I am very dis-satisfied from ur service...i have send my mobile a113 for reboot problem in company...i got my mobile aftt 35 days..n aftr that there is alot of scratches on my mobile and screen is not well fixed and two or three screws were missin...i'll nevr ever prefer anyone to buy micromax mobile after this service..

    Its been 2 months since i am knocking your Doors for repairing of my mobile in your register Service centre Named M/S Satguru Communication shop number -1, GF, Dharampali Palace, Near Vinayak Hospital, Sector-27, Noida.-201301. Job Sheet Dated 19/08/2014 with no. N[protected] . In past 1 month they given me 10 dates but when i go their to receive, they give me the next date saying your mobile parts not yet recieved or it is sent for repairing & not yet received . SO i request you to please take Stringent action against this . My mobile is in waranty Period .The Service centre repairing the mobiles out of waranty on hand to hand basis taking the money without Cash memo. This is for what you have provided all this services.       i shalini kumari complain 2 months before also but nothing will happen again i knock your door for help as my problem is very serious now.my jobsheet no. is NO[protected], i submitted A72 micromax mobile which is in warranty period at that time to M/S quality communication, maldahiya road VARANASI on 09 august 2014 as some problem occurs in it.they said after 15 days come and take it back.today near about 2 months completed but they are not giving it back to me.every time they said they need 7 days more and so on...i call customer care also several times but result is zero.i dont know what they have done with mobile.why they show no interest in returning it.please help me and do something strict so that my mobile is with me.they are frauds.do something harsh with them as soon as possible.but please do fast.help me and solve my problem.

      dear sir/mam i was shocked today at 4'oclock in afternoon when i talked to call centre and asking about status of mobile then they said your jobsheet no. is changed.i told to them that without my permission its happen.even i have no idea when they done this.and they also said that your submission date is 26.but actually i have submitted on 9 august.i have papers also.they have done frauds to show less time.i m suffering from this only due to quality communication varanasi.and still they said they need 20 days more for repairing.please do something as soon as possible to stop the frauds which is still unforseen.
      i want solution as soon as possible.if my mobile is not in good condition then they have to give fresh mobile to me
      PLZ CASE TO MICROMAX AND SC .

        The Customer Care Manager Micromax Informatics Ltd Micromax House, 697, Udyog Vihar, Phase-V Gurgaon Haryana Dear Sir, I had purchased Micromax Canvas 4 A210 (Grey) vide Order ID: OD[protected] from Flipkart on 04/11/2013. My Phone is not working for the last two month with the following problems. TOUCH of the phone is not working & the flash of the camera is no longer working. The screen is getting blunt which makes it difficult to see SMS and e-mails clearly. Now the power button is also not working. I went to customer care center in Ghaziabad and Muzaffarnagar but my problem was not solved, even the Phone was sent to the company and I was told that the phone has been repaired but still the phone is not working, I would like to mention here that I also own Micromax Canvas 2, Micromax Tablet P 300, Micromax Tablet P 275. As I was satisfied with these products I purchased the newly launched Canvas 4 A210 (Grey) vide Order ID: OD[protected] from Flipkart on 04/11/2013. Now as my phone is not working and I reside in Haridwar in Uttarakhand where Micromax does not have a service Centre, nearest available service centre to me is eithe in Dehra Dun or Muzaffarnagar. I am a Govt Servent and it is not possible for me to visit these stations only for repair of a phone. As Micromax is such a big Company I am surprised and shocked to know that it does not have a service centre in HARIDWAR (UTTARAKHAND) where people from all parts of India visit here. I am disappointed on purchasing Canvas 4 A210 (Grey) vide Order ID: OD[protected] from Flipkart on 04/11/2013. The product is under Warranty and is not working at all and is dumped in the box. Kindlly look into the mater and take the phone back and refund the amount paid by me.

          respected sir/mam i had submitted my mobile micromax a117 smartphone to your service center M/S THE DELIGHT SERVICES PLOT NO-34, METRO PILLAR -232, NEAR SHADIPUR METRO STATION NEW DELHI - 110008 My job-sheet no. is N[protected] and today its the 8th day that still i haven't received any message or call and or any e-mail. but your service guys told me that i would be informed by message or call or mail after 3-4 days to take back the my mobile because they told me that it would only take 1-2 days for my mobile to get repaired but yet i haven't received any call or message or any mail also when i try to call the service center the just don't pick it up. please give me my mobile as soon as possible after repairing because its being very difficult for me to manage without my mobile. reply ASAP My contact no is [protected], [protected] [protected]@gmail.com i mailed you this and still you havent contacted me more than 3 weeks now you are all just lying and making fun of me you said someone will contact me but nothing happened and i havent got the mobile back do i have to beg now to get it back repaired ?

            i purchased new micromax mobile model no. A210 on 30 January 2014 from my nearby shop but this mobile worked well only 7 months . After 7 months means under warrenty period, problem occured in my mobile and its not functioning now. Then i went to micromax service centre on 13 September 2014, which is located in rohini sector 3, near M2K cinema hall, Delhi - 85 and submitted my mobile for repairing and manager of service center assured me that my mobile will be returned to me after repair within 7 to 10 days. I visited to service center two times after stipulated period for collecting my mobile but they every times replied me and made excuse that fault part of your mobile is not available to us and you have to wait next week more. Due to this being wastage of time and money and i also am facing much problem. I request this forum please resolve my problem as the earliest and oblige. My Mobile no.               I have submitted my phone at micromax service center @Sector-27, Near Vinayak Hospital, Noida for reparing. They called me after 1 month, that your phone is been repaired please collect. When i get my phone, the same problem is still there with the phone. The major problem is not been resolved. I have no other option rather to submit my phone again. What kind of service these service center runs, they simply keep the phone for long and return back, when they won't be able to resolve it. I want to file a complaint against this service center. Please let me know if there is any other way to file a complaint. Thanks, Mani Kant Nigam

My mobile phone Canvas HD A116 was giver for repair at Gopal Telecom, EH-198, Shop No.2(GF), Civil Lines, GT Road, Near Gujarat Palace, Jalandhar-144001 on 03 Sep 14 bearing job sheet no. N[protected]. It has been a long time there is no update about my phone. 2. I am an Army Officer and getting posted to a remote location on 01 Oct 14 and therefore won't be able to collect my phone thereafter. 3. Moreover, the response of the service center employees is not convincing.Therefore, it is requested to please look into my case and get phone repaired as soon as possible.                   My self Durga madhab panda from kharagpur, WB. I bought canvas A110Q model phone on 21 Nov 13.after using for 10 months i found a dark spot on my screen.i took it to the nearest service center m/s belief enterprises in Malncha road near kharagpur.They simply returned me back saying that this fault will not cover under the warranty and if i wish, i will have to pay for that.They also suggested that dont waist money, rather keep the phone on direct sunlight for 2 to 3hrs.it will be alright...Now anybody can tell, is this the way you handle with your customer..if this is the way, i am ensuring you not only me but also those i know will never buy any product pertaning to this brand named..MICROMAX..JAI HIND

                    I have purchased a cdma mobile phone i.e. Micromax E390 through Snap deal online purchase. The Handset was delivered in my residence by Shri Enterprises, New Delhi through Courier service. Now I have two queries: Whether I have to get the seal(rubber stamp) on the Warranty card of the Hand set for enjoying the warranty benefits. Whether I have to make online registration in the Micromax web site in the New User category. Please let me know.

                          I bought a Micromax mobile in Vellore. I found it to be infected with. TROJAN VIRUSES in two of the factory applications. I was given another mobile. I checked it in the outlet itself and found the same TROJAN VIRUSES in the SAME TWO FACTORY APPS . I gave back the mobile and asked for a higher version for which I was willing to pay extra. After three months I was given the offer from Vellore Micromac Care, that I could buy a phone from another company and reduce from the bill what I paid for the micromax mobile. When i asked for a micromax mobile itself I was told that all phones in that range were infected too! Though the offer seemed to be for my advantage my conscience would not allow me to do this. I felt very much let down by micromax, a company for which I had much admiration. The company has let down many of its unsuspecting customers and I did not feel comfortable in being a sole beneficiary of this arrangement, while others continue to be cheated by this dangerous oversight (or is it deliberate). I ask Micromax to immediately look into your production lines which produce infected phones. Please take back from all outlets all such infected phones. Please offer remedies to all those who have bought such phones. Please equip all your Sevice centers with know how to remove such viruses from your phones when customers bring them there. I will wait for you to do all this. Once you have done this give me back a Micromax phone which is Virus free, especially TROJAN VIRUS FREE. I am willing to pay the extra amount if the cost has gone up in the meanwhile. Till that time let my money and my distress lie on your conscience.

                                    I have purchased a Micro max Canvas A-77 Juice(EMIE/ESN No.-[protected]/[protected]) on 18 March-14.but unfortunately it stops working and I submitted it to Micro max authorized service centre-HANS Services SCO-101 Main market sector -16, Faridabad Haryana-121002 mob-[protected]/[protected] on 23-Aug-2014.my mobile has not been repaired till date.They are not providing a proper response over phone. Whenever I go there, they told me that they are not getting spare supply from Micro max company.I fed up with these excuses again and again .MY job Sheet no. is“*N[protected]* “. As my mobile is under warranty so kindly Extend my warranty for this long service holding period. I have attached the copy of joc sheet provided by service centre. kindly provide me a solution as soon as possible. I have already sent a mail to micromax services email address but not getting any response.

                                      Sir, I am using Micromax Canvas HD for the past one year. Two months ago, my mobile suddenly went off and I given this mobile to Micromax care, Madurai.They informed me that the processor was out and it has to change. Then, it was changed and after that the Move to Internal sd option is not coming in Settings.But before that there is no issue in moving apps to Internal sd. Now, I am not able to download new apps, mobile is getting slow nd even the apps update is getting fail because of low memory. I visited Micromax Care, Jalahalli cross, Bangalore. they are not aware about this, even they dont know the differnce between phone memory and internal sd. It was a bad experience, they didnt respond well. So, please suggest and solve this issue.

                                        Hi I had given my mucromax canvas 2 to the Nirman Vihar service center as it was under warranty.First I was informed it will take One & Half Month.or take it to Karkarduma Service centre.i went karkarduma servece cenre they told me that some part of your mobile is missing and you have to pay for this Rs. 1500.I had a long discussion with the executive that how could a part be missing while micromax warranty seal is affixed on it.i havent open my set any where except Nirman Vihar Service Centre thn I was told that executive of Nirman Vihar Service Cenre may misplace that part while they were checking my phone.now please tell me what is my fault.Please look in to this as soon as possible as my warrenty was going to expire by 10th october 2014.Please strictly instruct your service centre executives to give timely and proper services other wise your goodwill will be bad.When i was at the service center I saw people who are waiting for the phones to be repaired from the last two months. The service at Micromax Nirman Vihar and Karkarduma is really worst. my no. is [protected], [protected].please reply what should i do...
