Sir/Madam, This is to bring to your kind attention that, I purchased a mobile phone (Micromax Canvas Elanza 2 A121 Black …….. ) on 11 Aug 2014. Due to battery and charging jack problem, I gave it to your authorized service center (M/S Paradise Telesoft Pvt. Ltd, main Chakrata Road, Near Hanuman Mandir, Dehradun-248001). After some days they told me that now it is Ok and gave it back to me, yet still the problem was persisting. Again I gave it back to the service center on 25/03/2015, Complaint No. E[protected]-14526535. They committed me that they will return my set after 3 days, but till today they have not solved my problem. I am highly annoyed by such type of carelessness and poor customer service and have caused me immense trouble. I would appreciate it if you kindly look into the matter and give appropriate directions, so the my mobile phone is repaired. Otherwise I will go to consumer form.     Hi i want to inform u that customer care agents working in Micromax Customer care (R&J Enterprises platinum plaza), are highly irresponsible and misbehave with the customers. They don't understand the issue of the phone.Instead of solving it they troubled me a lot, I want u to take strict action against them else i will go to consumer court. Hope to get your response soon

      I am shubham sonthalia, I bought a micromax cell phone model no A109 on sep 2014, it was running smooth, but it started overheating...immediately i took it to the service center... And that day i was totally shocked with the poor and irritating service and care provided by service centre ...however i managed and after long argument they agreed to repair the cell and they kept it for nearly 40 days... After that they called me saying that my cell was repaired ...when i went there, they told me to check the cell outside the office...but still it was not repaired and when i told them again they said that i might have been cause the defect ... I was very much dissappointed by this rude and shrewd behaviour of service center... its ok that there may be some fault or defect in Electronic devices but what about the behaviour as well as care of service center... I would never advise any product of micromax not because of quality but only because of the service provided by them...they dont value the customers and their money invested... Job no is E[protected]

          Dear sir, I bought a micromax dongle from aircel model MMX354 Xtra from dibrugarh aircel office, dibrugarh, Assam on 31/3/2015 bearing IMEI no [protected] and serial noV[protected]. It had installation problem so i contacted micromax service centre in dibrugarh (Ajmeera), they said it was a manufacturing defect and had to be send to Gurgaon for replacement. After aprox 15-17 days i received my replacement doongle bearing IMEI no [protected] and serial no. V[protected].this replaced device is not detecting the sim card.when contacted service center they are telling that they cannot replace this as it does not have company safety seals.Now since they don't want to replace for the above reason, i want just one favour from you please return my original device bearing IMEI no [protected] and serial noV[protected] and i shall return your replaced device bearing IMEI no [protected] and serial no.             I Purchased Micromax Canvas EG 111 (CDMA+GSM) mobile. but when i was started mobile CDMA slot was not in working position. Means faulty piece is coming from company. When i was going to micro max service centre the representative said that for repairing minimum 45 days required. i cant wait up to 45 days so it is request to micro max company to replace this mobile with another EG 111

              With reference to the job sheet number N[protected] Dated 10 march 2014, regarding the repair / replacement of my phone Micromax A110, it’s been more than one year and still I have no clue about the same, will someone tell me the status of my phone? This is seriously not going to work. I trusted in Micromax as an brand but it did not stand up to full fill the trust of me as an customer. I bought Micromax canvas. Within four months it started creating problem.                   Sir This is to inform you that i have submitted my mobile MICROMAX BOLT A69 on dated 17.03.2015 for repair of touch screen and camera resolution problem and i did continuosly follow up from last 15 days but i am getting no proper response and exact date of returning of same after repair.                     I had purchased a Micromax Canvas Knight A350 (White-Gold) on 12th Nov 2014 from Amazon.com and paid Rs.13, 500 (IMEI no.[protected]) . Within 4 months of purchase many problems started like touch screen was not working properly and sometimes it hangs, the phone is under warranty but its dead now. On contacting the Micromax Service Centre(Rapid Communication-Vikash Puri) in Delhi on 7th March 2015 (Job sheet no. N[protected] they told that phone will be repaired within one week. After one week when I called them, then they informed that the device's motherboard is faulty and needs to be replaced. Now its more than 4 weeks since I've submitted my phone at the service centre. Each time I call them they say that the replacement motherboard needs to come from Gurgaon. I had called service center several times. They are telling that they need to get the part from company and for further details, asked me to call head office. I have written mails to '[protected]@micromaxinfo.com' so many times, and get replies with apologies mail but no action has been taken. On 7th April when I called them for followup they said that your phone has been repaired and you can come and collect it from service centre. When I reached to service centre to collect my phone I felt so cheated. They were giving a used and scratched phone of same model in black colour but mine is (White-Gold) in new condition. When I request them that I want to contact their service incharge then a guy at service centre desk was not giving his no. and he misbehaved with me and finally he called to Delhi Service Incharge (Rajat Tripathi). He was also talking very rudely to me as if he do not cares for his customers and not responsible for solving this persisting issue. They gave me another job sheet. N[protected] on 7th April 2015 without committing any tentative delivery date. No one is taking any responsibility and they are not interested in providing any resolution to me. Now I am feeling as if I have done biggest mistake by trusting on Micromax brand and it is most pathetic service that I have ever experienced in my life. At least I can expect that I get my mobile in working condition as soon as possible because no one can compensate my time and energy which I have spent to get this phone back from service centre. Every time I call to micromax customer care I feel that it?s a wastage of time and felt mentally harassed the kind of response I get from service centre. Its my kind request please look into this matter

                      I had purchased a Micromax (Model No. GC232) triple sim (one cdma and two gsm) mobile on 01.06.2014 from one New Sahara Electronics being IMEI1:[protected], IMEI2:[protected], MEID:[protected]. But all on a sudden on 24.04.2015 the aforesaid Mobile set not working properly, thereafter I has been handed over the same to New Sahara Electronics for repairing and said shop told me that the set will be sent to the service centre of Micromax for upgradation and after 10 days the said mobile set handed over to me and told me that the said set is totally checked by service centre of Micromax. But till I suffering the same problem. So now it is my question what will be happen and how can I relief from the problem above ? |

                        There is nothing Positive in Micromax Mobiles... Processor is half good as they provide 2-3 Apps are enough to hit mobile Battery works only for 4-5 hours on normal use Camera has poorest quality, High pixel doesn't mean quality. 1 GB RAM can't handle a game and some apps together and game lags Sometimes battery % drops every second...15% in 30 seconds. Service center will never give you back your device for 1-2 months, which is impossible to live without

                          Dear sir/madam I had purchased a Micromax mobile handset model no A092 on 15th july 2014.But on december its camera did not functional and thereafter i submitted my handset in one of your service centers in delhi on 31/3/2015.The service center where i gave my handset is in uttam nagar named m/s shri laxmi enterprises.The executive gave me a receipt bearing a code i.e NO[protected].They told me to collect the handset after one week but since then i ad called there so many times but i did not get the satisfactory response.More than a month has passed but i did not get my phone back.I am really unsatisfied with the services provided by the micromax service center.Being a reputed company in the market, late and unsatisfactory services should not be given by it.I will be highly apppreciate your help i[censored] please give my handset back to me in working condition as soon as possible. yours faithfully MUKESH DATE: 04/05/2015

                              I had given my micromax unite 2 which i bought 3 months back to the service centre for repairing as the voice receiver had complaint. Now its around 1 month and i have not got my phone back. Last week they gave it telling it is properly repaired but when i checked the complaint still exists. So i returned the set last week and when i checked they are again mentioning that i need to wait agian for 3 weeks which is highly unprofessional. I had bought this set 2 months back and if this is the quality of your product and the after care service that is existing i am sorry to say i will not be interested to buy any of your products again. Also to mention i am not having my set for the last 1 month and again your service centre has asked me to wait 3 more weeks. I have all the documents with me and planning to approach the consumer court if my case is not heard by anyone immediately.                                 Above mobile set already exchange two times and repaired two times(4 times ) recently on 06 .05.2015 we received the set after repaired now also it is not working in net and voice also not clear only two days it has worked little bit.

                                Hence we are requested you to kindly return my money because my DMRC project has no time to give this type of work that we have purchase Rs 15000/ appox and so many harassment given by your company, otherwise only one option is open to me to go consumer court and get the claim of time and harassment nd money also.

                                  My name is Mandeep Singh and my dad Ravinder Singh had bought new micromax canvas 2 smartphone last year. I had suggested him to buy it. After few months we noticed it corrupts video when we send to WhatsApp. As the phone is in warranty dad visited the service center in the first week of March, 2015 to fix the problem. After few days when dad visited the center again to receive the phone, they said there is a major fault in the phone so they have to send it to company. Dad visited again after a month to receive the phone and came to home. When we checked it's touch is not working properly now. Dad had to visit the service center again. They asked to visit after few days to get the phone back. They will changed it's touch. When dad went there and checked it in front of them, the problem was not solved. Now they said it's mother board fault and have to send it back in the company. Now it's going to be 2 months and we didn't receive the phone yet. It's totally disgusting. What is hell is this? It seems now company just was to pass the time so that warranty expires and they don't have to fix this. I was going to buy one more micromax smartphone for my mom and also planning to buy micromax LED TV. But now I never buy any micromax product in my life again. I won't suggest anyone to buy micromax products. I'm really sorry that I suggested my dad to buy your company's phone. Even local company phones are much better and provide faster service than you.

                                    Sir/Mdm, I am a Prees Reprter Of Electronic Today Team. I purchase a new Micromax A121 in 6th dec2014. After i use for few month the mobile has hanged & not working. I give it to service center on 25 feb2015. They say we send it to company 4 repair for 20-22 days. I found my mobile on 17th march. After I use few days the problem has been same. Then i talk to customer care, they said give it to service center. Service center will say it again send to company for 20-22 days.I give it on 27march. Then I said to for exchange. They said You send e-mail to company 4 new one. I talk to Care they said we take 30 days for repair. I again & again contact them and send to mail for solution. But they gave me dialogue & dialogue. I again & again request them but they cant understand. And also the taken period has finished but they dont give my mobile or any else.

                                      SIR, I have bought Micromax canvas 2, model no;- A120, IMEI No [protected] on 19 April 2015 from GHAZIABAD. From the next day of phone purchase it started giving me trouble by hanging. 4 times it switch off then switch on .On 21 April 2015 I approached K.S. micromax service centre in ghaziabad they updated it's software and assured me it wont trouble me again but the problem was not rectified and the phone continues to hang .Then on 23 April 2015 I again approached to same service centre then they again updated the software. Nothing happened and the phone continues to hang .Then on 27 April 2015 I again approached to K.S service centre for replacement of phone .They said that phone may not be replaced as phone is facing software problem not hardware problem. On the same date I approached SERVICE ZONE TELE CENTRE at KALKA GARHI CHOWKI in GHAZIABAD . They go through the phone and declared that its hardware problem.Then I approached K.S Service centre they said that the mother board need to be replaced.Sir, mother board in itself is a hardware.
