Hello Micromax Team, I have already complained about my issue i.e. I gave my cellphone to service center on 23 march and they gave a time of 15 days to repair. but till today, I don't receive my cellphone and no one replied me about my phone status. I did so many emails but no reply from your side. I am very disappointed from Micromax services. I dont have any other cellphone so what can I do. I am facing so many difficulty without my phone.         I have deposited my handset Micromax Canvas 2.2 A-114 Black on 15th April 2015 regarding its display issues. It was showing a black display. The phone is still in warranty period. The service centre ( R and J Enterprises, Shop No. 42, Platinum Plaza, New Market, T T Nagar, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, 462003) took almost 10 days to resolve the problem. Meanwhile, they erased all my phone's data without my permission. But now on 25th my phone was not showing any network. So I was unable to make any calls. On 27/4/2015, I again went to the same service centre and asked them to repair that issue. Now in the evening, I can make a call but cannot listen to the receiver's end because there was no incoming audio. So, I went to the same centre again on 28/4/2015. Now, they are saying that they will resolve my problem in 7-8 days. I am just fed up with the service of Micromax. All I want you is to take strict action against it, or I am going to complain about it in the consumer forum.           I have visited the service centre of micromax at sri ram tower in lucknow twice but my phone problem is still not solved by them. The first time I went he told the he has changed the software of my cellphone I returned with my phone and found that it worked good only for few hours and again started giving the error I.e "unfortunately the process android. Systemui.com has stopped working." I went another day and then that person casually in front of me hard reset my phone with using a computer whereas it's recommended for them to use computer and flash stock rom he misguided me that he has solved the problem but after two days and have again found the same problem coming in the device. My nitro a311 Is now just 1month old. And I'm really become fed of this please help.

Till now i have not received the mobile. I have made a call many times, but they are telling tomorrow we will give, if i ask on that day they are saying next week we will give, there is a problem in ram also. They gave the one number to contact Service Manager Hari ([protected]), I called him and asked but there is no response from him also. He is also saying what the service center guy says.                 i have purchased canvas A117 in march14 but in jan15(within warranty) it has got serious problem of switching on then i have submitted it to service centre indore M.P. they committed to resolve problem within 15 days..but again it has got the same problem and i submitted once again on 28th of feb15 and i came to know that it has severe problem in motherboard and unable to serve anymore but as its in warranty so company will replace the handset by same model or upgraded model. but even after more than two months service centre is making me run behind every 7-8 days and still unable to deliver my replaced handset. making contact directly to customer care of Head Office has also not worked. kindly do the needful.

                  I wish to report the extremely poor quality of the product and subsequent repair / support service, I am really unsatisfied with service provided by your service center. Service Center: Sp - Cell Tech Shop No. 8, Cision Complex, First Floor, Montieth Road Egmore, Chennai - 600008). Model: Micromax A1 canvas android one (AQ4501) IMEI number: [protected]/[protected] I bought micromax A1 canvas (AQ4501) from snap deal after using it for month I started facing problem like the calls getting disconnecting while on call. First the issue was interment after sometime it started happening frequently. I took set to service center they just formatted the phone and gave it back and didn’t provide me any job sheet the fix didn’t resolve the problem and again took it to the same service center this time I was told that the phone will go to factory for repair and will take 20 days Job sheet(S[protected]) created on[protected] for the same. The service center customer care officer Mr. Mani informed that they have changed the Motherboard and touch screen but the situation was even worst it started overheating and disconnecting problem was not resolved. Again took it to the service center On requested them to test it for them self and customer care Officer Mr. Mani assured me a new replacement set and requested wait for another 20 days and Job sheet (S[protected])created on[protected] for the same. Mr. Mani told that again motherboard is replaced and not the phone and refused to take this phone since I was demanding for new phone but the Service center Manager Mr. Hari assured that the phone was checked and tested by level 4 engineers and other won’t any issue. But when I started using the phone I am facing the same problem I don’t know what quality testing department doing in Micromax. The phone was with service center for more than 2 months and the problem is not resolved wasting my time and effort in visiting the service centre 4 times. Trust level in Micromax at lowest. Please let me know what policy for repair and turnaround time for such cases. Who is responsible for harassment where a user is without phone for 2 Months (as the phone was having micro-sim this cannot be used in available handsets at home) I have attached the scan copies of job sheet and delivery chalan for your reference.                     I bought this mobie thus month which i found is defective especially when one switch ON its DATA CONNECTION .I went to costumer care where i came to know about some fault going on with "fire4 "series.The mobile was bought by my mother and she is frustrated by your delay so let me know as soon as possible regarding my complaint. waiting for reply, a unhappy costumer

                          Dear Sir/Madam, I don’t have any back up hand set. Who is responsible for harassment where a user is without phone. Kindly do an immediate action as soon as possible. I gave my mobile micromax Canvas Fire-A-104 to a service center Name : M/s Sruti Tele Services, Address : Plot No. 4/243, Irc Village, Dist. Khurda, Navapally for Cellular Access Network Problem with my phone. On dtd.15.04.2015 and I am using this mobile for 5 Months only Service center guy took my phone for checking purpose, but after some time(20 mins later) he come and said mother board is damaged and it will be repair only in Delhi. they talk very badly when I go to service centre. This is unacceptable from a big brand, which is customer oriented and has links to the root of a common man. I call Micromax Customer Care No. They do no not have any Toll-free no.                             Hi, I had purchased MMX Canvas Gold (A300) 8 months back in Aug-2014 and it is under warranty. Last month (on 24-Mar-15) the phone had automatic reboot issues and it got hang. I visited the authorised Service center in Noida (Sec 18 - Satguru Communication), they told me that phone will go to company for repair and then they handed over the phone back (post repair) after 15 days on 7-Apr-15. The phone had same issue/problem the very next day and then I had re-submit the phone (on 9-Apr-15) to authorised Service center in Faridabad (Sector 16 - Hans Services). There again they kept it for 15 days and gave it back after repair on this Saturday (25-Apr-15). In just half an hour the phone had same problem again. Now this is the third time today (27-Apr-15), I have visited Faridabad center (Sector 16 - Hans Services) and handed over the phone, again they are saying it will take time (but no answer to how much time ?).                                     Mobile was submitted in M/S Sri Perumal Communications - Madurai which is one of the service centers of Micromax. The issue reported was mobile not charging. Either connector or battery issue. The mobile was submitted on 23/04/2015. A message was sent stating that the mobile has been serviced and can be collected on 25/04/2015. When checked the service center employees told that the issue is not yet fixed and the mobile has been sent to the head office for service. When enquired about the message it was clarified as some miscommunications between the employees. There was an irresponsible reply when asked and the person who went to collect the mobile has to wait more thaan an hour to get the response that the mobile has been transported to head office. There could have been a communication to the customer stating that the problem is not resolved yet or atleast could have responded immediately that the mobile is not available in the service center.

                                      I had purchased Micromax Canvas Nitro mobile 6 months before. From last 03 months it is restarting 6-10 times a day & heating very badly (only in 3 minutes it heats badly during talking). I checked it in micromax service center, they said it is behaving like this because it came in contact with water.And it will costs 3500.00Rs. to repair.They showed me a very small point inside one board where according to them it is affected with water. But in that deep area water can't be reached without affecting other surroundings of phone. I am very much sure that Mobile never came in contact of water after purchase. When i requested them to give me in written this thing that it is affected with water, they simply refused to mention. Even they didn't provide any hard paper where it is mentioned in written that what they checked & what they found. When i request them for job card they only allow me to take picture if that job card. My point is water can't reach at that spot without affecting other parts.                                         मैंने micromax gold A 300 mobil feb २०१५ में खरीदा one week के अन्दर set में बार-बार नेटवर्क होने के बाद भी call नहीं होने एवं गर्म होने की शिकायत dehradun service centre को की तथा set replace करने का request किया service centre द्वारा set में सिम पुराना है को बदलने के लिये कहा मैंने नया सिम लगाया किन्तु set में बार-बार नेटवर्क होने के बाद भी call नहीं होने की समस्या बनी रही बार-बार set को reboot करने पर ही call हो पाती है set को लेकर एक place से दुसरे place में जाने पैर यह समस्या आम है. मैंने indian कम्पनी के कारण micromax का set खरीदा किन्तु बहुत पछतावा है प्लीज सेट वापस ले vikram singh [protected]
