    Hi, my name is Prempal Singh and I live in Ghaziabad. I purchased micromax mobile, model number Canvas XL2 (A109), Invoice number 1655 on 7th September from Mobile ‘O’ Zone in Gandhi Nagar, Ghaziabad. We faced mic issue on 11th September; however we were in Pune that time. We came back on 15th and same day i went to service centre in Ghaziabad, however they asked me to come on next day also advised that phone will not be replaced as it it already passed 7 days from the day of purchase. Next day I get my phone checked in micromax service centre in Indirapuram Ghaziabad (The job sheet no was N[protected] on 16th Sep. The service centre name is M/S V Serve Info, Near Aditya mall, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. They called me on 22nd Sep and asked me to pick my phone as it is repaired. Next morning when i went to pick my phone and checked, i found the same issue. They again checked and told me that issue is still there and you have to leave your phone for another 10-15 days. They had given me another job sheet (Ref no - N[protected]. They again called me after one week on 29th Sep. I went to service centre on 30th, however found the same issue with the team. I have asked them to check the phone again and they advised me that they will not be able to resolve the issue and they have to escalate the issue to next level, I will have to wait for another 10-15 days. They given another job sheet with Ref no N[protected]. I am still awaiting response from them. I don’t know what to do. I made a mistake by purchasing Micromax mobile. Please help me to get my phone replaced. Thanks.

      I gave my phone A94 launched in jan 14 to micro max service center in apiril 14, as it used to get switch off automatically and since then i m fighting with micro max people for return of my phone . They don't even have an answer for when will phone be returned to me . V v pathetic service by them I want to drag them to court and take my money back

        I HAVE PURCHASED NEW MICROMAX W 121 HANDSET ON 02 SEP 14 AND AFTER TWO WEEKS IT WAS HAVING THE PROBLEM THAT IT WAS NOT CHARGING. I HAVE DEPOSITED THE HANDSET TO YOUR SRVICE CENTRE AT JHUNJHUNU. THEY TOLD ME 10 DAYS. BUT STILL THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO RECTIFY THE DEFECT. NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT IT WILL TAKE 15 DAYS MORE. THAN WHAT THE MEANING OF THIS TYPE OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I THINK MICROMAX DOESN'T HAVE THE SERVICE QUALITY AND ITS HANDSET ARE NOT RELIABLE. PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM AT THE EARLIEST.           Hi, I bought a A67 BOLT phone by[protected] and i used it hardly for 3months and the display got broke. I gave it to the Micromax service centre in Trivandrum(Smart Solutions, Plamoodu, Trivandrum) by[protected] and they told in 10 working days they would change the display ( JOB SHEET NO.S[protected] and finally after lot of enquires the display/touch got changed, ie it took more than 5 months for this. But after coming home the phone was not working ( couldn't check it at the service centre, because there was no charge in the phone and they told that the battery was full dry) .Again I had to go back to service centre and that time they told about board complain and again had to register a complain on[protected] JOB SHEET NO .R1408FKER1145837).They told we could get the phone repaired in the next 10 working days but it took nearly 2 months . when we called them on[protected] they said the phone is ready and you can collect it . But the same thing happened again, phone was not working as they were not able to register the IMEI NUMBER for the new board as they were having some issues in the Micromax site. They said it would get ready in half an hour, but had to wait for a full day in the service centre and by the closing time they said to come again next day. It was really frustrating. But the next day when we called them their was no response from the service centre which happens most of the time, either the phone will be busy or no one will attend the call. Finally we got the line on Saturday[protected]and we got the phone But Now my phone is not working again properly, >>>It gets hanged up and then restarts frequently >>>The screen stays white for a long time ad nothing is displayed >>>Front cam not working All these are after changing the board. Now finally I am fed up of going to that service centre again as I know I have to wait for a couples or more months again . My warranty period also has expired. Feeling sad that my phone was in workshop than i have used it . I am not interested to go to the service station again and give the phone. Either make an arrangement to get the cost of the phone or a new good phone. Thanks in advance Regards Robin Jose

                sir maine 27.09.2014 ko a300 mobile liya hai but usme truecaller update nahi ho raha hai aur battery backup nahi hai din me se 2 bar battery charge karni padrahi hai mai padmaja service center nanded . gaya tha uno ne mobile update kiya phir bhi problem not solve... aur apke web site per bhi complaint diya tha phir bhi koi reply nahi ... very bad company ..very bad service about customers my. mobile.no.[protected] mukesh pitale. nanded

                            I recently (Jul 2014)purchased a Micromax Canvas Elanza A121 in exchange of Micromax A90. The phone worked great however till recently when I had an issue with it. Upon encrypting the phone to setup the corporate email, the SIM goes undetected - none of the two SIMs are detected. I took the phone with this problem to three of the service centers in Bangalore - Malleshwaram, Rajajinagar and Richmond town service centers. In M'waram center, they informed me that the SIM IMEI number is corrupted and it has to be updated. After waiting for an hour, they said they have an issue with one of their cables and the update is not happening and asked me to take the phone to the Rajajinagar center. However, the folks of Rajajinagar service center were not even able to detect the problem and gave back the phone saying that it is all working fine. Finally I took the phone to the Richmond circle Micromax care center on 27/08/2014 and explained them the whole issue and they took good one week time to get it sorted out. After a week, they said the faulty circuit board in the phone was replaced and the phone was repaired. But to my dismay, the phone still had the same issue when I checked the phone at home - post encryption the SIM is undetected. Not sure if they even replaced any part and any if any QA was done. Went back to them again the next day and explained them the problem and again, they sought a week's time. Later with to and fro calls with their technical team, they were finally made aware of the actual issue. After a week's time, they informed that the phone doesn't have encryption functionality and is the feature of the phone and is not an issue!! Strange to believe that as much lower versions of the phone have the same functionality and the latest version doesn't have the encryption functionality?? I asked them to provide the same in writing officially however it has been nearly a month and still haven't got a reply from them. The phone is lying in the service center for a month and every time, I call them up for an update, the only answer I get is that they are awaiting a reply from the Micromax Head office?? Even after a month, I am still waiting for my phone!!!An email from the head office in Mumbai takes more than 3 weeks to reach Bangalore!!Its been a disgusting experience with the service centers after an harrowing month without my phone and also not even a substitute phone offered by the company. It was in warranty and they informed that will repair and return in 15 days, Now in last 7 months they are always telling the same next 15 days. It is really surprising that no one is taking care for its client. Customer complaint is not taken care appropriately by your esteemed company. We are registering this complaint with hope that you will take serious immediate action on the same and will deliver our repaired mobile on immediate basis. The customer Care is not giving the satisfactory answer.                                       i am using micromax canvas knight A350. there are lot of problems i am facing .. 1. Sensor data error- In magic camera>360 panorma is not working.. it shows sensor data error. i visited micromax service center 2 times but no solution. 2. lock screen missing. 3. now recently the problem which is coming is capacitor buttons lights are not working. i dont want to call care they always advice me to visit service center and service center is not able to solve my problem. i want replacement of this phone.

                                        Dear sir, I ordered through FLIPCART service one Android phone in June 2014. I became restless with its battery back up. I chose to complain to you that I have been going really mad with the "Mad A94" Micromax phone piece( M-IMEI1:[protected] & S_IMEI2:[protected]; SN:V[protected], ever since I started using it since June 2014. This phone needs to be constantly connected to power socket to be useful. Full charging takes 4-6 hours in normal mode and once disconnected from power, it drains so fast that hardly it lasts for two hours with data on position. Very uncomfortable piece.
