Dear sir, Myself Abhisek Halder, I have deposited my micromax A63 mobile to serampore service centre ( E030438) on 16.09.2014 . My job sheet no. is E[protected]. It's almost one month over, still I have not got the mobile phone and I visited the service center 3 times over. Every time i have been reported that the spare parts are not available and the head office is not responding customers properly, Kindy help me to get the mobile or replacement of the mobile as soon as possible . THAT THE ABOVE SAID SET IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND I APPROACHED CELLCARE ONE OF YOUR AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE AT AKM BUILDING KODIMATHA, KOTTAYAM AND THE SET WAS KEPT THERE FOR 45 DAYS AND THE DEFECT WAS NOT CURED AND THAT BEING THE CONDITION THE SET WAS RETURNED BACK AND I GAVE IT TO M/S MOBILE POINT, NEAR ANASWARA THEATER, PALACE ROAD, KOTTAYAM ONE OF YOUR AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE AND GIVEN THE HANDSET THERE ON 22/9/2014 THROUGH MY FRIEND SANJU AND THE JOB SHEET WAS GENERATED WITH NO. S[protected]. THE SAID COMPLAINT HAS OCCURRED DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD. SO FOR MY COMPLAINT IS NOT REDRESSED. NEW YOUR AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE PEOPLES WERE NOT REPAIRING THE PHONE BECAUSE OF NON SUPPLY OF SPARE PARTS FROM YOUR PART. I BEING A CUSTOMER AND THE MOBILE HANDSET IS WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD YOU ARE BEHIND TO RECTIFY THE DEFECT OF THE MOBILE HANDSET FREE OF COST. IF YOU ARE NOT TAKING NECESSARY ACTION TO REPAIR MY HANDSET WITHIN 7 DAYS. I WILL BE FORCED TO INITIATE APPROPRIATE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOU HELPING AN EARLY POSITIVE DECISION. THANKING YOU. Complaint did not resolved since 8-AUGUST-2014 -Totally disappointed Since August i am waiting to Micro max to help me but they are literally torturing me. They are not bothering to answer my e-mails or even my calls. I have tried each and every number given by them. How many times do i have to plead them for my phone to be replace? I am faceing the issue related customer service . know one is there to provide the status . i was visited five time on center... i have not get the estimate date from service center. company shoud take action on this service center.my job sheet no is-NO[protected]

i, indranil sarkar, gave my micromax A-177 mobile in akhil traders indore for service my handset on 13 th august 2014.my jobsheet number isN[protected].after 2 months still i did not recive my handset.after register a complaint([protected]), i did not get my mobile.the micromax call centre also promise me that within 20 days u will get your phone bt still i did not recive.i m going to abroad on 19 th october.i need my mobile on or before 19 th october.so kindly send my mobile on or before 19 th october.thank you.

Sir/Mam, I gave my A114 Canvas 2.2 phone for service on 27/08/2014 at Krishna Mobiles, Vadodara, Gujarat . allmost 1.5 month is gone still i have no getting my phone. they always told me to wait for 1 week and not give proper answer when go there. so I will go to consumer court if no any response getting from them. I will write wrost comment for them on internet on all web site for customer review if i not get my handset back. micromax customer care number is always busy. And no any response from micromax head office always ringing... I think very bad service provide by micromax. i think consumer court should have closed the all service station and mobile of micromax products. My professional as well personal life is suffering since July because i do not have my phone or any further information about it. As i told you before that i have submitted my phone in one of their service centre in Chandigarh. Microamx is not bothering to tell me what they will do with my phone. Are they going to replace it or not? Can i even get my phone back in this birth? i have bought canavas fire2 a104 at 12/10/14 after some hours mobile did not support any network, next day i went to lucknow costumer care centre and compalined . they received my mobile but they dont solve the issue till now. they waste my time and my money also ut i dont get any solution of my prolem. i think this company is the worst company.

when i play game on my newly purchased micromax a310 nitro phone it starts heating up within 5 min and then i have to quit my game.please do look on this matter asap and do notify me for any solution possible either by replacing it with a new one or any other possible way

On 26.09.2014 I claimed for battery replacement of my Micromax phone A075 which I purchased online in April-2014 under jobsheet no 12433162 in lucknow at Micromax service center "AHLU WALIA BUILDING, OPP BHOPAL HOUSE, NEAR DURGAMA RESTAURANT, LALBAGH LUCKNOW", on that day service executive insure me that they replaced the battery with in a week but after three weeks they are not able to change the battery. On 13.10.2014 I contact to the manager of that store Mr. Jai Prakesh (Mob no :-+91 [protected]) and he told me that he should resolve the problem by 14.10.2014 but when I contact hem today he refused to talk me and when I reached to her office he offered me a used battery against my claim . Dear Sir, I am Sathiya I have purchased Micromax Canvas Knight(A 350) at Poorvika Mobile Store Chennai on 24.08.2014.I have find some touch issues and hanging problem with my mobile, so i have give my mobile in Micromax service centre at Mobitech Tambaram, Chennai.My jobsheet no is S[protected] and i have not get the estimate date from service center. Dear customer care. I am prem singh ( [protected]@yahoo.co.in) from Delhi. I bought Micromax mobile A117 megnas canvas in Nov 2013 from Delhi. There was some problem of display touch not working properly, working slow and hanging from one week. After that i submitted my mobile (IMEI-[protected]) at Micromax care M/S B.R. Services, E-84 gf, krishna market, lajpat nagar-I, new delhi on 06 sep 14 with job sheet no. *N[protected]* and they said to me your mobile will be repair between 7-10 working days. I called service centre after 10 days so they said the touch part of my mobile is on waiting, after 2-3 days touch part will come then they will called me. But i did not got any call from them so i called them every week and visited one time at service centre still they saying mobile part is on waiting. I also complaint on micromax customer care no. [protected] regarding same problem. Again i called B.R. Services they repeated same things waiting for your screen part. I really fed up with there excuses. pls help me to come out this problem.

My phone micromax canvas knight A350 is in micromax care centre amritsar due to some camera problem by 4 oct and they had not repaired it yet. They are saying the spare part they had called from main micromax centre have been not received yet by them.. plz resolve the isssue.. plz repair it as soon u can.

I have bought the phone unite 2 & in less then one month it is of no use there was moisture which was visible on bottom of screen & when taken for repair they said that due water it will not be covered under gaurantee. I have wasted my entire money in less than one months time

sir i have deposited my mobileA94 HANDSAT to sab sonic service center on 26/08/2014 for the defect occurred to my mobile i have shown my bill that my mobile is in warranty period but till today they have not given my mobile sir there service is so poor. I purchased a micromax phone A-177 in 6/6/2014from balaji communication mohan nagar, opp.telephone exchange kurukshetra haryana, After two month my phone is not working . I deposited my phone micromax customer care aditya communication mohan nagar kurukshetra. they give me 10 to 15 days after deposit my phone.but after that time my phone will not be repair after that i complent in the micromax head ofiice custer care. they give me complent no.MMX[protected] DATE 9/9/2014. i have micro max A089 bolt mobile since i taken its 2nd sim, picture rotation, sound of incoming noisy problem was there, i gave to repair but since 1.5month they did not return my mob. i given in sec-18 they never attend phone of any body even went personally they only says come after one week.this is very bad service. company shoud take action on this service center.my job id is-n[protected]

I gave my phone it got dead, its in warranty after the company repaired it and gave to me after 2 months, again in a week it started causing problem and got shut down again. now its in T3 or in company, but the service centre of Shadipur depot didn't pickup the call or answer. Hi, I, Gaurav Yadav, bought Micromax A106 in Aug month. There was some problem with headphone socket in phone as it is not accepting any headphone. I've submitted my phone (IMEI-[protected]/[protected]) at Micromax Service center (Best Tech services) Shop no. 123, FF, Vasishta Complex, Sikanderpur, Gurgaon-122002, on 30th Sep, 2014 with Job sheet no. N[protected]. They asked me to collect the phone within 5-7 working days. I've been chasing them @[protected] since then, but no proper information been given to me. Even I do not have spare mobile to use, due to which I've missed many important calls since 13-14 days. I Nittu from Gurgaon. i purchased Micromax mobile A117 megnas canvas on Jan 2014 from Gurgaon. problem of loudspeaker and display show black from 2 months days. after that i submitted my mobile micromax care m/s shree sai telecom Gurgaon shop no 1 old delhi road gurgaon on 02 sep 14 vide receipt bar code no *N[protected]* and not given any response by care centre. many times are waste and days. i cannot communicate to the my other family. i also cimplaint to customer care care on 16 sep and 1 oct . not any give any responce. complaint no was.
