I purchased a canvas juice 2 AQ5001 on 20 april 2015, its not been a week i am facing many problems with this set. on second dat the charger stopped working pop ups like SalesTrackerService started displaying on inserting sim card now it has stopped displaying incoming calls utterly dissatisfied with this product. kindly refund or exchange this set M_IMEI:[protected] S_IMEI:[protected]

    "micro max canvas hd a116i" smart phone motherboard problem getting. One day suddenly my phone micro max canvas hd a116i suddenly rebooted one logo displayed "Micro max canvas hd" enough chapter closed. I went to micro max customer care in hyderabad ameerpet, but no use. their mobile software they didn't handle then whats the use of customer cares service centers. Which type of testing have done by releasing the product in to market. Like me how many members lose their money by bought this product. worst mobile condition

      I have brought Micromax canvas duet II model - EG111 on 01 Mar 15(online purchase). Mobile battery draining problem occurred on 09 Mar 15. Mobile deposited with Micromax Service centre (V Care telecom services, fort, Mumbai) on 10 Mar 15. Service centre jobsheet no- W[protected]. Mobile still not repaired/ replaced after more than one and half month.

          Sir, I purchased a micromax Unite A-106, It has a Power Button problem, The service center person has told that pannel has to change for this has to pay Rs.350.00. In this why the micromax issuing warranty card. for this all mobile of this model is having same problem.

            Dear Sir, We purchased a handset Micromax A 311 (Nitro) from a nearby retailer M/s Varshney Mobile Point, Ramghat road, Aligarh. We didn't found the set upto our expectations and there were some defects which was determined as the sim was persued. The set was returned to the service centre where they made a D.O. against the purchase. We duly returned the D.O. to the dealer. Now the problem is that the dealer is not giving any other set or model in exchange. He is again and again lingering the matter The Sales person Mr, Love deep Singh is also not responding to the matter. The distributor M/s Ideal Agencies is also not taking any necessary steps regarding the matter. Kindly sort out the matter as soon as possible, otherwise we will be forced to file a case against you in the consumer forum. Please acknowledge this complaint as a prior notice to you.

              I bought micromax canvas colors A120 mobile 10 Days back. In this mobile In-built memory is 8 Gb, 1 Gb RAM. But all the application stored only in phone memory which shows only 1 Gb. I cant install any application. While installing it shows insufficient memory. I cant update also. In-built applications also not running due to this problem. And Map application is not working properly. I already took into service center they said no solution for that. I want to rectify this problem immediately. Or give me my money back.                 I have purchased Micromax Canvas A290 on 25/8/2014. The details of the phone are mentioned below: Model No. - A290 IMEI - [protected]/[protected]. I am very disaapointed with the service of Micromax It's been one been i am facing the issue of voice is not coming and the phone charging plus the back cover issue. I have submitted this phone in "Laxmi Nagar Micromax service centre" twice however i am still facing the same issue again.I even called at Micromax customer care no given at website. Customer care is not receiving phone call. I am very upset with poor service of Micromax. Today i am again going to submit this, please do the needful either get it replaced or give my money back.                 Micromax canvas A290 - Service centre poor service (I'm facing charging issue again and again)

                I don't understand what's wrong with this phone i am again facing the charging issue. I got my phone last month back from the Laxmi Nagar service centre however i am still facing the same issue again and again.

                I am really fed up with this phone and poor service. Please replace my phone ASAP or give my money back.

                            Dear sir/ Mam, I am submitted my mobile for touch complaint. The service staff tell me sir 7 days time for replace your mobile with rectified complaint. He tell first Rs-850/- for charge of this complaint. I am not satisfied that amount again i am bargaining that amount. Finally he accept Rs-600/- for the charge. i am also accept and given my mobile with 500/- advance. I am handover my mobile 13-4-15 afternoon. I am calling 20-4-15 to your service center. He tell spare not receive so pls wait one or two days. Again i am go to 23-4-15 (yesterday) the service center boy was tell sir wait till monday (27.4.15) . If i am give the local service person he return maximum 3 days. But why we give to you ? . How many days without mobile we are managing. Why rate not fixed properly. so accept my complaint and rectify immediatly.

S. Mobile (NCR), Plot NO. 7, FF, Central Market, Near old bus stand, opp Sihani Chowki, Ambedkar Road, Ghaziabad - 201001 (U.p.) on Dt. 14/04/2015 but before one week they refuses to take any action after i request them they make a job sheet on Dt. 14/04/2015 but till now no action taken yet.                                 Please don't buy micromax mobile because Thought no use of approached the Service centre i[censored] get any problem with in-warrant

                                1, Had memory card problem in phone and approached Service center "SP-OCEAN MOBILE CARE" in Velacherry on 3rd march 2015 and they told it will take 2 weeks time, after repeated follow up i got a call on 10th april 2015 they said come and collect the replacement mobile but its not a new mobile,

                                2, they are replacing with the other old used mobile for me but i did't accept that,
                                still now i did't get my mobile from service centre.

                                don't purchase micromax mobile,
                                dont face they problems like me.

                                      Sir, I have purchased Micromax EG111 mobile in March, 2014 through Flipkart. After immediately purchasing it, I took more efforts to make it working properly on both sims, CDMA and GSM and also I enabled both GPRS Networks and it was working for some time, then the mobile got struck and hanged in May, 2014 and handed over to the local service provider, they took around one month to solve the problem. Again, in September, 2014 there was an issue with earphone slot and I handed over the mobile with the service provider they took one month to solve the problem and telling that they replaced the mobile itself, since there was no option for correcting the slot separately. Now, again in April, 2014 there is no signal for CDMA and GSM sims and I took the phone to service provider they are telling warranty is over and it cannot be serviced with warranty. Out of 12 months warranty period the mobile phone was with the service provider for more than three months. This is cheating, when I purchased the mobile it was so costly, I paid around 16, 000 for this mobile. It is waste. See that it is rectified.

Well after 30 days of the purchase of set it started problem of hanging & not working & finally it got dead in 45 days of purchase of set. I had given to your service centre at M/S Arihant Enterprises, Shop No. 1 & 2 (Ff), Sidhi Vinayak Complex, Opp. Sanjivani Hospital, New Sanganer Road, Sodala, Jaipur - 302006 Mobile No. :[protected] Phone No. :[protected] Email : [protected]@mmxcheckpoint.com we had received a replacement of the set after one month . Now i am facing a problem in the replaced set of overheating, functions are not working properly, wifi not connecting, rebooting & hanging I had handed over again the set in same service center on 16-4-15. as I am unhappy & unsatisfied with the quality & performance of the set I dont want it again so kindly refund my bill amount 19000.00 INR of the set I had paid.
