      Sir, Ii have purchased micromax turbo A250 from chand traders jammu on 27.6.2014 amounting to Rs 16800/=Tthe phone got hanging from very next dayTthe matter brought in the notice of chand tradersHhe told me that i should contact micromax service station udhampur, where i belong to.Instantly i went to jammu and showed the mobile to owner of shop chand traders, Mr munish and he told me that you will drop your mobile here or get the software updated from udhampur. I came to udhmpur and show the problem to service centre. After doing that i have lost about 900 contacts from my set and the problem remains same.Then again i rang to munish that problem is unchanged and what is my fault after spenting Rs 17000/= on setTthen i again approached service centre for same problem of hanging on the instructions of Munish.They did the same thing and even charged Rs300/= for the software updating.This time i have lost about 400 contacts. After observing the few days the problem remains unchanged, now i have only option to submit this phone to chand traders and did the same on 24/09/2014 at 1815pm along with bill of the phone and the bill of service centre. Now the problem arised that chand traders did not attend my call when i want to know about the phone.Now please tell me that what is my fault?. I think my fault is that i have become the member of indian company micromax.I have spent 17000/= on phone, 300/= on service when the phone is two month old, chand traders have sold me about 5000/= costlier than its cost at that time, went two times to jammu which costs Rs 2000/= per trip.Now please help me in resolving this issue at an earliest.         i brought mobile on 15/4/2014 from nagpur .after some day i am facing problem while deleting item and power off then i contact with service center they told me mobile had mother board problem then they keep my mobile more than 45 days .then i am gone for receiving my mobile at the timing to checking mobile is not on so they told me your mobile again have motherboard problem and they keep again. now you told me within 3 months i get motherboard problem 2 times so who take a guarantee after some months it will not happened again. now they doing free of cost bcz my warranty period is going on after some days it over and if problem arises again then what i do .i am not putting 13 thousand for this i choose your Brand bcz i thought Micromax is too good but now i regret why i brought this mobile plz give me replacement bcz after some months this problem start .i submitted documents also as proof .

            Magar aaj 3month ho gai abhi tak nahi aaya.. Very Baid micromax company.

              Dear Micromax I bought a Micromax mobile model no. A-250 MICROMAX CANVAS TURBO. After few months the mobile started problems. I went to Micromax Service Centre E-84, Krishna Market, Lajpat Nagar- II, New Delhi, Near Kangra Sweets, Main Road, Lajpat Nagar I-New Delhi Tel No.+[protected], +(91)-[protected] on 3.09.2014 and they took my mobile with one photocopy of invoice for repair/replacement and asked me to come after a week vide with Customer Job Card No. dated 3.09.2013. Still the Mobile is not Hanover. After 15 days I went there 3 times, but the result was the same till dt. 13.09.14, I have sent so many mails till 13.09.14 and so many talk with Service center/customer care. But no reply from customer care & Service Center. After that I visited there every week and got the same answer. After a day I again went the service centre he say Microamax have no parts of your mobile if he will send this parts then i will provide you and my reply is if your Micromax not send this parts you will take much and more time he say yes one person was dealing with the complaints. He was very rude and misbehaved and refused to help me out. It has taken more than One and half months. Still I am wandering. They never picked the number . Now I am depressed and frustrate with the dealing i[censored] will not provide then i will sucide in your lajpat nagar service center . It is my humble request that kindly take necessary action at the earliest and reimburse my money as soon as possible.

                  Sir, I had booked my Micromax A94 on 12/ September /2014 for repairing screen and camera. It is now 4th of October and still it is not repaired. Whenever asked, they reply that parts are not available. On speaking to Customer care, they replied that it will take 30 days more. Such is the poor service of Micromax. I now only demand a new handset from them and nothing else.

                  Its last four month they didn't return my phone at my visit for phn in micromax but every time they give excuses.
                  if they didn't return my phone within one week in proper condition, then i will complaint to consumer court.

                  I WAS HAVING AN ISSUE WITH SENSOR LIGHT ON HOME, MENU ETC.. THE ISSUE WAS THAT ONLY THE LIGHT WASN'T WORKING EVERYTHING ELSE WAS WORKING GOOD... I RECEIVE A CALL FROM MICROMAX ON 16TH DECEMBER 2014 STATING THAT MY HANDSET IS BEEN FIXED AND I CAN COLLECT IT FROM ABOVE MENTIONED ADDRESS .. WHEN I VISITED AND COLLECTED MY HANDSET I CHECKED ALL THE FUNCTION, AFTER FEW MINUTES I OBSERVED THAT MY EXTERNAL SPEAKER IS NOT AT ALL RESPONDING NO AUDIO ... I GOT FRUSTRATED WITH NEW ISSUE I EXPLAIN THEM THAT MY PHONE WAS FINE THE ONLY ISSUE WAS WITH SENSOR LIGHT THE JUST APOLOGIZED AND ASK ME RESUBMIT MY HANDSET I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED.. IT IS MY NEW CELL PHONE I HAVEN'T USE MY PHONE MORE THAN A MONTH .. THE SERVICE CENTER PEOPLE SAYS NOW YOU HAVE WAIT MORE 1 MONTH THIS IS SOMETHING NOT ACCEPTABLE MICROMAX PROVIDE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ... AND I BELIEVE ITS AND FAKE COMPANY BECAUSE ALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE NOT CONNECTED AT ALL... EITHER THEY ARE DISCONNECTED OR OUT OF SERVICE .. MY JOB SHEET NUMBER IS WO[protected] ... REALLY I HATE MICROMAX I WILL SUGGEST MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY DON'T GO FOR MICROMAX DEVICES AT ALL... FAKE COMPANY WITH POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS ...

                    I had micromax BOLT A67 phone getting out of order(some lines appear on mobile screan) therefore i submit my phone at micromax service center on 4/08/2014 then return my phone on 26 Aug the problem of line appearing is resolved but another problem starts my phones touch screen not works properly than i again submit my phone on 26 Aug 2014. after few days i go to the service center on 09 sep 2014 again my phones touch problem resolved but a new problem is genrated, that my phones internal memory not show and also my mobile phone not getting charged now i get my phone from service center but a new problem again generated that my phone speaker does not work it getting mute the engineers are beginner they resolved one problem and generated another one and when i ask for this they told me that my problem will be resolved soon and they will call me and not generated any job-sheet, i try to contact them they told me that the speaker is not available since 15 days my phone warranty will expire on 25 oct 2014, than what will i do? who is responsible for this? I really Repent to buy this mobile. I did not know what they will do with my phone.. they totally waste the time. Please take action so that they understand their job and provide at least not better but good service Please help me Regards Ashish

N[protected]-[protected] on 04/08/2014 for service at Service centre situated garh road vardhman plaza meerut for the given period 20 to 25 days but i didnt get my cell back till today 04/10/2014. It is noticed that in recent past your performance is very poor and not up to the Mark; that you are not reaching your targets and completing the work within the stipulated time and schedule. i am facing too much trouble cause of the companies unnecessary delay of delivery. i need my cell within 2 or 3 days otherwise i will take legal actions for my cell and i will post unfavourable posts about your company on social networking about the bad services and products. I buy a cell phone from udaipur company is maicromax and model no is A069 bolt. After some time my earphone is not work properly. Than i was going to care and reqvest to replace it.he is write my complaine and he say after 10day u come and we gave new earphne. Now 25day ago i m not got my ear phone and my cell is now in warrenty Dear sir plz solve the problem.

                              My canvas HD hand sets touchscreen cracked and given to the service centre at saphire plaza trivandrum kerala. My phone was at warranty period at the time of submitting. But they didn't agree and I paid 2000/- in advance for new touch pad. .they assured it will return within 14 days.now 2 months passed.they didn't repair the phone and not ready to give the money back. .do some needful..or these type of centres keep away people from micromax. ...sure..due tothe horrible services people already thinks about other options...

                                Name:-FAIYAZ MAKRANI MOB NO.:-[protected] I bought my mobile 13/7/14 micromax canvas engage A091 in 6500rupiess. after 15 day o[censored]sage phone had a complain of touch panel & touch not working well so i go to micromax care, fatehganj, vadodara, Gujarat for solve this problem but 2 months are goes & my phone not repaired or replaced by company when i call them for it they give me time period for a week or 15 day but still problem can not solve.Plz replaced my phone in 2 days or refund my money. micromax company fooled a people in service center, can not respond well to customers. job sheet num:-W[protected]

                                    Dear Micromax Team, This is to inform you about the Pathatic Service Support & Customer grivences attendence Mechanism driven by your End. My self Pradipkumar Chougule working in MNC as Production & Customer relation ship manager. I had purchase the Micromax Phone with great confidence in your brand on 6/6/2014. But if today if any one ask about the kind of Product quality & service Support of micromax, I would be not in position to recommend anybody in Corporate team about micromax product.Plaese find the series of event happen with the hand set. 1. Purchase of New hand set on 6/6/2014 fron Croma Electronic Meag store ( Invoice Number :- SLE00EC002257). 2. From 15/7/2014 handset Speaker is not working, I use headset to attend the Customer calll, I visited the Your service centre Vashi Telecom in Navi Mumbai. The service team tried to replace the speaker 3 time but couldn`t succeed. They deposite the same for more work & given back the piece with complete format condition ( You can get the related data from service Centre Team/system). 3.On 21/7/2014 Power Switch & Head phone was not working, So it was very dificault to keep the set in on condition due to non functioning of the Switch.This make a complete loss of communication & routine bussiness with Our valuable customer. 4. I visited the Service centre on 10/9/2014. Service team inspected the set & deposit the for repair ( Job Sheet Number :- W[protected]) phone is in lock condition & not responding. This above all history shows a manufacturing defects in set. This all leads to our loss of bussiness & Customer contact. Without any further delay START MY MONEY BACK PROCEDURE.This will avoid the further course of action & litigation from our end & also restore the confidence in MIcromax brand same as we had in the time of purchase. Expecting fast customer grievence resolution. 04/10/2014 -- UPDATE - STILL NO RESPONCE / REPLY FROM MICHROMAX, EVEN SERVICE CENTRE FAILED TO GIVE ANY UPDATES.
