Dear Concerned,
This is the most pathetic customer support fraud I have witnessed ever in a consumer durable company.
This is with reference to the below service complaint raised, when I called the customer care no. today they claim that the compliant has been closed and the reason and details given is that the customer has not submitted the purchase invoice to the technician.
Please note that all details regarding the purchase invoice was given to your technician Mr.Anil (M-[protected]) during his visit on 12.12.2015 and informed that the service issue will be resolved before one week. After several follow-up now the customer support teams informs that the compliant is closed and we have to raise an new compliant. This is fraud practice from your company to close the complaint giving an absurd and false reason for having closed the compliant and again ask the customer to register a new complaints, so that they can safe guard the company in case of consumer litigation.
I now as a final notice informing you to either replace the TV with a new one or refund my payment made towards it. Now I in no terms want a service of the same as I feel the local service providers are cheating the customer with either duplicate or spurious spares.
Please beware that if I don’t get any reply in this matter within 48 hours I will be forced to go to consumer court claiming compensation for the harassment and fraud practices practiced by your company.
