Booked on 17/06/2020 at MSS main branch Trichy, palpannai. Booking number 6758437. Till now I'm not getting my parcel. I called lot of times, but they didn't respond.

    Hi,

    We booked a parcel on 11th june 2021.
    Parcel Number: 6701407.

    Still now its not delivered. In delivery location, they are attending the call for first time and asking to call after ten minutes. Then there is no response at all. This is very bad. Kindly resolve the issue asap

        Hi, sir/mam,
        I'm saran from kovai.I was send a 8000rs cost books from Siddhapudur, CBE to Simmakkal, Madurai @02/06/21 today 07/06/21 yet not delivered...I want information from siddhapudur branch they are not give proper response & simmakal branch switched off.It's not a good service.pls give me a solution of my parcel (GC No:6619651)

                FOR 700KGS PACKED IN HDPE BAG THEY CHARGES Rs 5146 WHICH WAS VERY HIGH.

                  We had sent parcel from bangalore to trichy, according to the opposite party order from MSS(Metro Super Service) .
                  After the parcel was sent they are calling us and telling that the parcel was caught by sale tax, and asking us hefty amount to give the sale tax person.
                  When i asked about the details of the office which caught them, they are not giving us any details, just asking cash !
                  And I’m sure it’s somebody from MSS only who is playing and demanding money for himself.
                  We are dealing with MSS service from long time almost everyday!
                  We trust you people, kindly help us out.

                    We place booking 20th April frm Panruti to Mannargudi for 5 kg percel but they received only about 3.5 kg.

                    We missed (1.5 kg ) and item damaged (irresponsible answer from mannargudi agent staffs)

                    The agent is now saying that the parcel is missing .

                      Today I went to perundurai mettur super service to receive my parcel... My parcel amount is 130rs..i gave 230rs...the cashier boy have enough cash. But he didn't give correct change.. He argue me and try to fight with me.. He is so irresponsible and irrespective... I'm so upset... Very bad experience in Ms's... Pls take action on him...

But today I noticed my parcel is voluntarily tampered and a snack pocket is taken out.
