i have submitted my Micromax Phone at your service centre for repairing on dated 16.08.2014. for that they have given 15 days time for repairing the phone. But after 27 days passed it’s not repaired. Moreover, I have called them many times but their replies your mobile is not repaired due to shortage of part. Moreover, they have not given me any substitute phone. I am very frustrated about this kind of service. You are kindly requested to shortout my problem as early as possible. apke customer center pe call krne pr khte hai ki apka koi call mujhe nahi aya hai false hai or apne jis nu se contact kia hai uuse aapke sath contact nhi ho parhi

    I bought micromax A069 On 10 August 2014.Its was not even 10 days after buying my cell phn was not working properly. Particular right upper area, its touch is not working at all without any physical damage. And even its earphones stopped working suddenly without any physical damage. I am very disturbed. I am a regular cllg student that was my first smartphone i bought after doing a internship for 2 months after working so hard because my parents couldn't even afford that somewhere because i was in a urgent need of a smartphone to continue with my assignments and projects for which i need to surf a lot. Sir i really oblige and request you to take my complaint into consideration. Even I have submitted my cell phone in the shadipur service center and i asked them for a substitute, before submitting they said yes substitute will be provided. the time i submitted my cell phone they said that substitute is not provided, we didn't said anything like that. I really want my cell phone to be replaced by the company as it is not possible for the customers to deal with such a company. What's the use of buying if we are not able to take the benefit of the product for some months atleast without any problems. Hope my complaint will be taken into consideration as i am in urgent of cell phone and my work is stuck. I really want my cell phone to be replaced by the company or even how can a product start misfunctioning in just 10 days of buying it. Not just me there were a no. of consumers who were standing at the service center with a no. of complaints like that. Is this the service of the company to actually exploit consumers. Sir/Mam i am very disturbed regarding my product. I am in final year of studies, after working so hard i bought that cell phone so that i don't have to face any issues regarding my projects and now my work is totally stuck . I will be thankful i[censored] can resolve my complaint. I am also attaching the copy of my job sheet of the complaint i[censored] will require that in any case or if further required plz tell me the procedure to file a case against the company. contact no.- [protected]

                  I have purchased Micromax A290 on Sep 1, 2014. It was released a week before i understand. It is a pain using that as the apps do not work. The OS is not supporting and i need to reboot the handset atleast 3 times a day to work on it. I gave it for repair and they said they will upgrade the software. even after that, the problem persists. i always used bg brands and wanted to try this low end brand and as anticipated, it has given a huge show down. I donno wat to do now as even the sales guy is not really in a mood to offer satisfactory support

                        Hello! I purchased a Micromax mobile Model No. A77 (w). Within a year, i.e. within Guarantee Period, its display got defected. I approached service centre M/s Jain Computers in Aligarh (UP) on 18.7.2014. Till now, I have not been provided service. My Cell Phone is still in the service centre. My request No. is R140FUPE10979510. I have also made complaint of if through Akosha a fortnight ago. I am still waiting for any satisfying reply. I know this is very late but we are extremely sorry that we could not help you. Resolving consumer complaints is very challenging and we are not successful every time.                                 Dear Team, This mail is regarding unsatisfactory and frustration level of customer. On[protected] my nokia lumia mobile cash down and I need to purchase a new mobile on urgent basis, so I purchased Micromax canavas knight A290 worth of 11799/-. But from next day I stated facing problem related to speaker of my mobile : mobile speaker suddenly stopped their functioning. So on[protected] I went to my nearest micromax service center (302, vikash surya, shopping mall manglam palace, sector-3, rohini, delhi, 110085) and saw my problem to Mr. Sanjeev & Sunil (executives of service center) and they revert me to get new mobile phone against of replacement within 3 days. But after 18 days I am hopeless to get my phone back from them. I went many times at micromax service center for the same but every time deny with negative answer and it all done after investing around 12000/- on you.

                                  We bought a MICROMAX BOLT mobile on[protected], and on[protected] it fell from the desk in my sons college. The DISPLAY was broken. On[protected] we went to Micromax Service Centre Moosarambagh, Dilsukhnagar, in M/s. S.S.Enterprises, Hyderabad. A.P. We showed them the cracked display and it was in working condition i.e. sound was coming, and it was being connected on dialling. They told us that the Display has to be replaced and if necessary the power button MAY have to be replaced. They told the total charges would be Rs.1400/-. it may take 8 to 10 days for the repair. Service No.given was S[protected], later it was changed to[protected]. First of all it was surprising to note that the display of a brand new phone got broken by felling from desk to the chair of the desk just 1 to 1 1/2 feet. Second it was not covered in the Warranty Now, till this date we are still awaiting the REPAIR even after 62 DAYS and numerous enquiry calls about the repair with not a single feed back call from the service centre, though they promised that they will call and tell us the status in two to four days. The same excuse every time when we called them, they told they are awaiting the set from the company. On 11th Sep I was told that the set will be dispatched by the company on 13th Sep. and I will get by 17th Sep.2014 Today i.e. 16th Sep. I called and enquired again i was told I will be getting the set in 2 more days the same excuse which I am hearing since 62 days. In your contract Rule No.9, if the customer does not take the serviced set within 45 days the set will be auctioned. CAN I ASK THE COMPANY ? WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR THE SERVICE IF IT IS DELAYED FOR MORE THAN 60 DAYS ??????? Will it take 60 + day to replace the display of a mobile by the company ?? What type of service you are providing to the customer with such delay ?? There is no system of CALL BACK to the customers to give the present status of the service. WHY SHOULD I PAY TO A COMPANY WHICH MANUFACTURES SUCH MOBILES AND GIVE SUCH A WORST SERVICE ????????? .

The Service Cetre of the Company Mictomax. Why should I wait for so many days for a DISPLAY replacement.

                                        HI, my micromax canvas 4 Model number " A210" have problem in display screen . i have submitted my phone on 8-sep-2014 on micromax check point center (roorkee). on the submission of phone. The check point executive says that the phone will be return back within a week, but today when i called him then he says it will take 15 days more. i can't understand why they gives in proper answer with commitment and i am service class men and if my phone get problem within a warranty the they should give me any alternate mobile till my phone back to me. I am not haapy with your services. Following are the details of my complain: 1.) Job ID = N[protected] 2.) Job sheet date = 08-September-2014 3.) IMEI/ESN Number = [protected]/[protected] 4.)
