Hi, Never expected such an unprofessional Patch update from Micromax for such a Hyped Phone YUREKA. Very Bad. I got an Update message in my New YU phone purchased through AMAZON in Mar'15, for an Upgrade of Cyanogen Mod12 (Android 5.02 Lollipop). I installed it yesterday and since then, the DIALER is not working. As soon an Incoming call comes, the dialer displays Blank Screen and unable to know who is calling nor unable to pick the call. Same case when am trying to call out, the screen goes blank and call can't be cut until the other party cuts the call. Regards, Ashutosh.email ash.[protected]@yahoo.com ph.[protected]

    I am Sagar Malusare, I purchase Micromax unite on 6/12/2014.But phone was not working properly means it get switch off while calling. So i gave my mobile to micromax customer care in last month march.After 20 days i got it back, they said motherboard changed. But still issue not solved, so again i submitted it .Here are details.Job sheet no - W[protected] Now I am fed-up with all this, i purchase this product 6200/-I don't want to use this moblie again.I want my money back or another new one piece. Reply me urgently or else I will select another way to take my money back.

          I bought MICROMAX android one mobile on 2 feb. After 4-5 days phone started switch off frequenly.But After 2-3 days it switched off and i sent to the service centre.it came after 15 days but still facing same problem. Again i submitted phone 15 days still same problem. Third time i have submitted, still 20 days passed, no response.

            I had purchased a Micromax Canvas Knight A350 (White-Gold) on 12th Nov 2014 from Amazon.com and paid Rs.13, 500 (IMEI no.[protected]) . Within 4 months of purchase many problems started like touch screen was not working properly and sometimes it hangs, the phone is under warranty but its dead now. On contacting the Micromax Service Centre(Rapid Communication-Vikash Puri) in Delhi on 7th March 2015 (Job sheet no. N[protected] they told that phone will be repaired within one week. After one week when I called them, then they informed that the device's motherboard is faulty and needs to be replaced. Now its more than 4 weeks since I've submitted my phone at the service centre. Each time I call them they say that the replacement motherboard needs to come from Gurgaon. I had called service center several times. They are telling that they need to get the part from company and for further details, asked me to call head office. I have written mails to '[protected]@micromaxinfo.com' so many times, and get replies with apologies mail but no action has been taken. On 7th April when I called them for followup they said that your phone has been repaired and you can come and collect it from service centre. When I reached to service centre to collect my phone I felt so cheated. They were giving a used and scratched phone of same model in black colour but mine is (White-Gold) in new condition. When I request them that I want to contact their service incharge then a guy at service centre desk was not giving his no. and he misbehaved with me and finally he called to Delhi Service Incharge (Rajat Tripathi). He was also talking very rudely to me as if he do not cares for his customers and not responsible for solving this persisting issue. They gave me another job sheet. N[protected] on 7th April 2015 without committing any tentative delivery date. No one is taking any responsibility and they are not interested in providing any resolution to me. Now I am feeling as if I have done biggest mistake by trusting on Micromax brand and it is most pathetic service that I have ever experienced in my life. At least I can expect that I get my mobile in working condition as soon as possible because no one can compensate my time and energy which I have spent to get this phone back from service centre. Every time I call to micromax customer care I feel that it?s a wastage of time and felt mentally harassed the kind of response I get from service centre. Its my kind request please look into this matter.

            got a call from micromax and very disappointed with the unprofessional approach of the company.they are not comitting that i will get the handset of same colour which i have submitted in service centre.They are saying you have to take the handset which is available with us.but in want white n gold color handset which i was using.

                Respected Sir/ Madam, I have purchased Micromax Canvas 2 Colors A120 with 8 GB ROM in the month of August 2014. The details of the phone are mentioned below: Model No. - A120 with 8 GB ROM Model Name - Micromax Canvas 2 Colors IMEI 1 - [protected] IMEI 2 - [protected] Warranty - 1 Year Micromax India Warranty Price - Rs. 9500 In the month of March 2015, the phone suddenly stopped charging and the same was deposited in the mobile care centre against the attached job sheet no. at M/S The Delight Services, Plot No. 34, Metro Pillar No. 232, Near Shadipur Metro Station, New Delhi – 110008. 2. At the time of taking the phone, care centre assured me that I will be able to take my phone after 15 days, but after the stipulated period of time, whenever I asked to the care centre, they once again asked to me to wait for 7 more days. After 7 more days, they replied me that my phone has been dispatched to the company since the problem is in the IC of the phone and it is to be solved at level 3. 3. However, when I called them after 2-3 days, customer care consultant purely denied the fact. He told me that I should collect my phone after 2 more days as the problem is solved at their level only. On approaching them after 3-4 days, they handed over me the phone in same condition, without any improvement and told that the problem is solved now. But again the phone was not charging. 4. I refused to take the phone back and asked them to rectify the problem. The person standing there misbehaved with me and forced me to leave. When I denied again, he intimidated me saying that I must take the phone back otherwise it would be missing. Many other people standing there were complaining that their phone is missing, so I took the phone back, which was still faulty. 5. I even called at Micromax customer care no given at website. Customer care is not receiving phone call. 6. Today its more than a month, my phone is not working, and I don’t have any solution except for going to consumer courts. The company needs to disconnect from such service centers and deploy somebody who is customer centric. It is therefore requested that, please correct the charging problem in my phone at the earliest, to avoid any legal litigation. 7. Early response in the matter will be highly appreciated.                       i was purchased a new micromax mobile model no. A-108 but it has touch problem when i give it at service center M/s arihant enterprises, sodala jaipur on 25.02.2015 but in the job sheet thew give problem reported 4101 power does not switch on but the actual problem is touch screen not working till date 22.04.2015 i did’t get my phone and when will i call to arihant enterprises they said that the mobile will come after a week i am very unhappy from the services.i have already complaint about this at micromax customer care vide complaint no. MMX[protected] but it has no result. please do something about this so that i can get the mobile quickly.

                        DEAR SIR I HAVE GIVEN MY PHONE AT MICROMAX SERVICE CENTER .ON THE TIME OF TAKING MY PHONE THEY ASK ME THAT THEY WILL REPAIR 20-25 DAY FOR REPAIR AND WILL BE RETURN IN 20-25 DAYS. I WAS GIVE MY PHONE LAST MONTH 23/03/2015.                           Sir, My mobile model no is micromax A69.my mobile was dead on 3 feb.and i submit at sai traders service centre in patna city.After 40 days my mobile was swap with micromax A069 which is 2G mobile but my mobile is 3G. Then i again submit my mobile on 16 march in sai traders but aaj tak wo mibile mujhe nhi mila hai.Service centre me call karta hu to wo bolte hai mail bhega gya hai wha se jabab aane ke baad hi kuch pata chalega. Sir aaj lagbhag 45 days ho gye hai lekin av tak koi information nhi hai ki mujhe mobile kab milega.                             We have given our micromax funbook P280 for repair and servicing...a couple of weeks back at M/S Green Dot Group, 28-19-1/1, 2, Eluru Road, Janda Stree, Near Ram Mandir, Eluru Road, Vijayawada - 520002. They are not responding well as well they are saying that the parts are yet to come from micromax company service. So please take some action and rectfy our funbook repair as soon as possible... they are lagging it..so take certain steps to make them alert on the proper repair and service

                              Beaware Beaware Beaware Never buy micromax product he is one type of cheap quality manufacturer of Mobile phone and Date Card I would line to inform you My name is Vishal Chandra .I am customer of micromax data card my model number is-X354 xtra .in my data card error occur red light flash when data card is inserted in laptop after that your service center taken the data card and told me your data card is dead.it will be replaced with in 45 to 60 day kindly come tomorrow and take your receiving of data card . After that i go again tomorrow then he said my computer is not working so come tomorrow then i will give you receiving after that i again go then he will told my staff is not come so kindly call in evening after call you come.when i call in evening then he will again give some rascal excuse and misbehave with me on telephone and told me go and complaint when wherever you want to complaint i will not give the receiving .After that when i call today then he told me physical damage occur in your Data card so your data card cannot be replaced kindly come and take your data card.Your Gaya service center is damage my data card and give all allegation on me Kindly instruct your Gaya service center to replace my data card asap.he shall verify my data card before receive and give receiving on rough paper at a time of receiving he doesn't tols about damage .after 3 days he told me about damage .my contact number is -[protected].

                                Dear micromax center, This is Narasareddy i am from Karnatka Raichur District person, recently i have purchase Micromax Turbo A250 Mobile on[protected], till i have face many problems since 2-4-2015, i will also visit Micromax service center they told its mother board problem we send Mumbai for Mother board change purpose. they will give me receipt. on[protected] again i will recive the problem on same day i will face same problem, again they mother board problem. again they send mumbai ofice. lets clear me one thing how many time change mother board. hoi change the mother why i will face same problem. please send me another mobile OR Give me cash back as soon as possible other wise i will go to consumer court. please replay as on time this is my second compliant. no body response last time

                                  Micromax care need not give any kind of false assurance when interne...t is the proof of having n number of complaints regarding mobile hand sets and service. Please improve your product quality rather spending huge amount of money on advertisements and making payments to celebrities. Automatically customer will come if your products are good. Also give proper training to your servicing centre officials about how to behave with the customers. Attitude decides whether you are good or bad. Your response to the problem faced by the customer is the worst. Money is not free and you are taking too much time to repair the mobiles which are newly purchased. This clearly implies that your products are not good. Days are not far where customers will have only complaints and you will have only mobiles with you. Good luck.

                                    hi, i bought canvas knight but after using for one month it touch stopped wrkng.i returned it to service center they gave it back to me after one month but it had other problems like white strips and touch was open on one side i returned back to them and now it iz over 31 days still my fone isn't back plz help me

                                      My Micromax A120 handset was repaired one month back by company for touchscreen problem and Network problem and now again i am facing the same problem of touchscreen not working properly. (Under Warranty 6-7 Month) Earlier i had to suffer pain of going to Bhandup (Dreams mall Service centre) 25 Kms away from my home and it took 1 month to get it repaired (Job Sheet No. W[protected] my phone and again i cannot bare the same pain of getting it repaired and might be it end up with same problem in one month of repair. Being loyal customer of Micromax I request you to kindly replace my phone with new handset since its under warranty( purchased in June 2014) and dont want it to be repaired now. ca.[protected]@gmail.com

                                        Hey...Manisha.. jobsheet num- N[protected] . I had submitted my phone on 25 march, 2015 in Delhi (East delhi- nirman vihar branch micromax off) for repairing...They said that they will return back my phone after repairing in 4-5 days.. After that they said that you phone will be given after 20 days bcoz your phne has gone for repairing in repairing factory.. I am seriously very angry.. my phne still has not given back..they said they will take 30 days. n seriously not such issues in the phnes .charging point n front camera is not correctly problem.. You are not giving no resolution for my phone, no fix tym.. Pls give back my phne without repairing.. I will repair my phne with my own.. I dont need your services...When i had gone Your coustomer care they said that they will take 2500 rs charge and my phne at that tym in warranty... I am very disappointed from your services... I really Will not buy any phne from your company... Pls as soon posible give my phne back ..My phne num is [protected], [protected] and email id - singhal.[protected]@gmail.com
