Hi, Here, I am subodh from Ranchi & using Micromax mobile but unfortunately with in one month getting some issue in their touch Pad. Finally I submitted my mobile to their local service centre at Roshpa tower Ranchi main road service centre. After so many visit to their centre always I getting timeline. But no body give proper justification why it takes so many time to resolve same issues. Pls. Intervene to rectify same. Thanks, Subodh.

    SIR, I have purchased new MICROMAX A94 MAD phone but after some time he was not worked properly and was creating much more problem with heating problem then I submitted my phone after ten days purchasing but sir your executive is not behave like a good attitude and I'm so harassed.Plz sir let it D.E.O. to my phone and get back as soon as.       I have been bought Micromax unite 2 (Model A106) on 7/7/2014 @ Sangeetha Mobiles Chennai. While using the Phone, voice call can't hear due to MIC is not working. On 11/9/2014 I have been submitted the handset to Mobile ocean care(MMX authorised service [protected]@ velacherry chennai) to resolve this problem. Mobile ocean care has commited to repair the handset with in 10 days or two weeks. Yet the phone has not been repaired (pending due to receiving spare from MMX factory). I am frustrated on MMX customer care crews & feeling that I have been made mistake of buy MICROMAX product.

          Dear Micromax, I am writing this mail with so much of pain and injustice done to me and the poor service I received from your Micromax Service center. On 12th Sep 2014, for my sister son birthday, I brought Micromax Unit A106 at reliance retail store. Within two days the mobile speaker was not working, so I took it to the shop where I brought the mobile. They said to give it to Micromax authorized service center. On 16th evening I took the mobile to Micromax authorized service center address as follow: M/S MOBI TECH DOOR NO. 29, 1st FLOOR GST ROAD KADAPERI TAMBARAM CHENNAI[protected] Mobile No. : [protected] Phone No. : 044 – 22412224 My token number was 103, and it was late, so they took my compliant. My compliant was speaker was not working and battery was getting very heat. So they took mobile and battery and wrote in a small paper and gave me. From 16th Sep tell yesterday they dint even gave any response, they dint even register compliant my mobile, after one week I called them and asked, so after that they register and gave me a compliant number. But when every I call, new new person will pick up the call and will tell some reason or excuse. Two girls and a boy named Stella, geetha and karthik they dint even give a proper feedback; will tell parts have not received so I am sorry. So I got so angry and said to return my mobile back, and they have given me somebody else mobile which is very old with lot of damage on the front display and its IMEI is different. My Mobile IMEI is [protected] and battery number is 483447. They gave me : [protected] and battery number is 004867. I don’t know like me how many Customers are suffering this kind of issue. I brought this mobile with so much of research and good feedback, but I am really so with this kind of people working who are really bringing bad name to the company. Please tell me how to process from here, I want my mobile back. I hope at least you will not disappointment me, because I brought that mobile for my sister son for his birthday, and not even two days he used it. Please kindly help me in resolving the problem.             I have bought a Micromax P410i Tab in the month of June 2014. Within 4 months i went to the servicing centre for more than 5 time regarding a same problem. On 3rd of September 2014 i submit the tab in the micromax care for same problem. But till date i have not received my tab. when i was calling to the care, the executives are giving time after time.

                I bought this handset on 22/09/2014 model A37B but in this handset Hindi fonts are not showing in proper sequence it shows first word and then it repeats first word again and again, went to service centre and they reinstalled software but it didn't resolved issue. Even service centre guys are not aware of the problem if this is manufacturing defect kindly refund my money or resolve the matter also inbuilt memory is also very low.                   Respected Sir, I submitted my Micromax canvas 2 (A110) to Micromax service centre of allahabad named 'radio centre' on 15 Jan 2014 for repairing and that time it was under warranty period. But till now they are not repaired my phone, when i call him or visit to a service centre they give me new date and time to give my phone but they not give my handset. Its have been 9 months. His concern is unprofessional. My Job sheet number is : N[protected]. Plese help me regarding this matter.

                      Hello, My Job Sheet number "N[protected]". My hand set have a very small issue only touch problem and as per my knowldege to replace a touch pad will take max to max 3-4 hour. It's around 11 days but ther is no update from your team. I face same issue 2 times in last 2 months. My humble request to you guys please take care of this ticket and resolved ... Since last 20 days i am getting same message from your team " we have escalated your case to the concerned team on priority basis". What is exactly mean this only for my satisfaction or your are doing some thing extra effort. I want exact date on which i will got my handset in working condition. now 2 months has been pass... it's enough. If you guy's need any clarification then please call me on [protected].

                          Dear Sir, Myself Jayant Kirange had purchased Micromax A106 Unite 2 Mobile on:-20/07/2014 from Autotek Tele System Panvel. IMEI No: - [protected]/[protected]. After 1 ½ months I observed that the On/Off Key is giving problem. So I had submitted this mobile in Micromax Service Center in Panvel on 13/09/2014. The Docket no. is W[protected]. When contacted (19/09/2014, 23/09/2014, 01/10/2014) in Micromax Service Centre Panvel the executive are saying that the part to be replaced is not available in stock & will take 15-20 days more. I had also mailed at [protected]@micromaxinfo.com on 23/09/2014 regarding the same. On 25/09/2014 i received a reply to my mail that We will update you with the status shortly kindly cooperate. After that till date no reply form their (MICROMAX) side. At last On 04/10/2014 i had taken my mobile back form Service center (Panvel) with the same condition in which i had submitted to them earIier. as i can’t wait for such long without mobile. Now i am not in a mood to get it Serviced or Repaired. I want my money back. Urgent Involvement in this matter is required. Waiting for your Quick Response. Rgds, Jayant KIrange [protected]

                          Dear Sir,
                          I had lodge a complaint yesterday regarding my Micro max Mobile A 106 Unite2 . After lodging the complaint within 10-15 minutes I received a call from your Executive saying that sir your Mobile Handset will be REPLACED provided that you will have to pay a minimum amount of Rs50 as courier charges and you will receive a New Handset of Same Model. So I requested that executive that you drop me a mail saying that (You will have to Pay courier charges first then & then Only Mobile Handset will be changed) which he refused to do so and cut the call.
                          And now when contacting the same number no one is responding.

                            Respected Sir, I have submitted my Tablet P580 at Tech Solution, Shivajinagar, Pune on 21st July 2014 due to speaker problem in warranty period and till today not received it’s same replacement or equivalent replacement. My Jobsheet no. is w[protected]. I have contacted so many times regarding my tablet at Service Centre and Customer Care via Emails and Telephone but not got any positive reply from Micromax. Whenever I call to Service Centre they speak and behave very rudely. Already Two and half month have gone. My work is badly hampered and facing lot of problems due to unavailability of Tablet. Before One and half month I got call from Tech Solution and Instead of P580 tablet Service Centre was trying to give me Micromax A-102 (Doodle 3) cell phone which is half price of my tablet and its specifications are very less than my tablet. I have not accepted that Cell Phone. After that I have contacted so many times with Micromax customer care and service centre via emails and telephone but not received any positive response from your side. Before one month Again I got message from Tech Solution that “Please come your tablet is ready”. According to Service center's message I went to service centre but they were showing different tablets to me. When I asked them about my tablet they said that we don't your tablet and they were started fighting with me in front of so many people. All the staffs were laughing on me. It was so embarrassing for me. I said if you don’t have my tablet then why you messaged me then they said “We will not give your tablet do whatever you want to do”. Then they said we give your travelling expenses. After some time he said you search Tablet in the market we will send my person to there. But it’s not my job to search tablet in the market. If Micromax don’t have P580 tablet then they can give me equivalent model which has 3G, Quad Core Processor, 1GB RAM, 8GB Internal Memory, Jelly Bean 4.2, 5 and 2 Mega Pixel Camera, Large Screen. I am ready to accept it. I am very frustrated due to bad behaviour and harassment of Micromax Service Centre’s and customer care’s people. I am a servant and the price of my tablet is very big for me. Now I have only one way that to do something wrong with myself in Service Centre, then only Micromax Service Center will take this issue seriously. Abhay Katkar [protected]

                              My complaint Number is [protected].My smart phone was facing problem with sensor and power key which has not been resolved till date ie from 06/09/2014 to till date . I am facing great problem due to your poor service and height of negliency in customer service and support. Besides this your customer care center responses are very poor they neihter picks ups the call and never gave a convincing reply . I have submitted my smartphone with hans services faridabad sec 17 and after over one month of delay still my headset in not been repaired... Kindly look into the matter and provide me a new headset or repair it as soon as possible..

                                Following mail i sent to Micromax Care but not have any reply. Dear Sir/Madam, I have submitted my Mobile hand set bearing IMEI no. [protected]/[protected] for repairing on 8th July 2014, at your authorised service centre M/S D.R. Telecom having its office at shop no. 5/6/7, ground floor, radheshyam complex, Duttapada road, off S.V. road (West), Mumbai - 400092. Tel[protected]/ Mobile - [protected]. Job sheet is attached for your easy reference. Toady is 24th September 2014 which means it is almost 80 days and still i have not received my mobile. During these 80 days I visited your service centre several times but not got any satisfactory reply. I also called up on your Customer Care number [protected] and registered my complain vide Complain number [protected], today they told me to put a mail regarding the same. I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful. Please escalate the process and sort these matter at your earliest.                                 Dear Sir,

                                Today I got a call from [protected] at 18.39 saying he is calling from Micromax company/service Centre delhi.
                                He asked me to provide a NOC letter by Paying Rs. 100/-, and for this he transfered line to his technical department.

                                The new person from technical department told me if I provide this NOC letter than they will give me my repaired phone or replacement with in 3 to 5 days.

                                when I asked them why are you calling me after 90 days than he told me he got some mail or Notice from Consumer forum.

                                He also told me I will get my phone only after doing this NOC letter. He also told me that he will send me some website address or link to apply for NOC letter.

                                I very confused as why should I give him NOC before receiving my Hand Set.

                                Please advice what to do ???

                                  Dear All, I had purchased new handset in Jan 2014 from flipkart.Due to operating issue, my handset was replaced within 15 days. In September 2014, Touch pad of handset was not working. When I submitted my handset to service center. After one month Service center told me "we are sending your mobile to factory for replacement as the part is n& it will take 20 days more". Mr.vikash Pande (employee of micromax) don't even attend the phone calls of the customer. Last two weeks Micromax toll free number [protected] not working. The product and service is pathetic. Hope so you will look into this matter. 1) As MICROMAX mobile is well known Indian brand & its usage rapidly increased in the market. Based on that, being Indian I have purchased two similar handsets A114-NA (Bill scan copy attached for your confirmation.) 2) After one month form date of purchase one handset with IMEI number: [protected]/[protected] starts giving problems: 2.a) Frequently Restarts mobile automatically. 2.b) After full charging also mobile RED light glows & switch off. 2.c) After pressing power button mobile is not restart until battery removed and reinstalled 3) For above problems two times your authorized servicing center tried at their level. Outcome of which is not satisfactory and additional problem starts. 3.a) Operating speed drastically dropped. 3.b) In working condition mobile stop network capturing. 3.c) restarts mobile automatically 4) Again your authorized service center Pimpri chinchwad, Pune suggested submits the handset there may be possibility of motherboard short-circuit. We will forward it to company for replacement. 5) After 27 days I have received the handset, after continuous visit and follow up with service center. But the problem not resolved from your end. Still I have used same faulty handset for 15 days to confirm the problem frequency. 6) With same problem I have submitted the handset second time to Satara service center for solution. They have cooperated and attempt by formatting reinstalling all software etc. at their end. Finally Satara service station person recommended sending the handset to the company. 7) According to instructions given by your person I have submitted handset for repair. 8) After 20 days I have received handset without solving the problem. Discussion with your authorized person from satara, the problem of handset confirms and solution to this type of problem is not possible to rectify from my office. 9) Third time he recommend, we will send this to company for repair. Now the Handset already submitted dated 29/09/2014 and I am not satisfied with your service. Considering above history the sold piece is faulty and I am not ready to accept this faulty piece. Kindly refund my payment. Above all facts already register with your telephonic feedback nominee. There is no response from your end. To avoid Legal complications please I request you to give me my amount refund against deposited Handset at your end. Sorry for giving you frequent service trouble. Hope so you will improve your service and confirm before dispatch handset working properly. Thanking you Yours faithfully

                                      I buy this mobile on date 02/08/14 model no UNIT2 A106
                                      but ( on date 22/08/14) i handover to service centre because set was hanging and wifi is not working. I am sorry to say the service was very very bad because there are still not rectifaid my set and last two month i am waiting for set.

                                        Bill Date : 21.09.2014 Mobile hang every 2 to 3 hour. In massanger & whats app its keypad not work & hang phone totally. Touch problem every 5 to 6 hour. automatically stop keypad function surprisely. request you to do needful. i was alteady gone to Shop( 3rd October) for piece to piece change but they told to give in Customer care. ( i m not going to Customer care because it will takes time 7 to 8 days which not acceptable to me.) i want to change my mobile totally.(Piece to Piece)
