I had bought a Micromax canvas Colours A120 phone in JUne 2014 via snapdeal. Its not even been 4 months and i am facing a lot of issues in my phone 1.gets discharged very soon, within 4-5 hrs it will come down from 99% to 35% 2.Ear phone problem. will i get a replacement if i go to nearest Service Center on these as there is 6 months of warranty period.

    Hi Micromax, This is second time I am writing to you and ... This is how you resolve a your customer’s complaints I have got a call from your micromax customer service department by saying that my issue will be resolve shortly Just I need to do is that I have to go micromax service portal and have to filled up a form which cost Rs 100/- and after that my issue will be resolve in a very short period of time. Or if I am filling not filling up the form then I have to wait for whatever time takes...it might takes 2 or 3 months of time. Instead of resolving my complaints your customer service Department trying to sell me a form which cost Rs 100/ and will be valid for 1 year - what will be scenario if a Customer is not friendly with computer of internet your customer service is good for nothing for them, so shut down your service team First time I have seen someone selling form instead of resolving complaints . Not only that Service centre also charging me Rs 250/- for repairing which is for replacing parts that is acceptable My question is to Micromax, is your Service have come down to this level then how would you own the confidence of customer’s in the field of television which is your new product. This service is forcing me to not connect with you business, remember one happy customer may not bring one more customer to you but one an unhappy customers always cost you ten customer’s to business Regards, Rajiv Agrahari [protected] Customer service is the key of success in retail.

        I bought a phone micromax canvas-4, past 6 mont ago.. I recieve this phone internaly problem in motherboard. The phone is restarting automatically 7 to 8 time in a day. I complained 2 times in macromax service centre, but they will not resolve my phone problem. So i request to u. Please take care of this matter and resolve my problem as soon as possible. I had complained in Micromax service centre on[protected] and now still my phone is in micromax. They told me phone is misplaced. Micromax job sheet no. N[protected]

          i am totally unsatisfied with Vashi ( Navi Mumbai) branch. I have given my phone on 25th August because having some problems & they have provided on 27th Sept. Again i have found that phone is with another problem & i have again submitted (30th Sept) to service centre & till date they have not provided my phone. Since Two months my phone is at service centre & not provided by giving plenty of reasons. Why are they not checking all problems properly at time of preparing job sheet??. They are giving common reasons that parts are pending from Delhi Head Office. I am totally frustrated regarding service of Vashi branch. Please take a strong not of my complaint.

            Phone Model: A240 Purchased 25/12/13 In July after 4 attempts the service center agreed to accept my handset (to be repaired at company. After one month i got a call and few msg that my handset is been ready. i had to visit 3 times to collect the same (reason: 1. Handset is arrived but not ready. 2. IMEI number is not registered. 3. on 30/8/14 they handed me the phone to check after sitting for almost an hour.) The movement i switched on the phone it got hanged. The service center incharge took back the handset and said will call once the handset is ready, and a new job sheet was been provided. With new job sheet i.e dated 30/8/14 its been more than 45 days and still no communication. Therefore I request company to refund my complete amount of Rs. 14000/- as its been more than 2 months and company is not able to neither repair or communicate about delay or what so ever. Again for your information: Phone Model: A240 Job sheet Date: 30/8/14 Job Sheet no.: W[protected] Service Center: M/s New Tirupati Cellulars, Khralwadi, Pimpri, Pune. Request you to kindly refund my payment of Rs. 14000/- at the earliest.

                    HI Micromax, This is not a complaint, this is just in regards to inform you that you should improve your after sales service responsibilities towards your consumers. Now, come to the business. I had approached your authorised service centre Ms Optical Solutions at Barasat Road, Barrackpore as my handset was having some audio problem with loudspeaker and charging point was not working properly. I had handover my handset to them on 08.10.2014 but after more than a weak I have got no calls from their services cell side. Today I called them and got to know that they have procured the required parts those need to be replaced but still not received. Now just imagine for replacing a small mobile parts Micromax taking 10 days or more than that time, Requesting you to please let me know when can I used my handset which is lying in your authorised service centre.                                 I had purchased canvas HD A116i in March 14 IMEI [protected] contact no. [protected]..since after purchase the phone was working fine for 2-3 months..after that my phone started getting rebooting on itself and screen used to blink...when I checked with customer care they said just update the software...I did that and again phone started working fine for a week and then again same thing happened..the phone used to restart on its own sometimes, sometimes it automatically used to turn off...and suddenly one day the phone went dead...I took the phone at service centre and they said there is some hardware problem and it is water damage so not covered under warranty...I don't understand how can they say it is water damage when the phone never even hit by a single drop of water..if it was due to climate then that is not my problem the company should make phones which are durable in all climates..there were many others who were having the same problem at service Centre, obviously not everyone had dipped there phone in a bucket of water...over all this I got a shocking reply one day later from service centre that the part which is damaged is not longer available and cannot do anything to repair the phone...so basically I was robbed of 12k for using a good phone for couple of months...this service is not acceptable at all from an indian brand which promises to take over other big international brands...I believe service is the most crucial part in growing a business and if this is the kind of service micro max is providing then I don't think the brand would have any better future as I and others who have experienced this will be there across the country saying it's not a reliable brand and can get china mobile for much cheap price with same warranty and service..

                                        Dear sir, Myself Abhisek Halder, I have deposited my micromax A63 mobile to serampore service centre ( E030438) on 16.09.2014 . My job sheet no. is E[protected]. It's almost one month over, still I have not got the mobile phone and I visited the service center 3 times over. Every time i have been reported that the spare parts are not available and the head office is not responding customers properly, Kindy help me to get the mobile or replacement of the mobile as soon as possible .
