We have booked a parcel from Red Hills Chennai to Sivagangai on 6/9/21. But next day it dnt reach… called Sivagangai office they said the package reached Madurai @ 5.36pm… if it is urgent they asked to collect it from Madurai… since they informed for Sivagangai lorry will not come daily nu….
I made a effort and arranged a person to collect from Madurai @8.55pm… at that time they informed the package vs in Trichy… this is how ur service is… I am from Coimbatore spoken with Coimbatore office person and checked it’s there in Trichy…
Finally spoken with manager regarding the problem… he said will deliver early morning… since it’s for a wedding today morning… now called the person they said … will check nu..

No responses while we call, they dont pick up our call very bad experience with this parcel service

very bad srvice. some stocks are missing but they arent take any responsiblity for this theft. they simply said" sorry sir it wont repeat in future

Even though we had the above confirmed ticket we are denied to board the bus at the pick up point(Asok pillar) and they told that 'your name not displayed in our chart and seat no. 10 has been alloted to some other passenger.' (The above ticket was booked and confirmed on 14.08.21 for the journey to be programmed on 19.08.21 from Chennai to Mettur.)
The issue was conveyed as live to mettur head office but no alternate arrangement has been done. This is very unfair. This made a lot of mental agony and huge financial loss to us. The company has not yet replied positively for the issue.. Srinivasan

We have booked one consignment on 11/08/21 at Marimagal branch in Chennai to Tirunelveli till date the above mentioned consignment yet to reached. There is no response in our office even continues follow up your local office both side.

I have sent a motorbike from Chengalpattu to Mayiladuthurai with proper packing condition.
due to worst material handling the bike was completely damaged.
there is no response from parcer service manager.

I made an order from chidambaramMSS to coimbatore by METUR SUPER SERIVCES on 29:07:2021 PARCEL NUMBER 7170492.I didnt got my parcel for 3 days after that i called to my nearby mss hub(KARUMATHAMPATTY) number no one answered after so many attempts he picked my call and i said whatever happened after that he's ignoring my questions and their answer did not satisfied me .they tell like your parcel have been stucked in TRICHY MSS HUB and after that I tried to call mss TRICHY office they said your product has already dispatched from here(TRICHY MSS HUB) he also used harsh words and not respnded properly. i didnt get my parcel till now(11:08:2021) so kindly take this as complaint and take necessary actions.

My parcel number is 7234330. Out of 4 items only three have been delivered and one is still missing. No proper response. Irresponsible reply from the concerned people. No mechanism to escalate our issues to the higher levels. Ver very poor customer support.

Booking number 6735924. Amount 360+ loading charge 20 rs total 380

But I have booked from bommasandra to kavandapadi same material, resealable price.

Booking number 7074084 amount 268 Rs only.
Both are compared to kavandapadi is worste service.
Please take the action concerned person.

I book parcel from adirampattinam to coimbatore via trichy and its came to covai after 10 days and mainly 3000Rs valued leather jerkin is missed in that parcel... it is the worst service i ever seen

My parcel was booked at tirupur pushpa theater branch on 6/7/2021. I did not recieved parcel yet I called Trichy hub and central bus stand there is no response. Today 18.7.2021 they are saying that my parcel got missed. I need my parcel back or claim against my parcel as soon as possible. My G.C.NO.6929885

I sent 4 white bundles from thiruthuraipoondi to Hyderabad Nacharam (#6886485) on July 1st 2021. Parcel went from thiruthuraipoondi to tirchy hub on the next day. My parcel was in tirchy for almost 10 days and I was calling them daily to move it. Finally, they sent my parcel on July 12th 1 out of 4 white bundle and on July 13th another 2 white bundles to chennai. On July 17, I got a message to collect parcel from nacharam. I went to nacharam, but only 3 white bundles were there. I spoke to Prasath and saravannan in tirchy hub, regarding missing white bundle, they told me can't find it, they will pay cash. I said I need the white bundle, prasath said flie a case or do whatever you want, you will not get it. Is it a way you will treat your customer. It is value of more than 15k. It was missed in tirchy hub. So prasath and saravanan were responsible for my missing bundle. I need my missing parcel, kindly do the needful.
