      Sir, I am a user or Micromax Mobile and I purchased my new phone named Micromax Canvas Knight A290 on dated[protected] & it was under break down on dated[protected]. It takes 15-20 days to resolve the problem. Now with in 3 months it was again under break down and I have requested to service center to please swap my phone. Due to the break down of mobile I was facing very problem. I am a working men and I have to go out of town for my work and with that phone I can't even make my work comfortable. You are requested to please look into the matter. I will be very thankful for this.

          i updated my os kitkat to lollipop, it doesnt have apps move to sd option i installed 4 apps only it shows memory full message and if i download videos it shows insufficient memory i have 4gb free space in my sd card i select default storage option is sd but it fails plz help me can i back to kitkat

            I have purchased Micromax Ninja A - 89. In warranty period ( within a year ) mobile got dead twice. After long time service centre said they could not repair the set. They will replace by new hand set. After 6 months of follow up they said it will be replace by Micromax A 58 which has all features lower than my existing handset i.e. Screen size, Camera, RAM, Software, Battery power.. I refused to accept the handset and lodge a complaint in their call centre. They assured they will take care of this issue and revert back. Till date i.e. more than a year no body called me. Now when i called the service centre they said your replacement will come and the handset is A 58... Same story continues... Micromax Service is Poor than Pathetic.. Even i dont have words to describe..

                Respect Sir, My Mobile model Micromax EG 111 (IMEI [protected]), complaint on 14/03/2015 problem reported (4101-power does not switch on, 5801 memory mmc rejected / invalid ) ( Coimbatore 000618) through micromax service center - M/S XPLUS Communication, Coimbatore 641012, Tamilnadu, India[protected]. Still they donot service and not handover to me. My Jobsheet number is *S[protected] dt 14/03/2015 By hand. Very worest service and moreover 7 times I may call to them reg.my mobile but no response THIS IS THE COMPLAINT and as quick as possible pls repaired it/replace it and handover to me IMMEDIATELY.

                  Mobile Model: Micromax a210 canvas 4 IMEI No:[protected] 01/04/2015 - I gave my mobile to a micromax authorized service center in madurai for repairing a broken display. Service center representative said to me that, Display doesn't comes under warranty and i have to pay for replacing the display. then they added as micromax a210 display must be changed along with touch screen, otherwise it wont work properly. I agreed and paid Rs 4000/- for display and touch screen replacement. They said it would take 10 days to order the parts and service the phone. 10/04/2015 (evening) - I received my mobile. the broken display was changed. I brought home my phone and put it on charge, After an hour when i checked my phone it was not charging. 11/04/2015 (morning) - I again took my phone to the same service center and reported the problem. They said they have no idea how the problem has occurred and stated that it can be serviced under warranty, but for that they have to send the mobile to Micromax head office to service the mobile and it would take 25 days. 28/04/2015 - When i went to micromax service center to check on my phone. They said my mobile was repaired and dispatched from head office and asked me to receive my phone in two days 30/04/2015 - I went to service center to collect my phone. A micromax representative said they have received my phone, but before delivering they have to make a final checkup. After checking my phone, they reported to me that the problem was not solved. The mobile has passed the quality check after repair and the problem still persists. The employee told me to come back on 2nd May, 2015 during which time he would talk to the manager on the possibility of replacing the mobile.To report the problem to Micromax customer care, we spoke with Mr.Talvindar (Complaint No: [protected]). He said the mobile was still in Delhi Head Office and yet to be dispatched, which is total contrast what was said at the Micromax Service Centre in Madurai. We are not sure who is being honest with us. 02/05/2015 - I visited the Service Center at Madurai today and the representative (Mr. Saravanan) said he has consulted with his manager and that the mobile will be sent to the Head Office for replacement and will take a week for the process to be completed. When insisted on more information, he gave a contact of Mr. Mani - South Zone Head Service. He said once he receives the mobile in Delhi he will send the replacement as soon as possible, but the contact number given was a local number.We called the Customer Care to report the problem and one Mr. Roshan attended the call. We were getting frustrated with the irresponsible answers by him and he disconnected the call while we were still speaking. We called again and one Ms. Priya answered and she said the Job Sheet No - S[protected] has been closed and remarked as problem solved by the Service Centre, Madurai. When we contacted the Service centre, they said they will issue another Job Sheet once we get there. But this was not mentioned to us earlier when we were there. The replacement mobile they mentioned will be a testing phone used in the service centre and not a new one.We are not sure what is happening with the mobile and the service or if we will ever get the mobile. This is really frustrating to pay so much and for the mobile and the service and yet be without the mobile for more than a month

                        I Dont Get Any Mobile Network Signal In Micromax Canvas 4 Phone When I Am At Home.. It shows red cross sign And The Network Disappears.but Same Sim Has Full Network Signal Bars I[censored]sed In The Other Phone . i checked it with new sim, but problem remains same

                          I bought funbook p365 in march 2014. The screen got broken after some days. It was then sent to service station and they took a lot of time for replacement . for the second time the screen got broken in July. It was again sent to service station but till now the screen is not replaced . the person at service center said that the screen is not available in company manufacturing unit . its a long time now but till now the screen is not replaced. Plz do the replacement as early as possible. I have suffered lot of problems because of this.

                              sir i bought micromax a093 on 7th jan, 2015. After 6 or 7 days sensor, touch problem starts coming. i give to service centre. after 10 or 12 days i got the phone and same problem starts coming. i visited service centre and they repair it and said get it software repaired. as software mechanic is not available on that day i visited service centre again on 13th april, 2015 and get its software repaired. then its touch and display stops working. then i visited service center on 1st may, 2015 to get my phone as i get call from service centre, when i checked the phone then its touch stops working again. they said you have to wait for some days to get my phone repaired. so i request you to look into the matter and get my phone replaced or fully repaired otherwise i will file a case in consumer court. imei no.:-[protected]/[protected] jobsheet no.:-N[protected]

                                1) Particular green shed appears to be yellow. 2) While playing a movie from USB, it stops in halfway and skips to the next track. 3) I am having this problem since last 4 months and registered a complaint 4 months ago. 4) Micromax technician calls everytime but doesn't rectiify the problem. 5) Device is in warranty.

                                  i had submitted my mobile 2 month before but till now i did not get it. when i went to collect it, its cosmatic was completely scratched while when i gave it, it was without scratch..now i am fully disappointed with micromax service and never recommended to anyone to buy micromax mobile as i am president in a college so i will go for it...

                                    I had bought micromax canvas magnus A117 on 04th June 2014 through flipkart and my order ID is OD[protected]. Rught from beginning its touch panel especially back but button was not working properly. as probelm was not sever i continued with it till December 2014. and touch panel was changed by your service agency M/s allied services, Dadar on 19th December 2014. It was wworking smoothly for quite some time but from last month again it is giving lots of trouble. Its battery getting drained off, suddenly it gets off, it behaves erraticaly. and last two days it back button is stopped completely. I am comletely fed up with this mobile and request you to either replace it altogether or refund me my money. Sir, when i was buying this product my frineds were telliing me not to buy microlmax product and wanted to prove them wrong. But it seems they were right. Please atleast not now replace my mobile so that i can tell them that your service is much better. Thanking your

                                        sir, I have an other issue about the company.., .actually my handfree was not working properly and my charger was getting heat up quickly so i submitted my handfree and and my charger to the nearest service center on 23rd of april. Then on 30th of april i received the both but the issue is the charger didn't have any logo or tag of micromax it seems like local and the sound quality of the handfree they gave is bad even they are not fit in my ears and also have little bit low sound as compare to my old handfree. i just want to say that the items they given is worst and charger is charging my phone very slowly. And when i refuce to accept them then one of the employee said that if you not accept it and want me to replace it then again we will give you the same thing. please help me.
