I BUY MICROMAX A67 MOBILE ON 7 OCT 2013, SINCE THEN MY BAD DAY WAS STARTED AFTER 15 DAY OF BUYING IT GENERATE SENSOR PROBLEM, AFTER THAT I SUBMIT IT IN MICROMAX SERVICE CENTER, AND THEY SUBMIT MY MOBILE FOR MORE THAN A MONTH, AND AFTER COLLECTING MY MOBILE FROM SERVICE CENTER. IT GOT ANOTHER PROBLEM AND SO ON...I EVEN NOT BUY SIM FOR THIS MOBILE NO. AS THIS MOBILE REMAIN IN SERVICE CENTER MORE THEN ME.IT WASTE MOST OF MY TIME, MY BUS FARE AND MENTALLY DISTURB ME.AND AT LAST I SUBMIT MY MOBILE ON 1 SEP. IN SERVICE CENTER AND THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO MAINTAIN IT THEN THEY SEND IT TO COMPANY ON 14 SEP AND TODAY IS 9 OCT AND I DIDN''T GOT MY MOBILE THEY ALWAYS SAID THAT IT WILL TAKE TIME I HAVE MANY TIME REGISTER COMPLAINT OVER IT TO C.CARE OF MICROMAX AND THEY ALWASYS SAID YOUR SET WILL BE FINE IN 15 DAYS BUT...I DIDN''T GET MY MOBILE.PLEASE HELP ME PLEASE MY FRIENS ALSO MAKE FUN OF ME THAT THIS IS UR REAL MOBILE OR MOBILE ON RENT.THIS MOBILE GIVES ME MENTAL HARRASMENT .PLEASE HELP ME and had been submited in service center more than 10 times my last submit in micromax service center at WZ-1, GANESH NAGAR, OPP. The micromax don't help me . It only add a comment to my complaint to clean their image but they didn't help me, they said :-

    Respected Sir, 1) I had Purchased my Mobile Micromax A 250 Turbo on[protected] vide Bill No./Tin No. [protected] (IMEI/ESN no.:[protected]/[protected] ) from Venkateshwara Distributors Pvt. Ltd., E-12, Main Market, Kalkaji, New Delhi-19. 2) That, at the time of purchase I had informed by the Seller that it is covered with 1 year manufacturer warranty. 3) That, My Mobile was creating some problems with its keypad keys do not working and display touch screen not working (SMS & Time) issues which I was Facing in using this. 4) That, I had deposited my Mobile on[protected] at your Micromax Service Centre VAISHNO COMMUNICATION, T-136/1 (FF), BEGUMPUR, SHIVALIK ROAD, MALVIYA NAGAR, OPP LIBERTY SHOWROOM, NEW DELHI-17, for resolving these issues as you Know it is In Warranty. 5) That, As per Job sheet provided by them my Mobile is to be delivered on 20th Sep 2014(in written) but after 20th Sep 2014, I was visited many times on 23 and 25th Sep 2014 as they was promising me regularly but now its more than 1 Month and I don’t get any Correct information from them for the delivering of my repaired Mobile. 6) That, After 25th Sep 2014, I Called to Micromax Customer care Centre, A Concerned Person Mr. Ashtoush told me that my Mobile will be repaired on the priority basis and he provided me a Complain No.: [protected], then after 8-10 day I received the Two SMS on 7th Oct 8th Oct, 14 about the collection of my repaired device. 7) That, On 8th Oct 2014, I went to the Micromax Service Centre VAISHNO COMMUNICATION, T-136/1 (FF), BEGUMPUR, SHIVALIK ROAD, MALVIYA NAGAR, OPP LIBERTY SHOWROOM, NEW DELHI-17 for the collection of my repaired device, they told me that they will provide me swap device in exchange of my device, but I saw the same issue was also in that swap device when I had tested in the service centre on same time and same day. 8) That, Now Micromax Service Centre VAISHNO COMMUNICATION, T-136/1 (FF), BEGUMPUR, SHIVALIK ROAD, MALVIYA NAGAR, OPP LIBERTY SHOWROOM, NEW DELHI-17, doing me a fraud by saying that we will make a new Job Sheet for that swap mobile. 9) Now, its Approx 45 days of my mobile is still deposited at Micromax Service Centre VAISHNO COMMUNICATION, T-136/1 (FF), BEGUMPUR, SHIVALIK ROAD, MALVIYA NAGAR, OPP LIBERTY SHOWROOM, NEW DELHI-17 and not repaired yet, Yours truly, Himanshu 106/2, First Floor, Govindpuri, Kalkaji, New delhi-19 [protected], [protected]

      i had submit my handset at raza mobile service centre at nagpur for repairs bering-w[protected] on dated 05/08/2014, inbeetwin i had got sms from company about information my handset repare complited at service centre so i have visit to service centre many time but they are not handover my handset to me and very rudely treated to me and warn to me if i will argument with them, they will more delay my handset, i feel as a like cheated by service centre and they are internally hash to me, they are very arrogant and unprofessional parsons, i request to micromax management my set is under warranty and pending more than 2 month but till date your service centre unable to provide service to me and my complaint falls close on system so i don't want this type of product and service plz refund my amount other wise i will go to consumer forum.

            Dear Customer Care, I had placed an online order on 7th sep. 2014 for Micromax Canvas2 A120 colours thru Snapdeal. The max. delivery time for product was mentioned 4 days but I had received the product on 14th Sep. 2014. After receiving the product, when I checked the my product, the display of the phone was showing black lines on it. Due to this problem I had contacted to Snapdeal's customer care but they said that the max. returning time for any product is 7 days so they can't take it back. They suggested me to contact Micromax service center so I contacted to them & submit my phone there on 22 Sep. 2014. They had called me on 26 Sep. 2014 & I got my product from there but the phone still had same problem so I had submitted again it on same day. After this, they are not giving any satisfactory answer to me till now. They are saying that the display provided by company are faulty & whenever the will get a new display from company they will repair my phone.Due to this I had got so tensed. So I am mailing to you, please look into this matter seriously & solve the matter in next two days otherwise I had to take a legal action against the company.               HI, I Dr.( Arvind kumar gautam) brought canvas turbo andriod in 2014 only and after about 4 month problem is started, now it is second time i have given my mobile to ur service centre on 24/09/2014 in The delight sevice, shadipur metro staton, phone no-[protected]. they said that u will get it back in 5 days ..since then i have gone there 2 times and they r making excuses for this. my complaint no-N[protected]. I M FACING SO MUCH PROBLEM AND IF THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE MY MBILE WITHIN 2 DAYS I HAVE TO SEE OTHER COMPLAINT AUTHORITY.

                Dear Sir, As mentioned above I would like to draw your kind attention towards the delay in repairing of my mobile Model NO. A114 (Under Warranty) which has already god repaired and after two days the situation was as it is. Once again I have given to Support Center/Customer Care situated at Laxmi Nagar, Delhi on 1st October 2014. Since then, no response from the above said customer care for its restoration. I am attached with Mr. Udai Pratap Singh, IAS, Additional Secretary to Govt. of India as Protocol Officer/Liaison Officer hence I need my android phone immediately to server my best to my BOSS. But regretfully I hereby mentioned the dealing officials is not taking any interest to repair the mobile despite of my several telephonic discussion and person visit to their door. Now I once again requested kindly to look into the matter on priority basis keeping in view of my nature of job. I shall appreciate an early action in the matter.                   Hi, This is one of the worst service i have ever seen in my Life, I have Submitted My phone Canvus A117 to the Indirapuram Service Center and they told it will take max one week, then after one week no calls from them, re vissited the service center, they told still they wont get any update from Service center, i ask them the time-line they have given me one toll free no, where i called and given me ticket no ([protected]) . every week i called them and they told tehe will update in 20 Days, no other update, Today i have chat with ("ravi" customer care office ) he is too rude and talking like i have done some major fault of buying the micromax product and now i have to face the issue, I never recommend any one to buy this Service phone, Is there any one who can look in to the case on priority Thanks Shahid Khan +91-[protected]

                      I would like to complain about the pathetic, unamusing and deadening slow service by Micromax. I had given my phone (A116) to your Gurgaon service center (M/S Shree Sai Telecom) on 13th Sep for touch problem and I was told that touch will be replaced within a week. But it has been a month now and phone is not repaired yet and counting is still on without any firm date from Micromax… Whenever I call service center they tell me that it will take another 4-5 days without realizing it has already been a MONTH. When I ask them to escalate they advise me to call Toll Free number to know the exact time frame for the repair. I even called your toll free number and the guy there told me that it will take atleast 20 days to arrange the part (don’t want to share the worst experience I had at customer service desk). When I insisted to escalate then I got a call back from one lady but there was no real help to expedite the repair actually. Noone seems aware of the part availability and there is no way at all within Micromax to expedite the part delivery. There is clear communication gap and departments do not talk to each other which is hampering customer service. Till date I remain unaware of the exact delivery date post repair for my handset. I am really confused why Micromax is taking ages to arrange a part for just an year old mobile phone. This is not an obsolete model for which you need years to arrange the small part. What is exactly causing all this delay??? I am totally disappointed with this kind of miserable support from Micromax. I believe this was my biggest mistake to become Micromax customer and feeling a bit o[censored]nfortunate with this decision. I would never recommend Micromax to anyone in my lifetime now. I feel harassed and mentally upset without my phone from last ONE Month and you can assume how difficult it is to survive in today's world without a phone. Micromax has not even provided a temporary handset so my life is not disturbed until you guys repair mine. I also would like to know what is the time frame you have to provide a new handset when you can not repair the existing one? I want this complaint to reach to the highest level within Micromax. Would appreciate your prompt response in this regard.

                        I am mentally drained by the fact that even complaining on this CONSUMER COMPLAINTS forum my complaint is not retrieved by the MICROMAX as i thought they would be, i feel cheated.I have submitted my complaint here on 24/08/2014. After getting their call on 28/08/2014 i have submitted my damaged phone in one of their service centre in Chandigarh & e-mailed the job sheet images on 20/09/10 as they wanted. I thought now they will fasten up the process to help me but i was so wrong. They did not bother to answer my e-mails or to call me for further. I also e-mailed them about how badly my life is suffering without my cell phone. I did not have it since July but they did not respond. I am so much disappointed with the fact that in our country there is no such Forum which truly helps the customer. I have lose my money, my cell phone & my faith. TRULY HATE MICROMAX, I WISH I COULD BURN DOWN THIS COMPANY.

                            Dear Sir / Mam My Name is Gaurav from Karnal (Haryana) and i purchased Micromax A117 (Magnus). Few days back my phone display screen does not work properly. Its three home function pannels not working. My phone is in warranty period. Its IMEI no. Is: [protected] / [protected]. You also check the warranty by IMEI no. I give my phone to karnal micromax service center Name Bharat Electronics & Comm. Karnal Dated 16 Sep. 2014, And i also connect with them with in a week. They telling me that your phone is in repairing process and they are waiting for my phone screen parts when its available to them then they repaired my phone. I called them on dtd 6 oct 2014, they again told my that we have not received the parts. I also sent a mail to [protected]@micromaxinfo.com and service.[protected]@micromaxinfo.com dtd. 7 oct, 8 oct, 9 oct, 10 oct & today 13 oct & also call to karnal service center. In mail i have not get any kind of mail and response from them and by call the taking the same thing (we have not received the parts, out of stock). Its already taken approximate 1 month. I have no other phone to use. I have a lot of work in my home & office. Please solve my problem.                               I deposited my mobile on 4th sept, 2014. they are not providing any service and each time i visit center they says to visit after a week. I have visited 6 times but couldn't find any solution. service center authority said that company is not providing the concerned part. its been 39 days and company has not provided. my mobile is in warranty period. they are misbehaving each time I visit there. so I request consumer forum to take appropriate action as soon as possible.

                                Hi Team, I bought micromax canvas A250 mobile past 3months before and Last mobile touch is not working and I given the mobile marathahalli service center in bangalore i given this at 11th Sep.Almost one month over still i get the mobile and I went service center 3times they are telling part pending always and They are not picking calls also and Not responding customers properly.Kindly help to get the mobile as soon as possible.

                                  My phone touch was not working so i submitted my phone into service royal service centre(Shalimar Bagh) on 11th Sep and they said you will get it back in 15 days after 15 days they said this will take few days more again after a week they said your phone has been sent to Company for repair now its about more than 1 month and i dont get my phone back. Even i submitted my complaint on helpline no and they are also not responding. My phone job sheet and Complaint no is following - Job sheet No -N[protected] Complaint NO - mmx[protected] Please help me to get my phone back and i dont have any another phone to use.
