Dear Sir, I Am using micromax Canvas gold A300. IMEI no [protected] Purchase Dated 08 /08 /2014 at poorvika mobile world Vadapalani Chennai. Now I facing problem is when I using Mobile over Heat and can't download application. But my mobile storage space is available 20GP over. So I given service to poorvika mobile service center for this problem. But again I facing this problem. So please change for me New Mobile phone. Or your choice. Thanks Balamurugan [protected].

    This is my ever experienced worst with any handset service centres in my life time! !!! Dear Micromax, this is my second time you took my phone for service for a duration of 25 long days... Still how many days you will take to return my phone let me know. Whenever I call service centre the best reply I geT is 'I WILL CHECK AND CALL YOU.' But still waiting for there call! What Heck Is this. Just return my mobile or money. Jobsheet number- S[protected] [protected]

      I have recently purchased Micromax Canvas Nitro A310. Since the unboxing, I am facing wifi issue. For the first time after first switch on I was able to connect to wifi, but to my surprise after sometime i can't access internet though wifi is connected. I have no problem with wifi network as my another Samsung phone and laptop has no connection or access problem. Then i tried to connect the wifi after doing "forget password", but after I retype the password it shows "connecting", and sometimes "obtaining IP addresses", but never actually getting connected. For all I have to do for connection is to reboot the phone, and it automatically connects to wifi without even any need of typing the password. Please help resolve this issue. I have heard the customer support is really bad for Micromax.

          I had purchased Micromax canvas 3 D handset from Blue Eye, Dharampeth, Nagpur WIth IMIE No [protected] & [protected] Bill No 036 dated 4/1/2013, . I am Facing problem as details below: 1) Side on off button not working 2 ) Ear Phone Jack not working 3 while using Internet on Sim 2, Sim 1 call con not be received. For the above problems I had delivered the handset to your Authorized Service Centre M/s Nawaz Mobile Ward No 14, Near Mahadeo Mandir, Wardha ( MS) 442001. On dated 13.09.2014 with Job Sheet No . Bi W[protected], After 15-20 days on contacting with Service center I had been told that, the handset cannot be repaired under warranty as the warranty has been expired, further on asking him regarding the warranty period he told me to contact to the retailer where I purchased this handset, further he told that me that the same can be repaired on paid basis, I paid the estimated amount of Rs.750/- for the repair. Then I contacted the retailer regarding my problem with warranty as one year was not yet completed, he suggested not to pay the amount for repairing, as the mobile was handed over to me in Sealed Packed condition by the retailer, but by the time I had already paid for paid repairing . Now, two weeks before service center delivered the mobile, after checking it was founded that the side on off switch was working but the rest of the problems still persisted and moreover the front camera was missing and software not functioning properly, So I again went to service center for rectification of these problems and sat their more that 3 hours but of no use, I was asked to come next day but it was not repaired again and next date given was 20th October 14 the reason was non - availability of spares. Being an Indian Company, I preferred Micormax handset but not aware of the services, now I am fade up of the service provided by your service centres, I have hared similar experiences for Micromax from some of our colleagues, I don't expected such a service from emerging brand like Micromax, I would like to bring in to your kind attention through this mail to intervene in this matter and get the above handset repaired / replaced under warranty ant the earliest, regards Manojit Moharil Encl: 1 ) Invoice 2) Job Sheet 3 ) Payment receipt

          As per requirement I had send you required details on the same day, further I received call from your representative during discussion with him I had been told your problem will be resolved within a week's time but almost 20 days has passed their seems no action has been taken in this regard, as the matter is pending from 13.09.2014 . Your early action in this regards shall be appreciated.

            Dear Sir/Madam, With very bad experience of your service I want to state you that I bought a Micromax A177 mobile on 24/April/2014 from Perfect times Amritsar. But after use of few days I found that mobile has some problem and not working properly. I went to mobile shop, he suggested me to go to Micromax service center. I went there and handed over the mobile. After few weeks I got my mobile back, but here I was astonished that again after using few days it got in worst condition and stopped working. Again I had visited to service center on September 18th 2014. This time service center has submitted my phone and said that it would be sent to Micromax company for repair or replacement But more than one month has gone I have yet not got my phone back. I visited several time to crevice center but each time I got answer that you will get your mobile after few days. My Job sheet No is as follows:- Name-Rajinder Mahajan Job sheet No:-N[protected] Phone details is as follows:- Model No:A177 IMEI:[protected] Its October, 19 Months gone but yet I have not get my phone back.               To, Date : 19.10.2014 The Customer Care, Micromax Dear Sir, It is to inform that I am an Civil Engineer resident of Haldwani, working in SMEC International Pty. Ltd. at Lumding, Assam and I have purchsed a mobile Micromax X281 (C-Grey, M-[protected], S-[protected]) through "Mobile 'n' Fashion" Naya Bazar, Tailor Lane, Haldwani (Nainital) Uttarakhand vide cash memo no. 5458 dated 06.06.2014 (Copy enclosed). The mobile was not showing memory card so I asked to your dealer, he suggested me to get it repair from the Micromax Repairing Centre and show to the centre in the end of July-2014, centre had kept the mobile and said you can collect after 10-15 days but they given back after one month and now mobile is totally not working. Again it showed to the dealer he kept with him and after a week he said there are no parts in the mobile. I surprised that mobile has not been given to any other mechanic / agency otherthan Micromax Repairing Centre.I am suffering from so many losses due my mobile.                 I bought a new micromax a102 canvas doodle phone in may month of 2014. It got switched off and it was not getting on. I gave it to servive centre. They it its mother board problem, we will send for repair. I waited for almost 3 months and got it replaced yesterday. The new phone was working fine yesterday. But its not getting on again. How many times I can go to service centre and wait for more than 2 months.

Maine customer care walo se baat hui unhone mujhe 15 din ka time diya. Maine 15 din baad phir phone kiya unhone fir 15 din ka time diya. Aaj pure 2 months & 16 days ho gaye.                       THE SET AS SUCH IS GOOD, BUT THE CHARGING SOCKET IS WEAKLY FIXED AND OFTEN COMES OUT. HENCE UNABLE TO CHARGE AND USE. SO FAY SPENT RS.500 AND FIXED IT THRICE. IT RIPS OFF AGAIN AND AGAIN WITHIN 2 WEEKS. AND EVERY TIME THEY TAKE 2 WEEKS TO SERVICE IT SAYING SPARES HAVE TO COME BY POST.                         on 5-9-2014, my micromax canvas hd mobile's touch started not working so i took it to the nearest service center (Address: 44, Shyamapally, Jadavpur (Ground Floor), Kolkata, West Bengal - 700032) on 6-9-2014. they said that I will get the repaired mobile after 14 days max. but its been 42 days and I didnt get the repaired mobile set yet. Today it is[protected] and from the last 42 days i already have visited 4-5 times and asked that how much time you will take to repair and always i get the same answer 6-7 days more required and also when I reached the service center today i.e. on[protected] they again told me that it will take 6-7 days more. It is not just mine problem but I heard many customers complaining about the same. Its not a good way to attend your customers and keep on wasting our time. SERVICE NO: E[protected] I want you to take a very serious action against micromax for this cause. Thank You

                          Dear micromax I have been an ardent supporter of your brand untill recently.i have recommended and bought a lot of micro max products mysel[censored]ntil one of them went malfunctioning I bought a micromax mobile model code SERMOBO460 on 27/04/14 from POORVIKA MOBILES, TIRUNELVELI .The set ceased to function just in 4 months.As it was in guarantee period i took the set to the authorized Micromax centre SRI MOBILES, NAGERCOIL on 20/8/14.MY JOBSHEET NO.*SO[protected]* The person in that centre said that my display had to be changed and asked for one week time and she would inform me.that one week came and she did not not phone me, so I went in person she was elusive in her answers and she asked one week more.and after that time again she was elusive in her replies and asked for more time .Thus I have gone to that center more than 5 times I have witnesses regarding to this fact..Every time I went there she says something or other without solving problem.And the person was very rude too. The problem remains unsolved till date. Now meanwhile as there was no phone I had to buy another phone which cost me more money This problem has cost me a lot mentally, physically and economically So I have decided to seek compensation from COURT under the CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT 1986 under SECTION 2(1)( c )(i), 12(1)(a) I have already sent you a mail and tried to contact you in vain I will move on these lines pending your reply in 7 days from the date of this mail sent.,

                            i am a micromax costumer. i had bought 3 canvas phones in past 3 years, one of which is nitro which i purchased 3 days ago.. i was a happy customer and always preferred micromax over other brands and recommended my friends too but this time, nitro disappointed me a lot with its poor quality of camera and performance. the 5 mp front camera is unable to procure an image of more than 800kb in the brightest of lights the quality it offers is no more than of a 1.3 mp camera. The product disappointed me a lot and i want a replacement of the device lest I'll file a complaint against it in the consummer forum. I want it to be fixed asap. this deal was definitely a trust breaking one. after this i don't think i will ever go for any of the company's products in future provided if the problem is not solved and i m going to file a case against it if i won't get a response within 48 hours.

                                i have given my phone canvas 4 (a210) to micromax authorised service centre because its power switch was not working, first of all they took 35 days to repair, then when i went to collect it i saw that its whole aluminium frame is damaged by them when i told them that iwill not take it than they told that they will change the frame but they say that they will charge for it and my is under warranty . so pls look into this matter .. job sheet (complaint) no :- N[protected]

                                  Dear Sir, I have given my Micromax Unite-2 mobile at authorised service station at Bhavnagar Gujarat on 16/09/2014. As per the service station their are some probelm in my mobile and its take 15 days for repairing. my mobile under warranty period. But after more than 30 days I have no received my phone. I am already register complaint with in micromax customer care on 01/10/2014 thay ask its take 20 days more. And when I come to service station to know the status of phone they ask me ist take more time to repair because they not received part from the company. Now please you are requested to you please help in this matter and guide me what to do for get my phone back.

                                  I am very sorry to say that yet not I received my phone or response from Micromax. As per Customer care of Micromax they now told me yesterday that 10 days more take to phone to repair. You are requested to do some thing in this matter.

                                    sir, ref: ID: 951171 with reference to the above id, I have already posted a complaint on 12/10/2014.. After posting the complaint here i got a call from the service centre on 17/10/2014 and he informed me that the mobile has be serviced and i was very happy that i am getting my mobile back.. But when i visited there and checked my mobile it was in the same condition as when i gave it to service.. When i asked the service centre guy he told me that yesterday it was working and now its not it may be due to mother board problem and i have to send it to company for service and it may take 30 days to get service.. i don't know what to do in this matter sir.. So please help me in this regard.. can i go for consumer court?

                                        As discussed, with Service center people/tech, the part is not available with company.
                                        And I already waited for more than 15 days. Because of it my work is hampering
                                        So this is my request you that either you provide me new Handset or refund my money
                                        Else I will have to approach Garhak Takrar Manch for mental harrasement.
                                        This is to inform you that My Handset Micromax AE90 (CDMA+GSM) which i have brought on 19Sept 2014 has started giving me problem on 16th Oct 14.

                                        As per primary analysis, Service center Mahavir Electronics (Mulund) suggest software issue but now they are telling about Hardware issue.

                                        I am middle class family person who earns in little margin, after this incident I am really hopeless about Micromax & this is converting into mental harassment

                                        This is my kind request that either I want my money back or provide me new handset

                                        Pls look into this on priority & take necessary steps to overcome this issue

                                        Hi, I bought micromax AE 90 19 Sept 2014 ago.There was Service center Mahavir Electronics (Mulund) suggest software issue but now they are telling about Hardware issue.. I handed over my cell to micromax service centre on 16/10/2014. Its been 35 days now. Everytime i ask them for any update, they tell me to come after 10-15 days. On being asked the reason for delay, they reply back saying that the company is not sending them the parts. Sadly enough, this has been going on for quite a time now.I haven't received my cell back. Nor any update on the progress. Please help!!

                                        Kindly update on this, at least pls reply me about the cell progress.

                                        Or else pls povide me new Handset as my daily work is affecting due to this
