To The Officer In charge Micromax Mobiles Customer compliants Subject:- Complaint against Micros Max Mobiles Reg. Sir, I have been purchased a Micromax Mobile A-68 from M/s Tecno City Duliajan Distt. Dibrugrah, Assam after three months. After three months due to transfer of my husband we shifted to Durgapur West Bengal, the said handset creating signal problem and then I approached the Micromax Service centre Durgapur .The technician checked the Hand set and told that it may be tower IC problem and want to sent to Micromax Centre Kolkata. I waited more than two but the said Handset did not received back on query Durgapur service center replied that from Kolkata the said handset sent to Micromax Delhi . Again I am compelled to wait one more month for the hand set at last after a lapse of two month I got another set without battery from your Durgapur service center .On query they replied that your old Handset is replaced with new one. I used the hands set around 2 months several times it is noticed that the handset is not performing well I switched off the Hand set and after few minutes try to on the set but the same was not on but vibrating noises heard from the set. On 19.03.2015 I approached the Durgapur service center and they asked to handover the set to them and asked to call back after two days . But very next day they called me and told that this set can`t repair some major fault occurred in the set . On the contrary to the same I got SMS from service center that your handset is repaired and take it back. On 23.03.2015 I went the service center and they returned the mobile handset by saying that this set is unable to repair that it was burn. I ask them that if it handset is burned then how it vibrating but they will not replied for my question. When set is burned due to technical fault or mishandling of the same from Micromax service Center why the customer want to bear it is responsibility. First of all for repair/replace the single mobile unit 3 months delay occurred in my guarantee period itself and its responsibility fully up on Miramax Service Center or Company. Nevertheless to say that your services to customers are so poor and substandard that customer lost 03 months warranty period due to irresponsible approach. In view of the above my humble request is that you may kind enough to either repair my handset A-068 or replace the same at the earliest please.     Dear sir, i bought canvas A311 in Jan 2015. It is not working propery since one month. After every half an hour when screen goes in slip mode, when we want to use, it do not displays. to start we have to switch off the handset and restart the system. Customer care has format the system but it is not working.Pls replace my handset.

      Last year on[protected] I had purchased Micromax Bolt A-61 handset from City Collection, Nagpur. since that day I am having Touch screen problem. I had submitted my handset to Micromax Service center, Nagpur for 3-4 times but after 5-6 days of repairing the handet I always had a same problem. When I asked them To replaced the same handset which is in Warrenty period they are not responding properly. I had aslo write a letter and Maild on 18 March 2015 to Customer care Officer, Micromax Informatics Pvt. Ltd for the same but no reply from their side too. kindly help me into this. Chetana D.         I, Sri Siddhartha Sengupta, working with a national Newspaper House, had bought Micromax Canvas 2.2 A114 (Black) X0007RM0HF, IMEI NO. [protected], Serial No.[protected] from Amazon.in in the last year November'14. Since one month, I have been noticing a problem in ”touch mechanism” of the phone. It is not scencing properly. So I took my phone to the "Micromax Authorised Service Centre" at 16, Princep Street, Kolkata - 700072 (Phone No.[protected]. My phone was submitted on 21.03.2015 under Job Card no. E[protected]. On 2nd April, 2015, they returned me the phone saying that there was a problem in the touch screen and touch screen is completely changed. There was a number [protected] 21-03 on a sticker that was pasted in the back cover on my hand set. when I inquired / asked them whether it is really changed, they showed me this number in the sticker and told that it is genuinely changed and the number is the proof of that. After that they returned me back the phone assuring me that there will be no further problem. I took the hand set without checking as I forgot the battery at my home. But after reaching home, when I switched on my phone, I noticed the same problem which was present before service. Thus, I took my phone to the Service Centre for 2nd time on 04.04.2015 and informed them about the same problem. They examined the hand set, agreed and took it at the same service number. Any new job card number was not given to me at the 2nd time and asked me to call on 07.04.15. So, when I called them on 07.04.15, they informed me that the phone has been repaired and asked me to collect the same. As I work with a print media, I need my phone badly at every moment. In absence of it, I face a serious problem in my day to day work. So keeping all my other work apart, I rushed there to collect my phone. But very unfortunately when I switched on the hand set, I saw that the same problem was still exist and all my contacts and others were vanished as they installed the software newly. It seems that they did not at all understand the problem at all and going through a trial and error process. Again on 07.04.15 they kept my phone for 3rd time and told me to contact after 3-4 days. When I called them on 10.04.15, they told me that the phone is ready and asked me to come and collect the same. I went their on 11.04.15, Saturday. This time also I switched on my the hand set and found the same problem. So they kept my phone on 11.04.15 for 4th time. Till today they failed to solve the problem and still it is with their custody. Most surprisingly no new job card number was given in 2nd, 3rd & 4th time. Still it is under Job Card no. E[protected]. During this period I had a talk with Mr.Mondol & Mr.S Chatterjee several times at phone no.[protected]. So, I want to state that the Four services that undertook and experimented on my phone were totally wrong and were not at all required which unnecessarily weakened my phone by a certain percentage. So, I would be highly obliged if you kindly look into the matter and take some immediate steps for replacement of my hand set and let me know at my office ID at siddhartha.[protected]@expressindia.com at the earliest.           Do not buy Micromax mobiles as after sales service is really pathetic. I have undergone a horrible experience and till date my dead mobile is with them without any response within gurantee period. Although phone looks good, but phones are not upto the mark and gives hell out of problem when in use. Do not go by the beautiful graphics advertisements and box cover of the models. You will surely regret for buying micromax products.

            Respected sir, I am kurra Hemanthkumar, request you to consider my problem and replace my mobile with a new one. As i am visiting MICROMAX service center for more than 45 days and my problem hasn't been rectified yet and in-spite of that the service center people are making me visit the store frequently. FIRST JOB SHEET: I have approached the service center for the first time regarding TOUCH Screen problem. They have asked for 15 days to rectify the problem. SECOND JOB SHEET:[protected] After 15-20 days from the issue of 1st job sheet i have received my mobile and the problem remains same. SECOND JOB SHEET issued towards the same problem and still the problem exist. After 12-days from the issue of 2nd job sheet, i haven't received any communication from the service center. instead i have called them and approached them at times. last Friday (i.e.,[protected] when i have called to the service center they asked me to visit the store on Monday. According to their word i have visited the service center. they have rectified the front screen problem and A NEW PROBLEM ON THE REAR SIDE is created. THIRD JOB SHEET:[protected] For the REAR problem THIRD JOB SHEET issued. the concerned service center MANAGER and the staff are not responding to the problem properly and the worst part is that they are giving RECKLESS (careless) answers to the consumers, apart from this they have applied glue at the corners of the mobile and make it look like an old one. please consider this as i am a student and my exams are approaching i could not find time to visit the store regularly and i am spending a lot of time and money for travelling to the service center. Hope you will consider my problem and do the needful. one last hope, i am expecting that my problem will be rectified at the earliest.                 The undersigned purchased one Micromax mobile model Canvas Knight A350 for Rs 17, 590/- on dated 21.09.2014. The mobile set gave problem from the day one it was received and finally the set got dead which was given to your local service centre M/s Space telecom, Bhubaneswar on 27.03.2015 under gurantee. In spite of several tele calls to the local service centre, no favourable reply was given. They only say that set was handed over to our Head office at Delhi for repair.

                As the problem remain unsolved and time is only running out, the undersigned contacted the Toll free customer care number mentioned back side of the job sheet ([protected]) which was found to be “does not exist”.

                The undersigned was totally harassed and humiliated and finally somehow got the number of your Delhi Office and lodged a complain no. (MMX[protected]) which was registered. The service person assured me that the mobile set will be repaired/if not will be replaced with a new one/ if not higher model will be given within a week but to my surprise nothing has happened even after 25 days have passed.

                It is very unfortunate that the undersigned made a biggest mistake by buying Micromax product which is very worst in quality and also after sales service us more than the worst. I request you personally look into the matter and replace the mobile with a new one without further loss of time.

                    I purchased through SNAPDEAL, From purchase date my charging pin improper, It will not fix properly I managed upto 4 months. Yesterday totally dead my phone.                         My phone's(Micromax A210) power on off button is not working properly. Last Week I went to micromax official service to replace that button. From that same day, my phone is not working properly. I am facing problems like touch is not working properly and even my phone starts up heating on charging or continous use. Now, I am calling to micromax care, I called to them more than 15 times.They didn't pick up my phone. Even i mailed to them and register my complaint on their website, but they didn't gave response to both. Please help me!!!

                          I had brought a handset named Micromax Mobile Canvas 2.2 of model A114W. It had developed some complaint and had given at service centre at Ernakulam 682016, for repairs on 16/03/2015. Even after a month had passed, there is no information as to when it will be returned back in working condition. On enquiry at Service centre at Ernakulam they are saying that it has been sent to Delhi Service centre and had to wait 15 more days. Now its more than one month and when I called Delhi Service centre they are asking to wait another one month. So for two month time the handset is not been made available to me. As a company good gesture, I need a replacement than waiting unending time waiting for getting it delivered back to me. I am facing very much difficulty of missing the mobile for such long time for repairs and still no whereabouts of its return. It had barely worked for 6 months with me, till it is with your service centre at New Delhi as said by the Ernakulam service centre. I would beg to request you to replace the same and give me another set so that I am not be put to such difficulty and hardships.                               Dear Sir please note i have submitted handset to The mobile care (Delhi) B-36 guru nanak pura near v3s mall laxmi nagar service centre . My Jobsheet date is 31.03.15 N[protected] At the submission time commitment was given for 8-10days but its over 20 days as today is 20.04.15 but still today they are saying that it will take 10days for which they also dont have any surity . Request your interference as my work is suffering as i bought dual sim handset. Their is very poor response from customer care as they are now saying that it takes min 30days to resolve issue than why your service centre said 10 days. its a complete breach of customer trust & harrasment as i need to visit service centre to take follow up . S S SOLUTIONS Srinagar, Kakinada-533003 Dear Sir, We are here to inform you that we Purchased Micromax Handset (i.e Mobile) but I it not working Properly and we went came to you on Dated: 14/03/2015 but till dated we haven’t received my handset back and there is No Proper Response from your end. We are unable to know the Status and we are facing the Lot of Trouble without handset. As to inform you we are also losing the Warranty Period. Please Suggest where we have to Raise the Complaint otherwise there only solution that we have to reach Consumer Firm only. So, please clear the Issue at earliest. We are here attaching the JOB Sheet Thanking you.

                                  sir This has to inform you that i have summitted micromax bolt a69 on date 17.03.15 for repair of touch screen and camera resoluction problem and idid continusouly follow up form one month but i am geeting no proper responce and exact date of returing of same after repair i have complain 10 times to your coustomer care excutive complain no of same this my humble request to your either you repair my mobile 5 days or you replace my mobile with new one other wise consumer court for the same Regards Dhiraj Rai Mo [protected]

                                    Dear Sir, I have purchased micromax 493 on 29/05/2014. i got charginf problem on 14/04/2015. I ahve given the handset to micromax service center for checking. As micromax is giving 1year warrenty for mobile set, they said it will be checked and rectified in one day. Later they said thet need one more day for checking. this was keep on repeating. on 20/042015 i have tried to call them several times but there is no response from service center. later they called me and they said it won't come in warrenty. and for repairing they are insisting for half of the mobile price. which earlier they said Rs650. Everyday when i call to their land line number they aren't picking the call. But when i went and check they are simply ignoring all the calls. How come they can say that if inside part is having problem it won't come in Warrenty. Due to their bad service and improper information i was suffering in my communication which is very important to me for my job. If they can't do anything why they are delaying the things.                                         Hi, I have bought a brand new Micromax Canvas Colors 2 and from day 1 i am facing a problem of phone hang and then i have submitted the phone and the problem with the handsets started to get more severe and after submitting the phone again and again they are unable to make any corrections in phone and i have also told them if it is manufacturing defect then get it replaced, however i did not get any response and its been like 4 months and i am fed up with micromax cust care service and i am in urgent need of your help.
