AFTER FEW DAYS FROM DAYS OF PURCHASE GOT SOME PROBLEME, I TOOK MY MOBILE TO YOUR AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER ACC TO HIM SOME SOFTWARE PROBLEM, IT WOULD HAPPEN 2-3 TIMES,
HE FORMATE MY MOBILE THAN OK.
BUT ON 22/4/2015, MY MOBILE NOT "ON" AFTER CHARGING, I TAKE MY MOBILE AGAIN YOUR AUTHORISED SERVICE ' AHUJA MOBILE, BHASKAR LANE, JAYENDRA GANJ, LASHKAR, GWALIOR(M.P.[protected]
SOME ONE YOUR TECHNICIAN TOLD ME DISPLAY & SOME OTHER PART WILL BE CHANGED, THEN I ASK HIM FOR ABOUT PART WARRANTY SHOW MY MOBILE BILL WHICH IS UNDER WARRANTY, HE TOLD THIS PART NOT IN WARRANTY, THEN I ASK HIM ABOUT CHARGE FOR PARTS, HE REPILLED 1800/-, I SAID OK REPAIR IT.
AFTER REPARING, I PAY 1800/- RUPEE CASH, ASK FOR BILL, HE REPILLED NO BILL NOT BE PROVIDED WE ENTER IT ONLY IN OUR OFFICE COMPUTER.
THEN I SAID WHO WILL JUSTIFY THAT U REPAIR MY MOBILE WITH GENUINE MICROMAX SPAREPARTS.
THEN HE SCOLD ON ME, I[censored] NOT SATISFIED THEN I CHANGE MY PARTS, PAY MY SERVICE CHARGE 150/-.AND TAKE YOUR MOBILE.
AFTER THIS I COMPLAINT ON 22/4/2015 SAME DAY FOR THIS TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE PERSON MR. JUSTIN, HE TOLD ME TO TALK WITH SERVICE CENTER PERSON AND TRY TO PROVIDE U BILL & CALL ME, BACK.
BUT ON 24/4/2015 NEITHER I GET MY BILL NOR ANY CALL FROM YOUR SERVICE CENTER.
PLEASE DO NEEDFUL FOR YOUR CUSTOMER WHO BELIEVE IN YOUR MICROMAX BRAND.
