I bought a handset of micromax - A63 on 08.01.2014. The phone went wrong from the month of June 2014, facing with malfunctioning of touch pad. I reside at Durgapur, West Bengal. Eventually a nearest service centre was going to be active from the month of July. The set was deposited at the service centre [Address m/s Silica Services, Bengal Ambuja, City Centre, Durgapur] on 09.07.2014, and got the information that I would be informed as soon as the phone will be ready to delivered. On 14.07.2014, I went to the service centre, and found that the set was ready to be delivered. At the time of delivery, I found the set was not OK as the touch pad problem persists again.
They delivered the phone on 26th July. But I found the same problem persist and return them again. They had issued another fresh receipt as attached herewith.

As till today, after having no response, please help me to have the answer from Micromax, that how long will it take (more), to get my mobile back either, or as no response yet. If the problem can't resolve / repair the mobile, kindly replace the mobile immediately.

Micromax Informatics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I did not leave the phone at service centre for repair but still I got a message from the micromax service centre that my phone is repaired with reference JOBSHEET ID, and to collect the same from service centre.
Now what this means?
These service centre guys are really cheating their customers badly and thus creating a very bad image for a really good company.
MICROMAX TEAM: Please look into my issue on serious basis.
