I bought a handset of micromax - A63 on 08.01.2014. The phone went wrong from the month of June 2014, facing with malfunctioning of touch pad. I reside at Durgapur, West Bengal. Eventually a nearest service centre was going to be active from the month of July. The set was deposited at the service centre [Address m/s Silica Services, Bengal Ambuja, City Centre, Durgapur] on 09.07.2014, and got the information that I would be informed as soon as the phone will be ready to delivered. On 14.07.2014, I went to the service centre, and found that the set was ready to be delivered. At the time of delivery, I found the set was not OK as the touch pad problem persists again. They delivered the phone on 26th July. But I found the same problem persist and return them again. They had issued another fresh receipt as attached herewith. Can you tell me when should I get any information. Till date I have no idea, how long more it will take to get back my mobile set. Already 4 months passed away without any serious response from the micro max team. Incorrigible & horrible service provision, probably the worst from Micro max.

    I own a Micromax canvas A 110 (Jelly Bean 4.1.1). In this mobile, in Tamil messages I receive in FaceBook, Whatsapp, Telegram etc, the last few characters in each sentence go beyond the tex frame and hidden there thereby making it difficult to read. The Tamil font is displayed correctly. In html files received through browsers, there is no difficulty to read Tamil. The difficulty is experienced only in apps like Facebook etc. Another friend using A 111 also has the same problem. English messages are displayed correctly. Text wrapping in Tamil messages alone has this problem. I approached authorised service centre at Egmore, Chennai and they informed nothing could be done. Can you kindly help to solve? Otherwise the phone is very satisfactory

      I purchased Micromax Canvas Doodle 3 (A 102) handset on 7th sep.2014 from croma (Chd) but the camera of that phone was not working, so we went on store on 8th Sep. and show them the phone but they said that u has to go service centre for this, when we went on service center they that this phone is faulty and it needs to replace, so we again went on that store and ask them to refund our money coz there is no possibility that the other handset will be ok, but they said that they can't refund the amount and u need to purchase the handset only any how we get the same handset as we don't have any option but in the new handset again there is volume issue. The handset volume is very low even on full volume and i am not able listen the phone ringtone also properly, so today 13th sep, i again visited on store but they are saying that the handset volume is only this and they can't help in it. so please let me know the correct feedback of this phone coz I am not satisfied with this.

        i own micromax canvas turbo but in the lower portion of screen touch is nt working ...i projected my problem to service centre bt they r saying its due to water but my phn never came in contact in water ...except touch in lower portion phn is functoining well but still he is asking for 7000 rs ..my phn is in warrenty and i dont knw what to do now.i asked for touch in civil they r saying 4000 rs... m feeling thugged by micromax

          I BOUGHT A MICROMAX'S UNITE 2 A 106 MOBILE FOR RS. 7100.00 THROUGH EBAY. I RECEIVED THIS MOBILE ON 27/08/2014 BUT MOBILE DOES NOT DETECTED ANY SIM CARD AND THUS VISITED MICROMAX'S SERVICE CENTRE AT VARANASI ON 29/08/2014. THEY CONFIRMED THAT THIS MOBILE IS MALFUNCTIONED AND YOU WILL GET DOA LETTER AFTER 10 DAYS AS MOBILE COULD NOT REGISTERED ON MICROMAX'S SYSTEM DUE TO CONNECTIVITY ERROR. I VISITED SERVICE CENTRE YESTERDAY AND THEY RETURNED MOBILE ASKING MICROMX'S LUCKNOW OFFICE HAS REGRETTED TO REPLACE THIS MOBILE. I WANT JUST REPLACEMENT OF THIS MALFUNCTIONED MOBILE WITH ANOTHER ONE WHICH IS IN WORKING CONDITION OR REFUND OF MY FULL AMOUNT OF PURCHASE.

            Hello sir, my self durgesh from varanasi . I deposited my handset micromax A40 at VISHWAKARMA MOBILE SERVICE CENTER VARANASI on 22nd July 2014 due to its touch screen was not working properly .They told me that came after 10 to 15 days . I gone their service center after 20 days but they told me again to come after 10 days and then when I gone their service center they could not give me my handset and also not received my phone calls too. my job sheet num is ...N[protected] Plz help me so that i will gate my handset as soon as possible .

              hlo sir i have been purchase micromax canvas A110q from near by my gadget cafe on 18 oct 2013 and after nearly about 10 months my phone display get damage on 22 aug 14 and i hve gone to near micromax care center with bill to make it repair then the person check my phone and said having display prblm as my phone is in warranty they have taken my phone and said we will repair it and you can take ur phone after 1 week ... i have gone to center after 1 week they said ur phone is not repair yet come after few days now 3 weeks have been passed and yet my cell is not repaired plzz take some action regarding this complained or i hve to take sum other action to contact me call on [protected] my self aayush pathak

                I have purchased a Micromax canvas A77 from home shop[protected]. The product is under warranty period. There was a slight problem in touch screen, the home and back button stopped working suddenly nearly 35 days ago. I found out a authorised service centre of Micromax in Gandhidham. I visited the service centre on 31/07/2014. They checked my mobile and said that the entire touch screen needs to be replaced. They said that no money will be charged as the product is under warranty. I asked how many days will it take? On reply they said 10 to 20 days and i will be informed through a phone call...but till date no any status with me...

                    I have purchased a Micromax canvas A117 from Bhopal on[protected]. The product is under warranty period. There was a slight problem in touch screen, the home and back button stopped working suddenly nearly35 days ago. I found out a authorised service centre of Micromax in NIT Faridabad . I visited the service centre on 09/08/2014. They checked my mobile and said that the entire touch screen needs to be replaced. They said that no money will be charged as the product is under warranty. I asked how many days will it take? On reply they said 7 to 10 days and i will be informed through a phone call as soon as it gets repaired. i handed over my cell to them and they gave me a log sheet as a receipt. Now it has been more than one month i have submitted my mobile, but it has not been repaired. Every time i call them they say that the spares are not coming so it would take another 7 days. And now even they dont pick up the phone at once. I have to keep on dialing for hours to get my phone call recieved. i use to call them every 3 days but the reply is always the same that more a week is required. Now they have come up with another excuse that there service centre is shifting to a new place so another week is required to start the work there, and from there on i dont know how much more time will it take. I have asked for a replacement cell, but they have denied it. I am facing terrible problems since my office contacts are in the phone and all the important emails also.

                    After filing the above complaint in consumer India, I recieved a phone call from a person saying that he is calling from Micromax Delhi office. He said his name is Kunal Sharma. He told that your mobile will get repaired soon but I need to generate a NOC certificate online. He said that Micromax gives this certificate to the customers by default. But since you dont have this certificate you have to pay Rs.100 and generate it online. He said me to enter a website "knoc.ga/micromax". On entering the site a form aapeaerd to be filled by me. And a default payment of Rs 100 was asked to be made. When I was making the payment online it showed unvalid bank credentials. I tried two three times but could not succeed. Then i tried from another debit card of mine and the same thing happened. But after 10 minutes i recieved a message from my bank that Rs. 4000/- has been deducted from both of my account through a purchase on paytm. But I never went to the site Paytm. The guy called me again saying that no worries your money would be returned within 24 hours. He called from the no. [protected]

                            i had problem regarding buttons of touch pad three weaks earlier . I replace the touch pad from micromax service center from sangli. But again i have same problem. I am getting same problem regularly. What have to do. Or else i want the replacement for the handset.

                              I Purchased Moicromax canvas turbo a250 mobile 16/05/2014.not even a 3 month old and the Mobile one day din’t power on.The service center after waiting for an hour said they have to send the cell to the Company back for repairs and will take a month’s time to return. Really feeling cheated Very poor service from Micromax. My phone is not getting switched on. It was on the warranty so the body language of the engineer seemed as if he got a BAKRA. The engineer just opened the phone and locked it again without doing ANY TESTING WHATSOEVER. Then he says board needs to be replaced .                                 Sir, I have purchased one Micromax Canvas 2 Colors A120 (Grey) from flipkart M_IMEI NO [protected] S_IMEI NO [protected] order No OD[protected] Dated 22 JUN 2014 delivered on 24 JUN 14. From day one the bottom portion of the screen was erratic and the from panel consisting of three feather touch switches has stopped functioning from[protected]. I have taken up the issue with flipkart.com and Micromax on [protected]. No response from Micromax and flipkart sought four business days. The service centre at Mahabubnagar Eswar Mobiles have refused service. Please facilitate replacement/ Repair of my hand set which cost me RS 8605/-.                                   Not received the reversal of wrong deduction done from my A/C of Rs 5500/- on 7th Sep 2014. I was trying to Pay Rs 100/- towards generating NOC but all the 3 transactions had failed. Post which Rs 4, 000/-, Rs 1, 000/- and Rs 500/-were deducted from my A/C and the same is not yet reversed in my A/C.

                                    Dear Sir, I would like to bring to your notice a story of my experience with the revered brand called “Micromax”. I purchased a Micromax mobile set with model number Micromax Turbo A250 on 7th Nov 2013 from KINGS Electronics, Mumbai but unfortunately the set got damaged after 3 months of purchase and form this moment started my misery. I visited your service centre in Kolkata in hope of getting the mobile fixed but to my utter astonishment I got a reply from there that my device could not be repaired because of “unavailability” of the spare parts after keeping the mobile for more than one month. Repeated request to the concerned executive to help get the parts could produce no further solution. I then decided to visit another Micromax service centre at Jamshedpur but received the same response. I finally logged query through the Micromax online Customer Care portal with the request No- [protected]. But it seems nobody even bothered to respond to that request. Well, after all these I was left with no other option but to purchase a new mobile phone. Micromax has earned its awe-inspiring position in Indian mobile arena through providing us an endless array of best-in-class mobile devices, which are of great quality and value-for-money. I, too, purchased my mobile from Micromax believing in your commitment towards product quality and service. It’s not simply justified that a mobile purchased for a good 19800 Rupees is as good as a mere piece of ‘use and throw’ electronics. I hope you would understand my concern. I would be obliged if you kindly look into the matter and let me know if there are any way to get my damaged mobile functioning.                                       I purchased Micromax canvas Magnus A117 in the may month and used it for a month and automatically it get damaged. I put the mobile in micromax service centre, they took one and half month for repairing, it was so irritating and again when i started using after 15 days i m facing the same problem. This is third time i am facing the same problem what should i do...???????????? Please fix it soon They make false promised that the problem will be fixed soon. i have never received such kind of service i dint expect this kind of irresponsible behaviour from the company.

                                        Bought unite A106 Mainly for its feature of kashmiri language support/ After receiving, found that it is mentioned in language list but comes with hindi script, which should hv actually been in urdu script as printed on its pakage box- This seems to be a fraud by the company and can be challenged legally.kindly revert as if there is some thing else which i might hv not understood. THOUGH I may appreciate for its other features n performance. Kindly clear things on above asap.
