My cell screen was damaged and i went micromax service centre and i paid rs.2100 and they have changed the screen last year..but i was not knowing after 1 year that inside screen the dust will get collected and i wont be able to clear it..when they have changed the screen they have not kept the rubber part which stops the incoming dust into the screen..and i came to know this yesterday!! bad service!!

    Good evening Sir/Madam Hope my email find u in good health..i want to bring into ur notice that i m registering a complaint against micromax mobile company as i didnt recieve my phone yet which got 2 times, it took atleast 15 days in first repairing and it again got a problem soon after i recive it .only i use it 3 days it got demaged again. Now it has been almost 20 days and i still didnt recive it and i didnt got any positive response from micromax. Once i call their and they told me that it will get repaired and we will give u another phone instead of that. If they are unable to repair my phone my phone i request them to give me the same phone . Now i request to u look into this matter.       Hello sir, i have purchased micromax canvas unite 2 for 6990 on 21/10/20 from akash telecom sriganganagar (raj) after onr month usage it got problem in display so i submittet to micromax service center in sriganganagar(rajasthan) service center gave a job sheet and i got my phone after one and half month . Now display is recovered but another problem has come out . the handset got switchoff anytym . I gave it to service center jaipur . and didnt mentioned the return date of the mobile handset to be given i have submitted on 04/04/2015and i have called many times the micromax service center no one picks the call by luck if it connects they always extend the date i have called them 5 times they always tell different date for the return of the phone i am tired of calling them many times they even not listen just cut the call.But after my many request they return the mobile after one and half months at jaipur(rajasthan) customer care but still have same probem of switchoff. they are niether giving me a new handset nor giving my money back please resolve my problem. my new job sheet number is : W[protected] customer name -jyoti jangid .and as i m student it is very difficult for me because the manager also doesnot picks my call . . . .sir, i m completely disappointed with micromax. My new phone is totally waste type they made...i need new phone or money back..Resolve my complaint early as soon as posible...reply please... my contact no is = [protected].

        Hi I have bought micromax tv on friday and asked your helpline service to send a person for installation.On saturday i got a call a person will be there in one hour so whole day i kept waiting and calling that person but noone turned up this is how i wasted one complete one day and then i called your helpline again they confirmed they will send a person on Sunday.Since morning i am waiting and calling your helpline number they are providing some incorrect number.First time i bought something from MM with a worst experience. Is this a service you are providing your customer.Your executives are directing me here and there instead of providing a solution.My whole weekend i wasted just because of this only and now again i cannot wait for another week as i am not avaiable on weekdays.Please provide a solution otherwise i haave to return this product Hanuneet

            this is very disappointing for me to inform you that I'm really fed-up from your customer service. i bought my new cell phone micromax knight and just after 6 month it get into problem and as i visited your service center they asked me to leave for 15 days but as after 13 days i visit to get my cel phone they said it will take around 10 days more. so what the hell is going on. kindly see my request and punish who ever is behind this stupidity. custmer id[protected]

              I am having a critical problem with Micromax Yureka mobile. Recently as per company notification I was enhanced android, when I call to someone my display turn off blank, unable to function anything until call gets end. Its really frustating.                 Sir, I had purchased a Cavas Nitro A-310 from B.D.S.technologies, Amritsar vide invoice No. 80 dated 08-10-14. It is mentioned that after two months the handset was deposited to M/s Perfect Mobile repair centre with the complaint of auto restart of the handset on 20-12-14. The hand set was given to me after three days after repair. But the same hand set was again deposited to the same service centre with the same fault vide job sheet No.[protected] dt.[protected]. But after lodging complaint through call centre vide no. [protected] the handset was given to me in the 1st week of Feb 2015. The same handset was again deposited in the same service centre with the same complaint vide Job sheet No.[protected] dt.[protected]. The hand set was again given to me at the end of the month with the assurance that the complaint will not be repeated. But it is mention here that the same complaint of auto restart occurred and I again deposited the hand set in the same service centre vide job sheet No.[protected] dt.[protected] and I asked to replace this handset with the new one. But this time I was surprised that on[protected] when I went to the service centre I saw that the screen of the handset was broken. I asked to the service centre either it is the same repaired set or replaced with the new one. I was told that it is the repaired set. So, it is requested that I may be provided with the new one handset or money value of the handset may be given as I am totally unsatisfied with the Micromax brand because the handset remained in the service centre from the last 05 months.

                  I gave my Canvas Knight CAmeo A290 for repairing to the Service center Gadgetz for You in Shillong, in the month of February 2015. The problem was that it was not taking the charge. The problem is fixed on that day itself, but the next day the same problem occurs, and i got transfered and was out of station. Since then i have rarely used the mobile. Thought of repairing the mobile in my current place but one day i got a call from the same service center asking about my mobile and i told them that it is still not working so they asked to visit again. I couldn't visit so i send my wife along with the mobile thinking that it might be free of charge as it is the same problem. But i was told that they will charged Rs.1200 as againts previous charge of Rs.800. I call up the center and they told me that the mic is also not working so the extra charge. And the customer care or the staff was very rude which is not acceptable. And they said they can guarantee the hardware, so asked me to used it carefully. Am i a small kid? And then who will guarantee that the problem will not occur again? Now i regret buying this mobile.

                  And one more thing i want to add, i think all of the model of canvas knight series A 290 and A 350 have the same problem. I think its a manufacturing defect. The company should recall all the model and replace it.

                    i had given my micromax android one mobile on[protected] for service at M/S N.B.ENTERPRISE, A.T.Road, Moranhat Dist-Dibrugarh(ASSAM) Today may-09-15. Till now i didnt get my mobile. When i called to custome centre, they said i will get new mobile. so i waited for anther 2 weeks. After that when i called, they said, its old one only and its going through final test and i will get a call next day.. till now i didnt get any calls..

                      Sir, I have purchased micromax canvas juice 2 on 23.03.2015 from Anmol Watches, Sector 22 Chandigarh vide bill No.AW-49781. I started facing the problem of display stop working and mobile also switch off. The on 20.04.2015 I shown my mobile handset to local customer care center AKS Telecom, Sector 20 Chandigarh who informed that the display is fading and the same has to be replaced and it will take 10 days to repair. The complaint No. Is N[protected]. Whenever I try to contact the local customer care they inform that you mobile handset not ready yet and for clarification contact Customer Care No.[protected]. I tried to contact customer care which is paid number and number is all time busy. So I can not get the information about my mobile handset. I also email my complaint to company Micromax [protected]@micromax.com on 2.5.15 and today 9.5.2015 I received regret with the complaint No.MMX[protected]. Now it humbly requested to get my mobile replaced from MICROMAX as it starting troubling with a month and further the so called company unable to repair it in 19 days. Further also inform me whether I can file complaint in consumer court against MICROMAX Thanks [protected] [protected]@yahoo.co.in

                        I had a problem of touch pad in my Micromax a120, i have given it to micromax service centre in nagaon, Assam .They told me if they have the parts it will be done in 2 days and if they don't have the mentioned parts it will take a week to be done.After 10 days i went there they have told me that my parts were just received and will be done tomorrow .As it is about 40 kms from my resident area i had made calls to them several times but they ask my jobsheet no. and other details but just disconnect it by saying that you have to come with the receipt, i used to go three consecutive days but they were saying that it was not done...when i had gone there for the 4th time i have seen that they were using my mobile. When i have given my receipt they again said it was not done until that moment...at that time i was very disappointed by this and become very angry...but they are like rascals...they were not giving my mobile even after i told them to return my mobile, and i will report it to consumers. They were saying that if they will give my mobile i have to give my customer receipt to them. I refused to that i said them what you will do by receipt as it is in my name. One of them told me that time that my parts were just received and it will be done in 3 days. Then i was really hurt because each day i was going there it was costing about 150 i.e 4 days =600. I told them if you can do, do it now. As because i had seen that my mobile was being used i.e it was repaired already but they were using my device which is illegal and refusing to give me by saying it's part was just arrived and not repaired. The second proof on regarding that they used my device is that there was some sound recordings of 3 consecutive days when it was under repair, they used my mobile for 3-5 days .I want strict actions on this.

                          Dear Sir, I have purchased your mobile handset Micromax EG 116 model in the month of September, 2014 by paying Rs. 12500/- from your Patna Dealer. My handset touch screen was not working since February, 2015. When it was not working, I went to your service centre at Dakbunglow Road, Near Kashi Place, Patna but they refused to take the handset as they said that the touch screen is not available with us hence we could not receive your handset. After lapse of one month, I met your authorised service centre, Aditya Enterprises, Jassi Nandan Plaza, New Dakbunglow Road, Patna. and I handover the said handset to them on 30/03/2015, As the handset is in warranty period but even though they said that they will charge Rs. 2200/- for the said repair and has taken Rs. 500/- advance against for the said repair. Now after lapse of 15 days, , your authorised service centre is saying that we have sent your handset to company for repair but company has not repaired and sent back to us. They even pressurising for rest of the amount without handing over the handset to me. Now it is regret to say that your authorised service centre is not co-operating me and when ever I ask for the handset, they said that it will be coming within a week but after lapse of one month and 10 days, the same has not been given to me. Micromax Company is such a big company but redressal of my grievance has not been fulfilled yet. I am an advocate practicing in Patna High Court and my work is paralysed without mobile handset. I, therefore, request you to either repair my handset or to deliver a new handset to me within one week unless I will be compelled to file legal case against you for suffering my works without mobile handset. Please also note that the same has been came in fault during warranty period hence the charges cannot be charged by me. PLEASE TREAT IT AS URGENT AND REPLY ME THE SAME. When i called to custome centre, they said i will get new mobile. so i waited for anther 2 weeks.                                     I got a new Micromax canvas Nitro there is software firmware update in the system.. But when I go to Micromax service Centre the just do company reset my cell and gave back to me... Now what is this bull all happening I just want to update my cell that's why I go to service Centre not for reseting my cell phone.. Poor service.
