Sir/ Madam, with very harasment I want to tell you whole story regarding my mobile . Sir I have bought Micromax mobile in December 2013 . After a few months o[censored]se my mobile start giving problem, my mobile WiFi port not working well .I will concern with customer care of micromax mobile, they told me that you should submit your mobile to service center .Then i decided to go service center in Pathankot near Kathua District J&K.(Anand Communication in Pathankot).I submitted my mobile there on 31 of july 2014, they told me that it would take 15 days to repair. After 15 days i will go to service center they told me that your mobile will not be repair, it would take 15 days more for service .At last i will get my mobile on 25 August 2014 .when I use my mobile my mobile problem will not be solved, i will be shocked, at least after 1 months i will get my mobile un repaired. After 2 days on 28 August I again submitted my mobile to Pathankot Service Center for repair. They told me again 15 days for service . Then after 15 days I concern to customer care for my mobile status, they again told me that 15 days more taken. after next 15 days they told me for 20 -30 days for service . sir i will suffer for at least 3 month they are not repairing my mobile nor giving me a new one hand set.Please help me in this regard otherwise i wil go for other options And help me in taken composation from them for my loss in time Thank You AmarKosh samyal [protected] ward no 4 Behind SP Office Krishna Colony Kathua (J&K)

    Sir, I have purchase a Mobile set AE 90 in the month of July . after one month it got fault memory card not access, i have submitted the set to Bhatinda service center, i received the said set after one month. after one week again it becomes unserviceable . againresubmiited for repair to Bhatinda service center, now it is almost one month past still set is with service center, kindly replace this model get me other GSM model.kindly give the name and mobile number of Micromax executive in bhatinda area so i can project my probelum to him, Bhatinda service center refused to give me the concerned micromax executive.i am going to file a consumer complaint in consumer court.

      Llb ringer disturbance, white display, touch not working, volume keys not workimg.automatically switched off and mainly this is 3 rd time in 3months..waste of buying this moblie because i am not using this moblie atleast from 1 month ...and my last compliant on[protected] till now there is no reply from service centre ...i need my new mobile back in 2 days...

            I had given my canvas turbo at mobile seva, Bangalore on 20th Sep for repairing. It's USB port was not working. They said it would take 20 days to repair. When I called them on 10th Oct, they asked for another 20 days for repairing. This is the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Finally, Micromax showed the character of an Indian Brand. THey just claim themselves as a leading phone seller, but they don't show any commitment towards their customers when it comes to provide any service. Please, never buy a micromax phone.

              Respected sir, I am Manuja Gupta from aligarh . I bought a mobile phone " Micromax Canvas Magnus, Model-A117, M_IMEI-[protected], S_IMEI-[protected], Date-11/02/2014".But regret to say that on 14/10/2014 it have developed a issue that it wasn't power on and it might be a hardware problem through that at next day on as on 15/10/2014 I visited to your Service center and there they people submitted my phone and told me that they need 40 to 50 days to make it repaired with "Job-sheet date-15/10/2014, JOB-NO[protected] " . I am really very unsatisfied through your service because it really doesn't fair to submit a cell phone for near-by 2 months it may have any kind of problem but it should get solved within a week because we doesn't purchased a mobile to make submitted to you people for 2 months and there your company even not provide a dummy phone for consumer use, your service is to slow and worst I mean who need this much time and through that I need my phone within a week (as this much time is maximum required) and please make it clear that from the day(15/10/2014) I have submitted my phone to the day you returned me that phone with make it work fine I need extended warranty period and the reason is simple the phone is not with me I have not worked on it the phone is with you and you are responsible for it. So please returned my phone soon or provide me a dummy phone . Otherwise unfortunately I have to crossed my way to knock the door of consumer forum as well as Media forum. I hope you will consider my case sympathetically and take necessary steps. Thanking you.

                Hello, NEVER PARCHES MICROMAC PHONE IF HE SALLLING FREE THEN ALSO NOT PARCHES IT REALLY I WANT TO REGISTER MY COMPLAINT AGAINST MICROMAX LTD for cheatig the customer to sell bogus phone, i have purchase a phone of micromax ltd (Micromax Canvas Doodle 2 A240) on dated 03/01/2014from the month of August 2014 to till today my phone has not worked properly. I cannot explain the very much poor service of micromax company and i have visited 15 times to the micromax service point Start-Mobiles-Rajkot-Gujarat..i request u to register my complaint against the micromax service centre for replacing my phone.Please do DOA for my phonei m not able to use my phone it is totally out of order and i m very much disapointed with the rudely behaviour of customer care.i have handled my phone to the customer care but they have not repaired and replace by your local service center.my Job sheet number is...W[protected] Model--A240 ..IMEI NO M-.[protected] & S-[protected]at present my mobile is handed to above mentioned address. your service center says that your mobile will be sent to ourhead office and it will take 35 days..i already talk with your customer center 7 times and all times said we will repair it fast and you will get it in 4 to 5 days but today is almost 63 Days(com.no-[protected])Please sir this a hamble request to Look into this matter on TOP Priority, and do the DOA for the pieces...Important notes ( The service member who are working in service center they are just talking in such a bad manner that it just make us to fight and same escalated to member head he just had given us the satifcation that he will do the need ful for mobile...)Regards, Renish GorMob No :[protected]Rajkot

                    WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!! I gave my 8 months old #Micromax Canvas 4 for repairing on 17-Sept, 2014 in Bangalore MobileSeva. The Job Sheet no is "S[protected]". The power button of the phone was not working. I was given the assurance that my phone would be repaired in 15 days time. After 15 days, when i called the service center and inquired about the status, I was told that it would take another 15 days time. I registered a service complaint with #Micromax on 30th Sept. The complain no is "MMX[protected]" Everytime i call the customer care to get the status, i am given different commitments. Initially i was told it would take 20 days to fix the phone. on 7th Sept, when i spoke to a senior guy (Varun) from #micromax, he told #Micromax needs another 15 working days to get the phone repaired (its been 30 days uptill now to repair a power button!!!). I still hear the same old dialogue that the complain has been escalated to the highest level and that people are working on it. I am not sure whether any higher level exists in Micromax. As its difficult to digest that a brand like #Micromax needs more than 30 days to repair a small minor problem in a phone. I am completely distressed and fed up with the false committments that is given to me. I just hope that I get the refund back as I have lost complete trust and confidence in the company and do not want to go through this pain anymore. I would never ever recommend anyone to buy #Micromax phone.

                      I bought a micro max mobile set number A117 from amazon.in in february.After a few months the touch pad of the phone was not responding so I took it to a micro max service centre on 18th September 2014 having address - MS pearl system 4NO debigarh, sodepur road, madhyamgram kolkata 700129, tel=32018821. I was asked to deposit the phone and was told that I would be informed about the steps taken to repair or replace it.I called them frequently, but the answer from their side was the same I.E the phone has not been released yet.I got the same answer on 17th October 2014.my job sheet number is 12264135

                        I have purchase Micromax A-93 on 29/06/2014 from Ekam Telecom Naini. The set get hang and a problem in it flash light. I have given the set to Radio Trader's authorized service centre for repairing. But after three day of observation service centre had return the set with a remark that Mother Board of set is not working and he return the set to us in dead condition. I have a very bad experience of Radio Centre. May I request to micromax to get my set replace and provide a new set. As after getting it from service centre I lost originality of my set.                           hii I M pankaj([protected])purchased micromax megnus on feb 2014, and from aug, its touch is automatically working.i tried to check to service center but he said this will be repair and he demanding of Rs450 as a service charge .while my phone is in warranty period.i am very frustrated from services. still i suffer from this phone. i know nobody will listen my complaint so i will advise to all my friends and relatives, do not purchased micromax phones.these services is very poor then other.nobody wants to listen your problem.thanks to micromax..                             Mobile model -Unite2 I bought Micromax Unite 2, its a good phone but what problem I am facing is that it comes with internal storage of 4 GB and has external storage and I am using 8GB SD Card. Under storage it shows free Internal storage of 0.90 GB (free 100 MB), External Storage of 7.47 GB (left 6GB free) and Internal SD card of 1.67 GB (left 1.67 GB free). By default it installs apps on Phone/Internal storage and its getting filled and I am left with only 100 MB and it gets hanged. How can install apps on SD card?

Whenever i call them, they reject my calls. I am just blank about the status of my mobile. I want to know what serious and strict action i should take to get my mobile back.                                   Hi - Myself Ratan (Mobile - [protected]), purchased "Micromax C192" online through ebay on 23th Sep 14 (Order Id:[protected] and received my shipment on 29th Sep 14. As soon as I start using it, I found the sound/audio quality so poor that I’m not able to hear & understand the voice coming from other side and the mobile vibrates while conversation. Also the voice completely goes mute automatically and the phone gets disconnected. Frankly speaking I got a faulty/defective phone and wanted to return.I tried calling Micromax local service centres on 2nd & 3rd Oct 14, but due to public holidays unable to reach them and therefore I contacted my online seller on 4th Oct (thinkofus.in), they re-directed me to ebay and then I raised a claim with ebay on 5th Oct (Claim ID - 674336), which they closed/cancelled stating that the fault comes under manufacturer warranty and I have to contact Micromax for a DOA Letter (Dead On Arrival), in order to get my refund/replacement.Once again on 7th Oct I called up Micromax Service Centre (M/S MAHAVIR ELECTRONICS; 202, CITY OF JOY, JSD ROAD, MULUND, MUMBAI–400080) and updated about my issue and took appointment for next day. On 8th Oct I visited "Mahavir Electronics", but they were getting some system problem digging out my instrument details (Parameter Missing) and asked me visit the center again, once their backend team will resolve the issue. Also they asked me to send a mail on their official mail ID ([protected]@mmxcheckpoint.com), on which they will follow up with their backend team. I sent them mail, but since their official email was also not working, they asked me to send mail to their personal email ID. I continuously followed up with the service centre for almost 1 week and on 15th Oct they finally told me that they can't provide me DOA, because as per Micromax company policy, DOA can only be provided with in 7 days of purchase or activation of the product.Really being frustrated with the Micromax service, I'm submitting this complaint. I was really not aware of Micromax 7 day policy and therefore I first raised my issue with my seller before contacting them (which I believe anyone could have done). If I could have known about their policy, I would have undoubtely contacted them before going anywhere else. And now micromax is taking benefit of my unawareness. If they are keeping 7 days policy, what about the holidays. In my case 3 holidays fell including Sunday, and they are not even ready to consider that. Worst service I have ever expected from a company with such a brand name. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME OUT WITH MY ISSUE?

                                    I have purchased a Micro max A 210 (Canvas 4) in 28th feb 2014 but with in Six months switch on off button has stooped working and when i contact at my near by service center which is( M/S Pixel technology Verma market shamli ) they gave me three days ETA and after three days when i try to contact with them they did not pick my phone Sixteen times and in sevenths attempt they picked my phone and reply that they also had another customer to attend and suggest me call me next day .Apart from that i would like to share one more thing with you that i had a horrible experience in past with micro max device as i had Q5 and A87 .So please have a look in this matter and do the needful and please make sure the customer service representative should have basic manner to talk with customers.

                                    My self Swapnil Chaudhari, I have submitted Micromax A250 (Turbo) Mobile for Touch padissue on 31.10.2014 in Reliable Enterprises Akurdi, Pune. Almost 2.5month wascompleted.

                                    My Mobile is in Warrenty Period. Till date Mobile not givenby service provider.

                                    My Mobile Job Code is W[protected].

                                    Kindly arrange my mobile As early as possible, otherwisearrange for replacement.

                                    If you failed, i know very well what is Next???

                                      i give my micromax unite 2 A106 to the coustmer care and they take lots off time 1 month and 10 days and still they say...its take more time... and my phone have battery backup problem which is not solved by micromax...very very poor and cheap service..                                         Dear Micromax, First Thing I Purchase this Mobile to Support Our Indian Products, But Now I am Getting Realised That Seeing Your Services And Delay In Getting The Mobile Repaired, People Are Moving to Foreign Product Instead Of Indian Make. For This You People Are Responsible. If You Want To Be Successful Product In Markets, You Need To Take Care Of Every Customer And Have Clear the Issues Of The People Handset As Soon As Possible And Queries Within The Week Not For the Month.                                         Your technician don't know how to handle the mobile...unqualified people you employed in your company.
                                        MicroMax A250 Canvas Turbo, Complaint No.MMX[protected] registered date : 22.09.2014, commited date 15-20 days
                                        days completed still customer care showing it is under process and get to repair.

                                        Please clear the issue as soon as possible and return my handset.

                                        last month i sent my a250 turbo phone to moga micromax service center they give me a time period of15-20 day after a month from 6-10-14 to 6-11-14 does not fulfill thier service kindly help me sir/madam

                                        My mobile A250 Micromax came to Tirupati cellular service center but handset totally scratches found on the mobile and they removed the IMEI sticker and voice hearing net damages and it look like they given me old one against the new which given to M/s. Micromax.
                                        Very poor and bad service micromax and team. I suggest to all who are going to purchase micromax please stop purchasing this mobile.
                                        Instead of this you can go for samsung, other good quality foreign company because after this we cannot trust Indian company.

                                        BAD BAD BAD BAD MICROMAX SERVICE...DON'T PRODUCE THE MOBILE, WERE YOU CAN'T ABLE TO GIVE SERVICE.
