Dear sir

I parcelled my tailor machine stand from madurai at june 11th 2022 to Chennai tambaram received june 13th 2022
But it's fully damaged kindly please repair my machine stand or refund my transportation amount please support and do the needful

Parcel was booked from Koyambedu to Avinashi on 09.06.2022 with GC No. 10339759 When I have picked the parcel on 14.06.2022 at Avinashi MSS office, parcel was damaged but after getting delivery signature only they shown parcel to me. So I asked about this issue to MSS office in Avinashi. They have not responded in a right way and they said we are not responsible for anything. This is not the right way to speak to the customers as MSS doing business in Service sector. So please address this issue and revert me back the actions and steps taken to sort out this issue.

On 17th May we booked one pipe bundle and one poly bag from koyambedu to madurai Thirumangalam. But there reached pipe bundle only. Poly bag not reached.

BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED.AT THE TIME OF BOOKING, THEY ASSURED TO DELIVERY ON TUESDAY MORNING 8AM. BUT NOW THEY ARE REPLIED THAT NOT YET REACHED. PLEASE LET ME KNOW THE FATE OF MY BIKE AND DELIVER THE SAME TODAY ITSELF

METTUR SUPER SERVICE CHEAT TO CUSTOMER

Have booked a ticket from Chennai to Madurai (Periyar bus stand )
And the ticket price is so pricy I paid ₹2200 for this
And due to traffic as they mentioned I was dropped at entrance of Madurai
And now I had to pay another ₹400 to go to my home !
Should I have booked a direct Madurai bus or what should have I done

Only thing is driver and Co are so gud and respectful!

Each and every time while i order Naatuchakarai bags i recieve damaged goods because of improper transit and transportation of goods and also they’re imposing charges for unloading but most of the time no person is there for unloading so kindly take necessary actions for the welfare of customers

Mettur supar sarvice bad transport, I lost 40000 rupees goods, no time to time deleveraging, so plese stop mss transport

Every time they collect extra amounts it’s too high I sent parcels to Chegalpattu

I have booked a parcel from Erode to Tiruppur 2 months ago.. But still the parcel was not delivered to receiver as he is out of station. Then a random auto driver visited mss office and asked about my parcel and told that he want to take this please provide me sender's mobile number. We all know sharing one's personal info is strictly illegal as per mss policy. But mss employee in Tiruppur office (Aravind) has shared my mobile number and that guy also called me and asked my parcel to take. I hanged up the call and called mss office more than 50 times but it was not answered. Then I tried to contact higher employees (shankar and nirmal). I talked with them about this but Nirmal was spoke rudely without seeing that I am a customer complaining about their policies and norms. He hanged up my call. Is it the serviceability and responsibility of the mss employees?? Even I can go legally but last time I tried to complaint with higher officials. But they treated me very well.. hats off to the whole mss team

I am booked bike parcel in Tiruchengode to Koyambedu, I have received at Koyambedu. But Bike indicator s damaged.

Mettur Parcel Service is charging unauthorized extra charges while unloading the packages at the destination. They do not have proper explanation/breakup/any bills towards the extra charges. Particularly Mettur Super Service musiri branch customer service is very very worst in dealing customers.

I booked a ticket for chennai to madurai (28.01.2022) . bus got cancelled by the operator but i didn't recieve any kind of information from them. I myself called them for getting the exact pickup location at that time they are telling me the bus is cancelled. There is no proper information from redbus but in redbus ticket is still live.

have only 8 hrs for the but there is no proper information About the bus.

I have booked my two wheeler for transportation from Sivakasi to Muthandikuppam (Neyveli) dated on 06/01/2022 and received on 08/01/2022. I bill amount was Rs.1800 but actually the amount paid was Rs.2050 without mentioned in the bill. They asked for packaging. Clearly requested to handle with care while transportation. But today what happened is bike handbar completely bended, brake broken, doom broken and lastly so many scratches. This is not the first time I faced, last time only indicators broken. The photos were not able attach with this. Kindly resolve this.

we have received Parcel from Bangalore above mentioned lr no.8781397 / 8770462.we loss our material fully oil spred on bundle..our garments was loss full oil spread,
we ask to MSS person he not giving proper response, also Branch manager not respond, Every one we tried but no result...
fully damaged our clothes...
we loss Rs.65000 worth material...
