i have a micromax doodleA111 which i brought from flipkart.com it had many issues like continuous hang of phone apps not working proper.. after 10 months with in the warranty period i showed the issue to the service centre in miraroad east-401107 they told me the phone will go to the headquarters and if the issue is not solved them this handset would be replaced by a brand new handset... my phone was in a really good conditions there was not even a single scratch on it i was absolutely new looking... but after 45 days wen i went to take my phone they handed me a handset absolutely rubbish looking.. my scratch guards were removed there were cracks on my lock buttons.. my sensors do not show at exact place, my secondary camera lens are shifted due to which photos are not visible from edges.. the body of my handset is changed and the issue for which i submitted the phone still continues . during phone calls my sensors do not work now and wen lock button pressed it becomes mute its would be my request i[censored] could find me a solution.. they returned me my phone when it was out of warranty

    Hi, I bought Brand new mobile Micromax Canvas(A102) through SNAPDEAL website on 4th Feb 2015, and after 3 days the display could not unlock hence took to a authorized service center Cellq communications, Bhandup Mumbai on 17th Feb 2015 for touch screen unlock problem with my phone. Service center guy took my phone for checking purpose and said its display problem need to change and later after 20 days they say its motherboard problem and asked to collect in 10 days which came on 6th April 2015 which was near by 2 months from submission date that too after several follow up, however i did not take the phone as i gave them the brand new phone and they were returning me a broken body piece or it may be a second hand piece which i did not accept and asked to give me my mobile in the condition how it was submitted. They are calling after one more month on 7th May 2015 and the mobile is in same shabby condition. It looks as if Micromax is not interested to retain its customer and selling cheap mobiles with cheap qualities, where you pay hefty amount for 15 days usage only and then its hospitalized in service centers and in return you will be given a refurbished handset which has happened with me and i will not accept a bad quality and damaged mobile until i get my mobile in the same condition how it was submitted. I advise people STAY AWAY from MICROMAX, and moreover their logo its appropriate a big punch to its customers. I made a big mistake paying SNAPDEAL and believe got a refurbished Product from MICROMAX. MICROMAX Company a big SHAME on MAKE IN INDIA, with this service and Quality no INDIAN company will shine and people are forced to buy quality products from MNC Companies such as Samsung, Nokia, Apple I am raising this complaint and seek your valuable advice on how to take action.       Sir, i have purchased a micromax A76 canvas handset. The touch buttons ( L, M) is not working properly. So i submitted to micromax service center in chennai (Kodambakkam) service center and they gave a job sheet. I followed more than one month finally they changed touch. When i checked the previous touch button ( L, M) problem was resolved but camera is not working. So i returned the phone and got a new job sheet on march month. From march onwards i am follow up with them and the problem is still persist. I am totally fraustrated with this kind worst customer service.         I had deposited my micromax mobile Canvas2 colors A120 in Al raza micromax service center in nagpur under Job sheet no - W[protected]. Micromax Canvas2 colors A120 & the problem is that phone has 8gb internal memory but its has three types of Storage option 1.PHONE STORAGE TOTAL SPACE IS 0.89GB 2.INTERNAL SD CARD TOTAL SPACE IS 5.28GB 3.EXTERNAL SD CARD TOTAL SPACE IS 14.73GB IS A 16GB SD CARD Now when I try to install app, its install in phone storage as it 0.89gb I can not install more than 2-3 apps and he get the storage full error. So i want to increase Application storage or merge this application storage with INTERNAL SD CARD.But they are unable to do so, they told me that"this is not happen" I am not satisfied by there answer they are very abusive in behaviour and not helpfull. so please my request.

          My self Prakash, I had given my Mobile Micromax Turbo A250, under warranty (4th April 2015) for repair on 16th of March 2015 at M/S Service Zone Tele Centre, 92 Ambedkar Road, near Kalkagarhi Chowk, Ghaziabad, they gave my mobile back on 27th March and said completely repaired, but there was the same problem and its camera also disturbed, so again i submitted my mobile on 28th March, returned on 19th April, but still the same problem so third time i submitted on 20th April, they said your mobile will be repaired under warranty but 16 days already passed, they did not repaired the mobile yet, already taken 2 and a half month to repair the set, please do the possible

          I've already complaint last week for my Micromax
          mobile Turbo A250, after submitted a complaint I revert call from the
          service center and they told me why did you lodge a complaint and said
          wait for a week, After a week when I called today then got the same
          reply as they always told to me. I am very upset to see the service of
          Micromax and facing very bad experience with this Company. Please take a
          Bold step against the Company

              I am sreekanth, my mobile model no : AO75 . Problem : Touch Padding, Cameras(F/B) and audio also not working properly. 2 Months back i gave my mobile to Micromax service center marathalli, Bangalore 560037. since 2 months they didn't repair and they are telling to return my mobile without repaired and my warranty also gone in between these days at least one time also i didn't took my mobile from the customer care center. So this is micromax services your providing ? they don't have how to care the customers also please remove those guys who are working in marathalli branch. if you don't know those guys names i will tell you 1. rafiq 2. joseph these guys are useless fellows . since 2 months they did not repair and they are simply return my mobile without repair and also gone my warranty also. till date my mobile in service center only. With in a 2 months they are changed 4 job sheets.Please extent my warranty and repair my mobile also. They are changed nearly 4 jobsheets, but i have only one jobsheet that was already closed. So, if you want that jobsheet i attcahed Please find the attachment. and the recent job sheet number only ( i dont have any printed sheet) : S[protected] With in 24 hours i need explanation other wise i am going to consumer court the act of india penal code section 420.

                  Team, I have purchased a Yureka phone hardly 2 months back. But I am facing issues in terms of screen going completely blank for 30 minute and it does not appear after re-starting. It is completely dead for some time and it is overheated for no reasons, though I am using the phone with only 30% of its original capacity. Request for an urgent action.

                      Hello Micromax, I have brought micromax canvas a114 from online shopping. By later days I phone got malfunctioning hence I took my mobile to service centre on 13-Apr-2015 for repairing my mobile. They have confirmed the mobile having issue with the motherboard it will take 15 days to fix it. As they confirmed I have not disturbed them for 15 days. After 18 days I was trying to reach them by phone but nobody attending our call since there is no response via phone we went and ask them in person. They are telling we don’t have any update for you. They are not even responding us properly. I have a copy of job slip which mentioning about my issue. For your reference I have attached here. Since micromax is the Indian company we brought this product but you people are not giving any response for us. That’s the reason people are getting foreign brand electronics items. I had a idea to get Micromax 55 inches TV but with your service response I just dropping my plan.even I am telling my friends and relative circle to not to go with micromax product. I have ever seen worst service technician like micromax people. I accept whatever brand we purchase we will face issue with the electronics item but the other brand people responding us, giving respect to valuable customer and mainly they are not taking too long to fix the issue. If there is any issue with the hardware other brand company replacing and fix the issue as soon as possible. Only Indian company taking too much of time. For the past 20 days I am not using any phone due to this problem. I am sure even for this I will not be getting any update for this issue. For my satisfaction I am posting this complaint. Once I post this complaint I may get response stating we will look into it after that we won’t get any update from you people as well as our service center.                           I have purchase a Micromax Canvas Engage mobile on 17th July 2014, Model no : A091 since then i have visited the service center multiple times there were few instance were the service center people did not given me the job sheet number and even yestarday 06/05/2015 they have not given me any job sheet number but just took the mobile by giving a slip name customer copy. The service center name is : Purple which is located in Dumdum, Kolkata. Phone issue: restarting frequently, power button not working, no Sound (Ringtone/music), Freezing oftenly.                             I purchased MICROMAX A106 8GB handset on Amazon nearly 6 months back and from past 2 months its complaining of storage full whereas I have not installed many only apps installed are whats app and OLA cabs...I don't even keep any photos, videos not even any games are played. I even tried to uninstall unused apps but in vain. Inbuilt apps are more which useless to me but now from last two days even updates for those are kept off. Solution the handset reccomends is to delete useless mails which is also tried. Give me solution for this or else I want my money to be refunded

                                Dear sir, I Vinayak have provided my Micromax canvas 4 handset to the Micromax customer service to the below address (Job sheet scan copy has been attached )on 19 September 2014 and I have visited your service centre several times to collect my cellphone but there was very poor response from people who were there on that time, and now the above constumer service has been closed and opppened in new location in address and they are least bothered about my complaint. Micromax service centre, Chamundeshwari tele communication, door no #2831 k14 NS road, 1st floor chamundipuram main road mysore On march 4th 2015 i called sales manager Arup garai who suggested me to send the complaint to his email and then mail was sent to him addressing the above issue and he promised to resolve my issue by a week. and then Operation service incharge named Mohan kumar called me repeated the same, then i had called him for several times, they are unable to solve my problem till date and they are always with the reasons, so please help me to get my mobile phone VINAYAK [protected] [protected]

                                    I am purchased Micromax Canvas EG111 mobile online through Snapdeal vide invoice dated 14th December'2014. But there are many problems in this mobile. I am feeling too much disturbed by using this product. The problems are 1) Charging Problem 2) Network Problem 3) 2nd Sim Card Slot not working properly 4) Data Connection not worked 5) The mobile automatically restarted after 5-6 hours. I request you to either resolve my problem or I will taken legal action.

                                      Dear Sir, I have a micromax Canvas Hue. It has some complaint so i bought it to service center in Pallimukh(Ernakullam) they checked it and, they informed that there is a problem with mother board, If i want to go for warranty it will take around 30 days of time. I thought of taking the phone back and took it to Alleppey service center. i took it because alleppey was my Native Place. They told me the same issue so i asked them to go for warranty but they didn't took it as i was not carrying bill with me.. I bought it from ebay, so i asked them to send bill to my email id. i took a print out of bill then. For all this process it took three working days. I took a copy of the bill and brought it again to the ernakullam service center. This time they were not ready to take it for service, and they were giving me unwanted excuses. i asked them if they are not ready to take my phone for warranty they write in a paper and give it o me, for that also they were not ready. Their behavior was not at all bearable. Any way at the end of the day i was a big fool that i bought MICROMAX. now for changing motherboard i don't know how much should i have to spend.                                         I have given my micromax canvas 4 A210 mobile for repair in below micromax service centre. M/S Rapid Communication (Vikaspuri); WZ-1, Ganesh Nagar, Opp Metro pillar no. 535, New delhi-18. Job Sheet No. N[protected]; Date- 13th Apr 2015. Its been more than 20 days waiting for receipt of my phone back but whenever we call or go to service centre, we get new date.. 'will be repaired by two days' or 'we will call you by tomorrow' or 'will be done by today evening' or 'phone is repaired you can collect today evening'. We get excuses but not phone. Biggest irony is from last two weeks we are getting message, your phone is repaired, please collect the same from service centre. But everytime we call or go there, we get new date. Urge you to pls take note of my complain and help me get my phone back. Regards, Praveen
