Attention please, As per your distributors bill No.ANS/CS/RO4327 dated 4th July 2014 (Navtarang Radio House, Sangli) I have purchased a mobile Micromax A 106 From starting it has some functioning problems. So I forded it to your authorized service station Shri services, Sangli (M.S.) on date 08/04/2015 as per job seat No.wo[protected] They given back to me on 22/5/2015. Still problem not solved. Again I have returned this Mob. to your service station on 22/5/2015 i.e. same day. Further they have given the said mob., saying repaired, on 26/6/2015 Still problem not solved Problems : 1) It can not run 1 hour continuously. 2) It restart automatically Three times I have given for repair but it is not repaired Now please replace the pc. by new one or refund my money. If you are giving me the same pc. please extend guarantee period as the pc. was lying with your service station. Otherwise your such response will compel me to file a suit in Consumer Court and for this act and action you will be responsible. Your co-operation in this matter will be highly appreciated. Thanks

          incident date 28 june 2015 phone no [protected] I was working on my micromax canvas tab P470 suddenly i feel internal display was looking like a breakable screen and after that i try to start it but it could not. when we tried to repair from service centre (Shakarpur, Delhi). service centre advice us to replace the internal LCD display part at the price of 3250.00 but we explain incident in the service centre and requested them to replace the screen in warranty period, but they did not trust on this incident and refuse to replace the same. kindly advice us what to do.             I can not believe on such a good brand company providing pathetic services to customers. We bought Micromax phone online from Australia and gifted to my mother/ AFTER just few months it stoped working. We given the phone to Service center based at Anand, Gujarat but they returned us the phone back after 30 days without repairing it. Phone is in warranty period. Service provider said that Micromax is unable to solve the problem and returned us the phone. We checked the phone and we found out that they changed the original bolts of the phone and also they have not fixed the chip properly so phone has stoped working properly. We are highly dissatisfied because of the services you provide. What a pathetic after sales service. Please look into this matter and help us

                  on 26th june i purchase a micromax unite 3 smartphone in rohini sector 3 from mobile store the shopkeeper gives me a defected headset his upper black screen has little damage and i didnt see that because the damage was very small when i complain about the phone for replacement he didnt replace its and argue with me and tell me to go to survice center sector 16 rohini new delhi when i reach there they said to me that there is a little damage and i would pay 1750/- rs for it why i pay rs 1750/- if company replacement gurantee is there

                    I have a mixcromax A114 which I purchased about 6 months ago. The phone is still in warranty and the on off button got a little pressed. I decided to give the phone to micro max service center in Lajpat nagar. The person told me it will take 7-10 days. I got a message on the 29th exactly 10 days later from micro max saying it has been repaired. So I took off work early and went to the repair center where to my surprise the phone was messed up even further. The guy who repaired it had messed up the motherboard and the phone was not charging. Now they are saying I have to wait another 20 days before I get my phone back . This is ridiculous my phone is not toy to play with and I think micromax like every big brand is at a turning point with a downward spiral. I want to add that when I was at the service center(In Lajpat nagar new Delhi) I saw a large number of customers there were very unhappy with the service provided. To add to this this service center is one of the most important three in Delhi which is quite a big thing.

                      Dear sir, I have purchased a mobile Bolt A069 on 09/07/2014. It working well till last month. Now it showing its shows some problem in touch and key pad of phone. It became hang up and now shut off. I have gone to Micromax Service Centre M/s Simran Electronics G-9 Narain Tower Opp. Police chowki Sanjay Place Agra. I tell the complaint of my mobile to receptionist Yashmeet Kaur but they said before hearing the complaint that it take 15 days time for repairing i asked "why" She said that this is the rule of our company. So if you agree than i open job card i request him that please repair this as soon as possible and submit my phone vide job no. N[protected] on dated 27/06/2015. Today i call to their contact no. [protected] but this not received so i went to office to know the status of phone than Recpt. became hyper and said why r u come while i gave 15 days time and do misbehave with me.                         Gud evening sir i complaint against micromax service center bcz very poor service . In feature i not recomend to buy micromax phone ever. I find problem in my canvas nitro in display . In service center i show the fault. He ensure that display changeed soon and i fet my mobile back in 10 days. I got call after 10 days from micromax service center. When i recived my phone than i chek bt in change display fault also . I show again service center he say again after 10 days display replaced i submit my set bt today one month gone not recieved my phone and service center always say phone on the way.                             Hi I am Vaseeq. I am Facing this Issue for the SECOND TIME. I had submitted my Mobile Micromax Unite 2 A106, at micromax service center at 17 - June - 2015 and yet my mobile has not repaired and returned to me.(Pls note that the same problem had occurred before a month and had taken 1 MONTH to solve (check my previous complaint for details)). Job sheet no : S[protected] ; Problem Reported : 4101 POWER DOES NOT SWITCH ON ; Remarks : Not Switching On; What had to be done : Motherboard replacement; Warranty : Yes ; The handset was submitted to the below address in Bangalore : M/S Mobile Seva #761, Sai Mansion, Marrathahalli Ring Road, Near Marathahalli Bridge, Above Andra Bank Bangalore - 560037.                             Finally i got a replaced handset after 40 days, Good. But the problem is there is some dust in the screen itself. But anyhow, I just got my phone back. Thanks

                            Please help, Micromax is playing tricks now. They said max within 30 days i will get my mobile but now they say 15 days you have to wait and then you will get your phone. They are increasing the maximum date to deliver the mobile after repair. Note that this is the Second time i am facing with this problem, the last time they took 1 whole month. I wonder if we have to wait for months together and then finally our warranty should go off..
                            Please return my mobile ASAP.
                            Dear Consumer Complaints, I thought adding a complaint makes our work done with less amount of time, But after complaining to Micromax, My phone which i am supposed to get before 30 days at max, I hear that Because I have given a complaint it can take more 20 days additional to that of the 30 days. So Pls look into the matter. I am repeating again that this is the second time that this phone is gone for repair and yet i am to face such issues, its a shame.

                                I bought micromax a111 from amazon.in on july 17 2014. From then this mobile is creating problem. I thought of going multiple times to customer service center but because of time constarint I couldnot. My brother went to service center they sent him saying this is not under warranty n all that. Issues: cameras are not working properly 2. Speaker is not working properly. 3. Slow I trust amazon more than samsung and any other companies. I bought yureka also that set is working fine. Reply me your proceding as soon as possible

                                  I have submited my phone to Service centre on 12/06/2015. after 4 days they sent to Delhi n give me new job sheet no that is W[protected]. my issues are. 1. Why it is kept at service centre for 4 days without any working...? 2. Phone is showing under process as confirmed from Customer Care No:[protected] 3. So why Micromax is taking 15-18 days time ? R u doing any research work or what ? I am very disappointed b`cuz I do most of the study work in my mobile. I required urgent solution of my issue. So kindly do the needful.

                                    This is to inform you that i had bought one micromax mobile phone (4501-Android one) on March 17'15. Phone had worked fine for two months & on 19th June my mobile phone got hanged & not to switched on. I have submitted my mobile phone to one of your micromax repairing center at sec-41, chandigarh. They told me that motherboard of this phone has been damaged & need to send to the head office for repairing & it will take 22-25 days. I had called up your helpline[protected] for further help but no resolution being provided by them. One of your customer care executive lodged a complaint & said that i wil get my phone within 7 days & yesterday i again called up on help line but your executive said that phone will be repaired in 15 days. Now the question is that is this a quality of your mobile phones?. No one from customer care & repairing center is exactly knows that how much time will take to repair the phone. I had spent 6200 rs to buy the phone but after only 2 months i am phone less & have no communication with others. Why company is not providing the replacement of phone if this is not working properly. if phones/parts are being faulty in such a short period then you should stop to manufacture the phones( my personal advice to you people). I am so much frustrated with your mobile phones & services.

                                      Purchased Micromax A290 on 05/4/2015, and it started malfunctioning ie it gets restart automatically frequently. hence handed over to Micromax authorised service center on 10/06/2015, again on 13/06/2015 & 29/06/2015... jobsheet No. w[protected].

                                      on 10/06/2015, the mobile was handed to service center.. and same was returned back on 13/06/2015 at 12:30 pm, on same day it was again returned back to service center as the problem was not rectified. the service center has kept the mobile again and fresh job sheet was given. the mobile was returned back on 29/06/2015, but still the problem existed and was again returned back to service center.

                                        I am having micromax turbo and its in under warranty. One fine day, phone's display went off suddenly. I submitted it to Alwar service center and they asked me to wait for 20 days. After 20 days when I went to collect my phone they told me that there is not place in phone to insert SIM, and they sent it back to jaipur service station. After 10 days when I again visited them they said that now few sensors are not working and they are sending it back. Now its almost 10 days and there is not status update. The complaint number is 17357868 and the complaint is processed at Alwar (Rajasthan)

                                        Now micromax is saying that they can not repair it.hence they will give me a used phone. Are this is the service they are providing to their customers ?
