I have a problem with my'MICROMAX UNIT 2' mobile phone. I've purchased it 1 month before hence it is under warranty. my phone is not getting charged, i don't know why...? but when i contacted to service center they told me that the charging slot of my phone is not working and said it wont come under warranty, servicing will cost me Rs. 960 ... is charging slot not the part of phone's hardware??? Any way then also i gave them my phone and agreed to pay the amount but, after a 4-5 days they called me and asked me to pick my phone back and when I reached there, they returned me my phone and said that we cant fix your phone please contact other service center... Although I don't pay them money, but what type of service they are they providing to there costumers i'm totally dissatisfied .

      I had some problem in my Micromax A72 model and I consulted the micromax service centre for this, after checking the mobile they told me that it will take "long 45 days" to correct the problems in phone God knows what so big problem in it, ok whatever they told me I agreed and than I asked them to give me some spare mobile to use temporarily, for "long 45 days" cause I had no other phone to make use of, they totally rejected my request saying we don't give any stand by mobile, I wasted damn 2 hrs on that service centre saying "its every mobile companies policy to give spare mobile in exchange of mobile which they have received for repair for temporary period" I didnt received any mobile in turn and I am very Disappointed I am in need of a smartphone, I am unable to do daily work without the phone, please help me, Service centre address: M/S Akhil Traders, G 1, Yashwant Plaza, Opposite Railway, Indore Tel: [protected].

Even also their number are not reachable, and if reachable they are not peaking the call. Below is the address. (Address- Micromax Care, M/S SPACE TELECOM, NANDIGHOSH ARENA, 1st Floor, Plot No-1, Bapuji Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha,[protected], [protected]) For which every time I have to visit for checking the phone issue that has been solved or not. Same excuse every time that parts are not come till yet. May I know from where you are bringing the parts which taking time of 1-2 months. It's the second time I am facing the same display issue with new set A250 model with a great service that your customer care providing over here. Its really worthless of taking such phone if service is this much poor like this. And kindly if you are really providing the good service to customer then please take care of the issue and let me know. Thanks

          Hi I have submitted my handset 4 days back and i was told that i will be getting my set next day evening. I told them at that time that i will be going abroad on 3rd October, so if i get my handset back between that time then only to submit the handset and they told me that i will be getting it on time anyway but now they are telling me that it will take 20-25 days(!) as it has been sent to company. Most of the people i met there, standing in the que were frustrated due to this lateness. Everyone was telling me the same thing that they are waiting for last one and half months or more. This is really disgusting service. Being my handset in warranty period i am just suffering, suffering a lot. And this is not only with me, its with everyone who were there. So, please take care of the matter as i need my handset whether it is fixed or not, on time. This is really painful after sale service.First of all i am getting this much problem with the handset in between a year and when i am trying to get it fixed, the problem is even more. any ways, if it is not going to be fixed before 3rd october, then please send me the handset back, at least it will help me and please reply me soon.

            Dear Sir, Problem not solved from 30 days I Ashish Dulani By Strongly Mistake Perchaced (Micromax Canvas A177 Juice) From The Mobile Zone Indore (M.P.) After some days ... 1.On charging the handset will very heat up 2.Network automatic gone and comeback 20 to 25 time in a day 3.Automatic Hang up 6-7 times in a day 4.Tuch pad Automatic working 5.Some time on Boot Black Display nothing to show on Display i will suffer from many problems with this handset then i Go to Micromax care Akhil Traders waiting for token no 3-4 Hour in a day, After 4 Days rounding and rounding service center executive tell me we are send the handset to company head office you will get back in 8 to 12 Days After 8 days i will again go to service center today executive says me sir problem is big we want 30 to 45 days more to repairer the handset i want to just know why i am suffering for 40-45 days can i Perchace a second hand handset from the show room ? the problem not to be solved in 20 days Pls Replace the handset on Urjent Basis allready i will lost my many time on rounding 20 times on the service center.. every time call center Executive will tell me we are working on your case if any Repaireing not done within 7, 10, 15 days, customer have rights to want new Product or Give me my money Back.

                  I gave my micromax A115 for repair of wifi and bluetooth issue at service center, Vasai west, THane, maharashtra on 26/06/2014 under assurance that the same will be rectified and handed over to me within 8 to 10 days.But, it is regretted to say that 60 days have passed till date.The same still not set right.So, look into the matter and deliver it duly repaired as soon as possible.                       I purchased a mobile of micromax on date 02/09/20013 model X081(w) from indore worth Rs 1150/- . But it have out going voice problem. The user of other side heard noisy sound. I submitted it in AYUSHI ELECTRONICS IN YASHWANT PLAZA, indore service center of micromax on 13/09/2014. But they are saying it will repair in 25 to 30 days because of part unavailability. I have no other mobile for use and activating my SIM for so many days. It hard to face this problem with new mobile. Please help

                      Now I found my handset back after 10 days from service center but problem is still remain same. There is a noisy voice on other side after changing mother board and micro phone as per service center employee. They told me to take it back and borrow some time to check either same problem comes in other hand set of same model or not. Only 20 days before on 2/9/2014.

                      I had bought a new Micromax mobile (A-290 cameo) on 2nd of October 2014.from Carewell Telecom Rohini for Rs 11200.It has charging problem from the start.When I visit to the dealer, He tell me that he has stopped some of the unnecessary applications and now it will charge quickly.But nothing had happens the problem was still there.On 29th of October 2014. I had visited to Micromax Service center located at Dwarka, Delhi.The person over there tell me that I have to pay Rs 1850 as the charging jack was damaged.Now Sir, the problem is that why I have to pay again for a brand new phone when it has problems from the start.And if I commit that the jack was damaged by me then in that case also Did a jack costs Rs 1850.This just like a robbery.I request you to involve in this matter and save me from the big company(robbers).Kindly fight for me as I am a working girl and I have not the power to fight for the truth.

Brajendra Singh Tomar From Bhopal Arround 45 days ago there was some screen problem with my phone, so for the same went to micromax service centre so they told me to replace the screen and touch from company only because my phone is in warrenty period. they said it will be repaired after 15 days now its almost 45 days and i am still waiting for my phone, everytime i call them and they say part is still not come. i also have complaint about the same 15 days ago to the micromax toll free no. and they said i'll take one more week. my phone is micromax doodle 2 A 240. service job sheet no. is N[protected] my complaint no is [protected]. kindly do some otherwise i have to complaint to the consumer court. my no is [protected] email id is dr.[protected]@gmail.com

                                  Hi Team, I gave my phone in for repairs on 19/07/2014 for camera issues, still haven't received the phone back from Micro max service center in Vasai West. The phone came back once from repairs to the service center where camera issue was sorted however Service center didn't handover the phone as phone now developed issues with the TOUCH when it came back from repairs. Thus they sent the phone back to repairs. I bought this phone on the 31/06/2014 & only got to use it for 20 days & still haven't got the phone back from Micro max...                                   I contacted the Micromax call center yesterday in the day.. The rep said it will take another 15 days to resolve the issue...
                                  Then I got a call back from her manager who also said the same thing... They are not giving any commitment nor exchange of device.

                                  75 days for a phone repair is a joke & completely unacceptable...

                                      hello, sir/madam, i have purchased a micromax funbook tablet P600 in April, but after one month it was not working, than we deposite it in service centre (M/S satguru communication) at NOIDA sec-18, with request no- N[protected] from 17-06-14 to 20-08-14. i have used it for less than a month now it is again creating same problems as before, its not working at all, its now switched off, i have tried alot but its not working, now i need a proper solution. i asked tham to take it from home because i will not go to that service center again because they are not cooperative at all.i asked to refund my money back, or give me a new tab.but they denied for this action and want me to visit that service centre again. i m attacing please do the needfull. thanks, Ravindra chaturvedi [protected] address- 133, sec-1, vaishali Ghaziabad 201010

                                        I have given my phone for repair to MICROMAX CARE CENTER, BHUBHANESHWAR few weeks back they said they will inform me when my phone get ready they don't call instead when I m calling them to inform me about my phone they are not at all helpful and giving excuses. After my constantly calling them they are not at all looking after my problem. There customer service is very low and not at all bearable.
