I was submit my cell phone on 29/08/2014 due to some touch problem and they told me you can receive you cell phone after one week. Once i was go there again told me 4 days but same answer from there. It happened more than three to four time but not received my phone. Today i have complaint on Micromax care and complaint once asking for complaint no. associate respond me she have forward my complaint and still need to wait for 20 working days. So please let me know how i can trust on your service ???? "NOTHING LIKE ANY THING" means this ??? please help me to provide me my cell phone as soon as possible.     Dear Sir/Madam, My mobile is under reapir since past 2 months and it is told me we have send it to Gurgaon for the replacement of mother board and on the date 02/09/2014 they told it is replaced when I cheked and found mother board is replaced with any other customer that was also faulty that I showed Mr. Pankaj supervisor of service center, he immediately made another job sheet and promised to give with in 04 days.It is under repair from 21.07.2014.     I will give my micromax A092 at 26/08/14 but after 21 days mobile will not be repair ...very slow service
    I had purchased a handset from Micromax company Model no.A110q by Rs.13100.00 from CELL MOBILES Bangalore. Bill No. CM/4150. Handset suddenly Front Camera and Touch Screen stop working . So I visit your authorized customer care service center in Ahmedabad {add: M/s. Dev Enterprise, Shop No.13, (GF) Sunrise Mall, Nr. Swaminarayan Temple, Ahmedabad-380015, Ph.[protected]}. They book my complain and took my handset and provide a Job sheet and its number is "W[protected]" on 18.09.2014. Now Its One and half month over still they are telling they don't have its spare parts for that they are not able to repair. I called customer care they booked complain (complain No.[protected]) next whenever I call to customer care they are telling parts are not available it will take time.

    I had buy Micro max CANVAS HD A116 I (canvas 2) on 30st January 2014 and I have face some charging port issue under warranty period, that is on September 2014 and I have submit my handset for repair in the SATGURU COMMUNICATION MICROMAX service center situated at SEC-27 NEAR VINAYAK HOSPITAL, UTTAR PRADESH, and they have given the assurance that your handset will return to you within 7 days. But after 7 days they have told me that it will take time, how much we don't know and you can talk to the customer care. Then I had make a call to the customer care and they again given me the assurance that you get your handset within 20 days, after 20 days they have told that it will take another 20 days, and after more 20 days they are telling that wait for another 25 days. My job sheet no.N[protected]


    I have given a canvas phone model no Micro max CANVAS HD A116 I (canvas 2) in repair warranty period. The IMEI / ESN no are: [protected].
    I gave for repair in but still it is not repaired and returned me other set canvas phone model no Micro max CANVAS HD A116 I (canvas 2) with IMEI No-[protected] and when going to star still this is not start and found this is mother board is damage in internal circuit after this i am going to returned to service center they deny for taking and deny for giving my original hand set I enquired With them and they replied that they spare parts yet to come. It's already 65 days over. I have a good faith in MICROMAX. For this only I have purchased this model. If any delay for the spare parts kindly exchange and give me a other good model as early as possible. Thanking...

    I had given my phone to care centre on 5th february till now my phone was not repaired, service centre was not giving proper response.
    I have submitted my mobile to customer care 20 days before. I have called them more than 50 times but every time they are giving me excuses and nor repairing my phone.
    I have complained to micromax office but they also just gave me a complain no ""MMX[protected]".
    Now if i am calling them they told me "don't call every time we will call when we complete your repair"
    It's more than 20 days passed.

      We bought a Micromax canvas magnus A117 from Sangeetha mobiles 9th block jayanagar, bangalore on 20JUN14. After about 2 weeks, the phone started hanging, touch operating automatically, so we took the same to S3 communications (Micromax check point) in 3rd block, jayanagar. They said they reset the software and it should work fine now, but again in couple of days it started happening the same thing, so I took the mobile again to the same place on 14AUG14, this time they took the mobile for repair and replacement of motherboard/touch screen and said it will be done in 10 working days. Service request # S[protected] I waiting for 10 working days and called them, they said its "parts awaiting from head office delhi" so I waited for another 5 days and called them again, this time too they said the same thing and asked me to call the Micromax customer care toll free number @ [protected] and register and complaint with them which I did, complaint # mmx[protected], and they are saying to wait for 21 working days, whereas I have already waited about 1 Month now yet I don't have a proper answer from either micromax office nor S3 communications nor I have the handset. I even requested them to replace it with a new handset, and they refuse to do so. Very upset. Please help. Regards Shaik Ahamed.

        I have submitted my mobile Micromax A110Q to the service center (Satuguru Communication, sector-27, Noida) on 10th sept, 2014 for a bit problem in Touch Spot. They promised me to give the mobile on same day and there after they delayed it to 2-3 days and its been 7 days already i have submitted the phone and still they are saying that it will take 5-7 days more .Its Delhi NCR and its a work of hardly half an hour and Delhi is so near so they can't deny the fact that it is not a tough task to repair it soon, I told them to return my phone without repairing, even for that thing they neglected .I generally do my lot of work via phone and internet so i am running into a lot of loss since last 7 days so i want my phone back whether it is repaired or not.. Please take a strict action against this .               I am just complaining that micromax noida service centre is worse service centre in the world. I gave him my phone for repaired two times but they could not rectify the problem in 2 months and phone was in guarantee period and they also inform me they send my phone two time to micromax company and problem is still not resolve. I just want to know that why are you making the phone if you are not able to find the rectify it in 2 month. plz try to stop making the fool.

                I am sudheer kumar, bought micromax unite 2 A106 on junu 18, i am not at all satisfied with it, options on camera some times appear and some times they dont' appear, slow processing, hanging, etc, . i gave it in micromax service center on august 7th at begumpet, opposite parklane hotel. it has been almost 1 and half month, i didn't get my mobile and when i call to the service center, i got no response.                   Sir,

                  First time I am facing this type of problem that a service center is asking for full money and spare parts charges, even though the product is under warantee period.

                  The service center is saying that the sticker on top of the mobile is absent so they will not cover under warantee. The smart phone was purchased in nov 2013 and is with cash receipt.

                  A very bad treatment from your patna service center.

                    I purchased micromax A190 hd plus before one month and it starts creating problem. The charger jack is not working. And phone is hanging too much. We invested our money in this for better results but we are not getting it. Even we dont know about the service centres where they are. I have worst experience ever with micromax. Sorry to say. :(

Can't wait for months without any confirmation. Its hardly a month since I bought it and I haven't been able to use it even for a single day. What am I supposed to do????

                            I bought a Canvas 2.2 A114 on 11th Feb 2014. In the month of Jul'14 it started hanging up and switching off automatically. Extremely delayed responses while opening or closing any app. I took it to a service center at Shivaginagar, Pune. The center in charge, Mr. Amit updated the softwares and confirmed that the problem had resolved. Within 24 hrs the problems resurfaced. I took it back to the service center (after 2 weeks, as the service center is almost 15kms away from where I stay and cannot afford to visit it every week.) and I was suggested to take it to another service center at Sadhu Vaswani Chowk, Pune. The second service center changed the motherboard. Took two weeks there. The phone was fine for a couple of weeks and has now absolutely stopped working. Upon switching on, it pops an error ' Unfortunately System UI has stopped.' Followed by several other error messages. It device absolutely does not work now. I NEED A REPLACEMENT . Attaching Invoice copy for any verification requirred

                            I got a replacement . Atleast 3 high level executives called me to apologize and an new replacement was given.

                              I submitted My phone micromax Magnus A117 on 04th August 2014 (JOB Sheet no.[protected]) at Cell City 319/53, 59th Cross, Vatal Nagraj road, near Bashyam Circle, Rajajinagar, Bangalore.

                              They verified and informed that the touch screen is not working and will be replaced as its under warranty period; and will be delivered by 10 to 15 days, but till now no response from the service center, whenever i call, they informed will be delivered shortly as the spare is out of stock.

                              Kindly verify, take neccesary action and do the need full.

                              Otherwise i have to take legal action against the Company.

                              I had purchased Micromax A210 White phone from Flipkart bearing invoice no DEL[protected] dated[protected] I had taken the phone for repairing as it had networking problem and was getting switched off automatically at a service centre of MICROMAX named Cell'q Comunication Private Ltd Centre at 318, Upper Ground floor Dreamz Mall Stn Road, Bhandup West Mumbai 400078 with job sheet No 74 on 16/09/2014.The service engineer opened the phone and said that there is motherboard problem and it has to be changed. When I said that the phone is under warranty period he said that it can be resolved by updating software which he did but the problem was not resolved. Since working time was over he asked me to approach next day.
                              When I approached the centre on 17/09/2014 I was told to speak to manager Mr Ajmal Khan, who refused to take the phone for repair under warranty. He said that it will be repaired out of warranty when asked about reason why repair out of warranty the reply given was unexpected from a person representing a company and is authorized service provider that I should take the matter to the shop from where is has been purchase as the cover of motherboard has come out by heating . I could not come to terms that if a seal had been opened by the service centre itself where the question of tempering it is would arise as he said that phone has been repaired earlier by some unauthorized service centre.

                              You are therefore requested to intervene the matter and resolve the issue immediately.
                              as this kind of attitude will not only hamper the goodwill of the company but also it give a bad name in the market.

                                i have replaced my earphones in Micromax service center situated at secunderabad (Sri dhatre mobiles, Land mark Opp: Manju Theatre Phone : [protected]) at Rupees : 420/- . He said that is is warrenty for 3months while taking i have taken on 9/7/14 now i got problem in right side speaker now when i have went for warrenty on 12/09/2014 he said that there is a warrenty for one month only we cannot do anything you can set out now please give me any clarification regarding this i have reciept of purchsed earphones

                                  I purchased Micromax Bolt A089 model Handset with in 3 months it is had problem with camera, immediately i went to Micromax check point in Coimbatore they said for servicing it will take 10 to 15 days. After 15 days i went to collect my phone back, again i am checked my phone it is having power on/off problem, i informed to service person simply they said give me back we will check and rectifying the problem and they said this on/off pcb problem for solve this problem it will take another 10 to 15 days, if board problem means it will take 25 days. I am buying a mobile for my use not for service center use this makes me So disappointing with their poor servicing.Actually my Mobile still in Warranty period with in warranty period their service getting so poor after warranty period what we can able to do. I've visited more than 10 times in the service centre but one of engineer named "Chanchal" asked me that black touch is not available in the stock so come after two or three days but no luck!!                                       Sir, I bought one micromax bolt A47 from a local retailer (OMH mobiles, wandoor, malppuram(district), kerala)IMEI:[protected] and ([protected])on 30.07.2014. on the 7th day of its using raised a problem, that the phone cannot call or message anyone and cannot receive the calls and messages the network bar shows an empty. then I returned it to the retailer and he set it for warranty service to Palakkad service center, I received my handset nearly after 20days but it's complaint wasn't over. then I show it to the Calicut service center.they said the problem that for motherboard and nearly after 10 days they replaced the motherboard. but now, after 6 days it is found on the same problem(no calls and messages in or out, it shows a message when I insert any SIM card"can't connect to the selected network"). the reality is that I used the handset only 2weeks till today(15.09.2014) now what I do?
