I have purchase a micromax A117 on 22/02/2014 21:03:51 HRS from spice retails ltd. 1449/109A, ground floor, Gali No.3, 100 Ft. Road, Durgapuri Chowk, Delhi([protected]). it was working good up to last month, than i have face problem in touch. Touch of the phone was not working, than i visited at your customer care care centre(M/s Shri Krishna Comm(Delhi), A-10, Kabir Nagar, Opp Goyal Gadde Wala, Near Shiv Mandir, Shahdara, Delhi -110094 Tel :[protected] on 11/08/2014, and hand over my phone there. and they assure me to resolve my problem within 15 days. but now today is[protected], and i have not received my handset, and whenever i visit to your customer care centre they have only one reply and i.e.(whenever we will receive it from the we will call you and we cannot tell you that how much time it will take, ) My hand set model is :
