called them 7 times, every time I call them they will say the account department yet to reply back and it will take 24 hrs, from May 10th, fourteen 24 hours has gone and no reply from them. When I ask them please connect to your senior or escalation person they say that they don't have any such facility and they don't own any team lead or manager number, are the employees are working as orphan without any manger or management ? Very pathetic service and response, They are not willing to refund the money they have looted from me.

    Need necessary action to be taken on Medplus.

        I had purchased medicines worth INR 948 on 26th April 2021 in your pharmacy outlet in East Mada Street, Mylapore Chennai- 600 004. The amount was initially paid through my Andhra Bank Card which i was informed that the same is not swiped and got declined. I had then paid through another card of mine and the same was accepted. However the amount claimed to be declined at your pharmacy was debited to my card account. I have checked with the Bank and they have informed me that the transaction was accepted and not declined.
        I have visited three times to the pharmacy and have submitted all relevant documents as sought by your team and they are unable to offer a solution and arrange the refund.

          We bought medicine from your shop.one medicine we are not aware but your staff told that if mistake that medicine pls return immediately.we return to home suddenly rush to your shop he told us wait for OTP we wait for OTP after 2 mins we told OTP and your staff told that we cancel that OTP.and he told wait for another 1 hour and he rudely behaviour and told you came tomorrow. In this panoramic period I was very upset. Is this the sign you are behaving towards the customer?

            Till now no action has been taken by medplus
            They asked me for bank details and I had already provided it to them for the refund of amount 1970
            Bank details had been provided last week only
            Till now I didn't get back my money

              I just went to my near by med plus store in vanasthalipuram bought medicines on my registered mobile number [protected] I always prefer medplus but your agents told me directly on my face not come again to visit again the store. This all happened because when paid the bill with 500 note they should return me 316 rupees but you agent gave me 310 and rudely said to take the remaining 6 on your next visit I understand sometimes it happens but the way he said it to me and took it so carelessly I felt very bad and humiliated. I immediately said I don't want change back or I will return the medicine then they suddenly started being so rude to me I never felt so threatened like that before in any shop there were three Associates and all them were behaving like prisoners I don't know how you hired them but you will surely lose customers it they really behave with everyone like that. One of them said that he had seen many of them like me before and they were so rude and rash to me. I will never ever go to that store even it is so close to my home. They should really be taught a good lesson to behave good and should teach minimum discipline. You can watch the video recording too of you want you can see how they reacted and behaved with me.                 I have buy pluse oximeter in medplus thiruninravur branch. I have check oximeter it showing 92 and in front of doctors oximeter it's showing 98. So I request to replace the product but supervisor(haribabu) speaking it's working like that only. We will not change the product. Please change the product or refund the money

                    I have purchased one product and they have delivered wrong product. when I asked for replacement they suggested me to go nearest store and exchange. if I am able to go store then why should I order in app..

                    They are saying with little harsh voice if you want to replace we do not know when it will be done.

                        I ordered a oximeter on 26th April, 2021
                        It was suppose to be deliver on 28th April, 2021
                        As I didn't receive it so I had cancelled my order

                        I had applied for refund but still I didn't get the money back
                        It has been already 14 days that I had applied for my refund but still didn't get it
                        Everytime I call customer care I didn't get any reply
                        Everytime I am Sending email to [protected]@medplusmart.com they always generate a ticket and after somedays without resolving my issue they are closing the ticket
                        I think medplus is cheating me it has done a fraud with me
                        Amount that I suppose to get back is of Rs1970

                            I ganesh from chennai resident of medavakkam. I have neuro issues n I take gardinal . today 8th of may n 7pm I went into the mediplus branch n I asked for the medicine gardinal 60 n 30mg but I was denied by the staff. already I had a issue with the same staff
                            That person doesn't work he keeps on speaking on his mobile n makes customer wait. I questioned him he said I am not getting salary n said that is more important today this saw me n wanted ly denied the emergency medicine. I taking legal issue on this and also mail to CM box. you people r making money n mocking cystomers

                                  First when I placed the order over phone, the bill amount was Rs.130. They said home delivery is free only if the bill amount is higher than 1000.

                                  So I added more items and my latest bill amount was Rs.1180. Even for the new bill amount they are asking for delivery charge. When questioned I am not getting proper reply and rude response.

                                      On 7/4/2021 have ordered medicines from client number 39791702 of 1387.78 rupees, where I did net banking and transaction id, is[protected]. On the 8th of April, I called Medplus customer care and requested to refund and found they will raise and the refund will get it by 7-10 bank working days. This did not happen and again I called them back on 26th of April and found they have not raised refund on 8th of April and they will initiate a refund on 26th of April and got a call on 28th that my refund got initiated and will get my money back between 5-7 bank working days. I was waiting for more than those days and still, I haven't received any refund. This kind of ignorance makes customers second thought whether to go with Medplus for their needs. At least I hope now they will do something after rising this complaint. I am attaching refund initiated screenshot what I have recieved from Medplus team where it need refund my amount

                                        Purchased ointment Fucidin 15mg Sun pharma @ 9th blk, jayanagar

                                        on 4th May, 2021.

                                        When opened it is watery and the store says they cannot take the responsibility.

                                        If this is Medplus policy only GOd can save.

                                        Kindly resolve the issue, or else I and my family, friends will be asked to boycott Medplus.
