Micromax care need not give any kind of false assurance when interne...t is the proof of having n number of complaints regarding mobile hand sets and service. Please improve your product quality rather spending huge amount of money on advertisements and making payments to celebrities. Automatically customer will come if your products are good. Also give proper training to your servicing centre officials about how to behave with the customers....
