Sir,
I purchased a micromax canvas juice 2 on 25.05.2015. From starting onwards i was experiencing overheating problem and display problem in my handset. On 11th june this year, i submitted my device in service centre. First they said that it will be okay by 13th most probably. When i called them they said it will take time. Then 15th i called again they said its in co. When i contacted the co. They asked for 15 days, i said ok. After a week i contacted them to know my device's status. They again said it would take 15 days or even earlier. Then on 24th when actually the phone has gone through 15 days they said it is under process it would 15 days . Now i am fed up of all this.
Firstly, how come a new gadget is giving such problems. And now its been in the service centre for a greater time than it has been with me. Whenever i call they say the same dialogue like they have memorised it :- " is under process it would take 15 days". I want to ask why are the 15 days not finishing. How much days will you take to repair my device under the context of 15 days. I have even put various mails but they are also stuck at it is under process. Now i am totally unsatisfied with the amount of time you guys are taking.
At last a simple request either repair my device till 5th july or replace it with a new one. When i have not even used it for a month and you can't repair it within time so please replace it.

      Being submitted the handset micromax canvas a120 imei [protected] for touch malfunctioning to the retailer balaji telecom on 05/06/2015, still waiting for my handset empty handed. It shows the set being in warranty are not being taken into the concern in proper time, the warranty also expires by one month for te hanset kepr with the centre.

        Hi Micromax, I have a handset A177 which is under warranty. On 23rd June, my phone touch recognition suddenly stopped working and it is not letting me to punch my screen password. When I went to the nearest service center at Kalkaji, Perfect solutions, Those guys simply denied it to repair saying the it is a physical/water damage that is not covered under warranty. They told me a cost of 2200 Rs for repairing the same. I know that there is no such damage to the phone as the phone is working fine except the touch screen. Please understand that it is greatly spoiling the image of such a big mobile company. The things under warranty must be repaired free of cost. I am greatly disappointed with such a response and will be forced to move to consumer court if I am not getting a resolution.           I have purchase a Micromax Canvus A177 phone 29.07.2017. my phone some problem . i submit my phone your customer care (Hati bagan - Kolkata) office two time within a month, but they are not repair successfully repair my phone . At present this phone head phone connectivity problem continue. and back camera not active for photo shoot. I request you to please repair my phone or replace it and i agee some money for replace it.             Dear Sir, I have purchased micromax mobile model no x251, IMEI no-[protected] on 24.11.2014 from Avadhhoot mobile kolhapur bill no-595.with one year warranty for handset On 28.5.2014 its display was not working so I have gone to micromax care kolhapur office and submit the mobile handset for free servicing. receipt no-w[protected] dated 28.05.2015. After daily followup to kolhapur micromax care office[protected] were not given firm date for getting my mobile. Then I have compalint to micromax care no-[protected] and launch the compalint having no-mmx[protected] dated 18.6.2015 On 22.6.2015 on tele call with care they have told me that your handset is send from company and you will get within a week. on 29 th I have called to kolhapur office but till today they are not in position to give the firm answer or date for getting my handset.             Micromax care has called me by phone no-[protected] and told me that they had got the complaint from consumer complaint and they will resolve it soon. this discussion was of 02.07.2015. He told me that to submit photo copy of orignal purchase bill of mobile on micromax.[protected]@india.com.

            Then immediately on 02.07.2015 I have submitted the above.

            till today there is no progress.

              29/06/2015 [protected] Dear Sir, It's really fill bad to talk to your CSE. Those behave are unethical. Also this are not provide the proper detail about my product. I was submitted my Micromax A104 Mobail on the date of 11/06/2015 to M/s Sandeep Enterprises (UP), Deoria. After that they told me that your handset will provide within 15 days. but it is not receives at till date. Many time I was call to your Customer care but this are not provide the right information regarding this. Always they told me that your Mobile will provide within 15 days that 15 days are not end at till date. today they also told me that mobile will provide within 15 days. due to that region I am loosing daily my Rs.1000, who is responsible for this also who is responcible for my waranty period on that time divice has on your site With Regards Sunil Kumar Tiwari

                I had purchased micro max a350 model smart phone on october 12 2014. After 8 months the battery was getting low .I went to sevice center on 11/06/2015 they told we will change battery .7 days waiting peroid after 7 days they called me and said mother board problem we will send to head office at new delhi 90%u will get new phone phone is under waarnty period i said ok.Still now i did not get any call from them. If i call they are saying another 20 days.

                  I have faced a problem regarding my phone Micromax A116 Version 4.1.2 battery when I had visited on dated 19.06.2015 at Micromax Service Center, Ms Cell Solutions 305 Krishna Nagar in front of Jai Gopal Industries, Bulandshahr Pin 203001 that has been transferred Near Bank of Baroda Wali Gali, Krishna Nagar, Bulandshahr in present. Firstly my complaint is that this service center is giving only 01 month warranty to customer at battery on new purchase battery. In this continuation I want to keep my problem behind you that I have given an order of new battery on dated 10.6.2015 to Micromax Service Center because at purchase time it was not in its stock and submitted Rs. 500.00 in from 890.00 This service center told me that it will be available in 3 days and we will message at your mobile number after three days for taking it and also assured me that if this new battery is found wrong after provide to me, they will change it in 3 days and this new battery will give one day full backup. I had visited on dated 18.06.2015 at service center to take it and waited. I have watched that there was only one number battery in stock that was not in any polythene and was deep discharge when it has been given to me by this service center and seeming used old battery because firstly they had given to me after that confirmed me that you want to take the battery of Micromax A116 while they had snapped of my set. This battery does not keep any trademark and serial number at it that is at original battery. At last this battery had been given to me that day. After come at home when I have charged it about 3 and 4 hours but found that this batter had gone in low in few hours at same day. I had faced same problem again and again same day. After that I had visited on dated 19.6.2015 at service center and want to take new battery instead of old battery there was not any battery in stock in original or local and when I showed the snapshot of my old original battery that had trademark symbol with serial number, this service center worker told me that they will provide to me new battery but not assured that they will give me trademark symbol t at battery with serial number and told that if I will take it this type of battery from this service center, they will give me warranty from dated 18.6.2015 nor new date when they will provide me after 3 days from 19.6.2015 when I had submitted it at service center. This shows that this worker is giving wrong battery to customer and keeping only one wrong battery in stock and is giving condition to customer that if you take trademark battery with serial number you will find take low warranty of battery. He told me that this new battery will take 10 days time to come at service center but when I have discussed it from worker that if any problem is found in battery, you will give it to customer in three days, at this he told me that I have collected wrong information about it. This has not been said by him. After that when I want to see CCTV footage for it, he has denied for it and told that this CCTV shows only video not audio. Sir this service center worker has argued me again and again and not listed to me. When I urged from this worker that I want right new original battery with trademark and serial number at it, they will give order and mail for it. When I want to take my amount return, they did not return it and told me that we can not cancel order and not return your money. Sir when customer is returning battery next day from purchase in warranty period and wanting to take his amount, why service center is not returning his amount and forcing with customer that wrong battery is right battery and about that battery customer is giving information to this service center, they can not provide it and if they provide it they will give less warranty from in 30 days. Sir I want to know from you that when service center is providing wrong accessories to customer in spite of this they are lowing warranty of battery from in 30 days. Sir customer wants only right accessories and its warranty that is customer right but this service center is hiding information and providing wrong accessories to customer and after that when customer is demanding right accessories, they are continuously lowing warranty from in 30 days. This shows they are taking own decision and making fool to customer and hiding information from customer. There is not a legal authorities against this service center who may take an action against it. Sir finally service center worker had accepted that he will provide me trademark sign battery with serial number and if it is not found he will provide it but I have to take its warranty from old bill date that will be less from in 30 days while the old battery had been used by me only one day. Sir, I hope that you will check it and take a legal action at this service center and its executives and will give to me it revert shortly. I seem that this service center is hiding information from customer both regarding in original battery and in its warranty.                   I had put my last mail on [protected]@micromaxinfo.com but not received any reply from there. At this I think that micromax company is not taking any legal action at this service center and also taking earning profit from this center. This was my last message that are :
                  I want to bring your mind at my previous mail that had done to you for solving my problem that was against M/s Cell Solutions, Micromax Service Center, Near Bank of Baroda Wali Gali, Krishna Nagar, Bulandshahr not to provide right accessories from dated 10.6.2015 to till now.
                  They are hiding information of its warranty period/originality while the same accessories customer can take on order through ebay.in with one month warranty in Rs. 322.00 and he is not taking it because service center executives had submitted full amount Rs. 890.00 from customer already and not giving supply to customer.
                  We understand that all service center are controlled by a higher authority company and when these service center make problem to customer, it take a immediate legal action on them. But here I am feeling different thing from the side of company that I have done many mail from my side at company mail id but every time I had not received any satisfactory reply of my mail and felled that company is taking favour of service center and not taking a legal action at it. In spite of this company is not company is not giving proper reply/phone to customer and service center are supplying duplicate accessories to customer and taking full charges of it and hiding the information related its features.
                  This shows that they are doing it openly because there is not a authority on these service centers and if an authority is in real but it is not taking a action at them.
                  It shows that both service center and authority are running a racket to supply duplicate accessories to customer and taking profit in itself from customer. I seem that which mail id [protected]@micromaxinfo.com you are providing to customer for contacting to company may be fraud because you are not replying of customer mail, not doing any call to customer and pretending.
                  I want to say that if my problem has not resolved, I will take a legal action at my end and will write to your higher officers and give a complaint in consumer fourm.
                  In end, I want that my problem has been resolved at first priority basis and a complaint or request number has given of it so that I might take a legal action at it.

                    Hi, I am using Micromax Fire 2 A104 which is still under warranty, last week I had a issue in my touch pad. So went near-by service center on 19th June, 2015 & they told me issue will be resolve within 10 to 15 days. Yesterday I got a call from service center & they informed me it will take more 10 to 15 days to resolve the issue. I am very disappointed b`cuz I do most of the official work in my mobile. I required urgent solution of my issue. So kindly do the needful. My Job Sheet No. = *E[protected] Thanks

                      dear sir, , i buy a micromax canvus xpress A99 on 8/6/2015...on that day the major problem is ph is being very hot...and battery backup is around 3 to 4 hours without using any internet connection, wifi or bluetooth...

I Would Like to know my phone when i would recieve my phone. they have crossed all the time limit set by you. If my phone cant be repaired then you should replace my handset with a new canvas knight cameo. If you cant repair a mobile phone within 66 days then how many days do micromax company takes to manufacture one new canvas knight cameo. So please replace my handset with the same configuration or a higher cinfiguration mobile phone because you are unable to repair it in the prescribed limit set by you. I had not purchased the Canvas knight cameo so that you can keep at your end and keep experimenting on trying to repair it, and keep harrasing a valued customer of micromax. I have lost all my patience waiting for your technical team to repair my phone. If you want you can keep my Mobile phone Canvas Knight Cameo for your experiments and keep experimenting on it by all your technical teams but pls replace my handset with a new phone of same or higher configuration. Waiting for your response. Pls reply ASAP. And also please solve my problem.

                            Hello Mr. Shivanath, This is regarding my Mcromax phone which in under warranty, and has been given for servicing to the concerned service center in Bangalore, with the details mentioned below: Jobsheet date: 26/05/2015 Phone Model name: AQ4501 IMEi/ESN : [protected]/[protected] Model Code: SERMOB0569 Problem Reported : 4101 Power does not Switch on Contact No. [protected] / [protected]. The phone has been for servicing on 26 May, 2015. and was told to me that with in 15 days i.e., June 13, will be getting it rectified from the head office service center. It has almost been 1 month and 5 days, till it is with head office service center. Upon calling several times to the service center, it is learnt that they have no communication from the head office, and the only mode of communication is your email id, which i doubt is valid or not. However i have also tried calling the Micromax customer care number [protected], but the call doesn't connect. I'd like to know when you will send us the rectified phone. This is very dissapointing, as it is more than a month and no one is taking initiative to call or write back stating the status of the job. REQUEST YOU PLEASE TRY REPLYING MY EMAIL BY 24 HOURS, ELSE I'LL RAISE A CONSUMER COMPLAINTS AGAINST YOUR BRAND AND SERVICE CENTER. Thank you, Mrityunjoy

                              hey this arrived to me on 27th june. i started using this ph on 29th. just opened n started using this phone, i found the heating problem just with one call..i really need our help to fix these issues. half day it went with full charged batter n minimal use..please help as soon possible. in case the issues are not fixed i m ready to replace this phone.

                                Please be informed that I bought a Micromax Mobile AQ5000, Batch No. [protected] from Shree Shyam Enterprise [P-164, VIP Road, Scheme V11 M, Kol-54] on 6th March 2015. Since then, I could not use the phone as it hangs on virtually every step. I have already shown it to the Repairing Centres with no results. Please let us know what to do.

                                  My mobile Micromax Canvas A102 is not working and is still under warranty. I gave it to the shop from where I purchased (Namma Mobile, Near City Bus Stand, Udupi, Karnataka), they kept it for a week but did not repair it and returned it back to me, probably they could not diagnose the problem. They called me after three days of returning the mobile saying that the battery is gone and it needs replacement for which I will have to pay. When I asked them why should I pay since the product is still under warranty, they replied that the battery has no warranty. I sent an email to the company but they have not replied yet. I request you to please help in getting this phone replaced, I am ready to pay the difference of amount for the new mobile if the company is replacing it.

                                    My mobile is not working for last 3hours.i faced a lot of problem in this mobile. Reference the model no.A066.I was Buying for last six month. Sometimes the mobile be hang & after sometime it will be ok. kindly please help me in this matter.

                                      Hi, I have bought a Micromax Mobile, model no: A290 Canvas Knight cameo on 26/12/2014 . From date of purchase my phone has gone twice for servicing but it is taking very long process to resolve . The product is in warranty but it does not mean that i have to keep it in service center . I have bought for my use not to keep it in the service center. First time the problem reported was Battery No Charging and second time the same problem arose. Either the problem was not resolve in the first time or the phone has this problem and it will resolve. I can not tolerate this . in my opinion Micromax should provide me a new phone else i want the problem to be resolve permanently.

                                        Dear sir. I Purchased the cell of Micromax Model A-075 on Invoice No. TARA/14-15/134044 Invoice Date - 11/8/2014 . Order No[protected] Order Date-09/08/2015. The day from the purchase my cell started hanging and automatically tuns off. I gave the cell in the service center for the repair on many times but it did not work, and at last the cell was sent to Delhi for repair on 14th April 2015 and was returned back to me without repair on 07th May 2015. It was again sent to Delhi for repair on 18th May 2015 and i haven't received it till date. JOB SHEET NO- N[protected]
