I think the battery of handset should not be taken during servicing period. The person sitting there in the M/S SuninfoSolutions took the battery alongwith the set. The battery Number is not written anywhere in the documents which I have. I want clarification regarding this. Being a customer I am feeling offended in this. I want my battery back in the state it has been taken. There is no more warranty in the battery any more. Expecting quick response.

    I am Annie john from Pune.I bought a micromax canvax magnus A117 which developed touch screen issues within its warranty period. I gave my set for repair on25/8/14 at authorised service centre- Reliable enterprises- akurdi, pune.my jobsheet no is w[protected]. Its already one and half month still the problem is not solved.The customer service just keeps giving False assurances but nothing is done yet.

      I bought micromax 250A [protected][protected] on 18.04.2014 costing Rs 16700/- from Padamraj departmental store Pvt Ltd [ Suresh departmental stores Pvt ltd Part 2+3 Tin no [protected], shop no 3, part 1, 2+3, 9th C road, sardarpura, Jodhpur 342003, Rajasthan.] I had submitted phone for repair as it was not getting charged. I was charged Rs1500/- for battery change by the local micromax service centre despite the phone being in warranty period.

        I have purchased micromax A106 on[protected]. FRom very first day handset is not working properly. I have submitted handset to ASC N050065 on 02-09-14 but after getting no response i have registered a complaint with micromax on 25-09-14 complaint no. Is MMX[protected] and job sheet no is n[protected]. Consumer care assured me to solve problem with in 15 days but they didnt and i didnt received my handset yet. Please help me. Thanking you

          dayshave purchased a new handset micromax A106 on 09-07-14. from the very first Day handset is not working properly. I submit my handset on 02-09-14 to ASC:N050065. AFter 23 days i have registered my complaint with company consumer care on 25-09-14 via complaint number MMX [protected] and jobsheet n[protected]. Consumer care assured me to solve my probleM with iN 15 Days but i have not got my handset. Please help.

            i bought a canvas 4 mobile, before 8 month.In this 8 month 4 times mobiles goes for repair .aprox.30 days. now also my mobile went to repair from 4 september 2014...but till now not back to me.when we call to service centre they always says wait 15 days more...sir please help me in this 8month my phone was gone to repair 3 months...till now...please help me...and also extend the my phone waranty... my docket no.N[protected] when we call to servicecentre for my mobile they always says 15 days more to repair they not give my mobile...please sir help me...and also not repair completely

              Hello sir, I am Deepak Kumar from amritsar (punjab). i had purchased the micromax A210 canvas 4 mobile set worth rs.17700/- on 15 august 2013. in the month of dec 2013, its touch screen not works properly. then i had given the set to micromax service centre. they had replaced the touch screen and mother board. after a near about 45 days i had received my set but touch screen still not working properly. and its has the speaker and camera problems also.I think i had given my set 5 or 6 times to the micromax service center but they always given me set after near about 40days in the same condition as it was before. now it has speaker problems also. so from the month of i think february it has been there in service center, they given me mobile always defaulty and with in 4 or 5 days i given back to them. because of that they had extend the warranty period also for 4 months. i had requested so many times to replace the set, but they didnot hear me. i have bought this set for my one salary. and i am feeling so upset. pls help me to sort out the solution. now its extended warranty period is going to finish again. and they are saying to extend the warranty more. but its not fare. pls help to replace my set with new one. i am attaching the copy of mobile bill and service center job sheet. you can check the service records online also through micromax service center.

                I had purchased micromax handset model A116 from flipkart in september 2013, after few months my handset has started creating problem of no network. like i have tried various sim cards but it is showing no network issue. finally i submitted my handset to micromax authorised service centre at mathura on 11th August 2014. The micromax representative inform me that the handset will be sent to company and the process will take around 20 days. Job no - N[protected] finally my cellphone came back from company on 20th September 2014, but the same problem of no network was still there. so the micromax representative again sent back my handset back to company and assigned me a new job no, till date 11th octobar 2014 have not get back my handset back, I have lose all hope, finally i decided to register a complaint against micromax regarding this.                   I have purchased one Micromax A102 mobile phone from Poorvika Mobiles Pvt Ltd, Pollachi 642002 on 07.06.2014(Copy of bill attached). On 23.06.2014 the mobile switched off automatically. After that the mobile didn't get switched on. As the problem was a month old, I contacted M/s.Poorvika outlet at Pollachi. They directed me to contact Micromax service station at Pollachi-642001, Coimbatore Dist, Tamilnadu. On the same day I have surrendered the mobile phone and they asked me to come on the evening to collect the mobile after rectification of the problem. In the evening I was informed that they were not able to repair the phone and asked me to wait for one more day. I was not given any Job card or acknowledgement/receipt during this time. On the next day they informed me that a week's time is wanted for them to repair.Finally your service centre lodged a complaint after giving much pressure from our side.They issued a job sheet containing NO.S[protected], DATED. 12/08/2014 in which they have mentioned that the phenomenal block is 4100 Power Supply and the symptom is 4106 Power boot failure. After one week when we contacted the center they replied me that they need 15 days to repair the phone as there was problem in the mother board. For the last tree months I got the same reply from the service center. Now they are telling that that the mobile is received in broken condition at Delhi Service Centre.and want another 15 days and still it is going on. Till date I have not received the mobile phone. I have issued one legal notice against Poorvika and the service center on 10.10.2014. And one thing this is not the matter of Rs. 8800.00, this is the service and commitment from Micromax towards it's customers.So please take necessary steps/ action from your side for which we will rely on you in the future also.                     I had purchased micromax canvas turbo A250 (White) mobile online from Flipcart against order no OD[protected] dated[protected]. same was become defective after use of about 40 days as its display was defective. I gave the same for repair to their authorized service centre at roorkee ( Micromax Checkpoint) on 7 July 2014. I was informed that the phone has been sent to factory for repair (SERVICE REQUEST NO N[protected] dated 7th July 2014 ) and informed that it would be delivered in 20 days. But It has not been received back till today though more than 95 days have been passed. I have sent 4nos Email / reminders at their email address micromax.[protected]@gmail.com and also wrote complaints at Facebook site (micromax mobile) But micromax has not replied regarding delivery of mobile.                       I have given my micromax a240 for repair (replacement) of touch screen on 21/8/2014. Jobsheet no: w[protected]. To Sai mobile shoppe at Dadar, Mumbai. After many times of my follow up they are saying it will take 60/70 working days to repair the handset. If they are not able to repair it they should replace the handset and extend my warranty.

                        Respected sir/mam, This is Harisingh meena from Kharagpur. I am a customer of micromax mobile and own a micromax Turbo A250 mobile. I have bought that mobile in 16 jan 2014 through flipkart and due to some reason the touch screen of mobile stopped working.I reached micromax service centre at Malancha road midinipure west and consulted about the phone problem. My phone is in warranty period so they said that they will replace touch screen with in 10 days. i submitted my phone on 13 sep 2014 and now its 12 oct (around 30 days) but still they have not repaired it and saying that your phone parts is pending. So, it is an humble request from my side please look into this matter because I am not the only one their were lots and lots of people frustated in Kharagpur due to same reason… Thanks for your consideration… HARISINGH MEENA KHARAGPUR

                          I bought my New micromax on 4th day of february 2014. My phone is not working properly. It has charging issues moreover its touch is not working properly. i visit nearest service center many times but problem had not been resolved. Moreover they are not talking properly neither they are listening to complaints. Services are very poor. I am fed up with this phone. I want it to be replaced by company or treated properly

                            we gave our phone to nellore micromax customer care to repair(replace) power button on 23/09/14 but it is not repaired and delivered to us till 12/10/14. It is a poor customer service. Please verify this problem as soon as possible.                               Hi sir, I gave my phone in August month a94 bolt. Mad. For complaint in your check point in coimbatore Kaniska mobiles. They told board problem we will sent to company it will take 20 days, and gave me job sheet to me. I told OK. Then I asked last month. Check point told come after 15 days. So I went yesterday for mobile. But I got every every poor experience in ur check point, coimbatore. They told we also not satisfied with Micromax company. So you ask to Micromax for further details. But I am happy about ur company got 2nd place in India. I like Micromax very much. But ur check point m/s Kaniska mobile not give me proper replay. He simply told give compliment to Micromax.                                       sir, i bought micromax unite 2(A106) within two days its screen started giving problems and after 8 days it completely stopped working. i gave it to the local micromax service centre on 15/19/2014 i.e., harsh communication, opp ayyappa temple, college road, hoskote, mob- [protected] with job no.12200629. He told that it will get repair in one week but after enquiring after a week he is telling me to come after a week and it has happened 3 times.. he is giving the reason as the head office is not responding properly and i am not getting the damaged part from the head office and telling me to call the customer care directly.. so please help me in this matter and let me get my mobile as early as possible... regards avinash m [protected]

                                        i buy canvas hd A116 in jan 2014 it is under warrenty but not working poperly when i go to service center they sad that there is liquid in mobile but when i go to normall shop they sad that there is no liquid in mobile it has battery or software problem which give me a lot of problems please solve my problem as soon as
