Dear Sir, Mobile Model : A120/D/colours MEI NO;[protected] Purchased on 6.04.2015/ bill no 603 poorvika tambaram Ist time:26 th april went to sanotoriam service centre. problem not solved. (Tocken no 9) complaint repeated Again 2nd time: 30 th april went to same service centre problem not solved. complaint repeated Again 3 rd time: today 16 th may knocked the same service centre with poorvika distributor. The 26th and 30 th they refused to give me the job sheet The new mobile cost Rs.8000/ it gives mental worries for me. Is there micromax people will change the another mobile, due to the repeated complaint. I hope you are taken the issue very negligently. If you really think, you are the branded service centre, you would have solve the issue the first time itself or at least second time. I Hope again the same will be repeated again.     I had purchased micromax canvas juice 2 at 15/04/2015. afrer 2 days the phones screen seemed to almost white. The dealer replaced th same model on 21/04/2015. On 16/05/2015 the mobile is showing the same defect. When i contacted the dealer they told that it impossible to replace by them and i should reach your center. Now i am fed up with this model because its the second time the same complaint is occurring. Kindly take immediate action on the above mentioned issue.

      I have bought micromax juice2 AQ5001 with imei no is [protected] [protected]. I have bought on[protected] but the phone did not last for ten days and i have given the phone to micromax service center and yet they are saying they are not getting any reply of your mail.Your process is very slow and i will never buy micromax in my life. Please try to change my mobile phone as soon as possible or do whatever is possible as fast as you can.

M_IMEI 1 No is [protected] & S_IMEI 2 No is [protected] Bill date :[protected] I am facing problem with Handset. It has two problems. 1. Heating 2. Battery is getting low Given this Handset for servicing or repairing on dated[protected] and after 35 days I got my mobile back but not get proper result from service centre. And still I am facing same problems with handset.           I have Micromax Unite-2 (A106) smartphone. My phone has problem in hearing /front speaker since a week. I visited following Micromax service centre in Bhavnagar. M/S Maruti Enterprise Shop No 135(Ff), Madhav Darshan, Waghawadi Rd, Bhavnagar - 364001 Mobile No. :[protected] Phone No. :[protected] Email : [protected]@mmxcheckpoint.com M/s Maruti enterprise informed that they don’t have speakers and he need to bring the speaker for the same he requires 10 days. I requested him to bring the speaker and inform me so that I can submit my phone for speaker replacement and within this null time of 10 days I can utilise the phone. But, surprisingly M/s Maruti is not ready to do so, he demanded to keep the phone to his store/centre for 10 days. He is not ready to bring the speakers without surrendering the phone neither he is giving another phone for 10 days use. As I am an engineer in government company at Bhavnagar (Bhavnagar Energy Company), I can not serve my organization without smart communication like emails, phones, whatsaap e.t.c and many other communication systems by smart phone. I am highly surprised that a micromax service centre is not keeping stock of such a regular item and a customer like me is being hampered. I request you to instruct the service centre immediately to co-operate and bring the speakers without surrendering the phone. Or micromax may give me another smart phone for 10 days utilization.             Dear Team, I have given my Handset A210 Canvas 4 on 07.03.2015 at Mangalore Mobile Field, it was under warranty. for the power button not working & Display problem . They given back on 09.03.2015 without replacing display & Replaced powerbutton, i was given back the handset for replace the display & Collected same day. They charged Rs.2920/-. They are not given any bill, i was asked bill, so they given manual bill and mention wrong model number also. After somedays Front Camera & inside display dust covered. i was visited same service centre on 15.05.2015 morning to clean the display, but service representive Mr.Kumar Refused to clean & They are telling its not dust, its Moisture. if they cleaned they are not responsible if display damaged if he dont have guarantee on display cleaning. he did not have any service skills?. He was abused us in front of all customers..Mr.Kumar said dont come to service centre morning to eat my head . He was not packed mobile display beeding properly. Dust coming to display throughout speaker & left buttom corner. I want my display should be cleaned properly Or I want my money back.               Dear Sir, I purchased a smart phone Micromax Canvas A106 Unite 2 from boring canal Rd, Patna on the 2nd of May. The phose promises 8 GB Rom but after down loading whats app it does no t download anything showing insufficient space. Sir, at present I regret purchasing a phone of your brand. I visited the outlet from where i purchased my phone, they suggest i go to the service centre. is this what i receive on purchasing a phone from MICROMAX Kindly do something in this regards.               Yes, Micromax phones have this problem even I had purchased micromax unite2 A106, on a new phone you are not able to download any app, this phone has indian languages, but when you open the box and check you will not find any, visiting service centre is of no use.They cannot resolve any problem. So they keep claiming big and cheating us
              On the 16th of May I had complained that my cell " Micromax Canvas A106 Unite 2 which was purchased on the 2nd of May was not downloading any app. I was assured that my complaint has be sent to the required authorities and action will be taken and resolved.Over a week has elapsed but no one called and nothing has been done. All this customer service business at MICROMAX is just "BULL " . They only know how to cheat customers.

                Hi Sir/Madam, I am the fan of micromax and using micromax canvas 2 plus since 1.5 years. Micromax is doing goood job by giving handsets at less price and good quality, however the service centers are not customer friendly ( MSN communication and S3 Communications when we go to MSN communication they are telling us server is slow so we are taking only out of warranty products but the technicians are on leave and they don't even know when the technicians are coming back. If we go to S3 communication they told me that my cell phone is having mother board problem without checking what happened to my cell phone, but i know that my cell phone is having charging pin problem. So if continue with this kind of service you will loss the customers very soon your company will become the company like Nokia. So please give better service to customers. Please remove these kind of Authorised Service Centers which don't want to work for customers

                    Sir, mobile given for service on 7/5/2015 at Coimbatore, they return it on 15/5/2015. They told the problem(not charging) cleared, but stilled the phone is not charging.The mobile is in warranty & I purchased it for rs 9000.Already it taked 10 days. Now it take how many days I did not no. The service is very bad.I am feeling why I purchased Micromax, please inform a good result.N.SATHISH.[protected].

                      My self siddhesh chavan having micromax A90s smartphone but presently battery is not giving propper backup. Registered battery order in ratnagiri micromax service centre. But same battery is not getting available and not getting proper responce even. Kindly reuest you to do needful as early as possible.

                        I have purchased the mobile of micromax xpress A99 and with in a month the touch is not working and i have went to the serivice center and they informed me that there is some touch issue that the touch pad problem we need to replace the touch pad of it. And i had given my mobile for repair on 17/04/2015 and they have informed me that your mobile will be get repaired in 2weeks and i accepted. And till now i have waited for the my mobile but they have not repaired it and they are saying that we need another 15 days of time to do. And i don't need the handset now because already i have waited these days nearly 1 month and it has not still got ready. And they are asking for the time of another 15 days. Mobile - Micromax Express A99 Docket/Bill no[protected] Date- 17/04/2015 Handset - UnderWarranty Already without the mobile i have suffered a lot. And i don't have any handset to use if they keep the mobile for 1 month or 2 months in the service center how we can use the mobile phones and with in a month the problem has occured. So i can't wait till another 15 days and i don't need that handset. So please refund my money or replace the handset. And i had attached the photo copy of the job sheet, Please find the attachments.                           hi i have given my july bought canvas elanza 2 a121 for repair on 13 th of april at manipal/udupi karnataka service centre(docket no s[protected]), i waz told it will be done in a next day if part is available or in a week if part has to be brought from banglore, i didnt recived any calls from service centre until on 25th april i went to find about it, every time i used to calll iwaz told that willl be informed about it, on that day i waz told it has to be send to banglore and it willl take maximum of 15 days for it to come back, again when it crossed 15 days i made a calll there, i waz informed that it is in delhi now and they cant say if it has been dispatched, finally yersterday i made a calll to complain, my mobile no[protected] is my complain no, i called again today to ask for replacement as my brother got in somewhere around jan when his same handset waz not able to be repaired in a moths time, he waz told by the service centre in ranchi, jharkhad that it will be solve within a month but they manged to give another handset ..brand new one after exactly a month, same thing i told to the customer care of micromax when i made the call today, i waz answered that therz no provision for replacement, and i waz asked to wait for another 10 working days to recieve information about it now u please tell me is it fine for me to wait for almost 40 days just to get information about the phone?? how could u people expect some one to wait for more than month for this issue?? i have recieved several of calls from clickto complain.com and ashoka.com for registering my complain regarding it should i not reach consumer court for this issue ??

                          and wat about the loss of time of warranty period bcoz the handset waz kept by service centre for one month ..by now more than one month.../????? it will be extended by that period of time right???

                            My name is S.Nathersha. I have bought a micromax canvas 2 colors android phone on october. Before two months while rebooting the android symbol only coming. so gave it in micromax authorized service centre. They serviced it and gave it back. But the same problem once again now. so gave it in the same service centre with the same fault. They have told that the hardware(motherboard is failue so asked 25days tym to deliver. That they have to send that to head office and return it back. But im not having any belief that my phone will be serviced and return it back to me in my hands.

                              My self Prakash and I've already complaint last week for my Micromax mobile Turbo A250, after submitted a complaint I revert call from the service center and they told me why did you lodge a complaint and said wait for a week, After a week when I called today then got the same reply as they always told to me. I am very upset to see the service of Micromax and facing very bad experience with this Company. Please take a Bold step against the Company

I approached to Micromax service centre. they said that, "sorry, this problem can not be solved ". Now what to do. I want all my 450 contacts. I completely disappointed against micromax company

                                    This is to state that I have bought Micromax Nitro A311 Vide Invoice No. 18546 dated 04.03.2015 from OM SANJANA COMMUNICATION, 769/2 link road, near pathwari mandir, Old Faridabad (Haryana). IMEI No. [protected], [protected]. Soon after, I faced the problem of phone getting up heated very fast. I showed my phone to Authorized Service Centre, HANS SERVICES, SCO-101, 1st Floor, main Market, Sector-16, Faridabad on 27.03.2015. They have charged me Rs. 5000/- vide their invoice 1508 irrespective of the fact that my phone was under warranty. But, they have installed hard disk of Micromax Nitro A310 in place of Micromax Nitro A311. For this I again contacted to HANS SERVICES for the changes made. After several follow ups the problem was not resolved. Finally I lodged complaint at customer care of Micromax Vide Complaint No. MMX[protected] Dated 25.04.2015. On Monday dated 27.04.2015 I got sms form Micromax to collect the repaired phone I went at service station to collect the phone, but the same was not repaired and they offered me unrepaired phone.                                         I bought doodle 3 and within 4 months o[censored]sage, phone started switching off and on and screen flickering started. I gave my phone Micromax service center at Richmond Circle, Bangalore on 16th March 2015 with a docket #15558105. They took the phone promising me to return it in 1 week after sending it to their head office. Even after almost 2 months and many rounds of service center, I have not received my phone yet. Each time they make fake promises that phone will be back in a 3-4 days to a week. I am really regretting the day when I bought Micromax's cheap chinese dumping product and hope to receive my phone soon. I request the forum team to help me get back my phone ASAP.
