This is to submit a complaint against Micromax Service Centre, Tilak Nagar, Delhi. I bought a new battery for my phone Micromax Canvas HD because phone's old battery got damaged. Since next morning the phone was not getting switched on. I took my phone to service centre on[protected] just to show whether there is any problem with the battery slot. Service centre guys opened all its parts and asked to change the board which I refused and asked them to pack it back.Next day I took the phone to one of my friend`s shop to seek advice. He found the phone was sealed and advised me to take it to Service Center but I allowed him to open it in front of me. But I got shocked by seeing multiple issues with the phone which was working since last one year perfectly. The phone`s screen chip lock was broken, Sim slot's one strip was removed, Microphone was not present and Calling sensor was damaged. I was really not able to understand that how can a sealed phone have these kinds of damages. It was a very disappointing experience for me. I have got my phone repaired from my friends store which caused me Rs.1400. Requesting the consumer forum to help me on the financial loss I have faced due to such unprofessional behaviour by the Service Centre and also requesting Micromax company to seriously look into this matter and find the people in the service centre responsible for such activities which is creating bad impression to a really good and progressing company.

ANOTHER UPDATE:

I did not leave the phone at service centre for repair but still I got a message from the micromax service centre that my phone is repaired with reference JOBSHEET ID, and to collect the same from service centre.

Now what this means?
These service centre guys are really cheating their customers badly and thus creating a very bad image for a really good company.

MICROMAX TEAM: Please look into my issue on serious basis.

      I submitted My handset at D.R Telecom(Borivali).I gave it on 09/09/14. I received a message from DM-MMXER stating my device is repaired under job sheet id: W[protected]. And collect it from the service center. From: Rega. I went on 11/09/14 at D.R Telecom to collect my handset they are like my handset is not yet ready!!. As on now 12/09/14 I called at service center(D.R Telecom) 20 times they didnt answered you can check my call records. Tried to call at the head office Delhi they say WRONG NUMBER!!!. Wt[censored] Looks micromax is gonna shut in next few years..opp..sorry...few months1!!!Please try to resolve it..Got a good response from Akosha From some previous complaints.         After one month from the date of purchase, the device was not working. We have given to your micromax customercare center at cochin. The address of your cusotmer care details at cochin is as follows:-

        What they told me is they want send the device to your delhi office. When i enquired today about my device, they are not even responding properly and they said they need more days and cut the phone without giving me proper answer. This is totally frustrated me. We are not expecting such response from micromax.

        I was without phone for the last one month. I need a favourable reply within two days.

          Dear Sir, This is to bring to your notice that the I had purchased a Micromax GC - 222 mobile phone from a retail outlet Fone Zone Nxt in Mukherjee Nagar. This was purchased against bill no. 14596 dated 27-May-2014. I have been a user of various model of Micromax mobiles for a long period of time and I had purchased the phone with a lot of expectation, setting aside multiple options available in the market including those from reputed brands. However this purchase was just the beginning of a sad story for me. The mobile handset started giving problem from within a week of purchase. The phone started hanging. However I thought this was a minor problem and took the handset to the Lajpat Nagar service station, where the phone was kept for ~2 weeks and after that it was returned to me with an assurance that the problem had been rectified. However this was just the beginning of problem for me. After I got my phone it again stopped working with the similar problem. I again took the handset to the Lajpat Nagar service station and they rebooted the phone and said they had updated the software and that phone would work nicely. After 2-3 days it again started giving the same problem. Then I again submitted the phone with Satguru Communication, NOIDA based service station vide request not N[protected] dated 4th July 2014. They kept the phone for repair for a complete month and returned the handset on 4th August 2014. When I checked the phone the GSM SIM connection was not working. They then took back the phone for further repair. Now frustrated with the kind of service I had been getting from Micromax I approached the customer care department for speedy resolution. However they have been of no help. One of the executives went to the extent of saying that since she is not the one responsible for either repairing the phone on behalf of Micromax she was in no way responsible for whatever was happening with me. She further said that I should wait patiently. I hereby wish to know is there any TAT for resolution of queries and what is the correct mode of escalation of customer service issues. I would like to take all the pain to ensure that in future customers are not bothered so much.           Please go through the all the other recordings where at various stages you have committed resolving the issue and given many more assurances. you want to use, you should use other recording as well to show that you have failed to meet your commitments and which will again prove your intention of HARASSING me unnecessarily I also fail to understand your process


          On a different note if the issue has also been escalated please share the contact details of the escalation team so that I can check with them about the progress of the pending issue.

            To whom so ever it may concern: i bought a micromax A177 (canvas juice) handset on 3rd of august'2014 from "Mega Cellular, pimpri, pune". IEMI no: [protected] and [protected] On 20th august' 2014, I gave it in MICROMAX SERVICE CENTER, kharadwadi, Pimpri, Pune on TOKEN 12 (name: singh). It was little little bit wetted in rain (not much) and switched off while on call. when I received my cell phone back after few days the service center incharge said that this handset's mother-board is damaged badly and nothing can be done. I didn't believed as not such a mishandling was done. due to minor mishandling such bid damage cant occur. Later, I realized that the handset given to me is SHOWING ANOTHER IEMI NUMBER : when switched on. That means, the motherboard of my brand new cell phone is been replaced by a damaged motherboard and the sticker of my own mother-board is sticked on that damaged motherboard. I don't know this is done purposely or by mistake but I am being cheated by the service center guy . I gave a cell in better condition just for check and I received it in totally damaged and rotten condition. Hope you take notice of this incident and help me as soon as possible.               Dear Sir,

              I have Micromax A110Q Canvas 2 Plus handset. Imei no is [protected] purchased date is 12/8/2013.

              My complaint is against micromax service centre, they are not doing their work properly. only fooling the Customer.

              My phone is sudden shut down and not start again. i had given my phone in varanasi service centre. they called me after 2 days, then they reply that my phone they sended to company and it took nealy 25 days. They return my phone nearly one month. i asked the problem, and received answer that your whole motherboad (full chip) is changed.


              When i check my phone, i have seen some photo graph are their in my phone. i just check my imei no. and i was shocked that my imei no. is not match with my original bill.

              When i return back to service centre they told me that my imei no is not mine. they asked me to bring original bill. i forgot to take. they told me to bring another day, if mistake is done. they will check and changed. after one week i back to service centre. now they are refusing me to accept the phone. they told me your phone is out of warranty.

              i am not able to do anything i back.. plz help me .. what will i do..

              few month before my phone is submitted in varanasi service centre nearly 2 month . and hardly i use my phone 30 days, and shut down. 3 months in service centre.

              I dont understand, whey they changed my chip and put some other people. surely they are doing fraud work and decreasing company trust. phone is still not starting.
              i totally lost my smart phone.

              Sir i request you to plz do needful to me.
              I m very much upset, related to my phone. i have invested big amount in my phone.

              I m a regular user of micromax phone. after this all my trust from micromax gone away. i will never go again with micromax. Plz help me and go with my problem.

                i have purchased colour 2 and after 1 month the screen got dismantled due to fall from roof. I submitted the set at the service centre at Etawah on 12/07/2014 and submitted Rs 3500/- for the replacement of screen. Its now more than 2 month now, the service center is delaying in providing the set with the reason that the set is at AGRA and once it got repaired, it will be delivered to me.                   Dear sir, i have bought micromax X328 a feature phone on 29/7/2014 from rakesh electronics & mobile centre tin no. [protected] west sagar pur ND -46 . it is covered in 12 month warranty from date of purchasing . after one month it i s not working properly it is getting automatically switch off. i had contacted micromax care at ganesh nagar they accept my phone for 1 week and give me phone after servicing proble still presisted i complaint again then they give me phone and said come tommorow they service my phone again and problem still remaininig they return my phone without seal and said it would take one month for service this phone i bring back my phone for giving my phone to other service centre then other micromax service centre ask me for seal when i told that i would not get any seal from previous service centre they tell me to go back to previous service centre . i went their and asked him for my phone seal is broken by you and you have to repair my phone they told me we would not accept your phone and we had not repair your phonee earlier. they also collected my phone jobsheet so that i cant complaint against him.

                    Hello, I have given my Micromax Handset Model No A117 on 1st September 2014 on Bharat Communication, Authorised Service Center In Karnal after facing problem in Touch in Display. Where the Front end executive committed me to get the handset repaired within 5 days and since than i am following up for the same on daily basis, but neither store executive have any solution nor the helpline numbers and I am ought to wait for eternity. Is this my mistake to buy a Micromax handset after so many negative responses running through the market about poor quality of service.                       I have given my mobile for reaper to your service station on Date. 26/7/2014 they have given several date by date to reaper it and i have attend the service station several time yet they have not done any kind of solution for that.
                      Now they said to me we replace the mobile but it take time.
                      I am business men and lot of my business contacts and photographs stored in mobile .
                      For that i ask for my stored information he has said to me all it will be delated We have not facility for storage

                        Sir/ Madam I have purchased Micromax A089 model Handset with in 3 months it is had problem with camera, immediately i went to Micromax check point in Coimbatore they said it will take 10 to 15 days. After 15 days i went to collect my phone back, again i am checked their itself it is having power on/off pcb problem, i informed to service person simply they said give me back we will check and rectifying the problem and they said for solve this problem it will take another 10 15 days if board problem means it will take 25 days. I am buying a mobile for my use not for service center use this makes me so tense really this kind of poor servicing how you are going to satisfying a customer.                           My name is SOUVIK PAL. I bought a Micromax mobile on 7th june 2014.INVOICE
                          NO 1345 from Baghajatin.Now i notice that the earphone along with the
                          phone is not supported.Today i went to your service centre in
                          Jadavpur.But there is nobody has time to listen my problem.After a long
                          time one person said that before any solution i have to take token from
                          the counter.Then when i took token they said that the time is over for
                          receiving token and told me to come on monday. When I asked what is the
                          timing to received the token They told 10A.M TO 4PM ON saturday.But i
                          went there at 3.40pm.but they did not take the complain.and also their
                          behavior is so ROUGH or roudly behavior. Now I am till now facing the problem. Now i just say 'IS THIS KIND OF SERVICE YOU ARE GIVEN TO CUSTOMER'?'
                          This is very sham full to you. when i see your contact id i just inform
                          you the service which you give to customer just like me.If this kind of
                          service you give the customer after buying your product then please
                          either close this is kind of service centre who don't know how to
                          behavior with customer. I am very much fade up to buy your
                          product.Hopeless service. Let see after getting my mail is there any

                            I purchased micromax phablet -A075 on 14/03/2014 from home shop 18 in Rs 6, 499.00. order no.[protected] sub order no.74361653. supplier- north india top company (p) ltd, TCI supply chain solutions, C/O Acron warehouse & logistic park, 68 Vill Kapriwas & malpura, Rewari. The phone hangs very frequently, the battery has swollen up giving no backup. The product is still under warranty. Please suggest future course of action. I want the phone should be replaced with new one.

                            i deposited the mobile with service centre on 19/9/2014. he asked me to come after 10 days. on 29/9/2014 he gave me another after one wk appointment. i went on 9/10/2014 still he has not delivered my mobile back to me. saying that he has not recieved spare parts from company. when i asked the contact no. of higher authority he declined to provide. I am being harrased by the service centre.

                              on 12/08/2014 i had given my micromax canvas a115 mobile to Micromax Service Centre Smart Solutions, Plamoodu, Trivandrum kerala(Authorised service center of micromax).But now its 13/09/2014 more than 1 month...
                              I am really dissappointed with the service center, when i asked them about my phone, they didnt gave me right informations and they misbehaved on me.
                              So really dissapointed with their service.So please take quick actions against the service center at trivandrum and please get me the phone. Below i provide the service center details.

                                My phone's speaker was not working I went to service center, dadar, Mumbai.They asked my to submit phone and they will inform me that they will call me once my phone get repaired. After 2-3 days i called them they told that it will take 2-3more days and 600 rs too for replacement of part while my phone is still in warranty period. I told them ok replace that, Even after 4 days i called them they told that call after some time system is not working he is not able to check status, then when i called again he told that don't call again and don't know from that day that phone is not being picked. When after 2 week i went the person told that we are unable to repair because they have not recived that part from micro max warehouse . This kind of service they have. even their customer relation ship contact number is also keep you on hold for 10-15 mint. As per my suggestion dont go for Micromax at all.

                                  i have by online micromax A075 product by home shop 18. after few days i found the product has been default after that i submitted it in service centre of Micromax but there is no response from service center. i complaint it again but since i have not got any response, so i want either my product will replace or refund my money back from the company.

                                    Hi Sir, My Name is Amit Bansal and i had purchased Micromax Canvas HD A116 (White) last year through Amazon as mentioned in the invoice attached. I am writing this to you so you can know that i will never ever purchase a micromax handset in future and also advise other not to do so. Last Month my phone stopped working and got stuck in reboot so i went to one of your service center (my biggest mistake), the service center name is AVJ Communication located in GTB Nagar, Delhi. They told that there is a part that need to be replaced and after that whenever i call them or go to their service center in between they replied that the part is pending and has not came from the company yet. After waited for a long time when i went last week to the service center they assure me that your handset will be repair within a week and finally two days before i got a message that your handset is repaired. Now comes the real shocker as when i went today to their service center they give me black color handset however my handset was white, surprisingly the IMEI number was correct. I confront that them that what is this joke and what is going as u took a white handset and now giving me back a black one.They replied that the part that they received didn't come in white so they changed the body. OHH MY GOD. Can u imagine what a piece of crap they were saying and the bonus is that my Handset was in very good condition expect the reboot issue) however the black handset they were forcefully giving was scratched from borders and was in very poor condition. I even talked to Rajat Tripathi on mobile # [protected] who was a grievance officer i think so and even had a word with ASC Manager Mr. Jitender but nobody gave me a satisfy answer. They said that we will replace the body of handset with white whenever it is available. I was frustrated and decided not to collect handset and told them i want my original handset as it is either repaired or not repaired ASAP and left from that place. Now i will be waiting a response from your side before taking any further action. This is kind of fraud and also can be said crime what was supposed to happened if i would have collected that black handset.(which i think they replaced with original white one). This complaint will be copied and move forward to Karkardooma Consumer Forum Court, Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, etc) and to Delhi Police (as you people tried to cheat me) if necessary. I hope i don't have to take the further action and this issue can be resolved on an urgent basis. Will be waiting for your response in next 7 days time. I reside at Durgapur, West Bengal. Eventually a nearest service centre was going to be active from the month of July. On 14.07.2014, I went to the service centre, and found that the set was ready to be delivered. At the time of delivery, I found the set was not OK as the touch pad problem persists again.
