    Hello Sir/Ma'am, I submitted my Micromax A116 Canvas HD phone on 26/05/2014 at M/S S.R. COMM Service Center located at St. no. 12, main road, near hanuman mandir, Govindpuri, Delhi - 110019. My phone was hanged and unable to switch on. When I submitted my phone on 26-May, the service center guy told me that, it will only take 2 hours to repair as I waited there and after 2 hours when I went there he asked me to submit my phone for a week as they are unable to repair it now. I again went there after a week and again they told me to come next week, so I waited for one more week. Before I go to service center this time, I only called at service center after these 2 weeks to check the status of my issue, on call they told me that my phone is repaired now and I can receive it. When I went there to receive my phone they told me that, I have to wait for 2 more weeks as they are exchanging my phone and I will get new handset. Again I waited but and they only making me fool and I can not roam there on daily basis. Still I did not get my phone. My request to you to please escalate this issue to responsible authorities as they are not assuring me to when I can get my phone back. The Job-sheet number for my request is N[protected].       I cracked the touch screen of my canvas 4 some time back..I approached your service center at vashishth complex, sikanderpur...I was told on telephone that the screen could be replaced within half an hour...availability of the same was confirmed by the center...however when I physically went to the service center..and after waiting for one hour I was told by Mr ash win that the information was incorrect and the screen would be available only by 07 October 14 . Thereafter despite numerous calls the said part is still not available and even today I was rudely told by Mr ajay ( from the sikenderpur service center ) that the screen could be made available only after five six days..I had also put the complaint on your site a few days back..nothing seems to be working with your company and I am unable to replace a simple part of such a popular phone canvas 4 for last fifteen days...let's see if something happens...my contact numbers...[protected] and [protected]...e mail...[protected]@rediffmail.com

      Hi,

      This is to state that I have brought a MICROMAX CANVAS A120 Mobile from Poorvika mobiles pvt ltd.,
      637, 100 feet Road Gandhipuram Coimbatore, on 11 August 2014 ( Invoice Number 7751). I was using this mobile phone regularly and it was working fine. But Surprisingly on 30 september 2014 I faced a problem in my mobile I mean that my touch screen did not work properly. The next day that is on 1st October 2014 I complned to Poorvika store in coimbatore wher I brought the mobile, there they guded me to go the Micromax Service centre M/s XPLUS COMMUNICATION which is in 8th St Tatabad Gandhipuram Coimbatore. There I place a complaint and they eaxamined the mobile and told me that touch screen has gone and we have to replace it and they also told that it will take ten days for that, I agreed for that and I have given my mobile to the to replace the touch screen as it was under warranty period. The details of the JOB SHEET which I have given to XPLUS COMMUNICATION is S[protected] dated 1st October2014. After ten days as per the time given by them I regularly visit the service centre or call them and enquire about my mobile which I have given it to them to replace the touch screen, but they are not responding me properly they simply say that spare has not come from your office ( MICROMAX ).

      I really feeling very bad that I have trusted your brand and brought the mobile worth Rs 10000/= from a reputed dealer POORVIKA and the same gave me a problem with in a month or too and when given for service there is no proper response and it took almost eighteen days and still I dont know what to do in this matter, on spending so much of money on that mobile and with in a month if problem comes how I will go for your brand in future or how I will recommend your brand to my friends.

      I am very much upset and I request you to look in to this matter immediately and solve my problem immediatly.

      I will appreciate if it happens before Diwali.

        (Fourth time, I am entering this problem) This is in reference to phone set of Micromax thru Flipart on 02/05/2014 and after one month, phone got out of order and sent to service center at Roorkee, which is under repair since 04/07/2014.           There was a problem in my Handset. i submitted my phone in Micromax service center on date 10/sep/2014 and I was asked to wait for a maximum of 15 days. It has been already more than A month and i have not received any positive response from that side. They are saying to wait for another week and they are saying the same for past 2-3 weeks.

          I have not receive any positive response from micromax. I have been visiting the micromax care frequently but they are only giving excuses and still saying that I have to wait more. Neither they are giving my handset nor talking correctly.

            Dear Sir, I have purchased Micro max canvas A190 HD plus (white) before 2months from Maharashtra (sangli) Nowadays the phone is becoming HOT from backside during normal usage. Mobile becomes so hot that I cant use it for 1-2 hrs. Above problem occurs 2-3 times in a week. Battery is not found hot some internal components may have problem. (Mobile Sr.no-V[protected] Map is not working & USB cable is not recognized by any laptop or computer. Plz do needful & suggest for the same.               hi Sir, i have taken micromax A177 in march. i got some problems like hang, slow speed &range is nt coming. then i have given it to Swargate PUNE service center for repair on 31st aug 2014. Nw 2 months 10 days completed bt my mobile is nt yet repair.i m calling ur service center daily bt they r nt attending my cal. Also on 1st oct ur higher authority SANDIP told m that within 7 days i wil get my mobile bt i m calling Sandip-[protected] daily 10 times bt he is nt attending my cal. plz help m ASAP. regards, sunil

                I have submitted my mobile micromax A77 for touch issue last two month back. Still not able to get back due to bad service. I made complaint in micromax customer care. they sent spare for my phone to local service centre and closed my job sheet. and they message to me that your handset repaired collect from local service center. based this message I called and went in person, the local service center people telling that still ready and they cant able to find my mobile and status. whenever I call spending more than 30 rupees call cost and they are telling simply not ready. I am very frustrated due to bad response and service

                  I had purchased Micromax A250 mobile on 30 Dec 2013. Touch pad of that mobile started malfunctioning in February. I sent the mobile to service centre and touch pad was replaced in 4-5 days. Again the touchpad started malfunctioning in february and was sent to service centre at Sriganganar. I got the the mobile after 45 days and that also after speaking to Jaipur head and handset was not in a good state. It again started not responding to touch on 24 August and sent to micromax service collection point at Suratgarh on 25 August and has not been received till 10 October. I have been given a job sheet number W[protected]. Overall I had paid 19000 for a mobile and mobile has been in service center for almost 4 months out of 9 months. That is the the service being provided by micromax.

                    Hi, My self Niranjan, my father bought Micromax A111 and unfortunately its fallen while driving bike and display broken completely. I given it in service center in Velacherry, Chennai. From then onwards my problem started. After replacing the display, the signal was not good and unable to do / receive calls, but everything (Blue tooth, wifi, FM) is fine and again I gave it to the same service center. After 1 week I got call from them and i went to take it . When i put the SIM, no change still same problem. When I showed it to them they said give it back and come next day. OK, I went next day and got my phone after waiting 2 hours. When checked it the signal strength is excellent, but, the screen guard was scratched very badly ( I doubt whether its my original screen or not?), Blue tooth dead, FM dead. When I called the service person and asked for the reason, he said "Sir, use it for some days as you are going for out station, and bring it back as we don't have time to work on your mobile". I have to start to my home town, so I don't have other way. This is how the MMX service centers are working. Now I have to visit the same MMX service center again to rectify the new issues. Even I saw people shouting here after not going to use MMX products and spread the same because of the bad after sales service. Micromax people have to take care about it if they want to keep old customers.

                      I have purchased micromax bolt a075 4 days before, phone is good but the camera of this phone is very bad. According to the features its 8 megapixel phone but when i use the camera it is just like 2 mgamgegapixel. I want to know that how i can improve the camera quality of this phone.

                        Dear micromax, I am Gaurav Kumar.Sir i and my family always used micromax androide phones.all services is good.Now sir i hav mmx canvas 2 colours A120 phone i got updated software 4.4 kitkat 3 days ago from your alwar based care GURU VALLAB CARE ALWAR (RAJASTHAN).but after updation i am facing problem in my touch when i am going to type something.otherwise all touch is ok.sir when i go again care for this problem they told me it will take 25 days and your touch will be change. But Sir i am job working person and i can't give my phone for 25 days because there is no option from your side to give customer use phone.My all job is depended on SMS and mails so sir i am facing lots of problems in my job last 3 days. please do something for me.i am in difficulty.                             I Purchased micromax mobile set Model (Micromax Canvas Turbo A250) Rs. 15, 500/- after three month it got sudden switched off and when i approached local service centre they repaired it and again next day it went switched off. Then the service centre person got it deposited and gave me a job sheet no. N[protected] on dated 24.09.2014 since then i received no communication. Your company claims within seven days resolution of complaint. Please look in to the matter and try to resolve my complaint earliest.

                              sir my mobile phone a rotation problem. and I am going to micromax service centre and I am give my phone to service centre for reparing. but sir service centre was not give my phone.                                 Hi, When Unite 2 - A106 was launched I bought it immediately.. The pouch was not available. The camera lens was popping out from the back case. That is the design of the phone. By the time the pouch was sold, the camera lens became gloomy and the photos are dull. I went the service centre. It was cleansed. However, the issue still persists. I was asked to buy a new lens. I have the warranty. I have insurance too. This is not covered in the insurance and I have to buy new lens it seems. But the phone's camera is already gone. I regret for buying the phone. Secondly, the phone's signal is switching off. I lodged a complaint with Airtel. They easily pointed out that it is the phone problem. What they did was they just asked me to put the sim card in another phone and signal was full. The design of the camera lens popping out and making it vulnerable to be affected and the phone's inability to get signal are the two major issues that I face. The lens could have been designed inside the case and it need not come outside. This made my camera get damaged and I regret for having bought this phone. Just a few days after buying the phone, I am not satisfied at all. Can you help me anyway and provide value for my money?

                                  Dear sir, i have bought my Micromax A114 2.2 before 8 months. after 6 months any how my phone stopped working . i have given my phone at service center as it is in warranty . But whenever i am asking about my phone they are telling me your phone will be repaired within 10 days. and now it is already 2 months but my phone yet not reached to me. i have also mailed to micromax complain mail id.                                     My 3 months old LED got dead and the response i got for customer service people is not satisfactory.Due to Technician my Tv got problems and now they are giving me resolution by changing the complete board, moreover thet are changing it by a refurbished one.Mr. Amit Kumar Attri he is completely irresponsible and making false commitment.He dont knw how to deal customers.Tell me one thing i purchased new LED and to suffer all these problems and if yes then I must say, you people are CRAPP.[protected]

                                        Hi I purchased Micromax Engage A091 mobile in July -2014, started facing issue in August(its pathetic that within a month i started facing issues). I visited to Micromax care centre and submitted my mobile there and i told that mobile will be returned within 15 days. But now its 45 days past but i not yet received my mobile back. Meanwhile i called to customer care and care centre N number of times but did not received any positive response. I dropped mails also to their official ID but did not hear anything Someone should take action against them so that it wont happen again with any other customer
