I have purchased micromax A114 mobile on 7 july 2014. After purchased i found the network problems in my phone. I have deposited my phone to micromax service centre, M/S technique services, chandni chowk, kolkata on 17 july 14 vide their job no. E[protected] and they assured me to collect after repair in just 2 to 10 days. But the phone did not get repaired in 30 days. I have logged my complaint to their customer care main branch(delhi) vide MMX[protected] on date 26 august. The customer care executive says that the phone is to be delivered within 20 days. on enquiring after 20 days they said it is to be delivered in next 20 days i.e. 40 days after the complaints logged with the main branch. sir, very poor response of customer care executives and their staffs as till date my phone not get repaired.

    Sir, I have ordered Micromax A-94 smsrt phone having SIRIAL NUMBER-J42V3MC26ES55617
    from Snapdeal as give below : but unfortunately i have face contineous problem regarding NETWORK SIGNAL from starting of the phone. Most of time the NETWORK NOT DETECTED WHERE AS TRIED BY DIFFERENT SIM AS WELL AS NEAR TOWER/SIGNAL STRENGTH AREA.
    I ludge a complain near Snapdeal TO CHANGE THE PHONE but they ask me to consult with your MICROMAX CUSTOMER CARE. I REQUEST YOUR GOOD OFFICE TO KINDLY RETURN MY PHONE as soon as possible.

        Dear Sir, I have purchased Micromax mobile from Digital Lounge Hora Complex Main Road Jharsuguda-768201. Micromax mobile Model No;A76, IMEI NO;[protected], [protected] invoce no;1989 dt 2.11.13 I was schoked with the misbehavour of your dealer my phone had an problem of hanging Ihad given for repair he returned me after a month, but the same problem occourced once again in addition with it the touch pad was also not working .he did not respond to our complaint and kept the phone for 3, 5 months. when inquired about the phone he replied that he has send to Bhubneswar for repair after asking many times he argued and ask me to go for consumer fourm complain.but as an loyal customer of micromax I want to share my experince before going to the court.               This is in reference to phone set of Micromax thru Flipart on 02/05/2014 and after one month, phone got out of order and sent to service center at Roorkee, which is under repair since 04/07/2014.                 Dear Sir, This is to bring to your notice that I had purchased a “Micromax Unite 2 – A106” mobile phone from a retail outlet BITTOO COMMUNICATION in “Shakurpur Colony Delhi-34”. This was purchased against bill no. 838 dated 09-Jun-2014. I have been a user of various models of Micromax mobiles for a long period of time and I had purchased the phone with a lot of expectation, setting aside multiple options available in the market including those from reputed brands. However this purchase was just the beginning of a sad story for me. The mobile handset started giving problem from within a two month of purchase. The phone does not detect a SIM CARD. However I thought this was a major problem and took the handset to the “Patel Nagar” service station, where the phone was kept for ~2 weeks and after that it was returned to me another phone instead of my phone. After I got another phone it again stopped working with the other problem. And so they did with me twice. My mobile deposited in service since 05/08/2014 and still stored in service center. However they have been of no help. One of the executives went to the extent of saying that since he is not the one responsible for either repairing the phone on behalf of Micromax; He was in no way responsible for whatever was happening with me. He further said that I should wait patiently. I hereby wish to know is there any TAT for resolution of queries and what is the correct mode of escalation of customer service issues. I would like to take all the pain to ensure that in future customers are not bothered so much. Regards, Raman [protected]

                  Hi.. This is Suresh from Chennai, Last July month 2014 I got P250 tab in “Poorvika mobiles” chrompet. After 1 month Touch is gone and I gave this to Micromax Service center which is in G.N chetty road T. nagar Chennai on August 30th 2014, They promised to say that within 7 days will return back to you after that I did not get any calls from service center but now I called them they said your tab Board also not working hence we have sent this to head office for replacement approval. If you want you can contact head office directly they said. I have asked when should I get my tab they said we don’t know any info about this you contact head office or Customer care no. This irresponsible response which I got from Customer service center. Please someone looks into this and resolve this issue asap. Note: I got this tab on July month within one month it’s not working till now I din’t get my tab. This customer service center response is very very worst. Kindly acknowledge once you got this email.

                    I own Micromax A177 buying date 24/06/2014 .The phone speaker is not working well.For this I went to care they are asking me to keepy phone overthere for 15 days.When I asked them for address of micromax care in Delhi than a girl from staff replied that telling the address of other micromax care is not their job I mean to say that then who will tell me micromax care.The staff in Kaithal branch should taught how to behave with customers

                    They still require 1 month...even though i had tried in different service centers like in faridabad I want to ask a question that micromax had stopped manufacturing this phone or what is the problem with them that they require `1 month &amp; saying that it might take long.This seems that I had made a mistake by buying micromax phone...

                    Plz plz tell the address of service center in New Delhi or nearby that can repair my phone Fast...I will go there

                      Respected Sir/Madam, This is regarding my complaint against Micromax Mobiles.I had purchased micromax A177 mobile.In first week battery got damaged and after one month of bad service they have replaced battery. again after one week phone stopped working.Again I have submitted my mobile to Ahmednagaer service center on 14th August 2014.Still today they have not retured.The facebook profiile on micromax asking to write a mail to micromaxmobile.[protected]@gmail.comMicromax customer care saying that there is no such mail id.No one is replying to mail not even [protected]@micromaxinfo.com My jobsheet number is W[protected]I am tired of posting this on facebook.                         I had brought my Micromax Canvas A210 model in nov 2013 (which is under warranty till now), just before couple of weeks i were too satisfied with my mobile that i didn't faced any functional or hardware problems at all.But when its glass was broken i went to certified Micromax Service center located in Dadar West.After paying 6400Rs for new body and glass, these people have made so many functional issues in my perfectly working handset.Just by updating touch panel version.Currently i am facing below problems in my handset: 1.When charger is plugged for charging touch is not working at all 2.lock-unlock button is working sometimes, or have to press twice or thrice. 3.Bottom (Home, left, right) button bar is not getting visible even when handset is unlocked. 4.Gallery issue : when i am clicking any particular picture to view from thumbnail, it is navigating me to some another picture or navigating to some another different page. 5.So many dust particles are there below screen Please help me to get rid of these issues. Thanks in advance!

When I had tried to connect to the Internet it always says connection failed. I had checked all the connection settings. Tried to connect to Micromax Support but there is no response from there.                             SERVICE &amp; MAINTAINCE Dear Sir, I Mr. Pankaj Updhyay given my mobile for servicing and changing the screen touch of my mobile (the problem was the mobile phone Bluetooth and WiFi was not running) so i given this mobile on 19.08.2014 for servicing to Micro max Service center i.e M/s V Care Telecom Services, Acknowledgment no: W[protected] while giving the Acknowledgment no they told me the mobile servicing will done within 15 days i.e 14.09.2014 as per their commitment, so i visited the center on 14.09.14 they told that the spares parts are not available, so again i visited the center after a week again i got the same reply that they still unable to resolve problem due to the unavailability of the spare parts. so again next week i visited the center i got the same reply so i email to superfonevcare.[protected]@gmail.com &amp; [protected]@micromaxinfo.com the issue they reply me, We are really apologize for the Inconvenience caused to you due to delay in services.As you had submitted the handset and for the same, we have raised the complaint and forwarded it to our escalation team.We will do the needful as soon as possible and provide you the best solutions shortly.Your complaint number is MMX[protected]. this activity was done thrice but i got the same reply that they are trying to solve this problem and toll customer care [protected] which couldn't connected due to network issue from their side, and when i used to call the service center (M/S V Care Telecom services) they used to hang up my call and sometimes they would never answer my call. I requestyou to kindly help me for the issue this is very frustrating for a working common man, I have to take leaves from my office to visit the v care center, Kindly take some action for this unprofessional peoples. and government asking to buy Indian electrical products as Indian products this why common people hesitate to buy Indian electronic products due to inappropriate services.

                                THE TOUCH SCREEN IS NOT AT ALL WORKING..                                 touch is not working in my mobile canvas 108 from 1 month
                                Sorry to say that there is no reply to my complaint from your side. Ten days back i had lodged complaint regarding touch screen. this is second time i have given my handset for repairing/changing touch screen. in fact i wanted new piece of mobile which is giving right from beginning. Now i have already submitted this mobile to your service agent m/s sai mobile shop, Dadar Mumbai and my jobsheet no is w[protected]. Even after ten days there is no response from your end . Agency informed me that handset is sent to head office for repair. Please let me know the status and if possible please replace this handset altogether instaed of repairing or changing touch screen as its battery is also giving trouble.

                                please reply even if negative as your office doesnt pick up telephones.

                                  My micromax touch panel was not working & i gave it a month back to micromax authorised service centre they told will receive the phone within 20 days but now its more than 45 days they are saying parts are not avialable.Problem was with touch .Its hardly six months i bought the phone.My job sheet no:W[protected].Respond immediately.

                                    Hello, I purchased a Micromax Magnus A117 on 6th May, 2014. It has been just 4 months since the purchase but the device is giving me so many problems. Initially, the touch screen stopped working at multiple occasions. A month back, the touch screen totally stopped working. I submitted the device at Dev Enterpirse in Ahmedabad on 7th August. I was told i will get back the device within 7 days but they took almost a month and I was able to collect th device on 8th September. Even after the repair, the device doesn't work and now there is no signal in the mobile. I gave the device for repair again at the service center and now they suggest that the mother board has some issues and needs to be repaired and this would take another 15 days. I submitted the device again on 13/09/2014 and was told that i would get the device within a week. After multiple visits today, 29/09/2014 I have been told that it will take another 12 days for the device to be returned, so necessarily i used the phone for 2 months and now it has been lying in the service centre for past 3 months. Is this the kind of service to be expected out of Micromax? I am really pissed off with the device and the kind of service at the service center. Isnt the device tested before sending it back to the customer? I tried calling the Service centre ( Dev Enterprise) multiple times so as to confirm if my device was back but they never picked up the call and I had to make visits every 3-4 days to confirm if my device was repaired and every time the same reply that the parts have not arrived. I dont think this is the way to treat a customer who purchased a device worth 13, 500 INR where i could have easily gone for MOTO G or any other android device of a reputed brand but i put my faith in Micromax and sadly, I think this was my first and last purchase of a Micromax device. I would really appreciated if you look into this issue and do the needful. The device is currently under repair and the Job sheet is dated 13/09/2014 with number W[protected] and Model Code SERMOB0339.                                       My phone a114 volume key was not working properly, so i went to the service center at manimajra / chandigarh. Service incharge mr. Arvind vashisht ([protected], [protected] micromax check point, 824, above indian bank, nac manimajra, chandigarh) . There they get my sim card and memory card out and place the phone with them in the service room.
                                      Then i dont know what they have done. I request them not to update the software, i[censored] will then please give me my phone back once to generate the back up, when i receive my phone back then i found that my phone's touch screen main three buttons were not in working and i was unable to use the phone.
                                      Even i was not able to generate back up.
                                      And in response to this the service team tell me its not our guarantee that if in any kind of repairing anything damaged or stops working etc.
                                      After then they tell that they will change my phone's touch screen because my phone is in warranty. But i was not able to take the back up, so i took my phone back and returned home back.
                                      Now tell me what to do with the phone and with the thousands of contacts.
                                      Their team is not taking the responsibility to save the data even.

                                        Sir, with respect i want to inform you that i bought Canvas 4 mobile phone in Feb 2014 from Saharanpur. I have some sound problem in its loudspeaker. i went to a Service Center in Saharanpur to repair my mobile. Where they told me that they are not able to repair my mobile. Today i recievd a message in my mobile "DEAR CUSTOMER, YOUR DEVICE DEPOSITED WITH US UNDER JOBSHEET NO. N[protected] HAS BEEN REPAIRED. PLEASE COLLECT IT FROM THE SERVICE CENTRE. REGARDS MICROMAX SERVICE". Where as i dont submitted my phone then how can they create a job sheet. So, Please register my complaint and take required action as soon as possible. Thanks
