I am Santi Ranjan Hazra, of Bhatchala( South), P.O.- Sripally, P.S. and District- Burdwan and on 25.07.2014 I bought Micromax A106(UNITE) from a local mobile Shop for Rupees 7100. As the phone has got some problems with its touch screen, since I purchased, I approached authorised servicing Center of Micromax, namely, M/S. sun Infosys, 27/1, G.T.Road, East, near Baranilpur More, Burdwan- 713103. On 04.09.2014, I mentioned the problem, I was facing with this phone. They assured me to sort out its problem within tentatively one week and to come back again a week later and I did so. But they extended the time again for 10 days.On 23.09.2014 I had been at the servicing center, they inform that the mobile set can be repaired, due to non-supply of spare parts from company. I asked them please inform the name of the spare parts required for my set and also inform me on which date requisition for said parts were made to the company. But, their reply was self-contradictory. Remember it came along with 1 year warranty period. Soon, I got realize that they have started playing the game of calling again and again. Please help me so that I van get my mobile phone at an early date or replace the defective set by a new one. Thanking You,
