With reference to your job number[protected] dated 4/8/2017 against repairing (Display Problem) of my YU 4711 (Black) mobile I faced a horrible experience at your service center at Kolkata, near Jatin Das park Metro Station, Kolkata. Against your Job number I got a message from service center that my mobile is ready for collection. I went on 8/8/2017 at your center and Came to know that the service Engineer have not done any thing against the problem ( Power does not switch on) of my mobile. Even after any repairing they made a false claim against repairing of said Mobile. Next day I got the same message that my mobile is ready. But unfortunately I came to know they have closed the previous job number and created another job order number on 9/8/17 against repairing of my mobile. So that indicates that previous job number[protected] dated 4/8/2017) is null & void . To day I got message that plz make service feed back against my previous job number. What is going on? is it realy a star company or fake company? plz do the needful as earliest possible. I made a great mistake to purchase the YU mobile

      The worst company i ever seen.. Don't even know how to run a call center no more coordination between customers and the customer service executive. Worst in problem solving and very pathetic in problem solving.

      I am currently facing the problem with a micromex led tv from last months and company not ready to respond. So my suggestion to the new customers kindly don't go for the worst indian product and dnt waste your money and time. Even also u dnt transfer calls to senior executive and every time i call they said our senior executive will call u within 2 hours or 4 hours till i didnt get call from any one o[censored]. # services i ever seen.. N most important thing was u people are liar... Ever time when i call to customer care for complain each executive always said "sry mam no complaints were showing to us from ur side" 😡😡😡 even if i gave them complaint id they says the no. Was wrong or something was missing from complaint id. Ur local technicians were also pathetic. I wasted lot of money on ur product n time also. 😡

      I will definately go to consumer court.

      My mobile no. Is [protected] kindly resolve my problem or will definitely put ur brand image down by posting same post on every page of micromax, regional directors, instagram, mr. Agrawal on twitter 😡

        Dear sir/madam,

        I have micromax mobile model a90s (Superphone pixel), its battery is not working from last 1 year. I am trying to purchase battery for the same but didn't found battery anywhere. I called micromax call center they are saying that they don't support this mobile now go to local stores. But i gone through each and every local store in pune but unable to get it.

        Please tell me who is responsible for the same. I request to resolve same as possible as otherwise i will be filling fir against micromax.

        I purchased LED TV on 15.8.15.
        Within a quarter after warranty the screen just disappeared on 4.2.17!
        I paid more than INR 8, 000/- & got it repaired after 2 weeks!!
        Now again today (4.8.17), the screen has simply disappeared!!!
        Now, I am running here & there like a headless chicken!!!

          But i could not track the jobsheet status because the message shows - status report not found.

          It is astonished that after 8 days after deposit of the handset, i am in a dark about status of the repairing.

            I have my micromax smart phone model a107 which is in warranty period and the max care has damaged the warranty seal and housing... Now i have to change the mother board but the service centre is not accepting in warranty because it's seal and housing is damage. I complained in micromax consumer care but they are not taking an action on that service centre.. I'm waiting for 6days and micromax consumer care is taking 24hrs everyday to arrange my call to senior officer.

              Dear concerned authority,

              This mail is to bring to your notice on the malpractice performed from the after sales service provider in my locality (Sky services) of micromax india

              Initially i had registered a complaint w. R. T display problem with my micromax led tv. On which the representative from sky services visited my place (22 may 17) and gave me an option to replace the led strip. And this is from where the issues started.

              1. I was charged 5800 for changing one led strip. Having asked the mrp of the replaced part i was not provided with any. Having asked for warranty /guarantee i was not given any!

              2. The representative removed an ic from my tv (Without my consent) and told me later that he has removed an ic which is of no use and poses additional damage threat to the tv. First and foremost i doubt that as if it was not required it would have not been there. And secondly why was the part which was not damaged removed that too without my consent?

              3. Now exactly after 2 months of the service am facing same issue (Even worst as now there is no display at all) and on marking query with micromax i receive a call from same guys asking for same amount saying it’s the same issue.

              Its been over a week and on every mail that i’ve registered with the micromax customer service team, i’ve received a constant reply saying that technician shall get in touch with me. Till now my issue stands unresolved and now this is putting a dent to my confidence in indian company from service perspective. Till now i was boasting that i believe in all made in india kind of companies. However here the service provider is clearly looting the customer and i believe that i've been an victim of improper service.

              Request your immediate, as all my requests made with micromax team have fallen on deaf ears, as there is absolutely no action on the service provider and i am definitely bearing this wrath of extra payment.

                I purchased micromax silver 5 mobile phone... After purchasing the 5 days... The headset was not working... The headset was not on-mode... Then i visited to micromax authorised service center in shakarpur, new delhi — 110092 (Vi communication)... That service said me... The headset is local battery... That is why it is out of warranty... Then after that i visited to m/s mobile care. Laxmi nagar.. He says we take 4-5 days for repair the headset in warrany period... But till now he says me wait for 12 days... I called you micromax customer support approx 15 times.. He always says me please wait 5 days... I submitted my headset on 22july... I want action against it... No one help me...

                  Sir/mam, i give my mobile phone micromax a94 on 10/07/2015 to m/s trisha enterprises lm-16, b-block mansarover complex, 7 no. Stop, bhopal, mp, pin code 452006, contact no. [protected], tin no [protected]. But i don't get my handset till now and they saying that, your handset is not repaired. They give approx estimate 10050 which is higher than new handset price. Problem reported on jobsheet is 5403 applications phone restarts/reboot only. What can i do now sir please tell me. I want my mobile back. You can see more in photo attached.

                      It was great to use your product but this was not expected from such a big organization named 'micromax'. Its just three days that i have purchased micromax vdeo 3 imei number [protected] from reliance digital store, gurgaon, haryana. I got to know that adapter which have received its defected. I have tried it number of times, its still the same.

                      Can you please help me with getting this repair or a new adapter.

                          Hi my name is Deepak and my number [protected]. I complaint on 28th July regarding my led TV but problem not solved yet. Very bad service. Very bad experiences with u. Your rep told it will be fix on Friday 4th Aug but problem not solved not positive answer. Not satisfied with ur service and team. Micromax service is very bad for me. All the time one answer we will resolve the problem very soon and I will receive call back but no call received from micromax. From 10 days my TV is dead. Very bad service I recommend to all don't purchase Micromax product if this like service.

                          But it is still using outdated Android 5.1.
                          When will the update to Android 7 arrive?

                            I have given my phone and tablet for repair at a micromax repair centre, i haven't got it back, after more than a month despite visiting the repair centre so many times, the reason they give is "the spare part they order take time" i am really fed up with micromax product right now, if the repair centre is like this. I will not buy any micromax product again.

                              Dear concern,

                              I had a small issue with my laptop today and i went to dev enterprise for getting a service. I visited between 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm august, 5th 2017.

                              I explained the issue with my laptop and what exactly happened with it. I have a warranty remaining and requested them to look at and resolve the issue.

                              The worst thing i have faced that is the statements from the executives named sujit and vijay. These guys were just not interested to understand or even listen to my issue. They were just saying me to pay an extra and this issue will not consider as a free of service. I was even ready to pay the service charge which they asked i. E. 550 inr. Furthermore, i have paid a token amount of rs.100 which hasn't refunded. (Though it's okay with me)

                              After had a long conversation with them, i realized — they just wanted to charge me an extra which is not even fair and expected. I visited two times to discuss all this matter personally.

                              I must say that my issue is 100% possible to resolve and include it to fos even if they ask to pay rs. 550 inr as a service charge i'd be happy to pay.

                              Mind well — i want this issue to be concluded at the earliest with "no additional cost except rs. 550 inr if applicable"

                              If not, i would surely escalate this matter to a higher authority and all social media and let them know how you guys are demanding an extra cost even if the issue is tiny. Take this on a loud and serious manner!

                              As usual, very shabby services!

                              Looking forward to hearing from you soon with the positive response.

                                On 5th june'2017 i raised the complaint. After 3-4 days a guy came and checked the device. He told within 15-20 days the panel will be replaced. Till today[protected] it is not done. Around 20 days back i came to know, led replacement approval is done as part is not available. And the led will get replaced. Everyday i use to make a call to cust care but noone is responsible. Everybody says, our senior will call you.in this last 60 days a single call came to me on 27th july 2017 a guy called and promised within 1 day solution will be there and today is[protected], nothing happened. Such a useless people they are having. Such a worst service by them.
                                Fully dissatisfied.

                                    Ek mahi ne baad jab tv repair ho gaya to wo tv 15 din chalne ke baad 20 july ko wapas waisa hi kharab ho gaya to maine wapas complain ki to muje again 7 se 8 din me ho jayega bola lekin aaj 3rd august ho gayi lekin mera tv repair nahi hua.
                                    Sir aap se nivedan hai ki is baare me kuchh kare badi mahenat se paisa kamaate hai hum...
                                    Aap kuchh aisa kijiye jis se muje mere paise wapas mil jaye... Jitna maine pay kiya tha utna...
                                    Kyu ki abhi warranty me kharab ho raha hai to bhale 1 mahine ke baad repair krate hai wo log lekin warranty ke baad kya hoga..
