I had submitted my micromax A117 handset IMEI No. - [protected]/ [protected] on[protected] at micromax service centre ( M/S FONZ UNLIMITED, rabia mansion, Dr.B.N.Verma road, aminabad, lucknow) regarding touch problem as well as handfree jack not working problem. Its been over 20 days and whenever i call them they say that the parts have not come. Their response have been highly unsatisfactory . I am now beginning to think of approaching the CONSUMER COURT OF INDIA regarding my matter. Its funny that the parts have not come from 20 days whereas it takes less than 5 days for a courier to come from anywhere in India. The service is really bad. Kindly look into this matter.     I have a complaint regarding the authorised service center.I am forwarding the mail that i have sent to micromax.No reply from there side.please help me Dear Sir My name is Manjesh gopi .I am from Kerala and i am an engineer.I bought a micromax canvas doodle A111 from amazon.com.While i was traveling in a train i tried to charge my mobile and it got damaged.In order to fix the mobile i gave it to "Sahar communication, Kannur" the authorized service center you provided to my near by place in your website.I am so sorry to say that you authorized a wrong person to do the job.That shop would destroy your brand name..There behavior is totally frustrating and the people over there don't know manners .They don't even know what is professionalism. I tried in the number:"[protected]" eight times from my mobile.They didn't pick the phone.They really let me down.I am attaching the slip i got from there with this mail. At first they told it will take 2 weeks time.now it's almost a month. I didn't get my mobile fixed.To fix a trouble, i suppose to wait for my life time or what...I don't understand Sir if your are sincere to your job please do something, , not only for me but also to your brand [ because i had suggested Micromax to six people and all of them took it.This incident really let me down ].Hope you can help me out -- Thank you MANJESH.GOPI [protected]

      Hi I bought this mobile A210 from FLIPKART last November, it was running smooth up till the end of March but after that this problem of restart came into play and to be very precise this ordeal is very irritating. I want this issue resolved right away.
      Micromax Informatics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Dear Sir,
      We were encouraged to go for total indigenous items for us because of our love for the country. I, Shri S. Majumdar went for a mobile GSM hand set of your company Model A 94.The IMEI No. being [protected] & the battery No.[protected] from the M/s Binapani Mobile Store, UCO Bank building, Saheed Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha on 25.04.2014. But, after bringing into my work place at Sambalpur, Odisha, after two to three months, the net work problem came across i.e 3G net work. Hence, after being unsuccessful in achieving my desired goal, I handed over the set to the authorised service centre for Micromax mobile in Sambalpur town at Orissa . The name of the Service centre is R.R.Mobile and the complain No as recorded by the service centre is E[protected] Dared 07.08.2014.
      Now, they told me to get it repair within 15 days time. But to my utter surprise and harassment, no body is responding positively to my call in the call centre and the Toll Free number. Sir, it is more than 50 days that I have hande over you the mobile for the right action and it is still with you. I hope you people are enjoying customer's mobile phones in the name of repair. One thing if you have no technology to repair, then replace it with a new one. And still if you are not capable of it then switch over to some cheaper business like selling vegetables or some such business to earn your livelihood. After all, every body is not competent enough to maintain themselves in the present competitive world. Always Cut your coat according to your Cloth. Go for that which you can ensure & assure. hope you will respond without being spineless.

          now after one month ago, micromax customer care persons behaviour become rude and saying me to contact the customer care of your person, and shop person saying me that your tab was misplace by company .and i have no further information for you.
          so what is this...?
          I will never buy any thing of micromax brand.and nand suggest eevery one to go for any other brand rather buying micomax good.worst brand.

            I submitted my MIcromax A 74 at mount road service centre(ph.no.[protected] on 07/07/14 for white display problem, they told that have forwarded my complaint to T.nagar service centre (ph. no.[protected], now they want me to wait for another 1 month for the mother board to be replaced i purchased my mobile only on 28/05/14 i hardly used my mobile . sir, pl do needful so that i get my mobile back on the earliest. my job sheet no is R1407FTN10733477 my mobile no is [protected] and my handset imei is [protected], [protected]

              मैंने स्‍नेपडील द्वारा इ नवाइस नं0 40818 दिनांक 19 जून 2014 को खरीद किया यूज करने पर ज्ञात हु आ है कि इसमें काफी सिस्‍टम खराब है जैसे बातचीत साफ सुनाइ नहीं देना, ब्‍लूटूथ सिस्‍टम में खराबी तथा टचस्‍कीम सहीं ढंग से काम नहीं करना तथा बेटरी जन्‍दी डिस्‍चार्च होना लेने के एक सप्‍ताह मैंने आपके बीकानेर राजस्‍थान में अधिक़त रिपेयरिंग दुकान पर गया तो उन्‍होंने सहीं ढंग से चैक नहीं करके मुझे बिना ठीक किये वापिस लौटा दिया कि यह सैट ठीक है इसके बाद मैंने दुबारा दिनांक 8 सितम्‍बरा 2014 को वापिस ठीक कराने गया तो उन्‍होंने सेट रख लिया और कहा कि इसके पार्टस कंपनी से आयेंगे इसमें करीब 1 माह का समय लगेगा जब मैंने इतनी लंबी अवधि को लेकर विरोध किया तो उन्‍होंने मेरे साथ मिसबिहेव किया क्‍या वर्तमान में एक माह तक बिना मोबाईल कार्य संभव है आपके द्वारा जनता को बेवकूफ बनाया जा रहा है अत आपको आगाह किया जाता है कि या तो मेरा मोबाईल चेंज किया जावे अन्‍यथा मुझे इसकी कीमत वापिस दिलाई जावे अन्‍यथा मुूझे आपके तथा इससे संबंधित के खिलाफ जिला फोरम में वाद करना पडेगा जिसमें समस्‍त खर्चे व हर्जे की जिम्‍मेवारी आपकी होगी

                sir, myself Gaurav Sagar(mob no.-[protected]), i had given my micromax doodle3 A102 on 5th sept '14 regarding the problem that it was not switching on also it is in warranty period. i had given it on my nearest service center.(m/s paradise telesoft pvt. ltd, main chakrata road, near hanuman mandir, dehradun-248001, [protected]). i am really irritated of their service as they are not able fulfill their job. whenever i go to there they postpone it for the next date and till now it had not been repaired (15 days had been passed) and also they are not giving me the exact date.i request you to take strict action against this so that i will have future faith in your company. thank you.

                  I have submitted my Micromax Phone at your service centre for repairing on dated 16.08.2014. for that they have given 15 days time for repairing the phone. But after 27 days passed it’s not repaired. Moreover, I have called them many times but their replies your mobile is not repaired due to shortage of part. Moreover, they have not given me any substitute phone. I am very frustrated about this kind of service. You are kindly requested to shortout my problem as early as possible.                     I'm using Micromax Canvas Music A88 from June 2013, till now I have faced a lot of application problem but that's okay with me. This new problem is with the continuous registration message that pop's up every time and send a message itself from my phone i find this very inconvenient and irritating as the message is reducing my balance. Please make it stop.

                      Dear Team, Glad to say that Micromax has once again failed in theirservice. This issue of mine is prolonging for quite a long period which I hadbeen sharing with the technicians at the service center. The issue pertainingto my camera is still not rectified (Blue Shades in all images, with flash )out of my several visits to their technical center. Its pity to say that theservice center has itself acknowledged that they are not able to resolve theissue. The even more pity scenario is that Micromax itself is not able toresolve the same. Repeat calls of the customer given with [censored]explanations, a highly irritating service. We have compared and found the blueshade is all because of the flash light which you provide. What can be done ?Now I as a customer need a trouble free product. I need a compensation fromMicromax for the same. I Need either the handset to be replaced at free of costor am even ready to upgrade my model by paying extra but I need an end forthis.                       Dear Team,

                      In addition to the below mail . I gave my mobile for service stating CAMERA ISSUE (PHOTO IMAGE IN BLUE COLOUR) on 26-09-14 JC number N[protected]. The whole service centre knows about this problem very well, but in JC description says "5403 APPLICATION PHONE RESTART / REBOOTS). I asked why the JC description wrongly written, they wrote manually in JC as "CAMERA ISSUE"

                      I received msg from micromax on 29-09-14 stating "Your mobile deposited with us under JC number N[protected] has been repaired. Pls collect it from service centre. I called the service centre to confirm the status but they said still work in progress and will call me once issue is resolved. It is almost 14 days gone but still micromax team is trying to find a solution. This clearly stats how good special technician are working under Micromax Company.

                      Even after several escalations issue is still not resolved.

                      I would like to discuss with senior most manager who can resolve this issue. Most of the time my mobile is at service centre. I need compensation for this mental harassment.

                        On 27/08/2014, I have given my mobile Handset (Model : Micromax Canvas Magnus A117, Model Code- SERMOB0340) in working condition to Micromax Authorized Service centre M/s. Tirupati Infotech (Jaipur) at G-72, B Block, Ganpati Plaza, Near Pizza Hut, M.I, Road Jaipur-302015, within its warranty period. After initial checking they inform me that my phone has heating problem and he Change the mobilephone Motherboard in 15 Days. According to their commitment I handed over my phone to them in good faith that I will get it within 15 days. But after the expiry of stipulated period they neither give any information about my phone nor they declare any specific date of delivery. In last 10 days I have visited 6 times to their office and requested them to return back my phone under any condition whether it is repaired or not, but unfortunately they failed to convince me with their un professional and use less attitude.That due to their negligence I have been suffering since 25 days and it is very painful for me as I don't know when I will get my phone. At this moment I am hopeless and cant decide whether I purchase a new smart phone or wait for an unlimited period. That due to their poor Service and inefficient staff I have been suffering an irreparable loss and injury, which they cant compensate. Under the circumstance I hereby request you to kindly accept my complaint and take appropriate action immediately.

                            sir/maim I am suffering from last 1 month on the name of Repairing of the handset Job Sheet number- E[protected] Evry time micromax executive says we are work on your case. i am totally dissatisfy from customer service of micromax which is situated in jamshedpur of tank road, sakchi. Most of the people i met there, standing in the queue were frustrated due to this lateness. Everyone was telling me the same thing that they are waiting for last one and half months or more. This is really disgusting service. my handset in warranty period till november. i am just suffering, suffering a lot. And this is not only with me, its with everyone who were there. So, please take care of the matter as i need my handset whether it is fixed or not, on time.

                              Dear Sir/Madam, Greetings of the day... I have submitted my phone at MicroMax care as on[protected]. Five days after, they informed me Mobile not repaired as yet. Now again they generated new request as on the dated[protected]. I unable any status of my phone. Non availability of my phone, I am facing many problem. I could not bought new phone So, I request you to either let me know the current status and when I'll getting my phone or Give me new phone so that My working life could not suffer.                                 I HAVE PURCHASED MICROMAX A-77 JUICE MOBILE ONLINE ON DATE 3/02/2014.THE MOBILE IS NOT WORKING SMOOTHLY FROM THE BEGINING.SHOWN TO MICROMAX SERVICE CENTER 3-4 TIMES.NOW ON DATE 9/08/2014 THE SERVICE CENTER M/S D.R.TELCOM AT BORIVALI (WEST) SENT MY MOBILE TO COMPANY.THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE IMEI NUMBER IS MISSING.TILL DATE THE MOBILE IS NOT RETURNED TO ME.PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL.                                   I bought a micro max phone in 2nd august, and it was hang with in 15 th august, after that when i took it in micro max service center they took my phone and told me that it will be available after 1 month, now when the time period completed they told me it take another 15 to 20 days. I mail ed them, and also talk with their customer care executive several time that please inform me when i will get it, but no reply came from their side, they are just ignoring me by tailing that when it will be available we will inform you. Till now no updated information came from their side.

                                    Dear Micro max Team, Due to heavy use of my phone, The battery of the phone started swelling up and the battery life or discharging period was very less. So I had to visit the service centre that is near Malleshwaram, Bangalore. The first day when i visited the place it was on Sunday but the trip on vain since they told me the working days are from Monday to Saturday from 10 am onwards to ... So I had to make few preparations within my office since I would be bit late if I go to the centre. When I reached the service centre the following day ( Monday ) . I had to wait for almost 3 -4 hours to order a battery even though there were only 4 members ahead of me. The time taken for each customer or issue solving rate was very high that is efficiency of processing a issue or a problem was very less. Later when I got my turn and went to them and they took more than half an hour to 45 minutes take my order. She took my details for the order then followed by 10 minutes of silence then again she asked to give the same info she told me that the connection was not stable and all the info is lost and she need them again . At last she took the order and when I enquired when will I get the battery she told me it might take 7 to 10 days and they would call me. I was disappointed hearing this but no other had to wait but even after 10 days I didn't receive any kind of message when I called them and enquired about the order, the reply from the team was it will be received within next 2 days and I will receive the same. Then after 2 days I called them to again to query for the same and got to know it has not yet been received and they don't know when it will be received. And yesterday the 19th day after the order I again asked for an update and still don't know what is status on the order. Really what is this Micromax and Regional Sales Support Team was is this ?????????????????? Guys why is your after sales and support so bad.I feel it is pathetic This is really disappointing and I was good fan of micromax and I feel ashamed for myself since i recommended this product and borught few of them to my bro. Please read some mags the competition is coming and the stage to loss the market is her : The CEO of Xiaomi has made a statement within the DIGIT Mag that is if their team is not able to fix the problem they would replace the whole product and the product will be shipped immediately so that proves why wise guys are starting choosing them over the others. More over because of this battery, I had to go wait for my turn in your centre waste my time and take a half a day leave from my office and not able to make a call for past 20 days since i am using a single SIM phone as a work around and missing call within the other SIM and giving calls to your centre for update all are indirect monetary and non monetary loss for me. Finally your team will know about the date when the battery will be received or not But I know because cancel the order from your team and ordered a compatible battery from other online site such as ERD . My Questions to Micromax : 1)why don't the customer get the privilege to order from your site for the accessories or some online portals. 2)why don't i find any feed back form within the service centre to update how poor the service is. 3)why aren't we getting any update on the order like will it be delayed, sorry correction when will you start updating your support team about the dates so atleast when I call them they can let me know about the status. The final conclusion i came up with this event would be even though your products are some what good for the price paid. The after sales support and maintenance is not up to the mark . So i wont go for your products or recommend your product to my friends, co leagues or my relatives or anyone. Bye bye cya sayonara. Best Regards, Satish.S

                                      On 25/08/2014, I have given my mobile Handset (Model : Micromax Canvas A113, Model Code- SERMOB0274) in working condition to Micromax Authorized Service centre M/s. Technique Services (West Bengal) at 16 Princep Street, Kolkata 700072, within its warranty period. After initial checking they inform me that my phone has some software problem and I have to wait for two weeks for complete repairing. According to their commitment I handed over my phone to them in good faith that I will get it within 15 days. But after the expiry of stipulated period they neither give any information about my phone nor they declare any specific date of delivery. In last 10 days I have visited 6 times to their office and requested them to return back my phone under any condition whether it is repaired or not, but unfortunately they failed to convince me with their un professional and use less attitude.That due to their negligence I have been suffering since 25 days and it is very painful for me as I don't know when I will get my phone. At this moment I am hopeless and cant decide whether I purchase a new smart phone or wait for an unlimited period. That due to their poor Service and inefficient staff I have been suffering an irreparable loss and injury, which they cant compensate. Under the circumstance I hereby request you to kindly accept my complaint and take appropriate action immediately.

                                        Hello, I am Adarsh..[ Mob no.[protected], Tel.no.[protected] ] Last month[protected], my phone ( Micromax bolt A58 - purchased on[protected] was not switching-on. Then I submitted it to the nearest service centre in Coimbatore ( Kanishka Mobile Care-Micromax Checkpoint) on[protected].They said that I would receive my mobile next Monday.When I went there on Monday, they said that they had sent it to the head office.Then, I went on Friday.This time, they said that the phone hasn't been repaired and has been sent again to the head office.We called them next week and they said that the spare parts of this model is not available right now and so will be delayed for another few days.They gave us a job sheet no.[protected].We waited for almost 2 weeks and still haven't received my phone yet.Now the date is[protected] and they are not responding to our phone calls even.I request you to replace the phone as soon as possible. Thanks..
