Refund against an order

Till now no action has been taken by medplus
They asked me for bank details and I had already provided it to them for the refund of amount 1970
Bank details had been provided last week only
Till now I didn't get back my money
It's a request to the concerned team to help me to get my refund back...

I just went to my near by med plus store in vanasthalipuram bought medicines on my registered mobile number [protected] I always prefer medplus but your agents told me directly on my face not come again to visit again the store. This all happened because when paid the bill with 500 note they should return me 316 rupees but you agent gave me 310 and rudely said to take the remaining 6 on your next visit I understand sometimes it happens...

Pulse oximeter not working properly and thiruninravur supervisor speak wrong

I have buy pluse oximeter in medplus thiruninravur branch. I have check oximeter it showing 92 and in front of doctors oximeter it's showing 98. So I request to replace the product but supervisor(haribabu) speaking it's working like that only. We will not change the product. Please change the product or refund the money

My order of Rs.2580 was cancelled by Medplus on 26th April 2021. Since then I wrote several mails but didn't get the amount till date.

Careless towards consumer after sales

I have purchased one product and they have delivered wrong product. when I asked for replacement they suggested me to go nearest store and exchange. if I am able to go store then why should I order in app..

They are saying with little harsh voice if you want to replace we do not know when it will be done.

its really careless towards consumer after sales....

About a particular store

Hi team,

Could you please take action about the associates who is working on the medplus store thirumulaivoyal. They have the worst customer service and they are very slow in the process of their work. Therefore, kindly take the necessary action and do the needful....

First when I placed the order over phone, the bill amount was Rs.130. They said home delivery is free only if the bill amount is higher than 1000.

So I added more items and my latest bill amount was Rs.1180. Even for the new bill amount they are asking for delivery charge. When questioned I am not getting proper reply and rude response....

Harassment

Medplus Ghorastable is Prioritizing selective people and because of this I was unable to purchase medicines for my mother. Even in normal days they do so that was negligible but now in this pandemic we have to approach our nearest shop as we all know this is said by our government for our and others safety. Medplus is into full business and not caring about lives....
