It has been a real mistake to purchase a Micromax mobile.After 3 months o[censored]se my Micromax Canvas Juice A77 speaker got screwed with repeated hangs.I submitted to the service center near Haldiram Kings Crown Hotel.I received a sms regarding the job sheet number but lost the job sheet during transit. When I went to collect my mobile showing the SMS they asked for Voter Id Card.Next day when I went with Voter card they asked for a general diary from local PS. My question is how much value does this Job Sheet hold that we need to do a GD.Why Micromax dont keep any copy of the complaint when I am showing the SMS with Job sheet no. Which I received from their Customer care. Worst product worst customer service and unnecessary harassment. What will they do with the GD.Only harassment is their motto with faulty products and service. And if you really need a GD why didnt you tell it before hand that please come with a GD if you need to take back the phone incase you lose the Job Sheet. This company does not have a proper customer care service.Products are showy and faulty.

    Sir, I had purchased a Micromax Model Code SERMO0453 and its display touch screen not working within 1 month of purchase. I had approached the company's authorised service centre ' M/s Xplus communications ' of coimbatore and they booked a complaint : Job No. S[protected] Job sheet Date : 11.09.2014 IMIE No [protected] Customer Name PADMA 330 Contact No. [protected] . Though it was handedover to the service centre on 11.09.2014 (more than 25 days gone) no repair/replacement was carried out and they had informed that it can not be repaired and will be replaced by new one. Till date I had not recd yet. Kindly arrange to intervene and get it supplied at the earliest please since my son is urging for new purchase for which I could not afford it now.       Sub – Complaints against poor service provided by Kavaya enterprises service dealer. My name is Dinesh Saini. I bought Micromks canvas juice A77 mobile. Then a few days later, I have submitted my Micromax mobile to the service centre to fix. By exactly 25 days after I got my mobile. And then a few days later Worsens my mobile again. WIFI and Bluetooth also has started to not work, my mobile phone memory as well as the problem seemed to come. I have to fix my phone again gave in the service centre. So when submitted again to repair they said to me that your mobile will be fine within the 7 days. It has happened may be defects in materials, the problem came up again in mobile. But I did not get my phone back by right yet. I gave my mobile 04 August. But so far I did not return by mobile repair. And I got a call yesterday from the service centre and they told me your mobile will fix after 25 days. Is the Micromax service is so poor ? What it takes to fix two months? If you cannot give service on time, which is such a poor service ever, then stop Micromax. The people who are working in the service centre is quite shoddy work and . I want my mobile with ok condition as soon as possible. What a 3rd class service centre has been assigned by the Micromax. Poor and worst service as I have seen from your service centre only. Please revert me when will I get back my mobile in fine condition or if it is not possible, then provide the new mobile as soon as possible.           I am Kishan Moradiya from Ahmedabad. I purchased "Micromax Canvas Magnus A117" from eBay.com on 7th June 2014. After using for One and half Months the following issues occurred in my phone: 1. Touch screen stopped working, 2. Power key also stopped working properly, 3. Phone started to shutdown after connecting it with computer. In order to resolve the above mentioned issues on 26th August, 2014 I went to below mentioned Micromax service center located at Ahmedabad. DEV ENTERPRISE, SHOP NO 13, SUNRISE MALL, NR. SWAMINARAYAN TEMPLE, MANSI CROSS ROAD, VATRAPUR, AHMEDABAD. Note Id: W[protected] When I went there they told me to submit phone for 7 day to repair it. So I submitted my phone there. Today(7th Oct 2014) it is 41 day still I have not got my phone back. I have called them for more than 50 times and each time they are giving commitment of giving phone on next week. The reason they are giving for delay is that parts are pending. I have already wasted more than Rs.500 prepaid balance on calling them. I also went there every week after depositing my phone on the date as committed by your service centre but I always got a new commitment date. Last I visited there on 29 August, 2014 they didn't gave me proper reply and misbehaved with me. I have also filed a complaint regarding the same with Micromax Customer Care at [protected]. This is my humble request to help me to get my phone back repaired and in usable condition. If it is not possible then I want my money back or new replacement of my phone.               I purchased Micromax A290 mobile on 30th Aug 2014. And the issue of Touch button light occurred on 9th Sept2014. I had given my mobile to micromax service center (Vasai Road (W)) on 10th Sept 2014 and they sent mobile to factory. THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM EITHER SERVICE CENTER OR CUSTOMER CARE TILL NOW. Whenever I am calling to customer care they are giving me different different date.                             I had a complaint against Micromax regarding a service that I had purchase Micromax unite launch in the month of feb.2014 the local dealer M/S. Talk Time Mobile store, Vadodara. The complaint is that the instrument could not talk even if not charge so I can not use. The local dealer had suggested authorised service centere namely M/S. D.S.Mobile Jobsheet Date 22/09/2014 wide No.W[protected]* service centere had promise that within 15days we will solved your problem and send it back but today i am not satisfide and my mobile still in the company authorised service station. my complain is either compeny can give me new mobile. In twenty days without mobile I had lost my valuable bussiness as well as Rupees and mentally haresment If within 2days company will not get noticed I will filed the case against the company worth Rs. 250000 acordingly.                               Hi, I have submitted my mobile A110Q M_IMEI : [protected] in service center in Vimannagar, Pune the month of July 2014(28th Jul). I have not received my phone till now from the service center. The service center owner told me that the Phone is not taking charge on 29th September and it will be resolved in 1 day. The service center is not giving me any straight answer on my phone calls since then. Does it take 4 months to repair a phone???!!! My job sheet number[protected] and w[protected]. Please send my phone repaired to me ASAP.

If the set is like this currently then what will happen after warranty will expire. I cannot buy a new phone every year or repair it every now and then.                                     Dear Sir, My canvas Juice A77 hand sets Touch is not working and given to the service centre at M/S Hans Service, SCO -101, First Floor, Main Market Sector-16 Faridabad. My phone was at warranty period at the time of submitting.. .they assured it will return within 7 days.now 30 days passed.they didn't repair the phone and again give me 15 days time line and also said that Touch is not working .do some needful..or these type of centres keep away people from micromax. ...sure..due to the horrible services people already thinks about other options..."on the Phone they people also says this is Micromax so long times Require to . Service centre persons say the item will come from company item is not available at present . I have already complaint the case under no=MMX[protected].But no action has been taken till always reply item is not available . Please sir ask me what to do it too late to submitted the instrument in your service .

                                      Hi, I bought a Micromax Canvas Knight A350 on July 9th.. It was working well for the next 2 months and suddenly it showed an issue of keeps on restarting... First I took the phone to Nidus [protected]@ Pullepady Junction, Chittor Road Cochin.. They told they are not accepting mobile phone with warranty there... Next day, on September 4th I submitted my phone @ M/S EXCLUSIVE CARE USNAZ TOWER MG ROAD OPP. MEDICALTRUST HOSPITAL COCHIN[protected]. Contact Number - [protected].. Got the job sheet no. - S[protected]... I did not heard back anything from there for some days... They told they will tell what the issue is within two days... But they did not call me... When I tried calling them, they keep their phone as either busy or switched off.. After trying for at least 20 times a day, one day I got connected, then they told that their systems are not up so they cant say what is the status of my phone...They told they will call back after some time and didn't get any response...Again I kept on trying and they never took the phone... After 2 weeks on September 21st, I got a call from them saying my phone came back, but showing network issues and they are sending it back and next time, you may get a replacement next time( about which they are also not seem sure)...                                         I am Rajib(Jagdamba) from Haridwar i purchased a tablet(P4i10) on 4th apr 2014 but after purchase this tablet i could not use this tablet properly between 5th month i submitted four time in service center but they could not solve the problem properly .
