I have a micromax canvas 4 (A210) under warranty and it has been suffering with these problems: 4908 display bad pixel and 4911 display touch screen not working. Job sheet no. E[protected].. It has been one week since I have given my phone for repairing and the spare parts have not been dispatched by the company as per the service center of Bhilai (Chhattisgarh).And they promised me to repair it within 1 week.Now they are saying another 6-10 days..Plz look onto my complaint.and i[censored] may please enlighten me with your 7 days repair or replace policy about Canvas 4(A210).

    Hi, I have bought an micro max A114 via flip kart on 5/03/14, after four months it started getting switched off often automatically and also when put it on charging it was getting switched off . I went to micro max service center they said its software problem and they re-imaged the phone twice and gave back to check whether it resolves the problem. But it didn't after some days i experienced the same problem . I went to service center again and explained am still seeing the issue, they said have to send it to head office and it will take minimum twenty days. I said okay they took the mobile on 13/8/14 . After twenty days when i called and enquired they said your phone can't be repaired so am going to get new handset for that it will take 10 more days . But at last i got the call after 41 days you can come and collect your mobile. When i went and collected the mobile, it is not new one. I have been provide with old one which is damaged on the sides . How come the company can swap my new mobile which is not even six months old with old one without intimating the owner. Either i want my hand set repaired and give it to me or want a new handset or my money back. Thanks, Kalai

      Dear Sir/Madam I am a much repeated customer of M/S Micromax and Therefore I have bought three to four handsets of Micromax for me as well as for my family. I also recommend the Micromax to my friends. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> Then on dated 23.11.2013 with a lot of joy, I have decided and bought the extremely well performed and technically sound mobile of Micromax that is Micromax Canvas A110Q. The phone was working extremely well, but few months earlier there comes a Power issue in my mobile. As my mobile was still in warranty, therefore I have decided to send my mobile to a Micromax Service Centre for its repair. Then I have submitted my mobile to the Micromax Service Centre (M/S Meghana Infotech. Shop No. 301-302Express Road, The Mall, Kanpur, 208001. Tel:[protected], Mo No: [protected]. Email id: [protected]@mmxcheckpoint.com) on dated 06.08.2014. They reverted to me to come in 15 days and collect your Phone from us. As was decided, I went there after 15 days and they told me to come after 2 days and collect your mobile from us. But this ridiculous activity was repeated by the Service center almost 10 times. After this, they finally tell me to come on 6.10.2014 which is two months for the service. This is a very nullify behavior from the Micromax Service Centre. I am unable to understand why your Service People can not give my mobile in one month of service. I am still unable to understand why the Service people are taking more than one month to prepare the defected mobile and I bet while manufacturing a new mobile it cannot take more than a week. The response from the Micromax Service Center was very irritating and below average, it makes the purchaser of Micromax to be repelled off from your brand. Therefore as a very repeated and satisfactory customer once I demand to ask few things on the base that while taking the service time of two months: I want my Warranty to be extended by two months. OR I want to replace my Old Micromax Canvas Mobile with the new one. OR You can give me back the amount of money that is used to purchase the Micromax Canvas Mobile. Now I am feeling very disappointed by the service of Micromax and with the loosing heart I am telling to Micromax that once I was a very repeated customer and now I am loosing hope in Micromax. Therefore, it is my humble request to you to please take a necessary action regarding my issue and resolve it as soon as possible so that the customer and Micromax trust should not break.         I want to explain my experience with micromax. I have phone of m max. I have to repair it, i went to sector 41 D Chandigarh service centre for repair. The service centre was closed perhaps that was a holiday. I noted down the working hours as 10:00 Am to.6:30 Pm. I reached today 6:01 Pm, the employee there said work is stopped, he refused to listen me. Even i explained i came from 15 Miles away. After all i talked to customer care employee Mr. Lalit, i elucidate my problem to him, after five minutes he was ready to talk with service centre employee. In end of the conversion he refused to co operate with me. So this is the tardy approach of a employee of big name company MICROMAX.

Odisha.752001. we have given mobile for service which were having defect to resolve however the service center returned the mobile without resolving and we found they have replaced all duplicate parts. when we gave the same mobile in service center at Mumbai they said all parts has been replaced. Kindly look into the issue to recover all the losses.

              I am using Micromax canvas magnus A117 since April 2014. After one month period my handset touch screen is not working.I gave it to service center, and they took 3 weeks to repair for it. Touch screen replaced with a new one. Since last September 13, 2014 it was worked good. After that same problem is repeated once again. I gave it to the same service on September 13. They told 10 to 15 days to repair he handset.Still they did not repaired my mobile.I don't have a spare mobile also. I need repalcement or refund my money.

                my name is navjot kaur. i buy micromax canvas a117 phone from hoshiarpur punjab on 22 april 2014. after 2 months its headphones does not work. and then there is problem in phone . its touch did not work and apps open close without any command. i give my phone to micromax service center hoshiarpur for repair on16 august 2014 . now But its really pathetic that even after 40 days they are not having any status on it. This is very sad to see the service response after spending Rs.14000 and having the phone laid at service center. I would request you to please look in the matter and help me out so that I can become a satisfied customer of Micromax. Service center people said that Its Touch screen needs to be changed but the screen is not available. Here I would like to know that does it really takes 40+ days for a phone to be repaired or any spare to be delivered to service center in Micromax…???? i call toll free no[protected] two times . every time they tell us they repair it within a week but when after a week we call service center they said they do not get required spare part yet. do you think we r fool. now this is too much. its like a mental torqure for me. so plzzzzzzz help me. In 26.08.14 I by a micromax 098 handset.when I go home and charge it then it charge for 10 seconds & then it dsplayed battery over temperature and also in not chaged. Then i go to the retailor, he advice for service centre. In 06.09.14 I submit it in barddhaman service centre but they not give me the handset till now. It is very bad that I con not use the handset for a minimum one hours.

                  I bought a Micromax doodle 2 A240 on 23th Jan 2014. On august 13th my phone switched off I gave it for repairs but I still haven&#039;t got my phone its been more then 2 months. I called the service center they are saying that they have to wait for the head office response. I called the head office they tell me I have to wait more 15 days. I cant take this any more if I don&#039;t get my phone by next week I will have to take this issue further (legally). So please look into the matter and get it resolved.

                  Have one Micromax A105 Grey phone. Unfortunately it was facing display problem within 6 months after buying. Have go to local micromax service centre and they take this phone for reparing on June 03 and they have ensured me to repair the same within 10 days as there is parts problem and they have ordered for new parts.

                        Dear Micromax service center patna /Company Members, I submitted my Micromax Mobile model no- Micromax Bolt A62 in Micromax patna service center on dated 05/08/2014 because my mobile is dead. I visted many times to patna service center but every times service center employ said to me that your mobile is sent to company for repairing, till a time it has not come from company. So, Today i was also talk with patna servies center but no boday provided me any types of information just like toll free no, service center manager no. .I want to know that how many days you take to repair my mobile and please provide me my mobile status and till dates no body provided me any reply...

                            Sir I purchased Micromax Canvass Doodle 3 (A102) few days back ( less than A month). Since inception it has one problem that when i close the Flap cover, after some time screen should go OFF ( for the protection of Screen), and when i open the cover again screen should come to normal. However this is not happening. I contacted customer care and they told me to go for Factory reset. After doing Factory reset, i lost all my files .but it works only for 3 to 4 hrs. However it was observed that after ReBooting it works for another 3 to 4 Hrs. On 23rd Sep 2014 I went to Service Center at Udit Nagar, Rourkela, Orissa and they upgraded my software, still problem remains the same. I again went to Service Center on 24 th Sep 2014, I was informed to keep the mobile for a month to get it repaired, that i can't effort. I will purchase a Branded MICROMAX Mobile, it will not work properly since starting and again i will have to keep it at Service Center for a month. Is it a punishment for purchasing a MICROMAX Mobile. After lot of arguments they have done something, with problem remaing the same.                             I am kishore and I bought A 76 on 27-3-14. after few months i got touch problem.I gave this to service point &amp; they got it replaced.They took nearly 2 months to replace. It.again I got board complaint I got the piece replaced. This took again 2 months. again the piece is not working properly.Touch doesn&#039;t respond. gets switchoff when I am speaking to some one.please resolve this problem as early as possible. service personnel don&#039;t respond properly.                             I had purchased a smart phone Model No &quot;A-290 Knite Cameo&quot; @ Rs 11800/- on 27th August 2014. In Feb 2015 There was a charging problem in my phone, I went to service center they took it and after repairing they given me back in 20 days. April 2015 same problem was there again submitted &amp; given me back in 20 days. once again in June 15, same problem in my mobile phone, and I submitted in Sec 16, Faridabad service center. again they have given me time to deliver in 20-25 days. I don&#039;t understand that service center technicians are not able to repair my phone or all this model no phones has the same problem. But my experience with this mobile is very bad.

                            Sir/madam, I am fed up from the mobile and the services of the company, every time my mobile data lost and I suffer without mobile for 20-30 days. In coming months the warranty of the phone will finished. I am very much up set after purchasing this mobile phone.                               I had got a Micromax Bolt A089 handset with software related issues from Snapdeal. It seems they cant give replacement beyond 7 days. They diverted me to Micromax service center which is the worst place which i have ever seen. I got this mobile before 1 & half months & last 1 month the mobile is in Micromax service center, Salem Tamilnadu. They are not at all giving proper response. They said i will get back my mobile in a week or 10 days. Its still with them & if i ask Micromax customer care or visit this service center after waiting for enormous time they give a standard reply that as soon as we get your mobile ready we will immediately call you. It has been almost a month since i gave the mobile for service. Now i m afraid will i ever get my mobile back. I m stunned to see the happenings in our Indian Markets. Is this one of the method of looting people ? What should i do now ?

                                About 15/6/2014 I give my phone to service center for repair display fault than in 7 days phone return.but new problem create that sim 2 not work . On 30/6/2014 I give it again to service center than on 16/7/2014 service center send it to head office . when I call to head office he give me time of 15 days or 20 days and not give any correct answer on email or call.

                                  I had complaint on your site due to problem in outgoing voice in new handset from first day and service center ask for waiting 25 days, link is http://www.consumercomplaints.in/micromax-problem-in-new-mobile-c941524 Now I found my handset back after 10 days from service center but problem is still remain same. There is a noisy voice on other side after changing mother board and micro phone as per service center employee. They told me to take it back and borrow some time to check either same problem comes in other hand set of same model or not. Only 20 days before on 2/9/2014 I purchased it. I Tried to contact with micromax Team on same Mail ID from which i found reply after registering complaint on Your site.

I bought a micromax canvas engage A091 mobile a few months ago, but unfortunately a month after the touch screen sensation of the mobile was damaged. So I gave it to nearby micromax authorized service centre nearly two months ago. But till now are not able to repair the product though it is under warranty period. Whenever I call them they say don't call us again, when repair is done we will call you, but still after 2 months there is no reply from them.
