Hello Sir/Ma'am, I submitted my Micromax A116 Canvas HD phone on 26/05/2014 at M/S S.R. COMM Service Center located at St. no. 12, main road, near hanuman mandir, Govindpuri, Delhi - 110019. My phone was hanged and unable to switch on. When I submitted my phone on 26-May, the service center guy told me that, it will only take 2 hours to repair as I waited there and after 2 hours when I went there he asked me to submit my phone for a week...

I cracked the touch screen of my canvas 4 some time back..I approached your service center at vashishth complex, sikanderpur...I was told on telephone that the screen could be replaced within half an hour...availability of the same was confirmed by the center...however when I physically went to the service center..and after waiting for one hour I was told by Mr ash win that the information was incorrect and the screen would be available only...
