      I purchased my micromax A120 mobile on 3/05/2014 at poorvika mobiles private ltd(no 31, ranganathan st, t.nagar, chennai)..after 4 months i had problem with touch screen..but somehow i was managing with it..before 3 months it became worse..so i gave my mobile for service 0n 23/02/15 at the poorvika showroom where i purchased it ..but still i didnt get my mobile back.thet are telling that thy are in lack of spare accessories.but my mobile's model is in market sale still now...then how come spare will not be availabe???..i havnt seen such a poor service ..i need my mobile in hand within 24 hours or i need a new mobile of the same rate.Your micromax representative has to respond me in another 24 hours.or otherwise i will have to take legal action against your concern..Try to improve your company's service.

I tried registering a complaint to the Dhrangadhra police station but they refused to register my complain and threatening me to go away or get locked up.             I have purchased Micromax mobile A 94 MAD on dated 21/03/2014.After few months Camera was not functioning and service provider has told me the motherboard of the mobile was out of order and mobile send to company for replacement motherboard on 27/02/15.But till date after 2 months mobile not available in service center.I have call customer care of micromax mobile and their executive was told me your job sheet status was close and I am not any help for above issue.                 I am using micromax canvas A102 mobile. Charger and headphone is of very low quality provided by the company. I have gone for Uttam Nagar service centre for replacing charger. One boy, Ali has demanded money for service even my mobile is in warranty period. One boy Tushar (telling himself CCO of service center), his behavior to talking to customer is very very bad. One girl Rishita had told me different different excuses for service and this that. Micromax this is ur service. Your service centre employee are very cheap n you r providing very low n cheap quality service. Now i never buy micromax products.                   Dear Sir/Madam, Hope you are doing great! This e-mail is in regards to Call ID :: N[protected] Call Center Complaint No : MMX[protected] Kindly find attached Job Sheet of my phone.. My name is Sudhir Sehgal and I bought My phone MicroMax Doodle-2, A-240(White) last year 8th of May 2014 from Rohtak (Haryana). Till 29th Mar. 2015 afternoon, it was working fine, however after some time when I try to Switch On my mobile, it doesn’t Switch On. I thought it doesn’t have battery and I try to charge the phone. It never Switched On. I checked my phone was in Warranty and I went to MicroMax Service Center on 30th Mar 2015. They informed me that It will take at least 7 days to get repaired, moreover they informed me that you will also receive a call from Micromax Customer Support to get in touch with you so they can resolve the issue ASAP.! I neither received a call, SMS nor they informed me that your phone is got repaired, just come and get your phone from service center. I went to Service Center on 10th April 2015, they informed that your phone has been arrived after repair, however when they try to Switch On the phone it didn’t start. They asked me to wait for 1 more day, they will resolve the issue. It didn’t Switched on again and said : we need to dispatch your phone again Delhi so they can take action on this issue since it is not get repaired yet and they have sent back to us without resolving the issue.. Service Center again sent the phone to Delhi on the same day, however when I spoke to customer representative today (18th April), they are saying we checked and your problem is came to us on 15th April 2015 and we do not have any kind o[censored]pdate regarding the problem of phone but I have given my phone to MicroMax on 30th Mar 2015, why don’t you consider this. I am experiencing the issue from 30th March 2015 only. I could not get it, you are MicroMax and you do not have the problem details of phone, however the Customer Executive AMIT register a complain (Complaint No : MMX[protected]) for me so Technical team resolve the issue quickly. In past, I heard that MicroMax phone’s are too cool and customer service as well, however when it comes to me, I would not use these kind of words, I have given my phone on 30th March 2015 to MicroMax Care and they are saying we have received your phone for problem on 15th April 2015. May I know what were you doing between 30th March to 15th April 2015 and still you don’t have an update…..! I request you to resolve the issue ASAP since I am too much suffering without a phone, if you are providing great Customer Service and you have care for your customer’s then mean it and do it as fast you can or give me any phone number or E-mail address of higher authorities so I can get in touch with them..                     Dear Sir, Hope you are good but I am not since I had purchased Micromax Nitro A-310. I purchased this handset on[protected] & but from the date of purchase it was giving me problem. Earlier it was giving me problem of “handset automatically restart, abnormal heat problem, abnormal battery drainage problem”. I went to the service center & they somehow resolved my issue. But on[protected] it was again giving me problem of “phone automatically got restarted during call, abnormally heat problem”. I’ve to remove & insert the battery to restart the handset. Immediately, I went to service center & they reinstall the phone software. On[protected] it was again giving me the same problem & I deposited my handset to service center on[protected] vide job slip no. N[protected]. I asked them to confirm me tentative date of delivery as I don’t have another phone but to my surprise they didn’t confirm me the same. I was in touch with service center for the status of my handset but they confirmed me that it will take minimum 1 month to resolve the issue. I was not happy from their response so I made query at toll free no. twice vide interaction no. MMX[protected], MMX[protected] but even they didn’t provide me status of my handset. Today, I again went to service center for status of my handset but Mr. Saisal (Helpdesk at Complaint Center) misbehaved with me & asked me to go anywhere as he doesn’t know the status of my handset. In today’s scenario every company is looking to delight their customer but it seems to look that your company doesn’t need it.                       Dear sir, My name is Rahul kashyap. i purchase micromax phone A106 unit -2. but some problem in this set. i submitted this handset to your auth. services centre in dawark on 8 march 2015. after 3 week they call me & told us your hand set is ok plz pick your phone. 27 march i reached your auth. services centre pick my phone & checked (used )it problem is same to same .i told to manager he told me your hand is move to company for replacement today 18 april there is no action taken when ever we call they said your phone is move to company.companay manger not taking any action on it, he always give me 2 week time to resolve my compliant, my job sheet number is N[protected].. MY CONTACT number is [protected]. please take action on it. otherwise we take help of consumer court.

                        I have submitted my micro max canvas AL108 with the problem of touch screen has not working.on 17 march 2015 and today is 18 April but till now i have not received my phone and many time i tried contact to Delhi head office care centre and this care number is pad, instead of my call is not received over 2 minutes per call such activity repeated many times and all times deducted my balances but my conversation could not held, so i am totally unsatisfied with service and I never suggest for purchase micro max phone to any one.because i am waiting for receiving my phone for more than one month.

                          I have purchased micromax tv from snapdeal in october 2014.It was working good but from last few days it's having display issue. When I switch on tv it works fine for 10 minutes and later screen flickers and display will become blank.But sound is coming. I have raised complaint and complaint number is AN[protected]. They said service will be done in maximun of 48hrs.But it was 5 days no one came and i am unable too use tv. I called local micromax dealer and he said as you purchased tv from snapdeal online so you should speak with micromax customer care only and we don't provide service. This was really bad as it was just 5 months i purchased tv and having issues with no service support.

                              I bought a micromax bolt a065 on Oct 27 online.. As I didn't knew the model was so laggy and frustrating i can't even call somebody.. Correctly due to continues shutting down of the phone so I gave it to nearby service center as it was withing the guarantee period.. They told to repair the problem.. I thought that their service was good and reliable but what.. They sent my phone to Delhi without even informing me.. As they told to collect my phone over 4-5 days.. And they hanged up my phone for 25-30 days now I am not able to do any of my jobs.. That's so frustrating and bad micromax is getting worst...

I am very much astonished that how a branded company like micromax is replacing GSM/CDMA hand set to GSM/GSM without any company sealed pack and seems to be used and in built old contacts (not related to us) is there. Sir it is not digested by the customer like me. when we submitted the set on 27-2-15, your people had assured us that the replaced set will go to the customer directly from Micromax, please see the attachment, to view the condition of hand set which was received from them with out my acknowledgement signature.                                 where is the micromax customer are support TEAM?.It is clear that many poor people are choosing micromax due to their price compairing to performance.
                                but micromax people knows how to cheat them by service, this is well known that they can control the voice of poor people an go on cheating AS WHO IS POOR THEIR VOICE ALSO POOR AND THEY CAN NOT DEFEND THE MICROMAX GAME.

                                      |hello sir, i am s.s. phani krishna of vijayawada, krishna district, andra pradesh. i bought micromax A250(canvas turbo) phone on[protected]. due to some unfortunate conditions my phone fell and broken. i taked it to the nearest micromax service center for checking the problem they said it was physical damage and warranty won't cover it .i agreed and asked them what is the problem ? they said the mother board was broken and i had to pay 4500/- to replace a new one.i agreed and give them my phone and they took it for two months and when i ask them why is it taking so long they that my complaint is still in order .i waited so long and finally got my phone then it's cameras are not working. i take it to the service center and asked they said it must be defected in my incident two months ago and talked very rashly and when i asked explanation they fixed back camera and ordered my front camera and for repair they again take my phone for a month and given me the phone then it was atomatically switching on and off . i again taked it to the service center they said power key was defected . i said it was not defected when i given them to repair front camera they disagreed and rashingly told that my phone was very bad and it was not any use to anyone. i asked them that they could repair it in warranty. they agreed and taken my phone for another three weeks .finally i got my phone on march the ending monthh of my warranty the phones earphone plug was not working they said warranty is over and they don't see phone for free .i asked them that my phone almost in their hands for six months they must have broken it . they disagreed and shouted that they will do nothing .my warranty was nt done it has 2 days left.i again give them my phone on [protected].they still not returned my phone yet . i am still afraiding what they will tell me next and when does my phone return.please help me claim a complaint on them and end this bad service .i am a middle class family person and i bpught the phone that micromax was best company and had good services .i was wrong .so please help me to replace or give refund for my phone .my job sheet no is :s[protected]. my contact no :[protected]. my name is s.s. phani krishna, pls help me to get justice.
