I had complaint on your site due to problem in outgoing voice in new handset from first day and service center ask for waiting 25 days, link is http://www.consumercomplaints.in/micromax-problem-in-new-mobile-c941524 Now I found my handset back after 10 days from service center but problem is still remain same. There is a noisy voice on other side after changing mother board and micro phone as per service center employee. They told me to take it back and borrow some time to check either same problem comes in other hand set of same model or not. Only 20 days before on 2/9/2014.

    I deposited my cell phone Micromax model no. A-106 on 02.08.2014 with your service centre M/s K.S. Mobile Ghaziabad (Job sheet no. *N[protected]*). The only problem I had with my cell was regard with its software. After just 2 days your service centre people called me and told me that my phone was dead and told me that we have to send the phone to the Company for repair purpose. Again they called me on 29.08.14, but I was astonished to see my phone was still dead and moreover they closed down my first job sheet and open another job sheet (*N[protected]*) in the same regard. Now it has been more than 56 days and still there have been no considerable effort on your behalf to solve my problem and moreover you have been causing me inconvenience by repeated me calling to your service centre when you have been unable to solve the problem. I do not accept this kind of service and behaviour from a Company of your stature. Please if you want to restore my faith in your Company then solve my problem as soon as possible.       I have submitted my MMX A240 with Sector 20 Chandigarh service center on 02/09/2014. They told me that the phone will be ready in next 20 day they give me time of 20 days . my ph was giving touch problem But after 20 days they told that it will take more 10 days. I spend 19K on this phone but still i am not having it for last 25 days. I am not sure that in next 8 days they will return the phone or not. We guys are taking the best phones from MMX and no doubt the phone are really best but the after sale service is very poor. Plz look in the matter asap. My Complaint Number is [protected].         I have submitted my MMX A350 with Sector 42 Chandigarh service center on 09/08/2014. They told me that the phone will be ready in next 15 days. The phone become dead after installing Kitkat update. But after 15 days they told that it will take more 15 days. I spend 20K on this phone but still i am not having it for last 50 days. I am not sure that in next 15 days they will return the phone or not. We guys are taking the best phones from MMX and no doubt the phone are really best but the after sale service is very poor.           sir, i have purchased my micro max A111 model from reliance showroom in 2013 in which i was given a card for extending my warranty of mobile my mobile was unable to switch on for which i was asked to submit my phone in lko service center near by channi lal chauraha almost 10 days have passed i haven't received any satisfactory answer each time they say part is not available with them i request you to kindly look into this matter

          This is to inform the top management that I had purchased Micromax A102 on[protected], it was just 4 months from the date purchase of the phone and suddenly there was some defect in the mother board of the instrument, On contacting the Micromax Care Center Jamnagar on[protected] the executives at the Micromax Care Center promised to repair that instrument and return the same in 10 days. In spite of visiting the care center again and again, they returned the instrument after 23 days i.e. on[protected]. After the delay of 13 days, instead of replacing the new mother board of the same model, they replaced an old mother board that too of other model having less configurations and because of that the side volume keys were not working. In return the answer from the care center executive is that the model itself i.e. MICROMAX A102 is a fail model and also that the Micromax company itself is not cooperating with the care center. And that too in very rude manner. Thus it was an attempt to defraud us.

            I own a Micromax Doodle. My phone was running smoothly when one day it just stopped charging. The battery was totally empty showing 0%. When I tried to charge it, It showed it was charging but would not charge. The battery was getting hot and when it would gain 1% charge it shut down permanently. Please Help with my problem.

            I am also facing the same problem with my Micromax canvas HD A116. I had changed my battery two months before from Micromax service center, but now its not take charge. When I put my mobile on charge, it shows that its charging but when I removd the charger it would not charge 1% also. Please help me too..

              I have purchase Micromax Canvus Knight A350(Black and Gold on 08.08.2014 from Snap deal. But within 15 days it stop charging. So I deposited the phone at Micromax Service Centre M/s Shri Hari Computer Solution, 866/22, Delhi Road, Rohtak-124001, Haryana for repairing on 26.08.2014. Model Code is SERMOB0431, IMEI/ESN No is [protected] / [protected], the docket no. is N[protected]. The service centre promised me to return the handset not more than 15-20 days. Unfortunately there is nearly one month to complete still I have not get back my phone. I have call so many time on customer care no. [protected] and every time they are saying wait for some time. Yesterday I also call on same no, and they said to wait another 15 days

                I have given my mobile phone for some technical repair to M/S Aditya Communication, Shop No.610, Mohan Nagar, Near Agarsain Chowk, Pipli Road Kurukshetra on 30/09/2014 and my set is within warranty period. But it has not been repaired yet. They even are not giving satification explaination for the delay.

                  I have given Micromax A89 mobile for service with display issue in march 2014, and the phone was under warranty, and I had received the phone in july 2014 with issue in charging of battery, the mobile was not getting charged, and i got to know that they would have changed the mother board, So i had given the mobile for service again in july 2014, still now i have not received any update from micromax service centre, its alraedy been 6 month that i have given my mobile for service The service centre executive told me he would extend my warranty due to delay in service, but that also has not been done by service centre kindly find the below detail of service centre S3 communication, ( Micromax Service Centre) Jaynagar bangalore.                     Dear Sir, I am Santi Ranjan Hazra, of Bhatchala( South), P.O.- Sripally, P.S. and District- Burdwan and on 25.07.2014 I bought Micromax A106(UNITE) from a local mobile Shop for Rupees 7100. As the phone has got some problems with its touch screen, since I purchased, I approached authorised servicing Center of Micromax, namely, M/S. sun Infosys, 27/1, G.T.Road, East, near Baranilpur More, Burdwan- 713103. On 04.09.2014, I mentioned the problem, I was facing with this phone. They assured me to sort out its problem within tentatively one week and to come back again a week later and I did so. But they extended the time again for 10 days.On 23.09.2014 I had been at the servicing center, they inform that the mobile set can be repaired, due to non-supply of spare parts from company. I asked them please inform the name of the spare parts required for my set and also inform me on which date requisition for said parts were made to the company. But, their reply was self-contradictory. Remember it came along with 1 year warranty period. Soon, I got realize that they have started playing the game of calling again and again. Please help me so that I van get my mobile phone at an early date or replace the defective set by a new one. Thanking You,

                      Dear Sir, I am Pankaj and I bought Micromax A106(UNITE) from snapdeal.com for Rupees 7000 approximately two months back. Now this phone has got some problems with its power button. Immediately I approached Malviya Nagar Service Station of Micromax. I mentioned the problem I was facing with this phone. They assured me to sort out its problem within a week and to come back again a week later and I did so. But they extended the time again for 10 days. Remember it came along with 1 year warranty period. Soon, I got realize that they have started playing the game of calling again and again. Post that, I started making uncountable rounds of that service center. Meanwhile, not only my precious time but it cost me too much in the form of money.                         Dear Team, Recently due to some problem with my mobile I deposited my Mobile Canvas -HD on 20th Aug 2014 at your following Service Centre:M/S The Mobile Cares, B-36, Guru Nanak Pura, Opposite V3S Mall, New Maharaja Banquet Hall, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi. This phone is within Warranty period.After 3-4 Days I received an SMS on my another mobile to Collect the Handset from Center on 28th Aug. I visited the centre on said date But to my surprise the Dealing Executive told me that My handset is not yet ready and advised me to come again on 9 September. I visited the centre on 9th Sept but again they told me that the Handset is not ready and will take more time, And advised me to come again on 22 September.I visited on 22 September and Again the executive told me the same story and advised me to come after 1 Week.I am a Sr. Citizen and fed up by this unprofessional attitude of your Team. This is an height of irresponsible behavior. I am being harassed 3 Times and Still i have no Hope from your Service Centre People.                           I had submitted my micromax canvas 2 plus to micromax service center, Patil plaza, swargate, Pune 30 day ago.There was a small problem with display.service center told me, my phone will be returned in 2 days.but it is 30 days past.yet it is not returned.I have started hating micromax due to its very very bad service.Even my phone is 6 months old only.

                            Hi, I was purchase Canvas Gold dated 21.09.2014 ) on Monday, but in this mobile there is heating problem and also i shown this to Shopkeeper from where i was purchased, they said that "yes this is heating problem, plz show this to customer care and the will provide credit note, after that we will provide you new phone . But services center guy (Deepak) told me, this is normal heating and this mobile will be going more heating Shop No. 123 Ff, Vasishta Complex, Sikanderpur City : Gurgaon Haryana, India. Pincode : 122002. I told to him please provide the same words in written, and they said i never provide any things in written and also i never replace the mobile also. I am wasting my 20000 INR.                                     I had a complaint against Micromax regarding a service that I had bought of them. I raised my concern with them but the response which I got was not satisfactory at all. Thus, I decided to file my complaint . i have submitted my micromax A110Q set no. on 3-sep..they ask me to come after 10 days till now i have called them so many times t give my set repaired within time and till yet my status of cell they were reporting me is very unsatisfactory..no progress i want my set as i have to go out of state on 29 sep your service is pathetic and i m very obssessed with this kind of services at micromax

                                      Hi, I am using Micromax Canvas HD A116 phone from past one year. It's screen was broken and the touch was not working. On Sept 20th 2014, I went to Micromax Check point service center for having a new screen . It's details are below. M/S HARIHARA ELECTRONICS D.NO. 6-3-864/4/B/1, SBN ARCADE, OPP. GREEN PARK HOTEL, AMEERPET, HYDERABAD - 500016 Mobile No. :[protected] Phone No. :[protected] Email : [protected]@mmxcheckpoint.com They have charged me 2900/- and replaced a cheap quality screen. It didnt stay long atleast 24Hrs. It was cracked on next day only with little pressure on it. As it was authorized center for Micromax, I went there and requested for onriginal quality like screen, but they have put me a cheap one which i may get outside for less than 1000 rupees. I was trying to call above numbers but the call will never ever connect to them. useless company and service. Even the Micromax site itself the call center number wont work/connect. (Customer Care No: [protected]) I would like to have a new screen for me for free with out paying a single rupee.

                                        sir, i have purchased a micromax A76 last year.its is in warranty till 13/10/14.my phone's touch is not working so i have visited Micromax service station in nagpur, dhantoli they told me that they have lots of customers so they can not help.they suggested me to go to another service station at ALRAZA mobiles, sitabuldi. i visited that station also but he told me to visit another service station at Untkhana i visted there also but he told me to go dhantoli service station.i am harassed by this behavior.kindly tell me how can i repair my phone and where?.Thanks.
