I am So unhappy with micromax CUSTOMER Service . My Previous complaint have not been resolved. Here is the link for my previous complaint.

I STILL GOT THE ORIGINAL JOBSHEET FROM THE AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE M/S ABU COMMUNICATION WHERE I GET MY MOBILE REPAIRED. I DIDN’T RETURNED IT FOR MY SAFETY.
Distance between my Home ( Marthandam) and Micromax Service centre (m/s abu communication – tirunelveli )is 150km. I have travelled for 6 times which costed me about 2500 just for travelling.
I Need my problem to be resolved. I can Courier my Mobile with the full pack and the BILL (with etc Back panel and HD Screen guard I purchased for etc use)

I still got the ORIGINAL JOB SHEET from m/s abu communication
Tirunelveli. I Havent returned it for my security. They made my 13500
rs mobile an unwanted stuff. I have just used it for a week. You can
check my IMEI for reference IMEI : [protected], [protected]
Job sheet no :s[protected].. I need an effective result.
I do have hope in your company.Please forward it your executives.
A Small advice as your star customer : Make service centres on your
Own to make your mobile more popular and secure.
I ordered for doodle 3 from snapdeal as i got a low quality karbonn mobile now..

We were encouraged to go for total indigenous items for us because of our love for the country. I, Shri S. Majumdar went for a mobile GSM hand set of your company Model A 94.The IMEI No. being [protected] & the battery No.[protected] from the M/s Binapani Mobile Store, UCO Bank building, Saheed Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha on 25.04.2014. But, after bringing into my work place at Sambalpur, Odisha, after two to three months, the net work problem came across i.e 3G net work. Hence, after being unsuccessful in achieving my desired goal, I handed over the set to the authorised service centre for Micromax mobile in Sambalpur town at Orissa . The name of the Service centre is R.R.Mobile and the complain No as recorded by the service centre is E[protected] Dared 07.08.2014.
Now, they told me to get it repair within 15 days time. But to my utter surprise and harassment, no body is responding positively to my call in the call centre and the Toll Free number. Sir, it is more than 50 days that I have hande over you the mobile for the right action and it is still with you. I hope you people are enjoying customer's mobile phones in the name of repair. One thing if you have no technology to repair, then replace it with a new one. And still if you are not capable of it then switch over to some cheaper business like selling vegetables or some such business to earn your livelihood. After all, every body is not competent enough to maintain themselves in the present competitive world. Always Cut your coat according to your Cloth. Go for that which you can ensure & assure. hope you will respond without being spineless.
