My brother has to attend comed K entrance exam but 20 minutes prior to arrival time these guys are sending message that there are no cabs available ?? This is how you run this service?? It's not India's number 1 cab it's India's... no Worlds worst cab service...

Online Wallet Fraud

Cab was allotted, but driver never picked up call

This is one of my worst experience with Meru. I had booked a cab for 5.30PM. They sent me the driver information at around 5.06PM. But the driver was not picking up the call at all. When I called the customer service at around 5.30 PM, they told that an alternate cab will be arranged and the confirmation will be sent on SMS. But I never got the alternate cab also.
