I gave my phone A94 launched in jan 14 to micro max service center in apiril 14, as it used to get switch off automatically and since then i m fighting with micro max people for return of my phone . They don't even have an answer for when will phone be returned to me . V v pathetic service by them I want to drag them to court and take my money back...

I HAVE PURCHASED NEW MICROMAX W 121 HANDSET ON 02 SEP 14 AND AFTER TWO WEEKS IT WAS HAVING THE PROBLEM THAT IT WAS NOT CHARGING. I HAVE DEPOSITED THE HANDSET TO YOUR SRVICE CENTRE AT JHUNJHUNU. THEY TOLD ME 10 DAYS. BUT STILL THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO RECTIFY THE DEFECT. NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT IT WILL TAKE 15 DAYS MORE. THAN WHAT THE MEANING OF THIS TYPE OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I THINK MICROMAX DOESN'T HAVE THE SERVICE QUALITY AND ITS HANDSET...
