    I have purchased Canvas P650 18 months back. Unfortunately it has fallen down and the display has gone a month back. I have given for service and got it back in 8 days paying Rs.3800 not less than 2 hours the corners got blacked out again. Now its been 15 days it has given re-repair, still its not delivered. Very Poor service and delayed delivery. Bad response from the service people too.

      hi i am Santosh Kumar Shaw i had purchased 1 doungle model code - SERM0B0447 and serial no is [protected] this doungle was purchased in 25th march and that doungle is not working so i had vist shop they are inform me vist service center and i had submitted my doungle 07th april 2015, but till date they are not reply when i got doungle and they are inform me internet not working another mobile no is out of service so now till date i am sufferd in my business... so please salve my problem

        I have purchased a canvas 2 plus in 1st January 2014 and i got the problem of camera in August 2014 bt when i start camera apear a masg on screen ' cant connect to the camra i had submitted it to the virar east (Mumbai) service centr in December month bt they keep my mobl in office around 25 days and no repaired my mobl and after they retrned me the same and suggest mr to keep two days switched off after that mobl will be fine bt dosnt solve it. I visit again the same service center bt they are not provide me service plz help me My contact no is +[protected]

          I submitted my phone to the Micromax Service Center M/S PERFECT SOLUTIONS which is there in Kalkaji. The primary concern was with the camera quality. They said that the issue with the handset has been fixed and I can collect it from them, all of this was done in a week's time. When I went there to collect my handset, I found out that the front body of my phone was full of scratches and also it was broken from the bottom portion. I did not take the handset from them and asked them to replace that body part for me as it was due to their negligence it was broken. They said that they will be replacing it for me at no extra cost and within 5 days time. I waited for weeks and after many calls & visits to their Service Centers, finally they said that the body has been replaced and collect it from them. But since I had to go to the office, I could not collect it before Saturday. So, they agreed to deliver the phone to my home later that evening. He came to my friend's place after 10:00 p.m. to give her the handset. She lives in a PG and the owner does not allow them to come out after 9:00 p.m. She gave a normal check to the phone whether it is working or not at that time as it was dark outside and there was not much light on the street. When I took the phone from her the next day and tried to put my SIM into it, to my surprise the SIM tray was missing from the handset. I tried calling the person who delivered the headset to us a day before. He did not pick up his phone. I had to take a leave on that day to go to the Service Center and get the SIM tray from them as there was no response when I tried calling them on their numbers. I took the SIM tray from them and came back home. I put my SIM in and turned on the phone. There NO SIGNAL on my phone, as if I did not put my SIM in it. I tried another SIM slot, same issue. I thought maybe there is something wrong with my SIM because of which it was not working, so I tried another SIM and the same thing happened again. I put the same SIMs back to the other phones and I was getting full five bars for the network strength. This was the third time when I found out an issue with the handset and was furious to the extent that if I would have gone to the Service Center, I would have definitely broken things over there. But I tried to be patient and called the customer care to get the replacement done as the would has already been through a lot and can stop working at any time. They asked me to call them back once I am in the Service Center, even their so-called Supervisor [Paramjeet] said the same thing. I said "What the [protected]@ll?". I went to the Service Center on Saturday and told them about this and asked them to replace the phone. They were not ready to do it. I called the customer care and made them speak with one of the employee working there, his name was Chanchal. He told the customer service representative that they will do a software refresh on the phone and it will work. I said that I don't want them to do anything with the phone, I just want it to be replaced. They were not ready to do it, even the customer care representative. I asked the rep to connect me to his Supervisor and told him that it is either phone replacement or I am going to the Consumer Court. He talked with the employee once again and said that I can deposit the phone to them for the moment and wait till Tuesday to get the information whether my phone will be replaced or not. I called the Service Center to check the status of the replacement, they said that they will need a weeks time to get the approvals and what not. So, here I am. Today is Friday, Service Center and customer care are both asking me to wait for 30 days as that is the time mentioned on the new jobsheet that they created last Saturday when I deposited my phone to them. I am just waiting till this Monday and if there is no response from their side, I will definitely go to the Consumer Court and sue Micromax and the Service Center for the inconvenience caused to me.

            Dear Sir /Madam, I have purchase micromax S300 from Alfa Stores on 04.04.2015. I started using the mobile from 06.04.2015 after receiving my new sim card. On 11.04.2015 in the afternoon time when i was talk with my relative from my mobile(S300) my screen suddenly gone white. I restarted my handset but it was still white. I call-up on sunday( 12.04.2015) on your customer care number [protected], but since it was holiday one has pick-up my call. After that call-up on 14.04.2015 on the same customer care no.[protected].i received the reply that there should be software problem and requested to visit micromax service centre. I visited the service centre which is situated at Virar East on 16.04.2015 and meet Mr. Prabu. He replied that there is problem related to display and have to surrender the handset for 10-15 days for display changing. I have denied for the same and call-up the micromax care centre. he reply that i have surrender the handset and there is no other option . I have raised the question to replace my handset since it only we days have happen that my new handset it showing this type of error. Request you to please revert for the same .

            This is with reference to my complaint No. 153747.2.2015 dated 17th April, 2015 and email send to Micromax Informatics Ltd dated 17th April, 2015 for my new brand Micromax mobile Handset S-300.

            On 25th April 2015, Saturday I received a phone call at 1.00 pm afternoon from Micromax office Telephone number:[protected] and Mr.Varun was representing for Micromax Informatics Ltd.
            Mr.Varun(Micromax Executive ) replied verbally to my above mention complaint, Mr.Varun told me that my Micromax Mobile Handset S-300 which is lying with Micromax Service Center -Franchisee Holder-M/s D.R.Telecom Situated at Borivali –West, Mumbai Under Job Sheet No.W[protected] with issue of Display will take lot of time for repairing as they don’t have the part to change .

            Mr. Varun in continuation to the above verbal communication offer me a proposal they would like to replace my New brand Micromax Mobile Handset S-300 with New Brand Fresh piece of Micromax Mobile Handset A-106 at no extra-cost, but will not be given in retail outlet box pack condition which contain Charger, user manual, Ear Phone and are available at for sale in retail outlet, since I already have Charger, Ear phone for my Micromax Mobile Handset S-300. Mr.Varun also agreed that Micromax Mobile Handset A-106 will not be a repaired or second hand piece.

            I replied to Mr. Varun asking him the configuration of Micromax Mobile Handset A-106 and was satisfied and given him my confirm on one condition that Micromax Handset A-106 will be given to me as per above mention offer made by Mr. Varun that it will be New Brand Fresh piece at no extra cost and also not repaired or second hand piece. Mr. Varun agreed to it and told me to collect the Micromax Mobile Handset A-106 from Micromax service centre after 7-8days and will confirm to me the date for collecting the Handset.
            I requested to Mr. Varun for providing me email confirm for above offer, but Mr.Varun replied that our call is sufficient and can be consider as confirmation. Going further Mr. Varun told that I can email whole conversion on Email-ID of Micromax Informatics Ltd.

Requesting Micromax Informatics Ltd to please intimate the conversion to their Micromax Service Centre for the same.

            Dear Sir,

            Today I have called the micro max service centre-borivali-west, mumbai ( d.r.telecom). The executive me. Shilpa replied that my mobile Handset S-300 has being return back by the company asking that it is not repairable, but as committed by Mr. Varun on 27.04.2015 for replacement of my S-300 handset with A-106 within 7/8 working days.

            The company has not sent replacement handset A-106 with unrepaired handset S-300.request you to look in to matter it is taking to much time to resolve my problem by micro max evenafter there committment.

            Dear Sir,

            Can i get update on my replacement handset ( NEW) A-106 to be collect from M/s D.R.telecom, borivali-west, mumbai.

            I am following up regularly for this issue but, it seems micromax is undervaluing there customer, so that they cannot trust micromax for the future. 30 days and above from mobile purchase no one is willing to give feedback for such small issue.

            on 12.05.2015 i called up Ms. Poonam from D.R.Telecom who is following up with micromax for my issue. she replied that there is no response receiving regarding this issue, which means micromax head office is not replying to the email send from service centre and there is delay for intimating the situation . which show that the company policy of working with other is not much good.

              I would like to inform you that I had purchase Micromax company mobile A106 Unite2 in the month of 18th October 2014 and I am not satisfied with the working of the mobile there was a problem with the power button so i gave my phone to the authorised service centre of micromax and they reported as the " 4103 POWER SWITCHES OFF" and i received my mobile after two weeks and it was functioning normally only for 2 weeks, it is giving me the same problem that i had previously that is power switch off. so i gave my mobile again to the service centre for repair, the service centre people told me that the mobile has board complaint and they had sent my mobile to Delhi for repair. they told that after 20 days the mobile will be returned after repair . i gave my mobile for repair on 21/3/2015. after i again visited the service centre on 13/4/2015 and they told that the a new mobile will be replaced after 1 week . again on 17/4/2015 i visited the service centre, now they are telling that the reported problem is under pending . i should get my mobile replaced since it showing repeated complaints and the mobile is under warranty period .Therefore i request you to look on to the matter or else i will bound to take the legal action earliest . the job sheet number is : S[protected] & IMEI : [protected] &ESN: [protected] .KINDLY PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND PLEASE REPLACE A NEW MOBILE because the phone is showing repeated same complaint. the mobile is under warranty period.

                Sir,
                I am Valan F from Bangalore. I bought a mobile Micromax A108 on 20-Sep-2014 for 9600 Rs. The Display got cracked when it fallen on ground from my hands by mistake (physically damaged). On[protected] I went to micromax service centre Bangalore to replace the Display, knowing that I need to pay as it is physical damage. But the lady there told me it will take 6000 Rs to replace it. I feel bad why I bought this costly mobile. Now the mobile is useless. I dont have 6000 to replace the display, if the cost of display is 6000, you may ignore this complaint or else kindly help me.

                {Note:Previously 4 months later on purchase the speaker and battery was not working. I went to customer care Bangalore and they fixed it satisfactorily with free of cost as it covers in warrenty.}.

                  i have purchased micromex Unite2 A106 in 02/0/14 after 6 month my phone getting automatically restart i have visit nearest service center in chhindwara (M.P). after 1 day ihave recived my phone as per service center my phone is good condition but next day i faced same issue again my phone going to restarted.ON 18/03/2015 iahve visit in service center and they are send to my phone for repairing to compny (JOB Sheat no. N[protected]) IMEI NO.[protected]/[protected]) till the time have no response to local sevice center they are redirected to me company website. i request to you kindly go throgh the details and confirm my phone current status.                       sir. maine micromax bolt A61 liya tha, 20- April-2015, ko liya tha, (baba telicom ) in shahdara se. but usme kaafi dikkat thi, isliye service cetre walo ne mujhe mobile phone badal kar diya tha, or uska IMEI no. bill par likh diya tha. par uski warenty JANUARY 2015. tak likh di. par mere original bill par warenty 20-April-2015. tak hain, to ab mujhe kya karna chaihiye...? my phone IMEI no. -------- [protected]. [protected].

                        Hi, This is Satish. I had purchased Micromax A116 in Chennai in Aug, 2013. In Apr, 2014, I came back to Kolkata and from then thise mobile was not working. It's been more than 7 months from Oct, 2014 till 16th Apr, 2015, that my mobile is getting repaired by the Howrah service center guy. Their address: R.K Services 223/3, Mahendra Bhattachrya Road, Howrah - 711104(Opp. Engineering Institute Junior Executives, Govt. of India) Contact[protected]/ [protected] On July, 2014, they said battery is not working and I had to purchase a new battery. It worked for few days, then suddenly stopped working. From then I did not see it. I do not buy things casually and use things till is usable. I am highly disappointed the way things are happening. For these many months I am using a basic phone, as I am not going to invest anything on new mobile until I am getting this one. At service center, they said they will call me when they have got the replacement of this A116(motherboard not working). It is been 4 months that they have not received next mobile from Micromax for the replacement of A116. I want my money back or any new replacement of it and I do not want this old mobile anymore. They said that the motherboard is dead and not usable. Please help me on this. Regards, Satish [protected]

                          Dear Sir I submitted my Micromax mobile in Service Center (The Mobile Care (Delhi), B-36, Guru Nank Pura, OPP V3S Mall Near Maharaja Bequett Hall, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092) model GC 232 three SIM one CDMA and two GCM. My Job Sheet Number was N[protected] on dated 14/02/2015. After Passing One and half Month your customer care department inform me that we are unable to repair it and we replace other mobile. On dated 01/04/2015. We received an other model in loosed condition with have two SIM both SIM was GCM. I return and submit you service center. and received new Job Sheet No. is N[protected] dated 01/04/2015. But till date I am waiting but exchange mobile which have both CDMA and GCM both facility.                               Hi, I had put my Micromax Canvas A110 phone on charge yesterday night at around 1AM (16-Apr 01:00 hours) and went to sleep. After about a couple of hours of charging, at 3AM in the morning, we woke up to a smell of fire. We saw the phone was on fire - a proper fire with about 1~1.5 ft high flames. I threw the phone on the floor and had to put water on it to douse the fire. I am horrified to think what could have happened if we had been a little late in waking up. There were so many electronics items right next to this phone. The TV was there, it was on a wooden table. It could have been disastrous if we had the phone on our side. Regards, Manish

                              After this complaint my phone was replaced with another phone... I think the model was A120. In just 2 months, it started giving me problems of screen just blacking every now and then. But It used to work after some time. However, now it has just gone black and is not coming back up at all!!! Not sure what kind of phone was given to me, or is it that all the phones are of this quality itsel[censored] I have already written to [protected]@micromaxinfo.com as per the above mail.

                                i bought my mobile micromax canvas win w121 in[protected] after few month i found that battery backup is very low we use it for 8 hours maximum without use and now condition is such that it is getting swell or not work more than an hour all features are working properly so me very sad due to sach battery backup i want to chaange my battery bcoz it is only 6 month old plese do it

                                  update this issue urgently. service centre committed 7-10 days however ur customer care is letting me know 30 days. what is this going on? how can u keep customer's phone for a month in pretext of repairing? Is any of the part u r changing or what? If yes, is that part coming from some other planet because of which u require 30 days. Kindly resolve the same, else i would be forced to approach other consumer affair platforms. Have already lodged a complaint at department of consumer affairs today ie. on 15th april 15.

                                    i had bought the above mentioned model on[protected] through Flipkart vide Order no. OD[protected] and this it has been faulty two time and been in service center for around 3 months. Out of one year of warranty if this handset stayed in service center for around 3 months and is still lying there. my phone was deposited back in last year without giving me any job sheet no for around 1 month by merely providing a visiting card. and now when it again got same problem they provided job sheet no N[protected] in begining of feb-2015 and returned it in march first without resolving and problem and deposited again same day by providing the visiting card with the excuse of work. today is the last day of my phone warranty and they provided job sheet no. as i insisted. and job sheet no is N[protected] saying that my phone may be swapped as they are taking too much time. Out of one years warranty its been in your custody for a quarter. what kind of service is it? your service center informed me that my phone hasn't repaired yet. Am I a fool to visit your center again and again to hear my phone has not come yet, it will take one more month. i am fed up of all this. your service central told me its again sent for repair under new job sheet and he refused to give me job sheet. i am fed up of all this. i am not a tennis ball to keep bouncing between you two. I want my at right at my home that's it. This is the worst experience I ever had.

                                      Hello When i faced problem with screen started sending e-mail to [protected]@yuplaygod.com( starting from Apr3'rd), Immediately i used to get reply back as 24-48 hours will have the update but no update ever after 48 hours .Again sent e-mail on 7'th April but no reply apart from auto generated e-mail .So realized no one monitoring mail, Then started called to your stupid support people at lost they through one ticket no YU73722 on me.Every day calling about status of YU73722 and i am same response as server down server down .420 cheaters what you people wanted to do with customers . How long it will go ?Need immediate assistance as 15 days are over .

                                        with the respect i bag to say that i have been sold a mobile phone {micromax canvas xl2 } imei1-[protected] and imei2-[protected]} from hello tunes communication bansphatak varanasi tin no [protected]c invoice no 201 on date 13 apr 2015...in this mobile phone have defected { 2nd sim not supported } i have two time complent micromax customer care centre 1st on 14 apr token no 68 to not work play store and 2nd 15 apr 2015 token no 20 to 2nd sim not working but centre not accepted my complain . care centre told me this is not company fult so mobile phone nither repaire nor replace | respected sir solved my problem and do justice | yours rajaesh yadav [protected] [protected]@gmail.com
