We are customer waiting for delivery from 9am at Tambaram MSS Ofice but till now shop not opened and when called they said 10am is time and now it’s already been 10.20 and no call pick up after that .. really a pathetic work from MSS

      When booking time it's showing 253 during delivery time they are asking 318 and also no proper answer for that ... Here Manager is irritating fellow seems like looting money from the customer ... Shame on this transport

        We are an M/s.Saravana Traders from Tiruvarur. On 22.02.2021 we send the parcel to TIRUNELVELI from Tiruvarur MSS Booking office vide booking G C No.5948630. Upto till date there is no information about my parcel. I will contact Tiruvarur Booking office they replied me Your parcel is despatched from our office so we didn't no about the parcel. Then we contact to Trichy Hub Manager they replied me Our parcel didn't receive our office. And we contact TIRUNELVELI Hub Manager they replied Our parcel didn't received. Daily we contact your offices through phone call but there is no solution to got my parcel. I am really disappointed of your customer service & lack of customer service. Daily morning we contact all of your offices they said need 1 day time. Already 10 days left out but till now there is no solution. We all are doing business to do something. But this kind of poor services like you people we mentally disturbed and our promise to deliver the material to our customer on right time is not happen. In my 12 years career in this business industry I had never seen this kind of poor response from parcel agency.Anyhow I need information about my parcel as soon as possible. Otherwise please share the contact number of Authorized person of this company. I expect your valuable reply at earliest.

              I have parceled my bike from Trichy to Chennai. My new bike silencer scarthed and the side mirror broken even packed inside the Trichy manager is saying that I am not responsible for that. There is no proper response from the hub. Very worst service.

                I put a delivery box from paramathi velur to Karaikudi which carries some expensive 3D tiles. It was broken by your employees careless . I lost nearly 8000 rupees and I need that to be paid by your company. And make sure that this never happens.

                                    My friend has sent me a glass package from kancheepuram and I received it in kadayanallur .I opened the package immediately after receiving it in office itself and I found it to be shattered into pieces. The personnel there assured me of registering a complaint on this and get me a refund but from next day onwards they started playing with me asking me to call to AGM Number, head office number, sent address. I tried all means and after trying out 100 times each number will connect but all the persons give a response that it is not relate d to them and forward me to another person. I posted my issue on Twitter, sent them an email but I never get acknowledge response too.I trusted this service only after getting assurance from them that they send safely but this incident of poor service has made me lose my hard earned money of 4000 rupees . Posting this issue here so that I expect atleast a proper response and refund from the parcel service
