I made a transaction in medplus store
"MEDPLUS TAMBARAM MUDICHUR, Door No 10A/6, Mudichur Road, Tambaram, Chennai." on 08-May-2020.
In the store the store keeper swiped the card twice stating the transaction failed for the first time, but amount got debited in my account, he mentioned they did not received the money hence he swiped the card for the 2nd time.
After waiting till 10-May-2020 the amount has not reversed to my account, hence I called ICICI bank customer care and asked about the transaction they said, the transaction was sucessful and the amount got credited to vendor account (which is medplus here). I raised a complaint on 10-May-2020 and following up with medplus (provided screen shot of the transaction details). Till today (23-May-2020) I have called them 7 times, every time I call them they will say the account department yet to reply back and it will take 24 hrs, from May 10th, fourteen 24 hours has gone and no reply from them. When I ask them please connect to your senior or escalation person they say that they don't have any such facility and they don't own any team lead or manager number, are the employees are working as orphan without any manger or management ? Very pathetic service and response, They are not willing to refund the money they have looted from me.
Need necessary action to be taken on Medplus.
