My micromax mobile is A-93 was switch off suddenly and then it was not charged or getting ON .My mobile under grantee.I submit my mobile on date 22 August 2014 M/S The Mobile Care (Delhi) Address: B-36 Guru Nank Pura Opp.v3s Mall, near Maharaja Bequett Hall, laxmi Nagar – 110092. They repair my mobile and give it back to me on 29 August 2014. I checked my mobile on the same date in service center and found there is white line in my display . I informed that to the service center executive about that she said to me that I have to submit my mobile again there is problem in the display. I submit it on the same date 29 august 2014. Executive said me it will take 20 days to repair my mobile.After 20 days they still not repair my phone and said come after 5 day . I again gone after 5 days they said it is still not repair come after 10 or 12 days . Please solve my problem Naved Siraj My jobsheet no :N[protected] [protected]/[protected]

      I deposited my micromax mobile handset on 19.08.2014 at micromax service centre at barrackpore, west bengal for some minor problems. The model was micromax canvas A110Q plus, Model code is SERMOB0272, IMEI/ESN No. [protected]/[protected], The Docket No. is E[protected].The service centre promised me to return the handset not more than 10-15 days. Unfortunately there is one month over, & I have not get it back till date. I have visited that service centre many times, but everytime they are unable to inform me how long I have to wait.That handset was so much useful to me that I could not live one day without it. So, I am just being mad to get it back as early as possible at any condition. please help me, I will remain ever grateful to you. Thank you :-(

      I deposited my micromax mobile handset on 17.07.2014 at micromax service centre at Palwal, Haryana for some minor problems. The model was micromax Unite 106, , The Docket No. is N[protected].The service centre promised me to return the handset not more than 10-15 days. Unfortunately there is two month over, & amp; I have not get it back till date. I have visited that service centre many times, but every time they are unable to inform me how long I have to wait. I have complaint to the Costumer Care on 04.09.2014 complaint no. is [protected], they also promise me to rectify my problem within 15 days but 19 days have passed but they also unable to rectify the same. They are again saying to wait for 10-15 day once again. That handset was so much useful to me that I could not live one day without it. So, I am just being mad to get it back as early as possible at any condition. please help me, I will remain ever grateful to you. Thank you :-(

        Good Evening, My name is Akansha Sharma, i am based at bhopal (mp), i purchased the mobile on 18/01/2014. on august 05/08/14, the switch on button of my phone was not working, so i have given my phone to Authorised service centre " m/s Trisha Enterprises " located at " LM - 16 b block mansarover complex" near 7 no stop in bhopal. The employee over there told me after 3 days that the mother board of my phone is not working hence it will cost me 4000/- rs to get my phone repaired. i instructed them to not to do any repair in my phone as there charing very high for it. the very next day i went to take my phomne, the employee told me we will have to take approval before returning your phone and they called me after 2 day .i got my phone back and i have not used it since then. on 21/09/2014 i got a call from a unknown person saying that he has access to all my data, which includes my Email account, my bank account details and my personal pictures and other personal data. the person only informed me that my phone mother board is exchanged with his phone mother board. The authorised dealer and his employee has purposely taken out my phone mother board and leaked my data as well. This data can be mis used by any one, also can cause me troubles in future. i have also filled a complaint in local police station"mp nagar" police station, also i am filling a complaint in consumer court for "fraud" " breach of privacy" mental Harrassment and financial loss costed to me.             On 4th Oct-2013, I had bought a MICROMAX-DOODLE-A111, It was running well, but in the month June-’14, I found DATA connection/USB port connection not taking place, but Phone set don’t have any other issues, In the 3rd week of July-’14, I found the “ON-OFF” switch is not working. But very sympathetically found on 2nd week of Aug-’14, Mobile set (battery) don’t take charge. So 14th Aug-’14, I went to a Micromax Service Centre, they did not respond me as the time was 5.30pm & told me to come within 5 pm. Later on 16th Aug-14, I reach the Service Centre at 4.25 pm again they told that the token issuance for the day is closed as they had taken too many set on that day. But after humble request concern person watch my set & informed me that it will be chargeable although it is within Warranty Period as there are some mechanical damage ( none except that service Centre person can see any mechanical damage) & rust inside the Phone & the amount will be Rs. 850/- & issue a coupon to me. Then after coming my turn as per coupon to deposit my set, the person who will take my set, she send the set to mechanic for details which had to be repaired. After that he informed me that the charges will be Rs.900/-. As I told her previous guy told another rate, after some discussion between them they informed me that they rate will be Rs.1350/-. I don’t know why the Rate Variation among the Service Centre People? After taking they set they told me that within a week they will call me after repairing the set. Within 4 days they call me that the phone is ready. After reaching there they informed me the wrong Spare Parts send from HO, so please wait one more week & they will call me. On 29th Aug-’14 they again call me as the phone is ready & collect the same from Service Centre. Again after reaching the Service Centre found phone is partially ready & not completely ready. Again they want 4 days’ time but from 4th Sept-’14 onwards main play is started. Whenever I goes there/call them every time they tell it will take 7-8 days more. 20 days already past but their 7-8days still not come. Still today also they are telling that I have to wait another 10-15 days. So please do the needful to release my harassment as well as my tension as my two family members already in hospitalization condition.

              Hi, I am Amar Bhardwaj, I bough MMX Turbo (A250) IMEI NO- [protected] on 22-dec-13 (invoice no- AD/BS/998) . Phone display was not functional properly moreover rear camera also not working the way it should be. My cell phone is in warranty period and I have submitted to get it repaired on 8th Sep 2014 at Hans Services, Sec-16, Faridabad (HR) I told them while handing over my cell that my entire works depends on my cell so requested them to repair it ASAP, They have committed me 1 week's time, I have called them on 6th day just to check that if it is repaired then I will come and collect the same tomorrow. They told me that part is not available and company have not send it to them so far hence they will take 3 more days to get it repaired. I was shocked and immediately called MMX customer care (COMPLAINT NO - MMX[protected] ) and got a shocker when I enquire with them that how much expected time service centre will take they told me for 20 days time !!! I have logged a complaint and ask any senior person to call me to assist me, trust senior person is very unprofessional. The way he speak to me, helped me with nothing, literrly rude & disgusting behaviour. He said that he needs 10-13 days more. Today is 22nd Sep, half of the month has been gone and there is no hearing from any one neither service centre nor MMX customer care. I got the mail id of MMX CEO so that's the only hope left, I am writing a mail to him also and going to escalate this chapter in Media. Hope it will at least help to wake them up. I urge the concern forum to take some immediate action and help to get my handset back. I swear I realize my mistake by buying MMX phone and trust I will never repeat it in my Life.                 Last time in the month of April 2014 there was just a simple problem of hanging up service centre returned it after 20 days. Now it is having simple "Speaker not working problem" then again service executive is asking to submit it at service centre for 20 days and main thing is that the service centre don't provide any alternative. it is really shameful, I bought micromax because it is an INDIAN company but this company don't care for there customer. This is the main reason that we have to go for other option. I will suggest not to purchase Micromax. Service centre name - Near GTB nagar metro station gate no-3, hudson lane, kingsway camp north delhi

                    Dear Sir, I have purchased one MicroMax Mobile(X-501) on dated[protected], it is with in warrenty and touch screen display is not working properly, I went to Service center at Bapuji Nagar Bhubaneswar but they do not took complain and miss behaived me which is not the conduct of a Good company like Micromax, till today my set is faulty and I am unable to use it, I have given mail to Head of service team, but issue not adressed till today and no one contacted with me.                         I had purchase a Micromax a240 phone worth Rs 19K, which now had a problem. my phone was not starting up (powering up), so i had given it for repairs on 23rd of Aug 2014, after which whenever I call Micromax customer care center and service center, I am told a new story. you can find the history below After many call, I finally wrote an email to them: Hello Simran, Job sheet No *S[protected]* As discussed, I had given my mobile micromax doodle 2 A240 for repair on 23rd of Aug 2-14 at Mobile seva Maratahally Bangalore. My phone was not starting up (powering up). they asked me to wait, after almost 3 hrs. they told me that they need more time to check it and will be able to update me on 28th Aug. after lot of calls i could finally get in touch with them over phone and got an update that the phone will be repaired and as soon as its ready they will inform me. Later when I called them to know the status they told me that the phone is not repairable and will be replaced, it would take 10days. then i visited mobile seva to talk to them about the data and to expedite the resolution, they told me that my handset has been sent to Gurgaon repair center and will be sent to scrap dept. which will be crushed there and I wont get my data. after some debates on the data recovery on my cost by getting it repaired from outside in open market as micromax is unable to give me data from my faulty phone, Kanakraj (supervisor at mobileseva) asked me to wait ...i waited almost 2 hrs. to hear that either i would get new phone or else i get old phone which they will reject so that it can come back to Bangalore, so i had two choses either I get old unrepaired handset or a replaced one.. no option for my data. WHY? Now when I call to know status of my handset replacement, i get the answer that I will get in next 10 days. so every time when i call you people are telling 10 days time. Now you are also telling me 10 days? Is 10days is the standard answer Micromax people have every time?????? Why I was not informed about the data loss when I had given my phone for repair? Why micromax is not able to get my data back from my phone before they send it to scarp dept.? Why they told me that I will either get replacement handset or faulty one which will not be accepted for repairs later? If so why Micromax is not able to give me my data along with replacement handset? WHY so much TIME? Thanks, MK they did not replied, then I sent a follow up email after which they replied in very diplomatic way as below: Dear Mr.Koltey, Please accept our sincere apologies due to delay in services. As per your job sheet number we have escalated it on priority to our escalation department.Your complaint number is MMX[protected]. We will do the needful as soon as possible and provide you the best solutions shortly.Also replacement could not be done from our end. We are really apologetic for what you have experienced.We are making an effort to ensure that such situation will not occur in future.You are requested to visit the service center and call from there to our helpline for assistance. For any further Assistance you can contact us on customer care number:[protected] Assuring you with best of our services and we value your association with us. Thanks & Regards, *Micromax Care When I called customer care again to know what does "replacement cannot be done from our end" meaning, the customer care executive was trying to divert the conversation and was telling me that when i called them there after I should count the 20 working days and expect the update not from the date I given my handset for repairs. Over phone they tell something else, when it comes to email they sent very diplomatic email. So now I don't have my phone and the data which is was very important also lost because of the poor approach from Micromax. Please suggest if we can sue Micromax for the carelessness. So I decided to take your help to get this fixed. Please help!!! my cell no is[protected]

                          I submitted my micromax canvas magnus A117 on 5 sep in micromax service centre in hapdapsar pune. They gave me the assurity that the phone will be repaired and returned back to me in 5 to 7 days. but it has been 16 days and they say it will take 10 more days and they are still not sure weather i will get my phone repaised or not. I even called some senoir person named Sandeep and even talked to him regarding the same but he is least bothered about my complaint.my Com[plauint no is W[protected]. My phone is hardly 5 months old and it is in servic centre sine last 15 days. Kindly help me in getting out of this or replace my money.

                              HI THERE, IT IS NOW 330 DAYS AND THE MOBILE IS WITH THEM ( [protected]@micromaxinfo Date 15 March 2014 ) I HAVE PURCHASED MICROMAX CANVAS LITE A92 ON 20.09.2013, BUT FOR SAME RESON IT WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY, SO I GAVE IT TO THE SERVICE CENTER AT DADAR (MAHAVIR ELECTRONICS) ON 21.10.2013 AND MY JOB SHEET NO IS : W[protected], THEY TOLD ME THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM IN THE MOTHER BOARD AND IT WILL TAKE 30 DAYS I AGREED TO THAT, BUT AFTER 30 DAY THEY TOLD THAT TOLD THAT IT IS NOT READY AND WILL TAKE 15 MORE DAYS ...                                 I am Manobendra Mitra I leave In Kolkata I wood like to inform that you I have purchased a “Micromax A106 Unite 2 ” on 11th August 2014 Ezone Alcove, I feel proud to be a Indian brand Best after Service, The phone auto Rotation Problem well till September 08 I am going Micromax Service Centre 9th September. My Phone hand over Service Centre take 3 days, solve this problem . Service Centre very casual approach in dealing with customer complaints. The phone is still with the service centre. Now they have stopped responding any more. Kindly take up the matter at appropriate level and help me in getting justice. Thanks Regarding Manobendra Mitra

                                Service Center. After several request to them to return the mobile before puja, i didn't

After several request to them to return the mobile before 6th Oct, i didn't get any positive feedback from their side... so I am very disappointing... & never sagest anybody to buy micro max mobile... & after 6th i will not receive the mobile...

                                pleas neither providing new set or giving the money back

                                  Device : Micromax Doodle 2. OS : Jellybean 4.2.1 Whole Day Volume getting high (without pressing button) instant when we decrease it. So it make always outdoor profile. Same time power button does not working. It can unlock screen but cant lock.
                                  Micromax Informatics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  Volume UI always making BEEP tone all time. Sometime I hate my phone as much I love it.

                                    Phones purchased on[protected] from CELL-CITY, KOPARLI ROAD, GUNJAN, VAPI, GUJARAT, The phone youch stopped working from 15th may 2014, As i am in vaccation i submitted the phone to Vapi micromax service centre in June second week and the same i get back after 15 days duly repaired, Again the same got the same problem on june last week and give the phone for service again. This time they charged me 950.00 saying that the touch pad fault due to moiture problem. I paid the same and they delivered a week after and while taking delivery itself the touch pad found not worked, so they open the assembly again and put some other touch (which is look like my old one) and gave to me which stopped working and have the same problem the next day. Again the next day i visited the service centre and they kept for another 15 days and given to me 3 days ago find the same problem today so i have to go to the service centre tomorrow by keeping all other my work aside. Please let me know is there any way to come out of this problem by replace the handset by the company?? Thanks, For Tcs Industries, selvan.c

I have given mobile to Micromax service centre, Teenhath naka, Thane.They repaired the mobile and returned back after 4 weeks but facing same issueagain 2nd time again given my mobile to micromaxservice centre for repairing. They repaired and return back the mobile after 3weeks but faced same issue. 3rd time again approached to micromax servicecentre, they clean the softwere and returned back. 4th time they did the same task 5th time they told me that there may be SIMproblem, I changed my SIM from reliance but after one or two days same issuefacing. I tried other operator Airtell SIM but getting network issue. Mobile is not working I approached several times to micromaxservice centre but issue not resolved. Mobile set is defective but servicecentre is not accepting it they kept this phone to their centre for testingaround 2 to 3 months but didn’t get any solution. Kindly help me.

                                        Hi, I am purshotham, purchased micromax canvas 4 cell from flipkart on 10/09/2013 having IMEI# [protected]. for the first 3 months the cell was working fine after that the problem started. First, my ear phones started not working when i took the head set to S3 communication they asked for 10 days of time and took my ear phones but after 10 days when i called them they asked for 10 more days..after calling them so many times i finally got my head set after 25 days. the new ear phones which they gave me stopped working after 10 days..i dint go back again to them because I was so frustrated with the service. Second, after 2 more months my phone touch started giving problems. Again when I visited S3 communications they took mobile and set and said then need to replace the touch and they need again 10 days to do that.I was knowing it waste of speaking to them so i just gave my cell and requested them to do it with in 10 days.I called them back after 10 days as expected they asked for 1 more week. i said fine i will wait for one more week, when i called them after a week they were saying they have sent the mobile to head office they need some more time. After fighting with them they gave me customer care number and asked me to raise a complaint. after fighting with the customer care guys I finally got my cell after a month. Requested was 10 days but they took 30 days.. third, after 2 months again my CELL mic started giving problem. other side people were not able to hear my voice. again i went to S3 communications they asked for 7 days, i was knowing they will not give with in 7 days. But finally they gave me after 12 days. i just got my cell last week after getting repaired from MIC problem, they said they have put new MIC, its not even a week now again MIC is not working properly. what kind of material is that, it dint even work for a week? i am so irritated to go back again to that service center. I did a big mistake by believing in Micromax and on indian comany ..I feel have wasted 18K. Worst service from micro max, pathetic spare parts..in a span of 1 year I have visited service center 4 times and my cell was with them for more than 2 months.
