I submitted my phone on 18/4/2015 at micromax care udhna, for replcement of my micromax canvas doodle A111's mother board, they told that it will be coming after 15 days then, I called micromax care on 30/4/2015 they told that mobile is coming on next week then, i called on 7/5/2015 they again told next week, this shows the service quality of micromax so bad service you are giving micromax! My bill number is 135. the address of micromax care where i submitted my mobile is UG-323-324, Arihant complex, Near udhna bus stand, udhna main road, surat. Please return my mobile

    I purchased the Micromax X1500 on 17-04-15 and on 18-04-15 found that the battery is faulty. I contacted the service center and they said to submit the phone, and they will replace the battery. I submitted the phone on 18-04-15 abd till date the battery is not replaced. I received the call from service center stating that the company is unable to provide battery and they need to send the phone to company. I gave the back cover to service center on 09-05-15 and they said that it will take another 45 days for the replacement. This really not a good customer service or support. I have written multiple e-mail to the support team of Micromax, but they are unable to give any time frame. They are just giving me a robotic reply. Micromax is becoming a leading brand but the service is pathetic. If possible, please call me on [protected]. Name: Zoheb Bijapur

    Issue resolved after 54 days. The service center had entered wrong comment and they dont have the slip which I submitted. Please take some action against the service center.

    On 13-05-15 I have sent the e-mail to Micromax Claim desk and on 15-05-15 I received the message that my device is ready. I was unable to visit the service center. Today i.e. 27-05-15 I went to service center to collect the handset, but the issue is still there.

    On 09-05-15, the service centre said to me that they will send the phone to company and it would take 45 days. Soon after raising the complaint on 11-05-15, I got the call from Micromax and they asked me to send the scan copy of the bill and challan. I sent them the scan copy on 13-05-15 and got above mesage on 15-05-15. The mobile is still not ok.

    I had explained the service center that the issue is with battery and they have written phone not starting. A simple battery needs to be replaced. Today I was given the same battery which I submitted. The staff at Reliable Enterprise are not customer centric. I asked them to show the informatiom sheet in which the issue was written, but they dont have that. They have some other issue in their challan. The handset is still with service center. They said that they had sent the phone to company, but the issue still persists.

    Requesting you to either replace the handset or refund the money which was Rs. 800 in total.

      Dear Sir/Madam, This is to bring to your kind attention that, I purchased a mobile phone (Micromax Canvas Elanza 2 A121 Black …….. ) on 11 Aug 2014. Due to battery and charging jack problem, I gave it to your authorized service center (M/S Paradise Telesoft Pvt. Ltd, main Chakrata Road, Near Hanuman Mandir, Dehradun-248001). After some days they told me that now it is Ok and gave it back to me, yet still the problem was persisting. Again I gave it back to the service center on 25/03/2015, Complaint No. E[protected]-14526535. They committed me that they will return my set after 3 days, but till today they have not solved my problem. I am highly annoyed by such type of carelessness and poor customer service and have caused me immense trouble. I would appreciate it if you kindly look into the matter and give appropriate directions, so the my mobile phone is repaired. Otherwise I will go to consumer form.         Sir, I Neetu Agrawal bought a cell phone from Micromax that was Canvas Elanza 2. It was not working properly so i went to micromax service centre. And I am really disappointed by the behavior of Kavita (representative of Micromax Service Centre). She was behaving very rudely. There is no hearing of customer at all, we customers are mad buying your products. I requested them alot to service it as soon as possible but no they said it will take 25 days means 25 days only. Well all that was ok but when after servicing i got a message to collect it. I sent my driver to collect. When its totally ok as i got the message to collect then why they told my driver to wait for 2 hours. Literally he was waiting for 2 hours and when he was saying make it fast they were shouting on him just wait and rest other words those were very rude. After 30min of that I got a call of Kavita that bymistake in my cell companies battery is left inside that. She told me to sent it back, that was not a big deal i could sent it back but the way she said was really bad. I just can't express the way she said. I had never tolerated any one like that. And yes 1 last thing, the shopkeepers you are appointing appointing for selling your products are just concern till you had bought the cell after that they dont care about anything, i asked about the address for the service centre they were not aware of that. I met alot of problems for searching that. Seriously all this was really disappointing. Am never going to buy any product of micromax next time. What kind of behavior is this sir.           Given my Micromax Canvas for broken Touch Pad on 17/04/15 at Macro Mobile-Prime Mall, Irla, VileParle (W), Mumbai -400056. The answer given after 15 days is they don't know when will they be able to get the required spares from the company & were told if you are in a hurry you can get it repaired outside, So what is the use of opening Authorised Sales Service centres when they just take us for a ride & are not responsible for proper & promt service. I think everybody don't have spare Smart phones & would wait endlessly to get a mobile repaired. Please look into the matter urgently & revert back. Regards Yesha Shah [protected] [protected]

            Hi, i am summit my phone in your andheri east service centre for only change charge pin, your guys commited me, handover the phone on saturday, but today i am call, she talk me your phone send my ho branch and return after 20-25 days ????????, only minor problem i am wait whole month ???, kindly look this matter because every time same problem face customer in your service centre.             kuch log aapki company mail ID micromax.[protected]@india.com ka use karke aapke customers ko dhag rahe hai wo log koi person mobile ki complain karta hai usko phone karke refund karvane ko bolte hai aur a/c no mange kar fund transfer karne ke liya koi token no. provide karwte hai aur fund customer ke nahi balki customer ka fund wo ;log apne a/c mai transfer kar lete hai,

            mere ssath aaj kuch aisa hi hua par muje sakh tha isliya maine apna a/c nil kar diya to teen baar une logo se baat karke process kiya par fail ho raha tha, phir un logo ne bola ki mere a/c mai kam se kam 10-11 thousand hone chaiye tabhi fund transfer hoga tabhi se un logo ne apna mobile band kar diya kuch time mobile chalu kiya to unke saath gali gloch ki maine,

                  Hello I am alpa, I bought Micromax Canvas A1 in Oct 2014. Please don't buy micromax's any mobile. It's display it not properly working. I have given my mobile for display repair to micromax service station. Customer service station also give response to customer properly and also ask to come there again and again. During your services of your mobile, my micromax canvas A1 battery got changed by micromax service station. This is not the way to treat with customer. I am requesting you don't go with micromax's any phone.

                        Hi I am Vaseeq. I had submitted my Mobile Micromax Unite 2 A106, at micromax service center at 13 - April - 2015 and yet after almost 30 days, my phone is not repaired and returned to me. Job sheet no : S[protected] Problem Reported : 4101 POWER DOES NOT SWITCH ON Remarks : Not Switching On What had to be done : Motherboard replacement Warranty : Yes The handset was submitted to the below address in Bangalore : M/S Mobile Seva #761, Sai Mansion, Marrathahalli Ring Road, Near Marathahalli Bridge, Above Andra Bank Bangalore - 560037. (Their given contact numbers won't work, so i had contacted the customer care number, they said not repaired yet for starting 20 days, then they said we will escalate the issue, then they said i will get the handset before 30 days, now they say it can also take more 5 to 10 days. ) Please do something and get me my mobile as soon as possible, as using a feature phone after a smart phone is not at all cheerful.                         They phone was returned soon after a had complained. Good Job, although they didn't give the lollipop update, they said it hasn't come to this service center yet.

                          Respected Sir / Madam, I have one micro max hand set model no A089, this is buying June 2013 from Deoghar (KRISHNA ENTREPRISE). Tow weeks back my hand set battery is suddenly damaged, and gummy. No work done at my mobile hand set. I will go at berhampore servicing centre (Murshidabad) but they are said me that this battery is not supplied in our servicing centre. I am not used my mobile hand set for battery. So pleased if you help me given battery supplied in your servicing centre. contact no-[protected]/[protected].

                            Dear Sir, Purchased Micromax cameo a290 6 months back. But the phone is not giving any battery, rather it is discharging quickly. Gave to the Secundrabad service Center twice, but no use, no status Quo change. Kindly look into this issue urgently. I regret for spending so much money on this product.

                                Hello team, I bought Brand new mobile Micromax Canvas (A310) through mobile store in Nov 2014 with 2 year warranty period, and Immediately after 1 month my struggle starts with your mobile with the following listed problems : 1) Applications automatically getting corrupted 2) Power button is not working properly 3) Automatic mobile was getting switched off and reboot every time. 4) Battery Issues 5) External memory card is not getting detected. And the Mobiles starts hang and after several days adjusting this case I took to authorized below service center : M/S NEW TRIUPATI CELLULARS, SHOP NO 2&3 ESTEEM TOWER, MUMBAI PUNE ROAD, KHRALWADI PIMPRI, PUNE-411018. CONTACT NO –[protected] TIN NO- [protected] MOBILE NO-[protected] I have submitted my mobile 4 times before for the same above problem they are providing only one solution i.e., only they were format my mobile and returned back to me. And they not pick the phone. By mistake if it pick by one of them, they don't have any knowledge about the timing of phone delivery and always making false commitment to me. And in last month I had submitted my mobile again with the same above listed problems on 18th April 2015 mobile job sheet description are listed below: Job Sheet Date : 18/04/2015 Job Sheet Number(OLD): W[protected] Product Name : Micromax A310 (BLUE) IMEI/ESN NO : [protected] / [protected] Service center guy took my phone for checking purpose and said its having motherboard problem and asked to collect in 25 days. And I got call from service center on 8th May 2015 they said “Your mobile is successfully repaired and you can collect it now” But after 20min they again called me and said “your mobile is not repaired its again facing same problem and we are sending to Micromax company” and they are asking to wait agin 10 to 15 days more and they had given me a new Job sheet Number : Job Sheet Date : 8/05/2015 Job Sheet Number(NEW): W[protected] Product Name : Micromax A310 (BLUE) IMEI/ESN NO : [protected] / [protected] Now the drama starts with the micromax service center when I called to Micromax mobile service center[protected] from last 2 days on more than 3-4 times with the new job sheet number they are saying like new job sheet is not updated. It looks as if Micromax is not interested to retain its customer and selling cheap mobiles with cheap qualities, where I paid hefty amount for 1 month usage only and then its hospitalized in service centers. It creates negativity about the brand. I would like to request you please give me new mobile phone or refund my whole amount as soon as possible.

But till today i.e. 11/05/2015 date, I haven't my phone back.
