Micromax — about not returning handset from micromax service support | |||
i had problem with my micromax canvas magnus a117 .the problem was regarding touchpad was not working.I had face same problem two times even after repairing it from micromax authorized service center .Now two months have been passed and yet i haven't get my phone back. I want my phone back as early as possible. and I also want the extended warranty for extra two months as it was with service center. Plz take necessary actions . i have mailed you the proper details as you mention in the comment.plz take necessary actions.
Today i had phone call from sangli service center for replacement of my phone.But they are offering me micromax canvas 2(A110) instead of magnus(A117). so haven't accept the offer.I just want the same model as of mine. Otherwise i want the repayment for my piece.
